Mukhabarah is a form of cooperation in agriculture, which is a form of cooperation between sharecroppers and landowners, where the land owner gives his land to the manager or sharecropper to be managed or planted and maintained based on an agreement (contract) in exchange for a certain part (percentage) of the land. yields. Empowerment of Farming Communities in Enhancing Rural Economic Development. This socialization aims to find out the extent of the role of Farmer Groups in increasing the empowerment of the farming community of Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency and to know the Rights and Obligations of Owners and Cultivators.The main problem of the target audience is to find out how the behavior of the farmers in Kulwaru Village regarding financing and management and calculating the profits of rice farmers. As well as knowing how accounting and local wisdom in the profit-sharing system between the owner rice farmer and the cultivating rice farmer under the guise method. Based on the research, the results obtained from analyzing the results of experience and interviews with rice farmers in Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency produced a form or model of profit sharing cooperation with the "mask" method. Owners and cultivators in a production sharing cooperation agreement are not carried out in writing, but verbally. In addition, owner farmers and sharecroppers also have different rights and obligations in managing rice fields.

Organisasi merupakan wadah yang terdiri dari sekelompok orang guna mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam organisasi biasanya ada struktur organisasi seperti Ketua, Sekretaris, Bendahara, Kepala Departemen maupun anggota. Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan informasi tentang tata cara melakukan print pada amplop yang wajib diketahui oleh sekretaris organisasi pada khususnya, dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya. Tutorial tata cara print amplop ini sengaja dibuat untuk dapat menjadi dokumen dan dapat dipelajari bagi siapapun yang membutuhkan, dan hal ini merupakan bagian dari pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi seorang dosen, dimana kewajiban seorang dosen adalah melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi yaitu melakukan pendidikan pengajaran, melakukan penelitian, dan melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah sharing tutorial di blog pribadi. Perlu diketahui bahwa pada tata cara ini, software yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Office Word 2007 (Ms. Word 2007). Hasil dari sharing turorial ini, tersampaikan kepada 494.819 orang dengan 69 respon yaitu (1) respon ucapan terima kasih sebanyak 60 orang, (2) respon bertanya sebanyak 6 orang, (3) respon mendoakan hal baik sebanyak 1 orang, dan (4) respon curhat sebanyak 2 orang. Jika melihat angka 60 dari 69 orang yang mengucapkan terima kasih pada postingan, maka tingkat keberhasilannya sangat tinggi yaitu 87%.

This study examines the importance of open and honest communication in personal and professional relationships and its impact on group dynamics, team effectiveness, and individual well-being. Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

One of the basic needs of every human being is to find happiness and be able to express it. One alternative that is often used by individuals in expressing happiness is social media. Happiness is also basically relative, depending on which perspective the expression of happiness is valued. This paper will search to describe various expressions of individual happiness on social media. The general concept of happiness from the perspective of the study of moral philosophy, in this case, hedonism and eudaimonism, is used in this paper as an analytical knife for this phenomenon. In addition, as a comparison, Islamic values are also presented in this theme. This type of study is library research with the main data sources being national journals, books, and other reading materials. The results of this study found that expressions of happiness on social media are quite diverse including shared reality, self-portraits (selfies), obtaining rewards, exploring and obtaining various entertainment from social media, and charity activities. Besides that, there are also expressions of happiness that are capable of harming others, including bullying and sharing hoaxes. These various activities have positive and negative positions from the point of view of moral philosophy and then the concept of Islam was born to complement and give birth to signs of obtaining happiness on social media.

Knowledge sharing is a very important part of knowledge management. This article is a literature study on the factors that influence knowledge sharing in organizations. Based on a literature study conducted on the results of research on the factors that influence knowledge sharing in organizations, several factors that influence knowledge sharing are found. These factors are then analyzed and categorized based on aspects of organizational control. Factors that are within the control of the organization amounted to 13 factors. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk merefleksi satu abad nahdhatul ulama: dialektika capaian dan tantangan. Dengan menggunakan setting teoretik, penelitian menyimpulkan: bahwa Nahdhatul Ulama dalam satu abad, setidaknya memperoleh lima capaian: 1) sebagai organisasi pelestari tradisi, NU sukses mempertahankan diri sebagai organisasi dengan pengikut terbesar di Indonesia, bahkan dunia, 2) berhasil memainkan peran elok dalam percaturan politik Indonesia, dari pra-kemerdekaan, kemerdekaan, pasca kemerdekaan hingga saat ini, 3) dalam konteks pendidikan, berhasil mengintegrasikan sistem pendidikan modern dengan tetap mempertahankan identitas pesantren, 4) pada dimensi budaya, menjadi garda depan sebagai aktor pelestari kebudayaan berbasisi lokal, menjadi media dakwah 5) menjadi penyokong utama beragam agenda pemerintah, terkait isu radikalisme beragama di Indonesia, dan secara gemilang berhasil menjadi representasi Islam rahmatan lil alamin bagi dunia luar.  Adapun tantangan kedepan meliputi: 1) memiliki kelemahan di bidang ekonomi maupun SDM terutama terkait riset dan teknologi, 2) meski selalu berperan penting dalam setiap peristiwa politik Tanah Air, namun kerap ditinggal ketika berbicara sharing kekuasaan, 3) pesantren berhasil eksis hingga saat ini, namun masih kental asumsi hanya melahirkan ulama yang menguasai kitab kuning dan memimpin ritual keagamaan, perlu kurikulum yang berorientasi pada penguasaan teknologi informasi, 4) Secara ekonomi, masih basis massa berada di kelas menengah ke bawah sehingga pekerjaan besar ke depan menciptakan para saudagar baru di NU dengan memobilisasi etos pemberdayaan ekonomi.    

