Social media is not just a communication tool; it is a major force that shapes and changes social and cultural patterns in contemporary society. Its presence, as a result of advances in information technology in this era of globalization, not only changes the way we communicate, but also creates a deep transformation in the structure of social values and societal norms. These changes involve not only practical aspects, such as lifestyle, but also include the basics of behavior and worldview.With social media, we have entered an era where information can quickly and easily spread throughout the world. This opens the door to unprecedented global connectivity, allowing people to interact without the barriers of distance and geographical boundaries. However, behind this convenience, there are significant changes in the way we view and appreciate cultural values. The advantages of social media include its ability to accelerate the flow of information, facilitate intercultural interactions, and provide a platform for previously unheard voices. The spread of false information or hoaxes has become easier, and the impact on mental health, especially among the younger generation, is a serious concern.  

Radio Communications Media of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Aims to: Objectives 1) To find out the role of one of the communication media, in this case Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Biak, which is used as a means of information presented by Radio in the form of news events, information and environmental education to the community through non-formal channels. 2) To find out the responses given by the community regarding radio programs/broadcasts related to the environment. Subjective Objectives to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a bachelor's degree at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. To find out the expectations and experiences of the listeners of RRI Biak, the data collection technique in this study was the data triangulation method. Document analysis is carried out before respondents or informants, direct interviews will be conducted with respondents or informants along with direct observations in the field. The data analysis used in this research is using qualitative analysis. Data analysis is a process in which the data is simplified into a form that is easier to read and interpret. This research was also conducted in the Biak Numfor City area of ​​RRI Biak, with the criteria of the respondents being radio broadcast listeners. Based on the results of interviews with several respondents or informants, it can be concluded several things as follows: RRI can be a bridge or link of information to the community regarding an event or events that occur.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. : Indonesia, as a developing country, has a fairly large teenage population. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that teenagers are residents in the age range of 10-19 years. However, one of the developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 is a big leap in the information and communication technology sector. The development of technology among teenagers has triggered quite an increase in the use of smartphones so that it can influence teenage behavior, where teenagers also participate in sexting behavior, causing concern in various circles. The term sexting refers to the sending and receiving of sexual images through some form of virtual messaging where someone sends messages or material in the form of images and videos electronically, especially via smartphones, the internet and other electronic media. With the increasing number of teenagers and very complex teenage problems, especially the most prominent problem is teenage sexual behavior, which is the beginning of teenage reproductive health problems, this service aims to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexting behavior in order to avoid sexting behavior. The method used is a pre-test and post-test after health education regarding sexting behavior. The results show that the majority of teenagers' knowledge before counseling was less than 12 teenagers or 80%. Meanwhile, teenagers' knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Teenagers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%. This is an appropriate benchmark for the success of counseling.

In the era of technology, it requires everyone to always be ready to utilize all technology-based media for both work and communication. Especially for academics, in last semester students at Universitas PGRI Madiun to produce graduates who are smart, competitive and have entrepreneurial skills. To achieve this mission, before graduating, students are equipped with skills in understanding competencies in the field of information technology with training and IT competency tests using the GMetrix and Certiport platforms as internationally recognized exam service provider portals in the IT field. The team uses blended methods for implementing this service activity. The final result of this IT training and mentoring activity was that 80% of the total + 1039 participants successfully passed with a very good score of 700-800 and a minimum passing point of 700. Proof of graduation is in the form of an international standard certificate in the IT field.

It is crucial for individuals to develop a healthy self-awareness regarding their social media usage. Additionally, technology companies and policymakers must prioritize protecting users' privacy and creating an online environment that is healthy, safe, and inclusive for everyone. This analysis not only discusses negative impacts such as privacy and data security but also demonstrates the potential of social networks as powerful tools for building bridges between cultures, ideas, and people worldwide. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a crucial element in modern life, encompassing the management, manipulation, and transfer of information across media platforms. UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan is a Structurally Integrated Service Unit under the East Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. UPTD plays a strategic role in providing technology-related services in the field of education. However, UPTD faces challenges in the inefficient and slow management of employee data, with 28 employees whose personnel data remains unoptimized. To enhance efficiency, the author plans to develop a web-based personnel information system. The problem statement includes inadequate system support, resulting in slow employee search and report generation processes. The objective of this system is to design an efficient, precise, and accurate personnel data management system, aiming to improve work productivity within UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan. The outcome of this initiative is the design of a website serving as an information portal for UPTD profile, developed using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress.

Data used in This research is data about the condition of the cellular telecommunications industry in Indonesia which includes expenditure, infrastructure, customers, human resources (labor). Data was taken from company condition reports (annual reports) PT. Telkomsel, PT. Indosat , and PT Excelcomindo for the quarterly period 2005-2008.

The social media that is most often used and very liked by Indonesians is Instagram. This research focuses on comments from Indonesian netizens on the Instagram account of a public figure named Fuji, which is currently trending in Indonesia because her vlogs and uploads attract a lot of attention from Indonesian netizens. This research aims to describe hate speech carried out by netizens posted in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram posts. The development of information and communication technology has encouraged the emergence of language crime cases, for example incitement, blasphemy, threats, spreading fake news (hoaxes), bribery, conspiracy, perjury, defamation including slander and insults. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review. The results of this research were to find and analyze 5 hate speeches in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram account posts. There are several tweets from netizens which are included in illocutionary speech acts containing hate speech towards the content creator named Fuji Utami Putri on social media.

E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze about "Arabic Content Interpretation: Students' Views on the Use of Arabic in the Digital Age". This research aims to examine how students view Arabic content in the digital era. Then what are the challenges faced by students and how are the solutions. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is through filling out a questionnaire with 42 students as respondents. Data analysis techniques are carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data processing, descriptive analysis, and data presentation. The results showed that there are several student perspectives related to Arabic content in the digital era. This point of view can be caused by several factors, one of which is the development of information and communication technology such as social media.

his Abdimas aims to explain the initiative of the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group in introducing information media in the form of blogs using the Google Site platform. The main objective of this project is to improve access to information and communication between member groups, as well as facilitate the exchange of information with the surrounding community. This service includes practical steps in creating and managing a website with Google Site, as well as its impact on increasing member involvement and understanding of information technology among the group. Through collaboration and internal training, the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group hopes to create a more effective forum for sharing information and promoting social activities in their environment. This research provides insight into the application of information technology in village-level community organizations and its impact on the quality of communication and member engagement.

This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing Digital Villages in Public Services in the Era of Technological Disruption. Case Study of Bergas Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research produced findings. Creating a digital village itself has several conditions that must be met. Digital villages require the availability of adequate information and communication networks, whereas digital villages must have good communication networks because this is a factor that is used to use online-based systems. Second, to create a digital village, quite large funding is needed. Currently, digital villages are the result of collaboration between regional governments and the central government through the Communications and Information Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) and other parties. Third, the availability of human resources (HR) who manage various online information technology-based services. The implementation of a digital village has a broad nature and concerns the interests of society, so it must be implemented in an integrated and directed manner by the government, business entities, and the community. The community has a very large role in implementing the undertaking of digital villages to realize equal distribution of welfare with the support of providing telecommunications and information infrastructure in the form of public services.
