This study explores the effect of Islamic microfinance on empowering rural communities through environmentally sustainable business practices. Rural areas often face significant financial exclusion, with limited access to ethical financial services, particularly for eco-friendly enterprises. Islamic microfinance, grounded in Sharia principles such as risk-sharing, ethical investment, and the prohibition of interest (riba), offers an alternative financing model that can potentially foster both economic and environmental sustainability. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of Islamic microfinance on rural communities, focusing on income growth, the adoption of environmentally sustainable business practices, and social empowerment. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines field surveys and interviews with beneficiaries of Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFIs) in rural areas. Data collection tools included questionnaires, focus group discussions, and institutional reports. Key findings reveal that participants in Islamic microfinance programs experienced significant income growth, an increase in environmentally friendly entrepreneurship (e.g., organic farming and recycling businesses), and enhanced community participation and self-reliance. The discussion highlights how Sharia principles encourage ethical investment and sustainable practices, contributing to a triple-bottom-line impact—economic, social, and environmental. However, challenges such as limited awareness, lack of green finance literacy, and regulatory constraints were identified. A comparison between Islamic and conventional microfinance outcomes showed that Islamic microfinance offers a distinct advantage by integrating moral, social, and ecological responsibilities. The study concludes that Islamic microfinance can serve as a transformative tool for rural development, offering solutions to both economic and environmental challenges. The research underscores the need for supportive policy frameworks and further investigation into the long-term impacts of green Islamic finance.

The rapid advancements in technology have increased the demand for more efficient and effective training programs, especially in the technology sector. This study explores the impact of Virtual Reality (VR)-based training programs on employee skill development and job satisfaction, comparing them to traditional training methods. A controlled group experiment was conducted with employees from various departments such as IT, software development, and customer service. Participants were randomly assigned to either a VR-based training program or a traditional training program. Data was collected using pre- and post-training surveys to measure changes in employee skills and job satisfaction, as well as interviews to gather qualitative insights into employee experiences. The results revealed that VR training significantly enhanced employee engagement, skill acquisition, and overall job satisfaction. VR-based training allowed employees to engage in practical, hands-on tasks in a controlled, immersive environment, leading to higher motivation and a greater sense of accomplishment. In comparison, traditional training methods did not yield the same level of improvement in engagement or skill development. The study also identified several challenges associated with implementing VR training, including high initial costs, technical limitations, and the learning curve for employees adapting to VR environments. Despite these challenges, the findings suggest that VR training offers substantial benefits in enhancing employee competencies and job satisfaction. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating VR into employee development strategies, especially in technology industries, and proposes further research to explore the long-term impacts and scalability of VR training across different industries.

Digital ethics frameworks play a crucial role in shaping corporate governance in tech startups, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust within organizations. As digital technologies continue to evolve and become more integrated into daily operations, startups face both opportunities and challenges related to the ethical implications of these technologies. In emerging markets like Indonesia, the adoption of these frameworks remains limited due to resource constraints, lack of awareness, and resistance to formalizing governance structures. This study explores how Indonesian tech startups integrate digital ethics frameworks into their governance policies and examines the associated benefits and challenges. Through interviews with governance managers and key decision-makers in these startups, the study identifies key trends, including improved transparency and enhanced stakeholder relationships for startups that implement digital ethics practices. However, barriers such as limited expertise, organizational misalignment, and the flexible nature of startups present significant hurdles. The study also highlights the impact of digital ethics on corporate reputation and investor confidence, with startups benefiting from a stronger market presence and increased funding opportunities. In comparison to global practices, Indonesian startups face additional challenges due to cultural attitudes towards corporate responsibility, regulatory gaps, and a slower market readiness for ethical governance reforms. The study provides recommendations for regulatory bodies to create clear guidelines for digital ethics adoption and suggests promoting training for startup leaders to help them integrate these frameworks effectively into their governance policies. These actions can support the long-term sustainability of tech startups, fostering responsible innovation and ethical business practices.

The land title (in Indonesian: sertipikat) is a legal product issued by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, while “sertifikat” (spelled with 'f' instead of 'p'), which is the standard term according to KBBI (Indonesian Dictionary). The number of social media users increases every year, resulting in a growing amount of data generated. Big data derived from social media can encompass public perception or societal behaviors. The significant benefits derived from social media analytics provide opportunities to explore and analyze data sources within social media. This study analyzes data from the social media platforms Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to determine common terms used by the public regarding "sertipikat tanah" (land certificate) and "sertifikat tanah" (land certificate). These platforms were chosen because they provide open data. The use of uncommon terms among the public potentially hinders the government's intended objectives. The final results indicate that despite "sertipikat" being the official legal term, the public is more accustomed to using "sertifikat tanah." The comparison of usage between "sertipikat tanah" and "sertifikat tanah" on Facebook is 11% : 89%, on Instagram 38% : 62%, and on Twitter 70% : 30%, with the majority of "sertipikat tanah" usage on Twitter originating from government accounts.

