Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR),Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loans (NPL) to the Profitability of Foreign Exchange Banks. This research was set 5 years from the period 2013-2017. The population of this research used35 Foreign Exchange Banks listed on the Bank Indonesia. The facts used comes from the annual financial statements of 35 Foreign Exchange Banks. Data analysis using panel data regression analysis. To choose estimation of Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM) using Hausman Test technique. The results of data analysis using the help of E-Views software, based on the Hausman Test, are recommended to use Random Effect Model (REM). The results of data analysis show that 1) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) hasno effect on profitability (ROA), 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a  positiveeffect and significant on profitability (ROA), 3) Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive effect on profitability (ROA), 4) Non Performing Loans (NPL) has a negative effecton profitability (ROA).  Key Words :  return on asset, capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio , net interest margin, non performing loan.

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. This research is motivated by the problem of lack of understanding and attention export drivers in carrying out work in the factory area because of the facilities used still using conventional methods, so that export drivers experience difficulty in understanding work processes in terms of stuffing and resulting procedures losses in terms of time, energy and financial. The way to overcome this in this study is the use of use outreach media as a tool for export officers who display 2D images and interesting explanations as well as music, using the Demonstration delivery method so that export drivers get better performance and easily understand the material delivered by the export officer. This research uses the Research and Development product development method (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, gathering data, product design, design validation, design improvements and product trials. The results of this study are to produce aids for export officers by using Adobe Flash CS3 software with validity values ​​from media experts 3.0 where it is declared feasible, the validity value of the material expert is 3.3 where stated very feasible, and increase the understanding of export drivers from 65% to start upto 87.50%

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Current technological developments make many children choose to play with their gadget. This makes them sometimes lazy to read a book. But that can be tricked by story bookspictorial. The picture book itself has several advantages besides drawings that attract children's attention. Therefore children are advised to be fond of reading book. Picture books have many variations on the theme the story, like about friendship or other fable stories. And for children who don't like books, can start with this picture book. Can be started by looking at the pictures, then just learning to read contents of the story of the book. In kindergarten HARAPAN MASA itself reading activities the book is still lacking. Most teachers read later students mimic. This is still considered inefficient because not all children will pay attention to. For making it using the CorelDRAW X7 program, Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Manga Studio 5. The existence of this picture book is expected to increase children's interest in reading books.

This matter against the background by the medium of learning masish using paper that lacking evision. The purpose of this making use Adobe Flash CS 5 media is to be able to provide convenience in the delivery of learning Interactive multimedia is a media that consists of manyncomponents or media that are connected to one another and are able to interact. Teaching media in the form of interactive multimedia has the ability to save audio visual data, make multimedia especially interactive learning as a supporter of the learning method that was once conveyed through books and direct explanations that are not easily digested by children, so expect the use of interactive CD media that aims to improve learning outcomes can explain that learning media interactive able to provide more interesting and interesting information a lot of fun In collecting data, the method used by the author is by using observation and survey methods. For the making using the Adobe Auditions CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe programs Flash CS5, CorelDraw X5, Format Factory, is expected in the presence of media interactive learning can increase children's interest in learning.

Abstract   Language as a communication tool is very important in human life. Data were analyzed with a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The results of form Tembang Sinom text in puberty theme, it has an approach to the original which has three derivatives, and the author is affected by the situation at the time of singing Tembang Sinom. It changed in its derivatives. But it does not come out of the theme of puberty and still contains good advice.

