Society has a meaning, that is, a group of human beings interact with one another and need each other. This is because humans themselves are basically social beings. The aim is to identify the characteristics and habits of urban communities in the city of Serang. The author chooses to use qualitative methods in writing this article, which are supported by conducting interviews, observations and reinforced by literature studies. Urban communities themselves have various characteristics, this is due to cultural differences in in depth. The results in the field found differences in the characteristics of the people of Serang City in the Ministry of Religion complex with the characteristics of other urban communities with findings in the literature review which became the reference in writing this article.

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital transactions in the School Procurement Information System (SIPLah) at PT. Intan Pariwara. The research analysis used was an analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. While the data collection method uses interview methods and observation methods. The results of the research on each parameter, the technology, marketing, transaction, customer service, product management and finance. SIPLah PT. Intan Pariwara has advantages compared to other SIPlah partners in the system and website appearance. Even so, it still has disadvantages, namely for the payment method it only has one payment method which makes the buyer have no choice.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Activities in improving literacy of scientific article writing by the KIR of SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung aims to encourage students in scientific article writing activities towards journal publications which so far have not been carried out, because writing skills are not obtained naturally through the process of practicing and continuing to learn. The training methods carried out include questionnaires, brainstorming, introduction of several writing tools, systematic deepening of writing good scientific articles, and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding and motivation of students and coaches about the importance of publishing articles that have a good impact on themselves, school and community. So three articles that are ready to be written and published in journals, a coaching clinic series that is needed is assistance to encourage the quantity and improve the quality of writing by direct practice.  

This article analyzes the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia during the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in 2021. PPKM is a government regulation to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the implementation of PPKM, the government had implemented large-scale social restrictions implemented in several regions in Indonesia. The policy implemented by the government is considered to have an impact on the decline in people's purchasing power, which has just shown recovery and has an impact on several sectors of the stock market in Indonesia. It is necessary to analyze to determine the effect of implementing community activities on the joint-stock price index in 2021. This study uses an exploratory descriptive type of research. Observations were made by analyzing the composite stock price index (IHSG). Based on the results of the discussion that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that during the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) the IHSG value tends to experience a difference every month but shows a positive trend which closed at the level of 6,600.68, which was an increase of 10.4 percent compared to the 2020 closing position. which is at 5,979.07.

Social Security employment is one of the government's programs to protect Indonesian workers because this is the mandate of Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, after which the government established Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. The regulations mentioned are an active form of the state to protect its people, one of which is from the labor sector. The authors took a study based on some of these rules by taking the title of the analysis of social security participation in employment for micro and small businesses. The formulation of this research problem is 1) what employment social security programs have been followed by job providers in micro and small businesses 2) What factors are the obstacles for job providers in micro and small businesses in participating in the employment social security program. This research is exploratory with a qualitative approach with research objects in small and small businesses, the use of data using primary and secondary data sources. The large number of participants who do not know and participate in BPJS Employment is an obstacle to the lack of participation of BPJS Employment.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. Religious moderation is one of the programs prioritized by the government to build a harmonious religious life within the framework of national and state life. Religious moderation based on the definition given by the ministry of religion through his book which he compiled entitled religious moderation means confidence in the essence of the teachings of the religion he adheres to, while continuing to share the truth as far as religious interpretation is concerned. The values ​​of religious moderation education that are internalized in SKI books at the elementary school level are the values ​​of tolerance, caring for others, mutual affection for others, and being an honest and respectful person to parents and teachers. The type of research used is library research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is research that is used to examine the condition of natural objects. Library research (library research) is a study carried out by collecting information and data needed through various types of materials or materials in the library including; reference books, similar research results, articles, notes, and journals that are relevant to the research problem.  

Stereotypes and abnormal behaviour (SAB) exhibited by long-tailed macaques (LTMs) have attracted the attention of behavioural study, although caused by many factors. Mostly found in captivity, it can also occur in the natural environment. This study aims to review several scientific articles on SAB in LTMs, as well as for environmental enrichment conditions. This study used a web-based survey to collect all scientific publications related to SAB in LTMs with a statistical correlation test to determine the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and the regression test to determine the effects of the number of individuals observed, as well as SAB types in LTMs. This study used two variables: the number of individuals and SAB types and sorted by rank. The statistical correlation result shows that the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and publication's year is positive correlate. The regression test result shows that the total number of individuals observed is significantly different (p-value<0.05, one-tailed) between SAB types. The primary goal of stimulating environmental enrichment is to give pleasant options for animals based on the treatment object in the study supplied while emphasising animal welfare and promoting research effectiveness.

