The application of learning media in Arabic language subjects has become an important focus in contemporary education. With technological developments, learning media can become an effective tool in improving students' understanding of Arabic, as well as enriching their learning experience. This research aims to explore effective learning media selection strategies in the context of Arabic language learning. Conducive environment and hands-on approach in learning contribute positively to children's creativity in understanding and writing hijaiyah letters. The use of hijaiyah letter card media can determine the ability to write in children, besides that it can also attract interest and motivation so that children are enthusiastic about learning. Introduction: Children's growth and development and learning achievements require adequate nutritional intake by eating breakfast or what is usually called breakfast. Research objective: To determine the relationship between breakfast habits and nutritional status with student learning achievement at SDN 345 ​​Kaduaja, Benteng Deata, Gandang Batu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency. Research method: This research method is descriptive correlational with a cross sectional approach, the sample size is 37 respondents. represents the population. This sampling technique is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and tested statistically.  Research results: From the results of this research, the majority of respondents were female, 21 students (56.8%), the majority of respondents were 10 years old, 12 students (32.4%). The majority of respondents with good breakfast habits were 19 students (51.4%), the majority of respondents with good nutritional status were 19 students (51.4%) and the majority of respondents with good performance were 25 students (67.6%). The results of the Fisher's exact test statistical test showed that there was no relationship between breakfast habits and learning achievement with a p-value = 0.528 and it was found that there was a relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement with a p-value = 0.033. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it was concluded that there was no relationship breakfast habits and learning achievement. There is a relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement of students at SDN 345 ​​Kaduaja, Deata Deata Castle, Gandang Batu Sillanan subdistrict, Tana Toraja Regency. It is recommended that students meet their nutritional needs by eating healthy and balanced foods.

This study explores the development and evaluation of an adaptive Intrusion Detection and Response System (IDRS) driven by Reinforcement Learning (RL) for securing 5G networks. The RL-based IDS is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional security systems by dynamically learning from real time network traffic and adapting to emerging cyber threats. Introduction: The rapid growth of 5G networks, with their increased number of connected devices and complex traffic patterns, necessitates advanced security solutions that can detect and respond to evolving cyberattacks. Literature Review: Traditional Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), including signature based and anomaly based methods, are not equipped to handle the dynamic nature of 5G networks, leading to high false positives and low detection accuracy. In contrast, RL offers significant improvements in adaptability, detection accuracy, and response time. Materials and Method: The study simulates 5G network traffic and develops an RL-based IDS using Deep Q-Networks (DQN) and Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) techniques. The performance of the RL-based system is compared to traditional IDS systems, focusing on detection accuracy, false positive rates, and response times. Results and Discussion: The RL-driven IDS demonstrated superior performance, achieving higher detection accuracy (95%) and faster response times (30 milliseconds) compared to traditional methods. However, challenges such as computational cost and model interpretability were identified. The study emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning mechanisms and the integration of RL into Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) to enhance the security of 5G networks.

The rapid evolution of smart cities, driven by the integration of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain, has brought about significant advancements in urban infrastructure and services. However, these developments also introduce new cybersecurity challenges. Introduction: Smart cities are increasingly vulnerable to cyber threats due to the extensive use of interconnected devices and systems. A key security concern is the management of digital identities, which is essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of city services. Literature Review: Traditional centralized identity management systems face significant security issues, including a single point of failure, data breaches, and limited user control over personal information. In contrast, decentralized solutions, particularly blockchain-based systems, offer enhanced security through their distributed nature, eliminating vulnerabilities associated with centralized models. Materials and Method: This research focuses on blockchain technology’s application in smart city identity management. A decentralized framework is proposed, leveraging cryptographic techniques, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts to ensure data security, integrity, and privacy. Results and Discussion: The implementation of blockchain for identity management significantly improves attack tolerance, data integrity, and transparency. The decentralized approach mitigates the risks associated with central authorities, ensuring that user data remains secure and verifiable. However, scalability, interoperability, and regulatory compliance challenges remain. Blockchain solutions must be optimized for large-scale smart city applications and aligned with legal standards to achieve widespread adoption. Future research should focus on overcoming these challenges to create a more secure and resilient smart city infrastructure.