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the factors that cause violations of traffic signs by motorcycle riders in the city of Semarang. (2) To analyze criminological studies of violations of traffic signs by motorcyclists in Semarang City. The approach method is done juridically sociologically, specification descriptively using primary data and secondary data, through interviews and literature, then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the discussion show that (1) the factors that cause violations of traffic signs by motorcyclists in Semarang City are human factors, among others, the driver's indiscipline, the intent of the driver and the pretense of the driver. The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

Self-interest starts at the early life of human beings. Along with his body self-interests also grows in the biological growth of a child. Mankind tends to do everything for his own interest, such as to fulfill his needs. Meanwhile, there is another terminology that close to self-interest, i.e. selfishness. Regardless we have to determine the meaning of both terminologies. Self-interest depends on condition, while selfishness focus on ones own interest. Selfishness has no value per se, and it is different with self-interest. In social relationship, self-interest is not without problem. In this paper, we try to describe several conditions  of  such  relationship  by  using  the  theory  of  George  Simmel.  Is  there  any condition to bring the self-interest for a good relationship? Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to achieve the knowledge and an encouragement for the highest social virtue in relationship.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the layout of production facili ties on the row of Rumah Warna Bags so as to form an ideal process flow, effective and efficient. Limitations of the problem in this study only on the layout of production facilities is limited to the bag production room in the period of study year 2016 - 2017. Data analysis technique used in this study is using the operation process map, process sequence sheet, activity relationship map, and the diagram of the allocation of territory . Technique used in presenting data of research result that is using wor kflow diagram and flow of production process and diagram about layout and method. Result of research using operation process map there are 11 bag making operation process with total time taken for whole process is 20,75 minutes and mean time each process 1 ,88 minutes. Based on the process sequence of the whole process from start to finish process using 1 pencil pattern, 1 pattern cutting machine, 4 tools of giving glue, 5 actual sewing machine, 1 actual obras machine, 2 pieces of tweezers and 1 scissors for quality control and isolatape for packing process. Result of analysis of activity relation map, production room has 3 level of importance, 6 description of reason, packing space 2 level of interest, 3 description of reason, process space pattern 2 level o f interest, 5 description of reason, warehouse area 2 level of interest, 2 description of reason, 2 levels of importance, 2 description of reasons. From the results of the allocation diagram of the pattern space area, and the raw material warehouse and pac king room previously located outside the production area after the analysis based on the level of interest is now in the production area 

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

This study aims to determine whether the independent variables thatOperating Expenses to Operating Income and Loan to Deposit Ratio, andNet Interest Margin as a moderating variable jointly significantly affectearnings changes. As well as to determine which variable partial effect onearnings in the banking changes listed in Indonesian Banking Directory.Based on the above objectives, the study was conducted using purposivesampling method, meaning that the sample in this study were selected basedon specific criteria. The sample in this study from the year 2006 - 2012amounted to 90 banks. Data collection techniques based on secondary data.In this study, the secondary data obtained from the financial statements ofbanks registered in Indonesian Banking Directory in the year 2006-2012 .The results of hypothesis testing using t-test, showed that thevariable BOPO ratio has no significant influence on changes in income andLDR have a significant negative effect and not to changes in bank earnings .As for testing moderating ie, the variable is not a variable net NIMmoderating influence of variables on BOPO and LDR variables to changesin earnings in the bank listed in the directory of Indonesian banking (DPI).

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the roleof satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shapingcustomers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest hasgenerated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perceptionthat the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM ismodulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, weperformed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedentsand consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM isaffected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and onlyweakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates theeffects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary tocom-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justicedimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on ourresults to suggest several avenues for further research.

Although currently many CDMA and GSM modems available on the market are not enough to meet the need for speed of an internet connection. Although there are internet cafes established, they have not streamlined the cost and time of internet users in the area. The purpose of this study is to save the cost of bandwidth rental per month for unlimited connections, provide a stable internet connection that can be used for 24 hours straight, provide data transfer with bandwidth management, so as to better guarantee the quality of the internet connection. The system development method used is Prototyping which stages include identifying user needs, making a prototype, agreeing to the user, using a prototype. As a server, using Mikrotik Os where in Mikrotik Os there are several important and interesting features provided by Mikrotik itself, among those features are bandwidth management, firewall, DNS client chacing, and many other features provided by Mikrotik. With this Mikrotik provides stability of internet data transfer in accordance with the management of Mikrotik Os as a server. The client uses a Windows-based operating system, this is because the driver tool used is more compatible using a Windows operating system than using a Linux-based operating system, because it has to compile the driver.
