This study examines the quality of outpatient public services for BPJS Health patients at the Regional General Hospital of Dumai City. The purpose of this research is to assess how service quality is experienced by patients and how effectively outpatient services are delivered. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants included outpatient service staff and BPJS patients selected purposively to represent both service providers and service users. The analysis focuses on five dimensions of service quality: physical facilities, service reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results indicate that outpatient services are generally perceived as adequate, particularly in terms of physical facilities, diagnostic accuracy, and staff professionalism. However, delays in registration and service processes remain a major concern, mainly due to high patient volume and administrative procedures. In addition, differences in staff communication and interpersonal attitudes lead to variations in patient experiences. Overall, the study highlights the importance of improving service responsiveness and strengthening empathetic communication to enhance patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of public hospital outpatient services.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. Community health centers (Puskesmas) play a strategic role as primary health care facilities in improving public health status. However, Puskesmas Bumi Ayu still faces several challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and suboptimal community participation in supporting health services. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the quality of community health services through a community organizing approach that actively involves health workers and service users. The methods employed include health education, interactive discussions, and participatory monitoring and evaluation conducted at Puskesmas Bumi Ayu, Dumai Selatan District. The results indicate an improvement in the understanding of health workers and the community regarding patient-oriented service quality, optimization of available resources, and strengthened collaboration among the health center, local government, and the community. Furthermore, the program fostered collective awareness, positive behavioral changes, and the emergence of local change agents supporting community-based health services. Overall, this PKM contributes to the development of more responsive, inclusive, and sustainable primary health care services in the working area of Puskesmas Bumi Ayu

The aim of this research is to determine the response to landslide floods that occurred in West Bandung Regency, and the evacuation of victims who were injured and died due to landslide floods. As well as restoration of damage to facilities and infrastructure such as community houses, school buildings, mosques and schools due to landslides. The research method uses qualitative methods that describe events at the research location related to landslide victims. The data collection technique is through interviews with several officials and volunteers as well as RW and RW administrators. Observations are carried out to see and observe the conditions at the scene, such as residents' houses that were hit by landslides. Documentation studies related to the research focus in the form of mass media and other online media. The conclusion is that the impact on dealing with landslide flood victims has been implemented by the local government, officials and volunteers. Evacuation of victims with serious and minor injuries as well as those who died have been evacuated to the Cililin Regional General Hospital. Restoration of damaged residents' houses as well as prayer rooms and mosques as a means of worship for Muslims has been carried out. With the natural disaster that resulted in many victims, it became an evaluation material for the West Bandung Regency government, so that it could educate the public.

The provision of sports facilities such as sports fields, running tracks, and swimming pools constitutes a standard public amenity provided by local governments to serve as venues for sports activities. Each region allocates land differently for each public facilities. Local governments tend to repurpose sports infrastructure for other facilities, as currently planned in the city of Pangkalpinang. The aim of this research is to examine the regulations and procedures governing the process and responsibilities regarding the repurposing of sports facilities. A normative legal research method with a normative juridical approach was chosen for this study. The findings indicate that the repurposing of sports facilities must adhere to the provisions of the legislation. Local governmets must follow procedures and regulations regardung repurposing. Peraturan Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Nomor 9 Tahun 2022 Tentang Tata Cara Peniadaan dan/atau Pengalihfungsian Prasarana Olahraga Aset/Milik Pemerintah Pusat atau Pemerintah Daerah provides technical specifications regarding responsibilities of parties involved in repurposing sports facilities. There are sanctions for those who violate the regulations on repurposing sports infrastructure. It is hoped that through this research, the Pangkalpinang City Government and other parties will take into account the regulations concerning the repurposing of sports facilities.

The school has 399 students and 21 employees, including four non-teachers and one librarian. The ISR has characteristics like public school in Indonesia where curriculum, policy and finance are supported by Indonesian government and parents’ committee partnership (Setyono, 2016). Based on the concept of No Children Left Behind (NCLB), the ISR need to give opportunities for students to continue to study at they preferred school or university in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. In these contexts, the community engagement strategies plan is not only collaboration of stakeholders to accommodate learning facilities, but also provide eLearning tools to support the learners need in purpose to improve students’ competencies and create positives learning environment in ISR.

