Urban farming has so far been initiated by various actors including: the government, the private sector, and community groups. In this study it is useful to find out the analysis in looking at the implementation of urban farming in Denpasar City. This study discusses the differences in the role of urban farming between city government programs and independent organizations, in terms of resources as well as through policy failures and market failures through a qualitative approach. The failure of the policy was due to the agricultural policy initiated by the City Government being less successful in meeting the food needs of the people. Therefore innovation is needed through top down urban farming. Meanwhile, market failure occurred in urban farming in the city of Bandung due to people's discomfort with the products circulating in the market. This is one of the dominant motives for the emergence of bottom-up urban farming by independent organizational groups. Meanwhile, the sources of capital for urban farming are in the form of supporting facilities for planting facilities, hydroponic installations, and making greenhouses, but the capital for urban farming formed by independent organizations comes from contributions from members of the cooperative community and bank funds. An important aspect needed by independent organizational groups is to streamline operational costs by knowing how to reuse used goods into productive goods.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

Stunting is a lack of nutritional intake with a long duration, starting from pregnancy to 24 months. The prevalence of stunted children recorded at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office increased by 1.3% in 2020 to 3.49% in 2021 and 3.91% in 2022. Based on these data, it can be seen that there has been an increase in stunting cases in Tanjungpinang City. The problem that will be the focus of discussion in this study is how to implement stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. The research approach used in this study is explained using a qualitative approach. The theory used by researchers in implementation uses Soren C. Winter's theory which includes indicators: the behavior of relationships between organizations, the behavior of lower-level implementors (apparatus / bureaucrats) and the behavior of target groups. The implementation of the stunting alleviation program at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office has been going well, but it is still not optimal. This is because there are still people who do not know about stunting, socialization carried out by puskesmas officers and posyandu cadres has not been thoroughly carried out. However, the response from the community itself is very good or positive, this is because puskesmas officers continue to provide assistance and check regularly. The commitment made by the health Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs made an MOU so that these brides-to-be get IEC (Educational Information Communication) and with the formation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team at the Tanjungpinang City level, this is nothing but an effort to reduce stunting rates in Tanjungpinang City.

The Social Security Administrative Body is a legal entity in administering social security programs to ensure that all people are able to meet the basic needs of a decent life. The purpose of this research is to analyze the BPJS Kesehatan service system which is capable of anticipating a surge in patients seeking treatment abroad. This study uses a Statute Approach and a conceptual approach using the interview method. Data analysis used qualitative analysis techniques to test the validity of the data in this study by looking for existing reference sources. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the National Social Security System (SJSN) is organized with a Social Insurance mechanism in which each participant is required to pay contributions to provide protection for socio-economic risks that befall participants and/or their family members. The BPJS service arrangement or system is complete by providing basic services and referrals as long as the person is still alive but not for treatment abroad. In the absence of this regulation, it automatically prevents someone from seeking treatment abroad, so they continue to seek treatment at home. The BPJS Kesehatan office in serving patients seeking treatment abroad has not found BPJS patients consulting for treatment abroad.

There has been a shift in the age group of stunting children between 2018-2019 in Indonesia. The decline in the prevalence of stunting occurred in the younger age group, namely 0-5 months, 6-11 months and 12-23 months. This study aims to analyze the determinants of stunting in children aged 0-2 years in Indonesia based on cross-sectional survey evidence. This research is a retrospective study to get an overview of the incidence of stunting in children 0-23 months in Indonesia in 2013 as a basis for seeing the achievement of reducing stunting. The research analyzed secondary data from the 2013 Basic Health Research which measured 27,779 heights of children 0-2 years in 33 provinces in Indonesia. The results showed that a history of giving iron tablets to pregnant women was the factor most related to the incidence of stunting in children 0-2 years in Indonesia. The program to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Indonesia in 2024 to 14% needs to consider increasing the coverage of iron supplement administration to pregnant women and women of childbearing age..

In a shipbuilding industry, fast and efficient time is needed in carrying out construction projects and ship repairs. This is because it has been mutually agreed between the two parties, both the owner of the ship (owner), and the shipyard regarding the time to work on the project. By racing on the processing time, the level of productivity is an important point that must be considered by the shipyard. There are many factors that can affect the level of productivity of a shipyard. One of the factors, among others, is the determination of the number of man hours (man hours). In a ship building or repair project, the allocation of the number of man hours is very important, if the number of man hours (man hours) is not correct it will cause delays and decrease in productivity levels. In Islam, the halalness of the food consumed is a very basic principle, therefore the state is obliged to provide protection and guarantees regarding the halalness of the products consumed and used by the community. The government seeks to stabilize and regulate the flow of products circulating in Indonesia so that Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee is established. Before PP 31 of 2019 was issued, the halal certification process was still carried out by MUI. However, after PP 31 of 2019 was issued, the authority to issue halal certification rests entirely with BPJPH as the leading Halal Product Assurance sector. The move has drawn a lot of criticism because BPJPH is considered to be still not ready to implement the program, as is the case with infrastructure and information systems. The transfer of authority should have been as mandated by the Law on Halal Product Guarantee, but until the time specified BPJPH is not yet fully ready to become a regulator of halal product assurance in Indonesia. The results of this study can be concluded that BPJPH is ready to be a pioneer in determining halal product guarantees which were previously the authority of MUI. Mandatory halal certification is categorized as maslahah because it relates to the basic needs of mankind in the world and the hereafter and does not contain any harm.
