This study aims to reveal and describe the form of presentation of Gambyong Dance in shadow puppet performances at weddings in Desa Baru, Ranah Batahan District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method of analysis. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting tools such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The steps of analyzing are carried out through data collection, data reduction and conclusion making. The results showed that the form of presentation of Gambyong Dance in Desa Baru was collaborated with a shadow puppet performance that told about Arjuna's marriage with Dewi Borosumbroto.Gambyong Dance was performed by 4 female dancers 1 puppeteer. The movements of this Gambyong dance are the Sekaran Rorok Asem movement, the Jamang Trap movement, the Sekaran Kawilan movement, the Egol movement, the Sekaran Kesetan Sampir Sampur movement and the Mentangan Seblak Sampur movement. The floor pattern of Gambyong Dance is a straight line floor pattern and a curved line floor pattern. The accompaniment music of Gambyong Dance is gong, drum, gamelang and telempong with the property of using shawls. The makeup used is beautiful makeup. The costume uses a pink kebaya. Sampur uses a dongker blue sampur. Gambyong dance is performed in the wedding party area, which is in the yard of the house that holds the wedding party.

Overall using this CDI is designed to be more aggressive than standard CDI. of the two CDIs that have been tested, the racing cdi has a performance value on a 100cc Honda Supra motorcycle engine.

This article explores the influence of parental involvement on students' academic achievement across various cultural contexts. By comparing involvement strategies in different countries, the study examines how cultural factors impact parental roles in children's education. Findings indicate that parental engagement significantly boosts academic performance, although the effectiveness of different engagement strategies varies based on cultural norms, socioeconomic status, and parental education levels.

This exploration utilizes a quantitative strategy to inspect the impact of Corporate Social Obligation (CSR) and Great Corporate Administration (GCG) on the monetary execution of PT. Gresik Migas (Perseroda). Essential information were gathered through polls appropriated to 40 workers of PT. Gresik Migas (Perseroda) utilizing purposive testing. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the implementation of recruitment outsourcing has on employee performance loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained in this research are (1) there is a significant relationship between the implementation of recruitment outsourcing and employee performance loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan; (2) means that the level of relationship between the recruitment outsourcing implementation variable and the employee performance loyalty variable is strong; (3) there is a significant relationship between the variable implementing recruitment outsourcing and the employee performance loyalty variable at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan; and (4) the application of recruitment outsourcing to employee performance loyalty at Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan based on calculations using the determination test formula obtained a value of 52.42% while the remaining 47.58% was influenced by other factors which were not examined by the research.  

The purpose of writing this paper is to discuss efforts towards achieving international standard State Civil Service (ASN) status. The quality and capabilities of ASN are very important to achieve national development goals, because ASN is an important component in carrying out government functions and providing public services. In the era of globalization and global competition, increasing ASN competency is a demand that cannot be ignored. This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced in creating international standard ASN. One of the things that will be discussed is the importance of training and education to improve ASN capabilities; use of ICT to improve public administration performance; and the importance of ethics and integrity in ASN work. In addition, this paper will present several case studies from countries that have succeeded in achieving high achievements in developing international standard ASN. By comparing the various strategies and approaches that have been implemented, this paper will present recommendations and guidelines for other countries wishing to improve the quality and credibility of their ASN. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with literature analysis and case studies. Relevant data is collected from reliable sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and current academic publications. The research results show that achieving international ASN status requires synergy between various parties, including government, academics and the private sector. Changes are needed in the ASN education and training system, with an emphasis on developing competencies that are relevant to global demands. Apart from that, ASN's competitiveness in facing the digital era will be strengthened by the intelligent and sustainable application of information and communication technology. However, the process towards international standard ASN must also be accompanied by the application of high ethics and integrity at all levels of government organizations. An attitude of integrity and professionalism will shape public trust in ASN and strengthen its position as an important pillar in the implementation of transparent and accountable government, such as in the implementation of e-government. This paper increases understanding of the strategies and actions that can be taken to achieve international standard ASN. It is hoped that improving the quality of ASN will increase government effectiveness and increase public satisfaction with good public services.