The SIADUIN application system provides a number of services, namely complaints for facilities and infrastructure, services to complaints against foreigners and there is also an information service about services available at the Class I Non TPI Depok Immigration Office. However, in its implementation, various problems were found, one of which was that the results of complaints and complaints from the public were still slow in capturing and responding to them and they also often complained about a slow system and the absence of Playstore and Appstore, which made it easier for the public to access them. This research aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the SIADUIN application system and improve the quality of public services by the Class I Non TPI Depok Immigration Office. To determine the effectiveness of the SIADUIN application using the program effectiveness theory proposed by Budiani (2007; 53), there are four indicators to determine program effectiveness, namely, accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring and supervision. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the SIADUIN application system in improving the quality of complaints and public services by the Class I Non TPI Depok Immigration Office in complaint and information services is still not effective. It is known that the recording and management of complaints is recapped every two months, this is inversely proportional to the complaints and grievances submitted by the public every day.

The Department of Population and Civil Registration is an agency engaged in the field of public services. Nowadays, many people are aware of the importance of civil registration of Indonesian citizens. Currently there are still many people who feel dissatisfied with the performance provided by employees to the community. This is due to problematic employee performance, such as employee attitudes that are less than friendly, employee performance that does not satisfy the public, and employees not completing their work on time. The aim of this research at the Tangerang City Population and Registration Service is to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration is not optimal. In terms of quality indicators, employee performance still needs to be improved due to the mismatch between job placement and their abilities and skills. On the quantity of work indicator, it can be said that it is quite good because the work plan every year can be carried out properly. In terms of punctuality indicators, it still cannot be said to be optimal, because there are still employees being late in coming to work and employees not being on time in completing work. On the effectiveness indicator, it is quite good, because the facilities and systems in the office are adequate. The independence indicator is quite good, because there has been progress in the employee's initiative in carrying out their duties. In terms of work commitment indicators, the research results show that the responsibilities of employees are good, but there is still a lack of employee discipline when coming to work.

This study aims to analyze the quality of administrative services at UPT Puskesmas Bumi Ayu, Dumai City, as part of primary public health service delivery. Service quality is an important indicator of institutional performance and community satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the head of the health center and a service user selected purposively based on direct involvement in administrative services. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The assessment framework applies five service quality dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that administrative services generally perform well, particularly in staff responsiveness, procedural reliability, and empathetic interaction. However, several limitations remain, including limited inpatient room facilities and difficulties among elderly users in understanding the Mobile JKN online registration system. These results suggest that service improvement should focus on strengthening physical infrastructure and enhancing user support for digital service access to improve overall administrative service quality in primary healthcare institutions.

This study aims to explore the influence of the social environment on the communication patterns of adolescents in urban areas. A qualitative approach is used to understand how factors such as family, peers, school environment, social media, local culture, socioeconomic status, globalization, and physical environment influence the way adolescents communicate. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, focus group discussions and case studies. The respondents in this study were 100 respondents from teenagers in Bandung city.The results showed that family has a central role in shaping adolescents' communication skills, with supportive parenting increasing openness and communication effectiveness. Peers also have a significant influence, where adolescents adjust their communication style to gain social acceptance. School environments that support open and participatory communication have been shown to improve adolescents' communication skills, while the use of social media and modern technology changes the mode and frequency of communication, although sometimes reducing face-to-face interactions.Local culture and urbanization introduce adolescents to more modern and dynamic communication styles, while socioeconomic status affects access to education and technology, which in turn affects communication skills. Globalization and exposure to foreign cultures broaden adolescents' communication horizons, allowing interaction with various groups. Finally, the urban physical environment, including public facilities and population density, affects adolescents' interaction and communication patterns.  The findings provide implications for policies and interventions aimed at improving adolescents' communication skills through a holistic approach involving family, school, community, and management of social media use.