Artikel ini bertujuan mengurai problem derita tiada tara mahasiswa abadi. Riset merupakan jenis kualitatif dengan setting library research. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa abadi adalah sebuah julukan bagi mahasiswa yang menjalani kuliah dalam waktu melebihi kebanyakan mahasiswa lainnya. Fenomena ini merupakan realitas dibanyak kampus di Indonesia. Langkah strategis percepatan kuliah mahasiswa abadi di antaranya: memberi kemudahan dalam percepatan nilai, membangun komunikasi melalui jurusan, perlakuan khusus dosen pembimbing bagi mahasiswa abadi, memberikan pembimbing yang  mudah komunikasi, pemberdayaan dosen wali dalam memberikan motivasi, pemanggilan dari Fakultas bagi mahasiswa semester sepuh, terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT), menghadirkan wali mahasiswa abadi untuk sharing dan Audensi dengan mahasiswa abadi. Langkah strategis tersebut bisa dilakukan guna mengurai problem mahasiswa abadi di perguruan tinggi.

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients at the 2nd Grade Hospital of R.W. Monginsidi in Manado.This research was conducted by using a quasi experimental one group pre-test and posttest design. Sampel in this research amounted to 15 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done by sharing SOP. Then, the collected data was processed by running the SPSS computer program version 16.0 to be analyzed by a Wilcoxon test with the significance level ? = 0,05.The result showed that there is an effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients.The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients at the 2nd Grade Hospital of R.W. Monginsidi in Manado. It is suggested to update information about the effect of finger grip relaxation technique on pain reduction in post sectio caesarea patients.

Literasi digital di era society 5.0 sangatlah penting bagi mahasiswa, dimana konsep tersebut menjadi komponen utama dalam penggunaan teknologi digital supaya dapat berjalan secara baik dan benar. Literas digital banyak dimanfaatkan dikalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa di era society 5.0, yaitu untuk memperoleh teknis pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan saat penggunaan media digital di era society 5.0. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian literatur review dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari artikel jurnal nasional yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada sembilan komponen literasi digital yang harus dikuasai oleh mahasiswa dalam menghadapi era society 5.0, yaitu social networking, transliteracy, maintaining privacy, managing identity, creating content, organising and sharing content, reusing/repurposing content, filtering and selecting content, serta self broadcasting .

The increasing use of social media among students has raised concerns regarding its impact on academic performance and digital well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media usage, student learning outcomes, and overall well-being in a digital environment. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with high school and university students. The findings indicate that while social media can serve as a valuable tool for academic collaboration and resource-sharing, excessive and unregulated usage often leads to distractions, reduced academic performance, and negative effects on mental health. The study highlights the need for balanced social media engagement and the implementation of digital literacy programs to promote responsible usage. These insights contribute to the ongoing discussion on digital well-being and offer practical recommendations for students, educators, and policymakers.  

