Financial innovation plays a crucial role in increasing people's access to economic services, especially in the ever-evolving digital era. Through various forms of innovation such as digital financial services, fintech, mobile banking, and electronic payment systems, people, including those in remote areas—have made it easier to reach banking, investment, and financing services. These innovations help overcome various conventional barriers, such as limited physical infrastructure, high transaction costs, and the unaffordability of formal financial services. In addition, the presence of financial technology also expands financial inclusion by providing products and services that are more flexible, cheap, and easily accessible through mobile devices. This not only encourages local economic growth, but also empowers micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to develop their businesses. However, challenges remain, such as the need for financial literacy, consumer data protection, and adequate regulatory oversight. Therefore, synergy between the government, financial institutions, technology providers, and the community is important to ensure that financial innovation can be utilized optimally and sustainably in promoting inclusive economic prosperity. Financial innovation is not just a technological advancement, but a strategic solution towards economic justice.

The increasing international awareness of environmental issues has had a significant impact on business orientation in various sectors, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In the fashion industry, MSMEs are not only required to create innovations in product design and quality, but are also directed to adopt environmentally friendly practices that support sustainability throughout their business processes, from production to marketing. This study aims to examine in depth how the integration of green business strategies and sustainable marketing contributes to increasing the competitive advantage of fashion MSMEs in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 fashion MSME respondents selected based on relevant criteria. Data processing was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by classical assumption tests with the help of SPSS software, so that the research results have a strong empirical basis. The research findings indicate a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between the implementation of green business strategies and sustainable marketing on achieving competitive advantage. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.52 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain more than half of the variation in competitive advantage possessed by MSMEs. The implications of these results confirm that the success of MSMEs no longer depends solely on product innovation, but also on the ability to integrate sustainability aspects into internal practices and external strategies. This research enriches the literature on sustainable management, particularly in the context of MSMEs in non-urban areas, while also providing practical input for the formulation of business assistance policies that are adaptive to market dynamics and increasingly complex environmental challenges. This research provides theoretical contributions to the literature on sustainable management in the context of MSMEs in non-urban areas, as well as practical implications for the development of business assistance policies that are more adaptive to environmental challenges.

The aim of this research is to explore the impact of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and locus of control on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) active in Central Java. This study follows a quantitative research approach, which involves testing hypotheses and determining the relationships between variables, allowing for generalization of the results from the sample to the broader population. Quantitative research collects data in the form of numbers or statistics, enabling objective statistical analysis. The study employs clear and standard measuring tools to ensure the consistency and reliability of the collected data. The research begins with a specific hypothesis, which is then tested through systematic data collection and analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variables of financial literacy (X1), financial inclusion (X2), and locus of control (X3) all have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs in Central Java. The statistical analysis shows that the calculated T values are greater than the critical values in the t-table, and the significance values are below the threshold of 0.005, confirming the robustness of the findings. The results also suggest that enhancing financial literacy, promoting financial inclusion, and fostering a strong sense of locus of control among MSME owners can significantly improve their financial performance. These findings have important implications for policymakers and business development programs aimed at improving the sustainability and growth of MSMEs. By addressing these factors, MSMEs in Central Java can potentially achieve better financial outcomes and contribute to the overall economic development of the region. Future research could expand the scope to include more diverse regions and industries to validate and build upon these findings.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, playing a role not only in job creation but also in maintaining national economic stability. However, amidst the rapid development of the digital era, MSMEs face significant challenges in adopting technology to expand market reach and increase the competitiveness of local products. This research seeks to identify and develop simple innovations in designing effective digital promotional content, with a case study of the Alisa Khadijah Community of the ICMI South Tambun Branch. The analysis focuses on the actual conditions of MSMEs, the application of simple innovations in business processes and products, and digital promotional strategies that suit the characteristics of modern consumers. Through surveys and observations, it was found that the use of quality visuals, interactive elements, narrative storytelling, and internal collaboration can have a positive impact on increasing consumer visibility and engagement. The results show that most MSMEs that implement this content strategy experience a significant increase in digital interactions and product sales in a relatively short time. Furthermore, collaboration with the Cooperatives & MSMEs Office and educational institutions is a crucial factor in accelerating digital transformation, as it can provide access to technical assistance and training. Based on these findings, this study recommends the formation of innovation teams at the community level, the holding of ongoing workshops, and the development of collaborative platforms to share best practices and develop business networks. With the right approach, MSMEs can not only adapt to the digital era but also have the potential to expand their business scale and increase their competitiveness in the global market, thereby further strengthening their contribution to the Indonesian economy. This study recommends the formation of innovation teams within communities, practical workshops, and the development of collaborative platforms to increase MSME competitiveness in the digital market.

This community service activity aims to increase the financial independence of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Sudiang, Makassar, through a networking approach and strengthening financial literacy capacity. The main problems faced by the local KWT are the still low understanding of group financial management, limited access to financial information, and dependence on external assistance. Through socialization, training, and interactive discussions, participants were provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of financial independence, simple financial record keeping, collective fund management, and the importance of institutional networks as a sustainability strategy. The results of the activity showed an increase in members' understanding of the importance of financial literacy and the ability to design an internal financial system independently. In addition, strengthening networks with local stakeholders was also started as a first step towards finding a KWT business. The activity concluded with a question and answer session and the presentation of certificates to participants as a form of appreciation and ongoing motivation. Going forward, further mentoring is needed so that the empowerment process can continue to develop consistently. As a follow-up to this activity, a sustainable mentoring strategy is needed so that the understanding and skills that have been acquired do not just stop at the level of knowledge, but can be implemented in real life in the KWT's daily activities. This mentoring can include monitoring the group's financial records, facilitating access to microfinance institutions, and training in building partnerships with external parties such as government, academics, and the private sector. With structured mentoring, KWT is expected to be able to build a transparent and accountable financial management system and support the growth of sustainable, productive businesses. This aligns with efforts to strengthen women's independence in the agricultural sector while contributing to the welfare of families and the wider community.