Telemedicine is the provision of long-distance health services by health professionals using information and communication technology, including the exchange of information on diagnosis, treatment, disease and injury prevention, research and evaluation, and continuing education of health service providers for the benefit of improving individual and community health. Health Service Facilities, hereinafter referred to as Health Facilities, are tools and/or places used to provide promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health service efforts carried out by the central government, regional government and/or the community. Health Facilities that provide consultations are health facilities that receive requests and provide Telemedicine consultation services. Health Facilities Requesting Consultation are Health Facilities that send requests for Telemedicine consultations (1). In the partner environment, not many people know about the term telemedicine and the majority have never used these facilities for their daily needs. Therefore, the author wants to hold outreach as part of a health promotion program regarding the introduction of telemedicine to parents of students at TK-Al Islam 5 Grobagan. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge, provide education, and increase understanding among the community, especially parents of students at TK-Al Islam 5 regarding telemedicine in Indonesia. The output target to be achieved in this community service is the publication of journal articles.

Fire is a threat to human safety, property and the environment. With the increasingly rapid development and progress of development, the risk of fires is increasing. Shophouses or shophouses are places that are prone to fires. The increasingly dense population and the construction of office buildings have created a vulnerability in the event of a fire. Preventive efforts must be carried out by each individual and work unit, so that casualties from fire incidents can be minimized. Fires can cause moral, material and even human life losses. Fires that hit public facilities, of course, cause losses to many people. Shophouse fires often occur suddenly due to short circuits, gas explosions or due to sparks from cigarettes/matches. The research carried out this time focuses on creating a fire detection system using ESP32 and Arduino. The system uses three sensors, namely a temperature sensor, a gas sensor and a fire sensor. Temperature sensors are useful for monitoring room temperature conditions, fire sensors are useful for detecting the presence of fire in a fire disaster and gas sensors are useful for detecting the presence of smoke that appears as a result of a fire disaster. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller and uses the Arduino IDE application. The results of the fire detection system are expected to reduce the occurrence of fire accidents and also losses caused by fire accidents.

Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Foundation's Instagram still needs a Marketing Public Relations strategy to increase the acceptance of new students. Marketing Public Relations at the Educational Institutions of the Al-Hamidiyah Foundation is needed because educational institutions need to convince prospective students due to the lack of public relations efforts to expose the message of the Al-Hamidiyah Foundation via Instagram. This study aims to determine the pull strategy, push strategy, and pass strategy used by Al-Hamidiyah's Marketing Public Relations. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and literature studies. This study uses the theory of Marketing Public Relations namely Thomas L. Harris Pull, Push, and Pass Strategy. The results of this study are that the Pull Strategy provides prizes in the form of vouchers or gift cards by following the Al-Hamidiyah account through trivia quizzes, or giveaway, promoting advertisements/Instagram Ads. The Push Strategy is cooperating in posting content with influencers or media partners, sharing student activity content, outstanding students and facilities. The Pass Strategy is carrying out the blue ocean strategy & sharing learning program content and student activities.

In daily life, waste is something that is always there. Finding out about the current waste management system in Medan Krio, Sunggal subdistrict, and Deli Serdang district is the goal of this study. Qualitative research using a descriptive observational design is the methodology employed. The study employed various research techniques, including field surveys, participant-led focus groups, open interviews, and literature reviews. Representatives from the Environmental Agency, village heads, village representative bodies, youth organizations, and village organizations were among the participants in this study. The study's findings indicate that the village's waste management is still inadequate. This is because there isn't enough land to erect temporary shelters, the infrastructure and facilities are still subpar, and there is still a low level of public awareness of the significance of proper waste management. A budget for the purchase of land that will be used for temporary housing should be included, along with recommendations for routine village clean-up schedules and socialization about proper and ethical waste management.