The development of Jayapura City as the capital of Papua Province has grown into a region very rapidly from being a modern city. The classification of areas in Jayapura City is included in the heterogeneous area group where the types of population come from various tribes and regions that live in Jayapura City. The city of Jayapura has land and sea areas with different areas, and has residential characteristics as a traditional village. The settlements of Kampung Enggros and Kampung Tobati are located around the coast of Yotefa Bay, including in the South Jayapura District and Abepura District of Jayapura Municipality, where the community builds their settlements above sea water. One thing that residents will face is the relationship between humans and the places where they live, which cannot be separated from nature. The research methods used to achieve the objectives of this research are comparative analysis and qualitative methods. The comparative analysis method displays settlement patterns with comparisons between 2019-2023 in the form of images.  Qualitative descriptive analysis method by presenting actual settlement development problems in the field in the form of pictures. The research results show that there are 3 factors for settlement development in Enggros and Tobati Villages, namely, Community, Protection and Network. Society is changing from traditional to modern, for example traditional houses become modern houses that keep up with the times. The network turns into a spatial structure in a pattern that is influenced by the economic aspects of indigenous communities. The main thing is natural factors because in the general view of indigenous Papuans, what is meant by their home is the natural surroundings where they can live.

This study focuses on discussing the politics and policy of Islamic education in Indonesia with the core of the discussion of Comparison of Educational Goals and Systems between Islamic Education and Dutch Colonial Government Education. The history of Islamic education in Indonesia is more or less influenced by the socio-political background, especially during the Dutch colonial era, which was the longest surviving colonizer in Indonesia, this caused damage to the Islamic order that existed in Indonesia at that time, because the Dutch colonialists had a dual mission including Imperialism (a nation that carried out the politics of colonizing other nations) and Christianization. The educational process that took place in the Dutch East Indies was one of the starting points for the emergence of national awakening figures. Education in the Dutch East Indies itself began because of criticism from several figures and groups with the application of forced cultivation and liberal politics, because this policy caused a lot of suffering and poverty of the people. And this must be paid for by organizing trias, namely irrigation, emigration, and education. This criticism was finally approved by the queen of the Netherlands, and education began to be held, but education ran with discrimination because there were schools that differentiated classes between the children of elite nobles or pro-Dutch figures and the children of ordinary people. And this is because the son of this nobleman or pro-Dutch figure will later work to help the Dutch. And the children of ordinary people only become menial or lowly laborers.

Islamic education in Indonesia has emerged and developed in various forms of various institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, surau, and musholah. In its development, Islamic education in Indonesia is characterized by the emergence of various educational institutions gradually, ranging from very simple ones, to stages that are considered modern and complete. The goal is not only to enrich the treasures of science with Islamic nuances, but also as a reference and comparison material for Islamic education managers in the following periods. This is in line with the principle generally adopted by the Indonesian Islamic community, which is to maintain the good traditions of the past and take new good traditions again. In this way, the efforts to develop Islamic educational institutions will not be radically rooted in their culture. The ethis politics or the politics of revenge of the Dutch colonial government to the Indonesian colonial people is a policy of the Dutch royal government to repay the sacrifices of the Indonesian people during the implementation of the cultuur stelsel or forced planting system. the people of the archipelago.

This study was conducted to understand the impact of social media on the mental health of early adults in Bekasi. Social media has become an inseparable part of individuals' daily lives, and its impact on mental health needs further investigation. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires completed by 62 early adult respondents in Bekasi. Data analysis was conducted using the Independent Sample T-Test and correlation tests. In this study, we found no significant relationship between mental health and gender, indicating that both men and women are equally vulnerable to the negative effects of social media on mental health. However, there was a significant relationship between age and frequency of social media use with mental health, where older respondents exhibited better mental health conditions. Conversely, higher frequency of social media use correlated with a decline in mental health quality. These findings also indicate that excessive social media use can have a negative impact on the mental health of early adults, possibly due to factors such as exposure to negative content, social comparison, and addiction. This study emphasizes the importance of balanced and responsible social media use to maintain the mental health of early adults.
