Leadership is the process of influencing other people, subordinates, or followers to achieve the organization's desired goals. In general, leadership can be divided into three leadership models practiced by managing companies. Each model has its own uniqueness; some are closely related to the nature or character of the person, and some even arise as a result of the learning process. Realizing the importance of the role of a leader in achieving the goals of an organization, it can be said that the success or failure experienced by most organizations is determined by the quality of leadership played by the leader of the organization. This training partner aims to increase the employees' understanding and abilities as leaders in the company's divisions. Through this training, it is hoped that employees will be able to increase work morale within themselves and their team members, become effective leaders, and create synergistic collaborations. Through training, it is hoped that one can maximize one’s leadership abilities to become a good leader, intelligent, critical, strategic, able to face challenges, and focus on goals.

The acquisition business development strategy is used to survive in a condition. Acquisition is the process of taking over ownership resulting in the transfer of control. The research objective analyzes the differences in banking financial performance before and after being acquired by the acquiring company. Financial performance is observed from liquidity with current ratio, solvency measured debt to total asset ratio, profitability measured return on assets, activity measured total asset turnover, and market measured earnings per share. Data after being collected is processed descriptive statistics and normality tests so as to find normally distributed data will be tested through paired sample t-test while data that is not normally distributed is tested by the Wilcoxon signed rank method. The average descriptive statistical results after experiencing an increase in performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a difference in significant improvement in liquidity and activity ratios, there is a significant decrease in solvency, while based on profitability and market there is no significant improvement. Overall the results show that the acquired banks have not fully achieved synergy, the company must review economic conditions when planning development strategies in order to achieve synergy.

MSIB (Certified Independent Study and Internship) is one of the activity programs at the Merdeka Campus which aims to help students improve their skills and develop themselves. MSIB appointed Orbit Future Academy as one of the partners in the Independent Study program. Founded in 2016 with the aim of improving the quality of life through innovation, education and skills training. In accordance with its mission, namely "We curate and localize international programs and courses for upskilling, re-skilling youth, and the workforce towards jobs of the future". Partners provide opportunities for students to take Artificial Intelligence programs and study online. Learning consists of eight material courses including Python Programming, AI Technology Logic and Concepts, AI Project Cycle, AI Research Methods, ChatGPT, Professional and Company Ethics, Financial Literacy and ending with a Final Project. The final project scope carried out is the Occupancy Detection in Parking Lot project. This project uses the Computer Vision domain with the selection of the YOLO model in detecting objects and pixel segmentation. The project begins with selecting a dataset using roboflow which then goes through data pre-processing for cloning, annotation and augmentation. Then the model is trained using machine learning and deep learning algorithms to understand patterns and characteristics related to parking spaces. Once trained, the AI model will be validated using test data. This aims to ensure that the model truly recognizes the presence of the vehicle. Next, form the application design in creating an informative interface using wireframes. Then enter the deployment stage so that the system can be accessed widely and easily via the web. Lastly, field testing is to find out the performance of the application that has been designed.

This research was conducted at SD Negeri Karyabakti IV, aimed to determine whether the cooperative learning model of STAD (Student Teams Achievements Divisions) could enhance mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of mixed operations of integers for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Karyabakti IV. The subjects of the study were 37 fourth-grade students consisting of 22 male students and 15 female students. Data collection was carried out through observations conducted by the school principal and peers, and also by assessing students' mathematics learning outcomes through written tests. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) The Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning method applied by the researcher to fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Karyabakti IV, focusing on the topic of mixed operations of integers, could enhance students' mathematics learning outcomes. This can be seen in the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes from the pre-cycle stage with a KKM completeness rate of 10.81%, which increased to 45.54% in the first cycle and further increased to 72.97% in the second cycle. 2) The mathematics learning using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) method also improved teacher performance.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Skills (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a Quantitative Method approach. For data processing methods in this study using smartPLS SEM (Partial Least Square – Strutural Equation Modeling) software. For data analysis used in this research, Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing using statistical values, for Alpha 5% the T-Statistics value used is HA accepted and HO, to reject or accept the hypothesis using probability then HA is accepted if the P value <0.05. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is by direct observation, distributing questionnaires (questionnaire). Respondents in this study were 80 respondents to employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that work discipline, work motivation and work skills have a significant effect on employee performance, while partially work discipline, work motivation and work skills have an effect on employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of financial performance using the EVA and MVA methods on stock returns by including firm size as a moderating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach. The research population is food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2022 period. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample size of 27 companies was obtained with a population of 40 companies. Analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach to test the hypothesis. The results of the research found that company performance had a significant effect on stock returns using the EVA and MVA methods. However, firm size has no effect on stock returns, so the firm size variable cannot moderate financial performance using the EVA and MVA methods on stock returns. This proves that the company has not been able to create added value to the company and firm size cannot determine the continuity of a company's business.

Stock returns are generated by investors from buying and selling activities of the stocks they own. The generated return is determined by the increase or decrease in the stock prices. These prices are formed by the fundamental performance of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of factors such as financial distress, firm size, liquidity, and price to cash flow from operating activities on stock return. This study was conducted on transportation and logistics companies during the period of 2019-2022. A total of 22 companies were selected as samples for this research, using purposive sampling method and obtaining 88 relevant research data. The relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis test showed that the variable of financial distress, analyzed using the Zmijewski method, did not have any significant influence on stock return. Firm size, measured by total assets, was also not found to have a significant impact on stock return. The analysis of liquidity using the current ratio did not find a significant influence on stock return. However, price to cash flow from operating activities showed a significant and positive influence on stock return. This factor can be taken into consideration by investors and potential investors when analyzing the financial fundamentals of transportation and logistics companies before investing, as it has an impact on stock return.