Drugs are one of society's diseases that are growing very rapidly and are difficult to eradicate. The main target of the largest distribution and use is dominated by the younger generation while the younger generation is the backbone and driver of change for the Indonesian nation. Formation of morals and ethics from an early age is the first step as an effort to prevent drug use, so that in real work lectures in Amahusu Village students run a program namely socialization of the dangers of drug use for the millennial generation. The purpose of this program is to shape the character of students by introducing caused by drug use. This activity was carried out on November 15 2022 located at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. The implementation method uses lecture and sharing methods. With this activity, it is hoped that students will not only know the dangers but can fight drugs for the sake of creating a healthy life, a harmonious family and a bright future.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat secara implementatif akan dapat menghasilkan sharing knowledge yang berdampak kemandirian. Kemandirian tersebut dapat dicapai apabila masyarakat mampu merubah cara berpikir, bertindak, dan memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan potensi yang mereka punya. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan transaksi ekonomi antara penyedia dengan pembeli khususnya para pedagang makanan dari berbagai daerah. Proses transaksi, selaras dengan teori rembesan (trickle down effect), menjadi model ekonomi baru yang berkembang diantara para pelaku usaha. CSR ini adalah program PT. Makmur Jaya yang merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi pakan ternak. Sebagai perusahaan yang beraktifitas di wilayah Kalten, perusahaan tidak hanya sibuk mengeruk sumber daya alam yang ada. Namun perusahaan perlu merubah mindset negatif tersebut. Melalui program ini, CSR PT. Makmur Jaya berusaha membantu masyarakat dengan kemitraan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi ikan khususnya lele bagi kelompok ternak “Lokalele”. Selain itu, program CSR tersebut berupaya untuk mengembangkan wawasan berbasis lingkungan sebagai wujud kemitraan antara perusahaan dengan kelompok masyarakat.

Perkembangan cara kerja industri telah mengarah kepada sistem sharing economy. Kepemilikan asset tidak lagi berpusat pada kepemilikan satu orang. Siste berubah menjadi peer-to-peer economy menjadikan pola kerja dalam industri dikaitkan dengan pola kerja kemitraan. Kemitraan yang termasuk dalam ranah hukum perdata menyebabkan tidak adanya perlindungan hukum terkait dengan ketenagakerjaan yang melindungi tenaga kerja dalam hubungan kemitraan dalam hak dan kewajibannya. Saat ini, kemitraan yang dilaksanakan terjalin tanpa keseimbangan antara pihak-pihak yang berkepenitngan yang memberi kesan bahwa salah satu pihak dituntut lebih banyak disbanding pihak lainnya sehingga kerap kali menyebabkan perselisihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola kerja kemitraan di era ekonomi berbagi yang ada di PT.X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan kontekstual. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam hal ini divisi HR dan mitra kurir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kemitraan antara perusahaan e-commerce dengan mitra kurir belum memenuhi prinsip-prinsip kemitraan yaitu kesetaraan atau keseimbangan, transparan dan saling menguntungkan dan terdapat unsur-unsur dari hubungan kerja yang terjadi yang diindikasikan dari adanya perlakukan kepada mitra sebagai pekerja pada hubungan kerja.

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  sejauh  mana  para  keluarga muda menghayati perkawinan Katolik dan apa yang menjadi kebutuhan mereka untuk semakin menghayati perkawinan Katolik di Paroki Santo Petrus dan Paulus Ampah. Perkawinan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam membangun keluarga, namun  banyak  kendala  yang harus dihadapi  oleh  pasangan  suami istri  dalam menghayati perkawinan Katolik mereka. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis tertarik  untuk mengkaji  tema  skripsi  tentang penghayatan  perkawinan Katolik bagi keluarga muda Kristiani.   Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian  kualitatif.  Data  diperoleh  melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian di Paroki Santo Petrus dan Paulus Ampah. Informan yang telah diteliti berjumlah 15 orang yang dikelompokan menjadi dua yaitu keluarga muda berjumlah 11 KK dan petugas pastoral  ada  4  yaitu  Pastor  paroki  dan  3  orang katekis.  Analisa  data  dengan menyajikan data, melaksanakan Verifikasi, dan menarik kesimpulan. Langkah- langkah penelitian meliputi penentuan tema, profil informan, percakapan dengan informan, refleksi, implikasi, sintesis dan prospek.   Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sifat dan tujuan perkawinan Katolik sudah cukup dipahami oleh keluarga muda. Penghayatan perkawinan keluarga muda memang sangat perlu suatu keintiman antara suami istri melalui relasi yang baik, akan tetapi masih ada permasalahan yang mucul dalam rumah tangga yaitu komunikasi yang kurang dan ekonomi rumah tangga. Keluarga muda menyadari bahwa betapa pentingnya pendampingan bentuk katekese dan pengajaran mengingat bahwa pendampingan bagi keluarga muda di Paroki Santo Petrus dan Paulus Ampah ini masih belum terlaksana pendampingan keluarga muda secara khusus.  Gereja memang sangat  perlu mengupayakan  pembinaan  lanjutan  bagi keluarga muda dalam bentuk rekoleksi, sharing antara keluarga, dan pertemuan yang berkaitan dengan meningkatkan penghayatan perkawinan katolik bagi keluarga muda.

In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.
