The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. This process helps ensure that money received and disbursed is recorded correctly, so that it can be used to control finances, prepare financial reports, and fulfill tax obligations. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. Berkat Berkawan in recording transactions and creating financial reports of cash receipts and disbursements.   Keywords: Accounting Information Systems, Disbursements, Cash Receipts

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. Civil Servants (PNS) are elements of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the implementation of state, government and development tasks. Meanwhile, Honorary Personnel has lively developed into a new paradigm in the agency environment in addition to other honorary personnel after Civil Servants even though basically the work done is almost the same as Civil Servants in general, the only difference is that Non-Civil Servants (honorary) employees rarely occupy important structural positions in the agency. Because they only help those who are assigned directly by the superiors and heads of sections of an agency. So that both civil servants and non-civil servants in the XXX City Education Office must have quality performance that is able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the duties assigned.  The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, whether there are differences in performance between civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, and what factors affect the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office. The research method used is quantitative method and the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study were civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, namely 42 civil servants and 42 non-civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study uses Satistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with T-Test analysis.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee discipline in the Motorized Vehicle Testing Division of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that compensation and work motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee discipline. Partially, compensation variables affect employee discipline. Partially, work motivation variables affect employee discipline

Background: Changes due to pregnancy are experienced by all women, starting from the digestive system, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. Gradual bodily changes from a pregnant woman's increased weight cause the woman's posture and gait to change. Increased abdominal distension which makes the pelvis tilt forward, decreased abdominal muscle tone and the center of gravity shifts forward so that there is a tendency for the waist muscles to shorten if the abdominal muscles are stretched, causing an imbalance in the pelvic muscles which can cause discomfort in the lower back and also have an impact on lowering the baby's head. Objective: This study was to determine the relationship between using a gymball and lowering the fetal head in third trimester pregnant women.Method: This research uses primary and secondary data with a case study approach, namely providing complementary care in the form of using a gym ball to help lower the fetal head.Results: Pregnant women in the third trimester experienced head loss when using a gym ball.Conclusion: Based on the results of data analysis, using a gymball can help the decline process.Suggestion: It is hoped that PMB in Pesanggrahan village will become a forum and facilitator for pregnant women and women giving birth whose first stage is abnormal by using a gym ball to help lower the head and speed up the labor process.

The method used in this research is qualitative method. By processing data in the form of direct field observations and interviews with the community in Tanjung Berulak Village. The results obtained from the Kukerta student service in Tanjung Berulak Village show that the implementation of hydroponic media for the community can be implemented properly. And the community can also apply hydroponic media in farming in their environment.

This study aims to determine the role of the home industry in increasing household income (a study on the potato chip home industry in Paal Merah District, Jambi City). This research is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research is research that tends to use analysis with an inductive approach and is descriptive or explanatory in nature. This research focuses more on facts that occur in the field. The subjects of this study were home industry owners in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, employees who worked and providers of raw materials for the home industry. The data obtained comes from observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: First, the home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, has a positive impact on improving the household economy where welfare indicators can be seen from the role, income, and welfare of owners, raw material providers and employees who can set aside income from the results of work so that they can send their children to a better education, besides being used to meet daily needs can also help the head of the household in meeting other daily needs, Second, the existence of a home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, also plays a role in assisting the government in reducing poverty and reducing the number of unemployed in society, with the absorption of labor, especially housewives who are around to make the best use of their time, of course. will be able to help generate income for households, and in carrying out business activities food needs can be fulfilled properly and in accordance with Islamic teachings, then all business activities are protected and cared for during production activities, and can be used to meet needs in the future. Third, with the results of this research, it is hoped that the regional government, especially the province of Jambi, which is related to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises, will pay more attention to the existence of home industries in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi City, their business can increase and be able to compete in the market, of course it will also prosper the economy. small society.

Childbirth is the process of opening and thinning the cervix and the fetus descending into the birth canal then ending with the expulsion of a baby that is term or almost term or can live outside the womb followed by expulsion of the placenta and fetal membranes from the mother's body through the birth canal or non-birth canal , with help or without help (own strength). Childbirth is considered normal if the process occurs at term (after 37 weeks) without complications (Prastiwi et al., 2020).