Jakarta teaches many things to be human The theory we use according to some well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to the song and reading the lyrics to the song. The result of our analysis is that every lyric of the song “Jakarta Hari Ini” contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation to establish a relationship should lower each other's ego so that they complement each other's shortcomings.

This research aimed to analyze the application of digital transformation on international company Starbucks, which is a popular and huge scale coffee company which have more than 20,000 amount of outlets worldwide, towards its competitiveness advantages. The research method used was qualitative research, by gathering data sample from previous researches, articles, journals, and other similar publications in order to justify and to strengthen researcher’s arguments on this topic, especially in context of digital transformation applied by Starbucks to reach their business success. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative method. News script writing plays a very important position in radio news broadcasts. In writing broadcast scripts, scriptwriters must be able to write in a conversational or spoken language style in a concise, concise, and clear manner. Broadcast Script is broadcast material that will be delivered by broadcasters in broadcasting, especially broadcasts with script reading techniques.    

This study aims to determine the development of musyarakah financing in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive method with content analysis or content analysis. Broadly speaking, this writing systematic is more of a narrative nature that collects secondary data from BPS, opinions of experts, journals, books and articles published on the internet related to musyarakah financing in Indonesia. The results of the study show that musharaka financing continues to show increasing growth from year to year. As a form of financing that focuses on the productive sector, musyarakah financing needs to be further increased compared to murabahah financing which focuses on the consumptive sector.

This study examines the implementation of article 24 number 7 of 2013 regarding the regional regulation of Tulungagung Regency regarding the utilization of the road section. This research uses empirical law method. Based on this research, it was found that the goals and objectives to be achieved in controlling road use have almost been achieved, this is done by the Department of Transportation by controlling violations that have been shown for street vendors and illegal parking. The actions that have been taken are in accordance with the policies that have been implemented based on several things that have been stated in the Tulugagung Regency Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2013, which states that the Department of Transportation formed a team to conduct a raid aimed at bringing order to the violators.

Abstract. National economic development and regional economic development are two very closely related matters. This study aims to analyze the economic structure and specialization of the economic sector so that it can determine the main sectors, groups that are classified as advanced and sectors that are classified as slow and analyze the competitiveness of each sector in North Sumatra Province. This study uses the Shift Share analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the 2017-2021 interval. The data used is secondary data, namely data obtained from records, books and journals in the form of financial reports for company publications, government reports, articles, books such as theories, journals, etc. The results of this study are expected to be an academic foundation for development in the North Sumatra area.

Pragmatics is the study of the relationship of language to its context. In a comprehensive understanding of language in communication will give birth to language functions that ultimately form a strong language character. This study aims to: (1) analyze and find the ratio of the decision of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 49/PUU-X/2012 concerning the annulment of Article 66 paragraph (1) UUJN-2004, (2) the legal impact of the Constitutional Court's decision no. 49/PUU-X/2012 Against Legal Protection for Notaries. The type of research is normative law. While the research approach used, namely: Legislation, contextual approach, and case approach, as well as a comparative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The ratio decidendi of the cancellation of Article 66 paragraph (1) of Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary Public is based, that the article is not in accordance with the principle of equality before the law (equality in law) for every citizen. There is the approval of the Notary Honorary Council, not in accordance with the sense of justice and the criminal law enforcement process, as well as the principle of an independent judicial power; (2) Legal Impact of MK Decision No. 49/Puu-X/2012 Regarding Legal Protection for Notaries, the notary loses his special rights, namely summoning a Notary in the case of interest in a criminal examination does not need to obtain permission from the Regional Supervisory Council as stipulated in the provisions of Article 66 of the JN Law, this is for guarantee legal certainty and responsibility for the deed issued.

This article discusses the structural study of the poetry “Kekasihku” by Joko Pinurbo. The focus of the discussion of this article is to describe the physical structure and inner structure of the poetry which is carefully described in the form of words, sentences and discourse. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a structural approach. The data source used as the object of research is one of the poetry contained in the book collection of poetry "Kekasihku" by Joko Pinurbo, published in 2004. The results and discussion in this article contain ( 1) the physical structure of poetry includes: (a) diction, (b) images, (c) figure of speech, (d) concrete words, (e) rhyme/rhythm, and (f) typography. The dominant physical structure is simple diction by creating communicative activities and not eliminating the aesthetic value of poetry. (2) The inner structure of poetry includes: (a) theme, (b) tone, (c) taste, (e) message. The element that dominates the inner structure of poetry is the feeling that creates inner experiences through writing.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method that focuses on what is thoroughly, deeply and broadly researched. By providing the results of the discussion in words and sentences as well as quality meanings without being compared with the results of other analyses. Thus the results obtained from this study are in the form of intrinsic elements: theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, character, style of language, and message from the short story special gift by Honest Prananto.
