Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Indonesia's economy with a contribution of around 60% to the Gross Domestic Product and the absorption of more than 90% of the national workforce. In the culinary sector, MSMEs face various challenges, especially in terms of limited access to technology, efficient logistics management, and the implementation of hygiene practices that meet standards. This community service activity aims to empower culinary MSMEs through a structured and comprehensive approach that includes technology training, managerial capacity building, and the implementation of food safety standards. The method of implementing activities consists of three main stages: (1) preparation and planning, (2) implementation of training and mentoring, and (3) evaluation and follow-up. The training is focused on the use of digital technology for business operations, financial and logistics management, and hygiene practices in food production. Mentoring is carried out intensively to ensure that knowledge and skills transfer is effective. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of culinary MSME actors. Partners are able to adopt simple technology to support business operations, improve management systems, and implement better hygiene practices. In addition, this activity succeeded in building a collaborative network between MSMEs, academics, local governments, and the private sector, which strengthened the local business ecosystem. However, challenges in the form of limited financial resources and the need for ongoing assistance are still major concerns. Overall, this program makes a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs, encouraging local economic growth, and supporting the development of an inclusive and sustainable business ecosystem based on community empowerment.

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on people's lives, including the protection of citizens' privacy rights. One key issue that has emerged is the management and protection of personal data, which is increasingly vulnerable to misuse. This study aims to examine and compare the personal data protection provisions stipulated in the 2024 Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law) and Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). The research method used is a normative approach with comparative study techniques. The study focuses on the legal substance, scope of data protection, and institutional roles in implementing both regulations. The analysis shows that the ITE Law remains general in nature, lacking specific detailed regulations governing personal data protection mechanisms. Meanwhile, the PDP Law presents a more systematic and comprehensive specific regulation, referencing international principles such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union. However, several implementation challenges exist, including overlapping authority between institutions, inconsistencies in legal norms, and limited adequate legal infrastructure. This situation has the potential to create regulatory dualism and complicate the law enforcement process. Therefore, steps are needed to harmonize the ITE Law and the PDP Law, strengthen the capacity of institutions responsible for data protection, and increase the digital literacy of the public so that citizens' digital rights can be optimally protected in the digital era.

The development of information technology has brought about significant changes in the social, economic, and legal life of global society. On the one hand, digitalization creates efficiency and convenience in various activities, such as financial transactions, communications, and access to information. However, on the other hand, this progress has also given rise to a new form of crime known as cybercrime. Cybercrime differs from conventional crime in that it is committed through electronic systems that can cross national borders and involve a large number of victims. This crime encompasses various forms, such as data hacking, online fraud, and malware distribution. This research aims to examine the development of cybercrime as a form of modern crime in the digital era and to assess the response of Indonesian criminal law to these challenges. The method used is normative legal, with a statutory, conceptual, and case study approach. This research also examines existing regulations, such as Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, in addressing cybercrime issues. The research results show that although Indonesia has several regulations related to cybercrime, their implementation still faces various obstacles. Some of the main obstacles include suboptimal law enforcement, limited technology and human resources, and low levels of public digital awareness. Therefore, regulatory reform, institutional capacity development, and increasing public digital literacy are essential. This is part of a national strategy to address cybercrime comprehensively and sustainably, in order to create a safer and more trustworthy digital environment.

This study aims to determine and analyze the potential and challenges of culinary businesses, the implementation of digitalization and halal certification, and the development of an effective and sustainable model for the "Resto Apung" culinary business to support food economic independence in coastal villages. The research was conducted at "Resto Apung" using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. The findings show that the "Resto Apung" business holds significant potential as a culinary destination with a strong attraction due to its unique location and menu offerings based on local marine products. However, several challenges hinder its development, including low digital literacy among business managers, lack of structured and professional management systems, and the absence of halal certification which is crucial in targeting broader Muslim consumer segments. Currently, digitalization has only been applied in the marketing aspect, primarily through social media, while other aspects such as financial management, customer service, and operational processes are still managed conventionally. Nevertheless, the managers have shown awareness and initiatives to improve, especially in recognizing halal certification as a strategic competitive advantage. The proposed development model integrates digitalization into all aspects of business management, enhances human resource capacity through technical and managerial training, and includes efforts to obtain halal certification. This holistic approach is expected to increase the competitiveness of the culinary business, optimize local potential, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of food economic independence in coastal areas.

Forgery of diplomas constitutes a criminal act that undermines the integrity of the national education system and negatively impacts public trust in educational institutions as well as law enforcement in Indonesia. This study aims to thoroughly examine the criminal law regulations governing diploma forgery, particularly under Article 263 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), along with the essential elements required for an act to be classified as diploma forgery. Furthermore, the study explores the implementation of criminal law in handling diploma forgery cases in Indonesia, including the challenges and obstacles faced by law enforcement officers and the structural and cultural factors affecting the effectiveness of law enforcement. This research employs a normative legal approach, utilizing statutory, conceptual, and case study methods to obtain comprehensive theoretical and empirical insights. The findings reveal that despite the existence of clear and stringent legal provisions, law enforcement practices still encounter barriers such as inadequate diploma verification systems, the absence of an integrated national diploma database, and low public legal awareness regarding the consequences of diploma forgery. Cases involving professional individuals committing diploma forgery underscore the need for more consistent and systematic law enforcement. Consequently, this study recommends the development of an integrated national diploma database, enhancement of law enforcement capacity and coordination, intensified public legal education and outreach, and the strict application of legal sanctions to effectively prevent and prosecute perpetrators of diploma forgery