Merak Hamlet is a hamlet located on the north coast in the forest area of Baluran National Park. The distance from the city center takes ± 2 hours.  Facilities that are less suitable for use such as health facilities. With this community service, the government can see the back of the peacock hamlet which only controls sunlight for electricity, and can feel routine health checks. With the results of the service uploud in the mass media, the government sees the condition and situation of the peacock hamlet during the day and night. With the motivation of the class all children will not be broken and adults feel free health checks. Polindes became the main target to create a health post with the help of the health center medical team in the city. After the service activity, thank God there was a continuation for Electricity from the government and the merak hamlet is now bright like the city. The return of enthusiasm for learning and public health is now improving with the health check.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Canva-based interactive video media in thematic learning on learning outcomes in elementary schools. This research is a literature study using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by searching via Google Scholar for articles in electronic journals and other publications. The data was analyzed in three stages, namely organizing, synthesizing and identifying. In applying this media, several obstacles were encountered in the classroom, including; Teachers still don't know how to make designs on Canva, the signal is not stable and the infrastructure is limited. However, these obstacles are not an obstacle. The school provides socialization or training and adequate facilities and infrastructure for teachers. There are eight articles that are in accordance with the study theme which states that the application of Canva interactive media has a very significant role in student learning outcomes, especially at the elementary school level.

The Gunung Lengkuas Village Office serves the community and public services in general. As we know, the task of the sub-district government is to support and assist the government in providing public services in the sub-district in its activities in accordance with its duties and responsibilities, providing facilities, directing administration, implementing service systems, and so on. However, there are several problems in public services at the Gunung Lengkuas District office, where there are several complaints submitted by the public, including the behavior of officers such as employee discipline, handling of complaints that are not followed up and so on. Therefore, this research aims to measure the level of community satisfaction in Gunung Lengkuas Village, East Bintan District. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. In accordance with PAN Ministerial Decree No.14 of 2017, there are 9 indicators for community satisfaction surveys, namely requirements, system mechanisms and procedures, completion time, costs, product specifications, types of services, implementer competence, implementer behavior, complaint handling. , suggestions and input as well as facilities and infrastructure. The results of the research show that the survey score for community satisfaction with services at the Gunung Lengkuas Village office, East Bintan District, is 74.8 in the Bad category. The indicator with the highest index value with an average IKM value of 95 is costs and the indicator with the lowest index value with an average IKM value of 1.5 is facilities and infrastructure in the question of the existence of a lactation room.

Efforts to increase the provision of breast milk (ASI) play a very big role in achieving infant mortality rates and reducing the prevalence of malnutrition in children under five. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This research design is descriptive analytical with a sample size of 26 respondents using a total sampling method. The results of this research were that the majority of respondents aged 26-30 years were 10 people (38.5%), the majority of respondents had secondary education as many as 19 people (73.1%), the majority of respondents were housewives as many as 20 people (76.9%), the majority of respondents had income < 1,000,000 as many as 22 people (84.6%), and the majority of children are one child as many as 17 (65.4%). Data analysis using product moment. From the results of the product moment statistical test, it can be concluded that management factors in the birthing place that support breastfeeding and providing breastfeeding facilities in public places are factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The relationship between management at the birth center that supports breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding obtained a value of r = 0.458, which means the relationship between the two variables has a sufficient relationship, and obtained a value of P = 0.019, meaning there is a significant influence. And for the relationship between providing breastfeeding facilities in public places and exclusive breastfeeding, the value obtained was r = 0.394, which means that the two variables have a sufficient relationship, and the value obtained was P = 0.047, which means there is a significant influence.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and heart disease are the main causes of morbidity and mortality in the elderly (elderly). The elderly need early detection and health promotion to reduce the risk of NCD complications and improve quality of life. This activity aims to increase awareness and understanding of elderly people in Barusari Village regarding the importance of early detection and control of NCDs, as well as providing health education through community-based health promotion. Implementation Method: Free Health Check: Carry out a health check to detect early signs of NCDs, such as measuring blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and checking cholesterol. Community-Based Health Promotion: Holding a health promotion campaign involving community leaders, elderly families, and health workers to create an environment that supports a healthy lifestyle for the elderly. Results: Increased public awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention of NCD complications. Elderly people who take part in health checks gain knowledge about their health conditions and are given referrals to health facilities if necessary. Conclusion: This activity was successful in increasing elderly participation in early detection and health promotion, as well as forming a community that is more concerned about controlling NCDs in the elderly group.
