The purpose of this study was to evaluate the current intonation in Music Education students at UNP, assess the impact of longtone exercises in improving intonation, and assess intonation differences before and after training. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research research. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observations, and document analysis. The steps of analyzing data are data reduction, data model and drawing conclusions. The results showed that longtone training became the most important exercise in the process of forming pitch control (intonation) in playing the Saxophone. Longtone exercises build the strength of the lip muscles (muscle memory) because to get a good intonation, the lip muscles must be formed and have stable strength in order to get a good tone, because the Saxophone is a tool that is very sensitive to pitch changes. Researchers provide an understanding of the urgency and mastery of basic exercises in playing beginner Saxophone. Because before mastering higher techniques, of course, you must master basic techniques first, especially longtones, so that higher technique training does not experience problems because it already has a strong foundation. This research also provides an understanding that it is important for an instrument player to perform the stages in the process of musical instrument practice well and the importance of practicing basic techniques in learning the instrument.

Nutritional status is a health condition that occurs as a result of a comparison between needs and the fulfillment of nutritional substances. There are several factors that can influence a person's nutritional status, namely suitability of needs with food intake, physical activity, increased nutritional needs due to various diseases, and other factors such as social and economic background. The nutritional status of adolescents can be described through measuring BMI/U. The prevalence of underweight in adolescents aged 13-15 years, based on research and development data from the Ministry of Health in 2013, is 11.1% (3.3% very thin and 7.8% thin) while for obese people aged 13-15 years was 10.8% (2.5% very obese and 8.3% obese). Data was obtained by interviews regarding identity, student age, weight and height measurements, exercise and physical activity habits, eating patterns and interpretation of nutritional status on Z-Score BMI according to Age. The results of this study showed that 59.5% of students had good nutritional status, 15.7% of students had overweight nutritional status, 13% of students have poor nutritional status, 10.3% of students have poor nutritional status, 1.6% students have obesity nutritional status.

Indonesia possesses vast forest areas with great potential. On the other hand, before the establishment of the Indonesian state, indigenous communities already exercised control over forests in the Indonesian territory based on customary rights. Therefore, the existence and customary rights of indigenous communities over forests are recognized in the Constitution. However, in reality, there are still many indigenous communities that their rights to the forests they have managed for generations have not been fully acknowledged, one of them is Cireundeu indigenous community. The lack of recognition causes these communities to face issues related to their customary rights over the forests. In fact, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia actually guarantees the rights of indigenous peoples regarding their forest. One way to realize that rights is by declarating customary forests for the indigenous communities of Cireundeu. This research examines the importance of the declaration of customary forests for the Cireundeu Indigenous Community in light of the rights of indigenous communities guaranteed by the Constitution. This research is a normative legal study. The approaches used are the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The results of this research indicate that the declaration of customary forests for the indigenous communities of Cireundeu is crucial to ensure their constitutional rights to be recognized and respected, along with their traditional rights, to achieve well-being, particularly in terms of food security, to protect their cultural identity, and to safeguard a healthy and sustainable environment.

Hypertension is a health problem that is quite dangerous in the world, because it is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Hypertension can be treated with nonpharmacological therapies, such as hypertension exercise and natural music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of hypertension exercise and natural sound music therapy on reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in the working area of the Modo Health Center. The research design used a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design on 52 hypertensive patients who were selected using a consecutive sampling technique from a total population of 109. The intervention was in the form of giving a combination of hypertension exercise and natural sound music for 10-15 minutes according to the SOP for hypertension exercise and natural sound music. After that, it was analyzed using paired t-test. The results showed that the average blood pressure before treatment was 168.77/95.12 mmHg. After being given treatment the average blood pressure was 156.69/85.88 mmHg. The results of the pre-post systolic and pre-diastolic statistical tests obtained a significance value of p=0.000 (p<0.005), which means that there is an effect of a combination of hypertension exercise and natural sound music therapy on reducing blood pressure. The mechanism for reducing blood pressure after exercise is because exercise can relax blood vessels, so that by dilating blood vessels blood pressure will decrease. Providing natural sound music therapy can cause relaxation of arteriolar smooth muscles which play an important role in maintaining blood pressure. It is hoped that the combination of hypertension exercise and natural sound music therapy can be applied as an intervention at the Prolanis Health Center in Modo.

This study examines the relationship between Kegel exercises and the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers who underwent normal delivery. Perineal wounds, a common outcome of vaginal childbirth, can lead to discomfort and complications if not properly managed. Kegel exercises, known for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, may also play a crucial role in accelerating the healing process of perineal wounds. This research involved a sample of postpartum mothers who were instructed to perform Kegel exercises regularly. Data were collected through clinical observations and self-reported healing experiences over a specified period. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between the regular practice of Kegel exercises and the expedited healing of perineal wounds. Mothers who adhered to the exercise regimen reported reduced pain, faster wound closure, and improved overall postpartum recovery. These results suggest that Kegel exercises should be recommended as a routine postpartum practice to promote faster healing and enhance the well-being of new mothers. Further research is recommended to explore the underlying mechanisms and to establish standardized guidelines for the implementation of Kegel exercises in postpartum care.

Stocks and the Indonesian capital market coexisted in Indonesia in 1912, when the Indonesian capital market was first established. An Islamic regulation master named Abdurrahman Isa contends that stock trading exchanges are permitted in religion, including shares gave by banking organizations, where a portion of the exercises are revenue based credit. This is based on the circumstances of Muslims, who, in his opinion, are in a dhorurat state. This study made use of literature research, which uses information from books and other sources to investigate the method for putting into practice investment in sharia stocks as a tool for economic improvement. The English word investment, which means to plant, was adopted from the British language. According to the Dictionary of Capital Market and Financial Terms, "investment" refers to putting money or capital into a business with the intention of earning a profit. The Capital Market Law regulates the sharia capital market, which is a capital market that does not violate sharia law. In this instance, the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) continues to oversee the sharia capital market. The fundamental difference between the sharia capital market and the conventional capital market is that the sharia capital market must adhere to sharia law in all transaction mechanisms and issuers traded in it. In other words, there is no significant difference between the two markets.