Socialization activities for processing tofu waste into alternative energy were carried out at the Serasi Tofu Industry, Bandungan. This activity aims to provide understanding and skills to tofu entrepreneurs and the surrounding community regarding managing tofu waste into a more environmentally friendly energy source. This outreach includes an introduction to waste processing techniques, such as anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas, and solid residue as organic fertilizer. Through this activity, participants can apply this waste processing technology, thereby reducing the negative impact of tofu waste on the environment and at the same time providing a sustainable energy alternative. The results of the socialization show an increase in awareness and readiness of tofu entrepreneurs to adopt the waste processing methods that have been presented.

PKK is an abbreviation for Family Empowerment and Welfare, a national movement in community development that grows from, by and for the community towards the realization of a healthy, prosperous family, environmental awareness, faith and devotion to God Almighty. This research work aims at evaluating the importance of the introduction of spelling as a vocabulary strategy for students in the teaching of English as a foreign language at senior high school level, and how this can be a beneficial tool as input for the acquisition of new vocabulary, then a helpful means to produce a correct writing. To attain such an aim, the researcher administered a pre-test and a post-test. The former was intended to determine the pre-instructional knowledge of the graphic form of words, whereas the latter was aimed at finding out whether the spelling strategy implemented during instruction was effective in enhancing the subjects’ ability to write with less spelling mistakes. The test was interposed by two sequential lessons. The results of this innovative investigation have confirmed the hypothesis which states that if we train students to pay a careful attention to the form of words this would help them to spell them and write correctly. The learners under investigation proved to have learnt most of the vocabulary items of the proposed text.

This research discusses the use of life insurance in mudharabah financing at BPRS Gebu Prima Medan. The introduction explains the background to the importance of using life insurance in the context of sharia financing, especially in minimizing credit risk and providing financial protection for customers. The literature review outlines theories related to sharia financing and the role of life insurance in risk management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the majority of BPRS Gebu Prima Medan customers who take advantage of mudharabah financing also take out life insurance protection. The profile of customers who tend to use life insurance are those who have a significant risk of death, such as micro and small entrepreneurs with large family responsibilities. However, there is still a small number of customers who have not utilized life insurance products, so further research is needed to understand the factors that influence customer decisions and strategies that can be implemented to increase the adoption of life insurance products among customers.

Introduction: Response time or speed in treating patients in emergency situations has a crucial role in saving lives. This includes the time required from when a patient experiences an emergency incident until the patient receives an appropriate medical response. In this context, it is important to understand that response times differ for different types of emergency cases. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the implementation of the Triage Protocol and Response Time and the Level of Patient Satisfaction in the Emergency Room at PMI Bogor Hospital.This research was quantitative using a correlation method involving 57 patients in the emergency room at PMI Bogor Hospital. To collect data, this study used prepared observation sheets, and statistical analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test. Patient Satisfaction Level effectively. With this approach, it is hoped that this research will provide valid and useful findings in supporting efforts to improve the quality of services at the Emergency Room at PMI Bogor Hospital.The results of chi-square statistical analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the implementation of the triage protocol and patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.003 < 0.05). On the other hand, there is a significant relationship between the implementation of response time and patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.002 < 0.05). The faster the response time, the higher the level of patient satisfaction, in accordance with previous research findings    