This technical guidance (bimtek) activity was held with the primary objective of improving the digital capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) members of the Papua Gallery in Sorong City. The approach used was quite unique because it combined information technology, specifically the e-commerce platform Odoo, with a sociological perspective of religion. This approach places the values of faith, community ethics, and local culture as the main foundation in the digital transformation process being carried out. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from Victory University Sorong from the Information Systems and Sociology of Religion Study Program, and involved students as part of community service. The implementation process included several stages: an assessment of MSMEs' digital needs, technical training on using Odoo, direct assistance in implementing the dare store, evaluation of results, and ongoing follow-up. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in digital literacy among MSMEs, success in creating and managing online stores independently, and a growing awareness that business digitization is not only an economic necessity, but also part of spiritual and social responsibility. In addition, this activity also helped strengthen the branding and presence of local Papuan culture through digital media. This faith- and cultural-based training model has proven effective and relevant for replication in other MSME communities in different regions, especially those with strong local cultural and religious potential.

Cooperatives play a crucial role as business entities in enhancing the people's economy in Indonesia. Rooted in the principles of kinship and mutual cooperation, cooperatives aim to improve the welfare of their members and society at large, rather than merely pursuing profit. This study employs a descriptive analysis method to examine the role of cooperatives as a pillar of the people's economy, focusing on their contributions to microeconomic empowerment, job creation, and strengthening community purchasing power. The findings indicate that cooperatives significantly contribute to local economic growth, particularly through synergy with MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), as well as by providing members with access to capital and training. However, challenges such as weak management, low financial literacy, and inadequate technological adaptation still hinder the optimization of cooperatives' roles. On the other hand, sharia cooperatives also emphasize social functions based on principles of justice and social responsibility. To enhance the contribution of cooperatives, institutional strengthening, professional management, and regulatory support from the government are required. Thus, cooperatives remain relevant as instruments for inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Santosa Catering through the implementation of a web-based catering ordering system. Santosa Catering, as a micro business, faces obstacles in managing orders that are still done manually, which causes inaccurate stock information, delays in delivery, and limited customer access to menus and prices. Through a Diffusion of Science and Technology and Knowledge Transfer approach, a web-based ordering system was developed and implemented to support business operations. The system allows customers to access real-time menu information, place online orders, and choose preferred payment methods, while the owner and staff were given intensive training to effectively operate the system. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all aspects of assessment, including understanding of system features, operational skills, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as shown in the comparison chart of pretest and posttest results. The system not only optimizes operational processes but also increases customer satisfaction, strengthens business competitiveness, and has the potential to become a model for other micro businesses in utilizing digital technology. Thus, this PKM activity is expected to contribute to the sustainability of Santosa Catering's business in the digital era.

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to maintain and expand their market presence has become crucial. One of the key factors in ensuring business sustainability is the application of business ethics. Business ethics play a significant role in shaping a company's reputation and long-term success. However, ethical challenges in conducting business through social media remain an issue, such as the mismatch between the promoted product and the actual product. This study highlights the importance of applying ethical business principles, such as honesty and transparency, in MSME promotional activities on Facebook to foster consumer trust and ensure business continuity. The research was conducted on two MSMEs in Maumere Hanara Shop and Cicy Lyudia Rahmatun Shop which utilize Facebook as a platform for communication and marketing. The findings reveal that the ethical use of Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) technology can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening business relationships and building a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers.

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to improve the understanding and ability of business owners and crew members (ABK) in conducting simple and applicable financial analysis. This activity will be carried out in Laha Village, Ambon City, in May 2025 with the main target of the Arumbae ship fishing business actors and their crews. This PKM is carried out in three main stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. In the preparation stage, an initial approach is made to ship owners and crew members to establish communication and identify specific needs related to understanding and skills in financial analysis. The implementation phase includes training activities that are designed in a participatory and applicable manner, using Microsoft Excel software as the main tool in calculating and analyzing the feasibility of the business. The training material includes business feasibility analysis techniques, cash management, simple financial recording, and profit and loss projections. The benefits felt by the participants were very significant. Business owners now have a better understanding of the importance of financial management, and can prepare a business feasibility analysis independently. They also show an improvement in the ability to prepare simple financial statements, as well as being motivated to develop fishing ventures to a larger and more sustainable scale. Monitoring shows a noticeable increase in understanding and skills after training. This activity also has a positive impact on building an orderly and disciplined financial recording culture, which has not previously been a habit among fishermen. In the future, it is hoped that this training can be replicated to other fishermen groups in the coastal area of Maluku to expand the impact. The conclusion of this activity shows that an educational and practical approach is able to encourage the increase of fishermen's capacity in the financial aspect of business. This activity also opens up opportunities for the development of fishing businesses professionally and oriented towards the sustainability of the local economy.