In improving the quality and satisfaction of cadets,each Politeknik Bumi Akpelni must bi serious about paying attention to the needs and axpectations of the cadets and correcting all existing deficiencies. This improving academic administration service and administrative staff services. Politeknik Bumi Akpelni must be able to accept suggetions and constructive criticism internal parties, especially from cadets. From this background the problem that arises is : providing services regarding the level of satisfaction of cadets ad Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang. The aim is to find out The level of satisfacation with academic services towards the level of satisfaction of cadet at Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang.Based on the problem, the reserch method used is descriptive verification.The research results show that the services provided by academics are very important, the performance of the services provided to cadets ad Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang can meet the expectations of cadets. Thus, academics must pay attention to and respond to complaints submitted by cadets ad Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang. The Academi is expected to regularly is expected training and development to employees who directly deal with student.

This research aims to get empirical answers about (1) emotional intelligence on performance, (2) perceptions of organizational climate on performance, (3) emotional intelligence and perceptions of organizational climate on performance. This research was conducted at the SMK Negeri 2 Demak school with 50 teachers as respondents. This research method is a survey with a regression approach. Based on data processing and research results, it was found: (1) There is an influence of emotional intelligence on teacher performance. (2) There is an influence of organizational climate perceptions on teacher performance. (3) There is a joint influence of emotional intelligence and perceptions of organizational climate on teacher performance. These two variables have a positive and significant influence on improving teacher performance.

One of the government's efforts to protect the environment in the Indonesian industrial sector is by establishing laws and regulations that become a reference for the public and business actors and/or activities related to the environment. The government, through the Ministry of the Environment, issued regulations in the form of PROPER as an evaluation of industrial performance in environmental management. Based on the PROPER program mentioned above, the East Java Provincial Government is implementing the Environmental Trust Business/Activity Development Program or known as PUSAKA, which aims to provide environmental management guidelines based on environmental permits held by businesses and/activities (non-PROPER) in East Java. The PUSAKA mentoring program is used to prepare business actors and/or activities in East Java to achieve PROPER. Apart from that, it can also improve environmental management performance in business entities and/or activities in East Java Province, especially PT X. The PUSAKA development program has been successful in becoming a trigger for evaluating PT X's environmental management. Because it succeeded in increasing compliance with PPA and PLB3 by 85.7% and 3.75%.

The Indonesian capital market recovered in 2021 after a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The role of the capital market is crucial for economic growth, and investors need to pay attention to factors such as financial reports and company performance. Investors in LQ45 companies, consisting of 45 stocks with high liquidity, make selections based on transactions and market capitalization. This research focuses on the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the stock prices of LQ45 companies in the period 2018-2021. The research problem involves questions about the influence of each ratio on stock prices. The research objective is to examine the influence of these ratios. The results of the research are expected to provide important information for readers about the factors affecting stock prices and insights for researchers into the dynamics of the capital market. This research can also serve as a reference for further studies. The results of the analysis indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) significantly influence the stock prices of LQ45 companies.

The problem that arises at this time is satisfaction with the service from the performance of government employees for the community, both at the village level to the national level. This research was conducted on the basis of problems that arise in the community from what they have received so far from Bangsri Village government services. Whether or not the community is satisfied is the direct experience of the community from service and employee performance for what has been obtained. This research was conducted in Bangsri Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency from March 2023 to July 2023. The population in this study was 12,749 people and the sample for this study was 99 respondents. The testing tool and data analysis in this study used SPSS 26 with the method of testing and analysis through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination test. Results in this study shows that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t value for variable X1 (4.671) greater than t table (1.661).The performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t value calculated for variable X2 ( 2.936) is greater than t table (1.661) and the significant value of t X2 is less than 0.05 or 0.009 <0.05 Quality of service and performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this result is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 greater than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 142.898 greater than F table 3.938 Service Quality and Performance of Village Government Apparatuses is able to predict the dependent variable, namely Community Satisfaction of 94.4%, the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside this research.