Education can be said to be an advanced educational institution and get improvements in learning if what is done every day is to receive encouragement in the form of motivation from a teacher to all students. Success in forming a motivational drive for students' learning can be seen from the many changes in each student's daily behavioral activities in participating in learning. This research aims to determine the results of increasing learning motivation for class IV students through the reward and punishment method in Islamic religious education subjects at SDN Tambakrejo. The method used in this research is observational research with a qualitative data approach, the research used uses a process of data collection, observation, interviews. Needs analysis questionnaire, teaching, data collection, documentation. The number of class IV who chose the Agree (S) statement point option was 195, involving all class IV students as many as 35 students, but only 26 students were able to attend and fill out the questionnaire out of a total of 35. The conclusion from the results of this research is that students' learning motivation has increased since the introduction of a method that encourages their enthusiasm for the learning being delivered. This can be proven from the results of the motivation questionnaire which was filled out by each class IV student himself

Schools, as educational facilities, have a crucial role in improving the quality and standards of national education to make it more advanced. In line with the introduction to PERMENDIKBUD No. 18 of 2019, the government provides compensation in the form of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) with the aim of helping fund school operational and non-personnel costs. Implementing school operational assistance is part of the state's responsibility to provide financing to the entire community and is an implementation of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia to make the nation's life intelligent. Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing it in research entitled "Legal Responsibilities for Management of School Operational Assistance Funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng, Gubug District" with the problem of what is the legal basis for managing School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng and how? Legal responsibility for managing social assistance funds at SD N 1 Kunjeng, Gubug District. This research uses normative juridical which focuses on secondary data supported by the results of interviews and observations and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the legal basis for managing BOS funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng is rooted in the 1945 Constitution, specifically Article 31B paragraphs (2) and (3), which requires the state to organize an equitable and high-quality national education system. UUSPN No. 20 of 2003 also becomes the legal basis with Article 50 paragraph (2) which requires the government to provide financial assistance for basic education. Technical instructions from PERMENDIKBUD No. 2 of 2022 provides detailed regulations regarding the management of BOS funds according to the needs of educational units, supporting the government's efforts to create equal and quality access to education. Legal responsibility for managing BOS funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng is centered on the principal and the entire school. The 1945 Constitution requires the state to provide free basic education through a 9-year compulsory education program. BOS funds, as a state financial tool, are channeled directly to schools with the principles of flexibility and transparency

. Introduction: Nurses have a high risk of transmitting pathogens through their hands, because nurses spend the longest time with patients. Apart from this, a nurse must be able to comply with predetermined nursing duties and ethics, including "hand hygiene five moments" which is the term used for washing hands. Objective: To determine the factors related to inpatient nurses' compliance with implementing the five moments and hand hygiene at AZRA Bogor Hospital. Method: This type of research is quantitative with the method used, namely a cross-sectional design with a population of nurses who are still actively working at AZRA Bogor Hospital with a sample size of 87 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation sheets and questionnaires with several closed questions. Data analysis in this study used the chi square test. Results: The highest age of inpatient nurses was 64.4% at the age of 26 -35 years at AZRA Bogor Hospital, Diploma III (D3) education was 59.8%, PK 3 career level was 36.8%, good knowledge was 63.2%, compliance was 59.8%. Variables related to factors related to inpatient nurse compliance are age and education. Variables that have no relationship are career level and knowledge. Conclusion: Implementation of five moments and hand hygiene in hospitals to prevent transmission of HAIs to patients, visitors and health workers.

Introduction: Nursing services as the front line play a very high role in the satisfaction received by patients One of the determinants of patient satisfaction is the quality of nursing services towards the quality of health services, even becoming one of the determining factors for the image of health service institutions. Objective: to analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Room of Dr Hafiz Cianjur Hospital Method: The design used is descriptive analytics with a cross-sectional approach The sample taken was 94 respondents using accidental sampling techniques Research data was taken using a questionnaire sheet in October - December 2023. Results: After analyzing the data, it was tabulated using chi square test with a significance level of 005 The research results showed that the Quality of Nursing Services (564%) had 53 respondents in the moderate category and Patient Satisfaction (543%) had 51 respondents in the moderate category The statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0002 Based on the value of p <0005, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Room of the Hospital.
