Based on analysis in this research, shows that: First, The Mechanism of Filling the Deputy Head of Region is done in the perspective of Government Regulation Number 49 of 2008 regarding the third amendment to Government Regulation Number 6 Year 2005 regarding the Election, Approval, Appointment and Dismissal of Regional Head and Deputy Head of Region, Second, The direct impact to the community due to the absence of a deputy head of the region can be seen from the heavy workload of regional heads in managing local governments that have many problems where it can not be resolved without the help of a representative, so that many services and development will be disrupted.

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. unorganized street sellers is sufficiently significant. The data existing in Trade Service shows out of 5,817 street sellers registered, some of them have not been arranged completely by Surakarta City Government. New Klewer Market opened officially on April 21, 2017 by Trade Service can arrange the placement of sellers better in New Klewer Market. Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. The problems faced by the sellers not permitted to transfer their shanties to others have been apparently understood by sellers. City Government attempted to establish more intensive and better communication, in socializing the rules to the sellers. Cooperation between City Government and organizers and sellers to maintain the environmental orderliness in Klewer Market is expected to implement the arrangement of Yard Sellers in Klewer Market of Surakarta corresponding to the arrangement program. The yard seller arrangement policy in Klewer Market of Surakarta referring to the good application of cooperation can realize better the performance of Surakarta City Government, in this case Trade Service of Surakarta City.Keywords: management and arrangement, environmental orderliness understanding, Klewer Market’s Street Sellers

Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. And one of the media that can provide information quickly, accurately and a very broad reach is to use website media.Based on the description above in the preparation of this thesis, the author takes the title "SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM ONLINE (Case Study in CV. The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, located on Jl. Intan Raya No.1, STIKES Karya Husada Semarang in processing data values ​​using Microsoft Excel so that the data storage has not been integrated because it is still individually not stored in one database and can only be accessed by 1 user. Fast and accurate information is really needed by STIKES in delivering information. To overcome the problems at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, information systems need to be fast and accurate in conveying information. One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

This study analyzes the effect of innovation orientation, promotionalsupport and sales force support on product performance in the market inorder to improve sustainable competitive advantage. The research problemthat is proposed fully refers to the research problems that is; there is atendency to increase the number of cabin numbers Prepaid sympathy, whichmeans the cessation of customers using Simpati Prepaid products based ondata from April 2004 to January 2005, and research gap from previousresearch, therefore, the formulation of this research problem is aboutimproving product performance in the market by basing on innovationorientation, promotional support and sales support to enhance sustainablecompetitive advantage. Furthermore, variable and indicator of research alsobased on previous research. A model has been developed and four hypotheseshave been formulated to address this research problem. Sampling techniqueis two technique (double sampling) that is, purposive samplingmethod andmethod of quota sampling. Respondents from this study amounted to 100respondents, where respondents are the owners or managers of retail andcellular prime amounting to 100.The data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) inAMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore, the resultof this research proves that innovation orientation has positive andsignificant effect on product performance in the market, then it is formulatedthe support of sales force on product performance in market is positivelysignificant, empirical evidence shows promotional support is positive forproduct performance in market, further can be concluded that each constructhas gained justification and empirical evidence of sustainable competitiveadvantage through product performance in the market is positive andsignificantly influential.

This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. To break the CSR disclosure simulacra, it takes CSR concept that based on love, which are love to God, love to human being and love to nature.  Keywords: corporate social responsibility disclosure, posmodernism, grand naration, simulacra

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.

This study aims to investigate the influence of Problem-Based Learning/PBL) to increase student’s softskills in Accounting Department at Ambon City and then simultaneously generate accounting learning model that can be used by universities to improve the quality of learning both personal qualities and scientific quality through analytical skills, creativity, and open to innovation and new findings. The population in this study were students from the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics, Pattimura University in Darussalam Ambon. Samples were students from the Department of Accounting that would  taken courses in Management Accounting at Department of Accounting - FE Pattimura University, and Darussalam University in Ambon City. In every department, sampling of 30 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Methods of data collection begins with the class treatments (to make small groups, giving the case/problem, advice by the facilitator, discussion in small group, resume small group, and facilitators make conclusions on the problems discussed), then a questionnaire distributed to respondents for answering that how perception’s respondent of PBL influence to  increase in student’s softskills. The results of hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis showed that problem-based learning (PBL) to have significant effect on the increase student’s softskill in university of state and university of private at Ambon City.   Key Words: Problem-Based Learning, Softskills

The rapid economic and business development affects business actors to enhance their awareness to manage the businessby implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The implementation is aimed to avoid deceitfulness that endangerscompany’s assets. GCG becomes a key of success for a company to grow and earn profit in a long term, so it can winglobal competitiveness. The implementation of GCG in BUMN is not easy. So, it needs more independent and professionalmanagement to do its tasks. The role of independent internal auditors is important in implementing GCG. The internalaudits are required to provide information on sufficiency and affectivity of company’s internal control. An internal auditormust be one who has competency in finance because his role is to watch managerial activities. Besides knowledge onauditing, an auditor is expected to have knowledge on audited substance. Therefore, the competency of internal auditorsare needed to bridge the needs of Commissioner Board on auditing roles and internal controls with constraints absorptionof technical problems in accounting, auditing, and internal control. The result of this research showed that most BUMNs inbanking sector in Central Java have implemented GCG. The internal audits are in line with Commissioner Board, if so theBoard makes mistakes, it will be easily detected.Key Word : Internal audit, Good Corporate Government

Financial literacy is one of the needs for everyone in order to manage their personal finance.Person's ability to read, analyze, manage financial condition in making financial decisions can be made ​​to avoid financial problems. This study aims to determine whether factors such as gender, faculty, and grade point average (GPA) effect on student financial literacy. This research surveys 333 college students of Economics and Business Faculty also Science and Mathematics Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) to examine their personal financial literacy based on gender, faculty and Grade Point Average (GPA).Binary logistic used to analyze the data.Results of this study indicate that financial literacy is influenced by faculty, whereas gender and GPA does not affect financial literacy. This study is expected to support the science of personal finance is still relatively rare compared to research in the field of corporate finance and capital markets..