Research indicates that verbal bullying, especially among teenage girls, is associated with factors such as lack of family attention, social pressure, and exposure to violence through social media. The impact of bullying includes mental health disorders, disruptions in interpersonal relationships, and negative influences on education. Children who are victims of bullying face social challenges, fear of attending school, high absenteeism rates, and academic difficulties. The current era's developments have given rise to cyberbullying, resulting in serious implications for mental and physical health, as well as potential dangers to an individual's safety. Despite experiencing negative effects, some bullying victims still achieve satisfactory academic performance, demonstrating resilience. Solutions involve multi-party interventions, with roles for teachers, counselors, students, and parents. Teachers need to manage interactions in the classroom, counselors provide psychological support, and class discussions create an open environment. Parental involvement is crucial in providing support to students experiencing ostracism. All aim to create an inclusive classroom environment, minimize bullying, and promote positive behavior among young people.

This study examines the impact of a character-based curriculum on students' ethical and moral development in educational settings. Using qualitative research methods, including lesson observations and teacher interviews, the research highlights the crucial role of character-based approaches in shaping students' ethical foundations. Results demonstrate that implementing programs fostering honesty, responsibility, and cooperation significantly contributes to positive personality development. These findings underscore the importance of character-based education, emphasizing not only academic performance but also the cultivation of ethical and moral character. The implications suggest the need for more comprehensive curricula to address social challenges and strengthen education's role in shaping students' character. Overall, the study provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of character-based education in fostering a holistic and positive learning environment.

The presence of the internet is inevitable and the internet has become a necessity for everyone today because with the help of the internet we can exchange messages from one another and from one place to another quickly. However, teenagers today while using the internet have not been able to categorize or filter what they consume through the internet. This article discusses trends that are widely consumed and can change the habits or behavior of its users, of course from things that lead to positive to negative impacts. Internet addiction is characterized by excessive use of the Internet due to lack of self-control and can interfere with daily activities, such as skipping class, decreased academic performance, and reduced working hours. Given the increasing number of Internet-related problems, especially games, faced by people in various parts of the world.

As time went by, many changes were discovered from outside the company. Due to rapid changes in a company's external reach, companies must also be able to adapt and compete with other companies. Sufficient working capital allows the company to operate as economically as possible, and the company does not face difficulties or threats that may arise due to crises or economic chaos. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of working capital management on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed in the sharia stock index. The number of samples in this research was 20 companies for the 2020-2022 period after sampling using the purposive sampling method. Panel data analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The partial research results show that there is no effect of working capital management on financial performance, but simultaneously working capital management has an effect on the company's financial performance by 11.9%. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur.

The aim of this research is to prove empirically that earnings management mediates the implementation of corporate governance relationships and disclosure of corporate social responsibility in influencing the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period, either directly or indirectly. The proposed research problem refers to previous research and the existence of research gaps in previous research. In this research, seven hypotheses have been formulated using a purposive sampling method and using secondary data obtained from annual reports published by the BEI. Based on existing criteria, a sample of 31 manufacturing companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors were "listed" on the IDX for the 2018 - 2021 period. This research shows the results obtained based on Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis in the SmartPLS 3.0 program . The research results show that corporate governance has a significant positive influence on the company's financial performance.

This study aims to determine ''The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at the Konawe District Attorney's Office'' The population in this study were all employees of the Konawe District Attorney's Office, totaling 41 people. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by census, meaning that the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Competence Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect. and the results show that partially the competence variable has a significant effect while Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on the performance of the Konawe District Prosecutor's Office employees.

The approach used is a quantitative approach as the basis for analysis. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between servant leadership and employee performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Personality and Employee Performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Servant Leadership (X1) and Personality (X2) together with Employee Performance (Y). The two go hand in hand, which means that the higher the Service Leadership and Personality together, the higher the Employee Performance.

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee performance on sales which is mediated by competitive advantage. This research was conducted on Anyardrink store employees with syrup products. There were 8 types/brands of syrup used with various flavors, using a non-probability method in the form of incidental and purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis and sampling test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the regression model used met the classical assumption test. This research found that 1) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage; 2) Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance; 3) Employee orientation has a positive and significant effect on Sales Performance; 4) Competitive Advantage is proven to positively and significantly mediate the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Marketing Performance.
