Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems have become a fundamental component of hospital information systems, aiming to improve the quality, efficiency, and continuity of patient care. However, the success of EMR implementation depends largely on user satisfaction. This study investigates user satisfaction with the EMR system implemented at Dr. Soetarto (DKT) Hospital, a mid-tier hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The research addresses issues related to usability, data accuracy, and system responsiveness that potentially hinder effective EMR usage. The objective is to evaluate user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework, which consists of five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. A quantitative approach was applied through a structured questionnaire distributed to 40 healthcare workers, including medical records staff, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative personnel. Data analysis using Spearman correlation revealed significant positive relationships among all EUCS dimensions, with the strongest association found between format and ease of use. The findings indicate that while users are generally satisfied with the system’s performance, improvements are still needed in timely data retrieval and user interface consistency. This study highlights the critical need for continuous system evaluation and end-user involvement to optimize EMR functionality and healthcare service delivery.

Plastic waste is currently still a serious problem for society due to the lack of sensitivity to environmental problems and the impact of careless disposal of plastic waste in many places. The injection molding process on industry scale often faces obstacles such as machines that have not worked efficiently, injection capacity that is unable to fill the mold completely, and the emergence of product defects due to plastic flow that begins to freeze before the entire cavity is completely filled. This study aims to design and simulate a prototype injection molding machine with a capacity of 4 tensile test specimens (total volume 28.5 cm³) in order to overcome these problems and to adjust the practicum needs of mechanical engineering students. The design process is carried out with SolidWorks software for 3D design, as well as flow simulation using SolidWorks Plastics and Flow Simulation with recycled Polypropylene (PP) material at melting temperature ± 230 ° C and injection pressure ± 5.3 MPa. The design results in a machine with dimensions of 1273 × 400 × 826 mm equipped with main components in the form of a frame, electric motor and gearbox, hopper, body safety, wheels, piston cylinder, control panel, heater, screw with barrel, and mold. SolidWorks Plastics simulation shows that the plastic flow fills the mold evenly with a filling time of 10.93 seconds, cycle time of 83.94 seconds, and maximum pressure of 5.38 MPa in the gate area, while Flow Simulation simulation shows a spiral flow pattern from the hopper to the end of the mold without backflow, with a mass flow rate of 0.0227 kg/sec and an average pressure of 97.765 Pa. These results prove that the design and simulation can improve process efficiency and mold quality

This community service program focuses on transforming financial management at Pharmacare Pharmacy Ciputat through the integration of digital accounting and strengthening human resource (HR) management. The background to this activity stems from the problem of partners who still rely on manual recording for financial transactions, inventory management, and report preparation. This condition results in inefficiency, late reporting, potential recording errors, and difficulties in strategic decision-making. In addition, limited HR competency in the use of digital accounting technology and the absence of financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) are major obstacles to improving organizational performance. The main objective of this activity is to implement an integrated digital accounting system capable of producing real-time financial reports, increasing inventory management efficiency, and building transparent financial governance. Simultaneously, employee competency is improved through intensive training and mentoring in the use of accounting software and the preparation of financial SOPs. The involvement of students and faculty in this activity aligns with the spirit of Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) and supports the achievement of the university's Key Performance Indicators (IKU), particularly in providing off-campus experiences and utilizing work results for the community. Through this program, it is hoped that Pharmacare Ciputat Pharmacy can improve operational efficiency, strengthen business sustainability, and provide more optimal healthcare services. More broadly, this activity contributes to community economic empowerment by strengthening the capacity of small businesses in the healthcare sector.

Technology is now increasingly advanced and developing rapidly. Almost every aspect of human life is now assisted by technology, especially computerized technology. This technology has penetrated almost all aspects of life and significantly increased efficiency in completing work. With the existence of computerized technology, many processes that were previously time-consuming and labor-intensive can now be done more quickly, easily, and efficiently. One example of the application of technology in everyday life is the design of a smart cupboard for storing shallots. This smart cupboard is designed to help shallot farmers and sellers store their agricultural products more efficiently. The working system of this tool is similar to the method of storing shallots in traditional huts, but with more sophisticated technology. This smart cupboard can regulate temperature and humidity automatically, which is very important to maintain the quality of shallots. The optimal temperature for storing shallots is between 25º - 30º C, with air humidity around 50% - 60%. If the temperature or humidity in the cupboard does not match the desired conditions, the system will automatically activate the lights and fans to return the temperature and humidity to the desired level. With this automated control system, shallots can be kept fresh for longer, reducing the damage that typically occurs to shallots due to unstable temperature or humidity. The advantage of this smart cabinet is that it can maintain the quality of shallots for a long time, even when stored in large quantities. This greatly assists farmers and traders in reducing losses due to perishable shallots and increasing the efficiency of shallot storage and distribution.

PT Udara jadi Bersih Bekasi is a company engaged in testing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. So far, the process of recording test results is still carried out manually using paper media. This process poses a number of obstacles, such as delays in recording, potential input errors, and limitations in accuracy and data storage. This condition also has an impact on delays in the submission of test results information to supervisors, who should need fast and accurate data for decision-making. To answer this problem, a web-based application is needed to design a web-based application that is able to digitize the entire workflow of recording and reporting HVAC test results. With a web-based system, data can be managed centrally, more structured, and easily accessible at any time. This application is also equipped with QR Code technology to speed up access to test results. Supervisors and technicians only need to scan the code for complete information, so they no longer rely on manual searches that are time-consuming and prone to serious errors in technical documentation. The design of this application uses the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. UML is used as a tool to describe business processes and system activity flows in detail, so that development can be carried out more systematically, efficiently, and in a targeted manner according to applicable software engineering standards. With the implementation of this application, PT Udara jadi Bersih Bekasi is expected to be able to improve operational efficiency, reduce recording errors, and speed up the information distribution process. In the end, this digitalization will support companies in providing services that are more professional, accurate, innovative, reliable, and according to the needs of the modern HVAC industry in the era of global digitalization.
