Inclusive village development is a strategic priority in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with Village-Owned Enterprises ( BUMDes ) as the driving force of the local economy. However, the participation of vulnerable groups—such as people with disabilities , the elderly, women, and the poor—is still limited in BUMDes services . This study aims to evaluate the quality of BUMDes services in Daha Utara District through the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) approach which includes five dimensions: tangibles , reliability , responsiveness , assurance , and empathy . The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach . Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three categories of participants: BUMDes managers , vulnerable groups, and community leaders. The results of the study indicate that physical facilities ( tangibles ) are not inclusive, service reliability is disrupted by limited human resources, and the assurance dimension has not been supported by ongoing training. Meanwhile, the responsiveness and empathy dimensions are relatively good interpersonally , but are not yet structured institutionally. The main obstacles identified are the lack of budget, lack of training, and the absence of a formal complaint mechanism. On the other hand, moral support from village managers and figures is a supporting factor for service transformation. This study concludes that improving the quality of inclusive services requires a transformative and participatory approach , including adaptive digitalization and active involvement of vulnerable groups in planning. These findings are expected to be the basis for making fairer and more responsive village development policies.

The digitalization of healthcare had prompted health institutions to adopt digital content marketing as an innovative strategy for service promotion and patient loyalty development, while preserving service reliability as a crucial loyalty factor. Recent empirical research had revealed inconsistent findings about the non-linear relationships among these variables, which necessitated additional investigation incorporating trust as a mediating factor. This research sought to provide empirical validation of how trust mediated the relationship between service reliability, digital content marketing, and patient loyalty within hospital settings. The study employed a cross-sectional methodology using purposive sampling with 119 outpatients from Hermina Kemayoran Hospital in Jakarta. The analytical approach utilized the three box method for descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via Smart-PLS 4 for inferential analysis. Results demonstrated that both digital content marketing and service reliability influenced patient loyalty indirectly through trust mediation, though digital content marketing's indirect influence was considerably weaker than its direct impact. The research determined that trust served as a partial mediator in how digital content marketing and service reliability affected patient loyalty development in hospital environments.

Pneumonia detection from chest X-ray images is widely used in computer-aided diagnostic systems. However, effective clinical decision support requires not only accurate classification performance but also consideration of unequal error costs, since false negative predictions may lead to more severe consequences than false positives. In addition, prediction probabilities must be well calibrated to support threshold-based medical decisions such as triage and patient escalation. This research investigates asymmetric misclassification costs and probability calibration for binary classification (PNEUMONIA vs. NORMAL) using the Hugging Face dataset hf-vision/chest-xray-pneumonia. The proposed framework utilizes a ResNet-18 architecture integrated with cost-sensitive learning through weighted cross-entropy loss (FN:FP = 5:1), threshold optimization based on validation data to reduce expected cost, and post-hoc temperature scaling for improving probability calibration. Experimental results on the independent test set indicate that the cost-sensitive approach enhances specificity and decreases expected cost compared to the conventional cross-entropy baseline. Furthermore, temperature scaling improves the reliability of probabilistic predictions, as demonstrated by better negative log-likelihood and Brier score values. The study also explores selective prediction strategies to balance prediction coverage and risk reduction, complemented by Grad-CAM visualizations and structured failure-case analysis for qualitative assessment. Overall, the findings demonstrate that incorporating cost-aware decision thresholds and calibrated probability estimates can serve as lightweight yet effective enhancements for chest X-ray classification systems in clinical decision-support applications.
