This study aims to understand, describe and analyze the meaning of family harmony based on the field research with a focus of research that leads to 1) understand about families from the married couples in St. Paulus Datai Nirui, 2) describe the meaning of family harmony according to the couples at St. Paulus Datai  Nirui,  3)  analyze  factors  that  cause  disharmony  in  the  household,  4) describe married couples expectations for further family life. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive patterns with stages performed 1) gathering information from the field, 2) Select information through themes that have been sorted and presented using Indonesian, 3) Drawing conclusions. The research was carried out on June 8-22 at the St. Paul Datai Nirui Station in the Parish of Santa Maria de la Salette Muara Teweh. There were 11 informants interviewed consisting of 5 married couples and 1 parish priest.

This study aims to understand, describe and analyze children faith education in families who marry in different churches. The focus of his research is the implementation of children faith education that has been carried out by parents of different Churches so far. Identifying the efforts of parents of different Churches, both Catholics and non-Catholics, in overcoming the faith education of their children. explain the form of children faith education given by parents of different Churches. Describe the implications of this study for an ecumenically married couple. In this study the method used is a qualitative method Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive patterns with stages performed 1) gathering information from field data, 2) selecting information based on categories, 3) compiling information in the form of qualitative text and presented in a narrative text, 4) drawing conclusions. The study was conducted at the Cathedral Parish of Santa Maria Palangka Raya Parish. Informants interviewed numbered 8 people consisting of 5 parents who married in different churches and 3 children from couples who married in different churches.

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. Meubel's image which was formerly named "Mukti Jaya" then changed its name to mid of 2013 is one of the companies engaged in furniture trade, from production to buying and selling, which is located in Semarang, precisely on Jl. Current promotions is using brochures, MMT banners, through the radio, posting advertisements on forums buying and selling and exhibition. However, with the above promotional media less promotion effective because brochures, banners, exhibits have the nature of direct marketing less reach and the ability of the imagination of readers to enjoy and understand it, radio advertisements that have a time limit, and are constrained deeply presentation to the customer because of the less specific promotional media introduced product. Based on the weaknesses above, the company profile video is used for complete brochures, MMT banners, radio ads, and buying and selling forums. Overall it can be concluded that the researchers have succeeded implementing a media company profile that can complement that promotion already running. This can be seen from the results of the validation test conducted by expert experts that overall, the company profile that has been developed by researchers entered into a very good category with a percentage of 90.8%. Other than that, through a field test represented by 30  respondents it can be concluded that Overall, this media has been developed by researchers into the category very good with a percentage of 84.6%.

Abstract   Language as a communication tool is very important in human life. It changed in its derivatives. But it does not come out of the theme of puberty and still contains good advice.

The results showed that (1) Efforts to control the government has done (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in the city, carried out with the cooperation and coordination across relevant sectors, among others, by the District Government / City (Department of Health / Department of Industry / Department of Commerce), the National Police, as well as the Association as well as the role of the community. The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

The WISN and ABK-Kes methods can be used to calculate the workload and staff requirements in the medical record unit. Medical record workers often catch several jobs without calculating the workload, so they feel a high workload. The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for medical personnel using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all medical record officers. With eight medical record officers as samples. The results showed that based on calculations using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods, ten medical record officers were needed. So the proposed solution is to add expert medical record officers who are competent in their fields according to the calculation of the need for medical personnel according to the ABK-Kes method. This makes the medical record unit more reliable and ideal, because it is in accordance with PMK No. 33 of 2015 the addition of SDMK.    

The journey of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in the constitution is considered to still not compensate for the dynamics of proliferation of legislation. On the other hand, the existence of the DPD as a new institution that is also given a legislative function, its authority is considered to be too small when compared to the authority of the DPR in the process of establishing legislation. Even the DPD is considered to add to the problem of over regulation in Indonesian legislation. Borrowing the term Richard Susskind mentions that hyper regulations or obesity are legal and over regulation. This situation led to the implementation of the DPD's legislative function not being optimal because it tends to be half-hearted. In other words, the existence of the DPD as the holder of legislative power is still under the shadow of the DPR, so it has not been taken into account in the process of establishing legislation in Indonesia, even though it has been corrected by the Constitutional Court through Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92/PUU-X/2012 and Decision Constitutional Court Number 15/ PUU-XIII/2015, but the decision was ignored.

The purpose of this writing is to find suitability of breast-feeding rights regulated in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. This writing is a writing normative laws. This writing is done by means of literature study to obtain secondary data in the field of law. From the result of study it can be concluded that first, in general provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour was already conformed the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. Second, in specifically provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Article 83 of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour still has not been entirely conformed with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights, because it has not guaranteed full rights to female workers who breastfeed their babies.

The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.
