Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) on creative art innovation "LUBA" was carried out in collaboration with UKM Rukun Makmur located in Klaten Central Java. There are centers of batik as well as lurik in the area but they arey have not been optimized. Therefore, this PKM activity focuses on new product innovation by combining lurik and batik crafts into innovative handicrafts called lurik batik (LUBA) which at the same time can act as a unique and iconic Klaten souvenir to support regional tourism development.There are several problems faced by UKM Rukun Makmur as partner. Based on these problems, this program aims to find solutions to all these problems by using several methods including counseling, discussing, training, and mentoring. The results of this PKM activities show that UKM Rukun Makmur has been able to increase their creativity to create designs, motifs, and varied color of lurik batik (LUBA) handicraft products.

Building a report card and ITOP Approach in reducing violence in schools. This title was born because of the problems of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students about an increase in violence that occurred in schools. As for the source of the problem is the relatively large number of students per class and only 1 teacher is taught and also the age of kindergarten children who are relatively small and still at the stage / period of imitation. That The target of this service is the parents of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students, who are their favorite schools. This school has 90 students, so it requires more attention and is prone to violence. This service was carried out first by means of counseling then continued with training on building rapport and the ITOP approach. However, because this service was carried out during a pandemic, only 54 of the 90 parents attended (60%). After counseling and training on building rapport and the ITOP approach in reducing violence in schools there were 51 people (94.45%) of 54 people who mastered both counseling and training materials, while 3 (5.55%) did not master the training because not serious about doing training. So it can be concluded that this dedication was successfully seen from: 1. Based on the attendance of the participants it is said to be successful because it is attended by 60% 2. Based on the mastery of the participants it can be said to be successful because there are 94.45% masters 3. Those who do not understand are relatively small, namely only 5.55%

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. . The results showed that the form of self-harm behavior carried out by these teenagers showed behavior of crying in the middle of the night, blaming themselves, feeling empty, scratching, slashing on the surface of the skin, taking drugs randomly of any brand, drinking shampoo, speeding. speeding with a motorbike on the highway likes bloody pictures with a sense of relief, listening to music at a loud volume using the handset until the ears hurt. Factors that cause adolescents to carry out self-harm behavior are disappointment in parents, fear of emotional fathers, disappointment in mothers who do not pay attention, stress when bullied at school to depression caused by lack of ability to control negative emotions that are buried in individuals because some of the problems that occur in adolescents such as the lack of harmony and warmth in family relationships, problems with peers, and bullying.

The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. In general, this thesis discusses the multi-level marketing (MLM) business at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, with problems namely (1) how is the bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, (2) how is the review of Sharia Economic Law against the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.

Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. The inventory system is one of the most important managerial functions, because the majority of companies involve large investments in this aspect, as well as for PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia which uses a lot of inventory in the field of planning and controlling its inventory costs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is a company engaged in the ceramic industry. Problems that often occur so far include the company not determining the frequency of ordering raw materials and storing raw materials, as a result the costs incurred by the company for ordering raw materials are quite high, and the absence of a safety stock to anticipate uncertain inventory needs. The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. System design using Qlient Server which consists of input design, system design and procedure, output design fiber. This new system is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the previously used information system.

The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants.

This has resulted in problems in making reports which can take longer. Accounting application for determining heavy equipment leases at PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo uses the activity based costing method to make it easier for PT. Mitra Mandiri Trasindo in the data management process of determining the total heavy equipment rental and creating reports that are faster, more precise and accurate on a web-based basis. Mitra Mandiri Transindo using the web-based Activity Based Costing method also has the following benefits: (1) It can be seen what lease transactions and costs are needed quickly, precisely and accurately. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.  

Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

The textile and textile products (TPT) industry in Indonesia still has a lot of problems, one of which is the problem of raw materials which are considered to be unable to compete with the same material from importation sources. This requires the company continue to strive to increase productivity and cost efficiency to mitigate the increase in prices of raw materials charged to consumers. One effort that can be done by the company is to improve the efficiency of the cost of raw material inventory. The company must be able to plan and control the company's raw material inventory to support the effectiveness of its raw material costs. By having good planning and control, the company will avoid the problem of excess and lack of raw material inventory in carrying out production activities. This study aims to determine the application of the Justintime system at PT Bintang Baru Sentosa in increasing the efficiency of the company's raw material inventory costs. The type of research is quantitative qualitative research with a case study approach. Data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data. The methods used in this study include: interviews, observation, and documentation studies.The results of the study show that using Justintime in controlling raw material inventories has cost efficiencies of Rp18.418.185,- for 75/72 F DTY and 150/48 F DTY with a cost efficiency level of 75%.  Keyword:Raw Materials, Inventories, Just.intime (JIT), Cost Efficiency

The problems experienced by young women in facing online learning adjustments during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Aisyah Kadipiro orphanage have the potential for stress for adolescents. The existence of a source of stress or stressors that trigger stress needs to be minimized with good stress management skills. Stress management skills need to be possessed and developed so that adolescents will be more skilled in implementing appropriate coping strategies. The target of the community service program that will be carried out is the Aisyiah Kadipiro orphanage. The phenomenon of stress caused by new adjustments to learning online during the Covid-19 pandemic makes teenagers feel stressed in learning. A solution that can be used to teach adolescents about stress management is through online stress management training. In this training, you will be taught about problem-solving when facing stressful situations and doing relaxation. The expected result of this community service activity is that teenagers in the orphanage can apply and practice coping strategies to manage stress during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The application of technology in public services has become an indispensable obligation, even for the Village Government of Tidu in Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. Manual approaches in public services are vulnerable to serious problems, such as the risk of losing important documents and the lack of structured recording of documents issued by the Village Government of Tidu. In response to this challenge, a community service effort was undertaken to support the Government and the community of Tidu Village in utilizing the Tidu Village Information Website. The mentoring and training sessions conducted successfully demonstrated that the implementation of the service system by the Village Government of Tidu is much more productive, with time savings and a transition from manual data management to digital format through the village information system.

This bilateral system attracts both the father's and mother's lineages, so that in this kind of family, in essence, there is no distinction between the heirs from the mother's side or the father's side. The reasons for dividing inherited assets based on economic considerations include, among other things, a sense of compassion, avoiding inequality. economy, and avoid conflict.