Cash management is an important aspect of the financial management of a company or financial entity. Effective cash management can ensure the continuity of company operations, avoid financial problems, and help achieve set financial goals. This research aims to design a cash management information system at the downstream Kusan sub-district office. This research uses research and development methods for accounting information systems. The results of this research found that the accounting information system created at the downstream Kusan sub-district office can assist in producing reports of cash receipts and disbursements effectively and efficiently by cash management accounting.

If the conditions of the mother and fetus have complications during delivery, then to immediately save both of them it is necessary to carry out delivery procedures, one of the actions taken is caesarean section delivery (Safitri, 2020).

The purpose of this research is to find out how rewards and punishment influence employee performance at PT. Miami Creameries. The sample used was 61 employees using saturated sampling technique. This research data collection used observation methods, interviews, distributing questionnaires and literature review. The data obtained was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression formula and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The regression equation formed is Y = 5,406 X1 + 0.305 + 0.808 X2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing: Reward and Punishment together influence employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of reward and punishment on employee performance with an Adjusted R square value of 69.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Background: Childbirth is a physiological process experienced by a woman in the final period of pregnancy which is followed by physiological and psychological changes. Mothers who experience anxiety during labour will significantly affect the delivery process. From several studies regarding the experiences of mothers who were accompanied by their husbands during childbirth, mothers felt that their husbands' presence was very helpful and made a special impression. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between husband assistance and the anxiety level of mothers giving birth at Umi Barokah Hospital, Boyolali Regency. Research Method: This research is an observational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling method. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 49 mothers who were accompanied or not accompanied by their husbands during childbirth. Data analysis used was the Chi Square test. Results: Of the 32 respondents who were accompanied by their husbands, 21 people (65.6%) experienced mild anxiety, while 11 people (64.7%) of the 17 respondents who were not accompanied by their husbands experienced moderate anxiety. The results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between husband's assistance and the level of anxiety among women giving birth at Umi Barokah Hospital, Boyolali Regency with p-value = 0.006. Conclusion: There is a relationship between husband's assistance with the anxiety level of mothers giving birth at Umi Barokah Hospital, Boyolali Regency.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

The purpose of this study is to apply self-love to help maintain mental health and reduce the risk of disorders in one's psychological condition in Ghea Indrawati's "Sad Soul" video clip. This analysis focuses on how the depiction of self-love is contained in each scene, then continues on Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic model (triangle meaning). This research is qualitative research and uses semiotic analysis owned by Charles Sanders Peirce. For Charles Sanders Peirce, the fundamental principle of the nature of signs is representative and interpretive nature. The music video of the song "Sad Soul" was chosen because the music video has many moral messages aimed at loving yourself, this concept encourages someone to be able to recognize and accept themselves then be able to treat themselves well and as they are. The results of this study have 3 aspects, namely self-love as soft love for oneself that focuses on planting, nurturing, and developing oneself. Self-love as a dynamic state of self-appreciation, which grows from actions that support physical, psychological, and spiritual growth. Self-love as a feeling of comfort and the ability to set aside time for self-care.

Price fixing is a price fixation that has been determined by the party entitled to determine the price. In setting the price, an item must be agreed upon and generally applicable. However, there are still buying and selling that contain elements of injustice between one buyer and another. There are several things that motivate the author to conduct research on the selling price setting process at the Berkah shop because it is classified as unique, to find out whether the price setting at the Berkah shop is in accordance with the perspective of the Sharia Economy. The results of the study show that the Islamic economic review in pricing at the Berkah Shop is in accordance with Islamic law, the price set is still relatively fair. With this price setting, it can meet the needs of the community, meet the needs of households, and meet the needs of the community, especially those on Jl. Depati Parbo Jambi city in the long term. Pricing at Toko Berkah can also create a sense of mutual assistance, because pricing at Toko Berkah includes an element of mutual help.

Employee performance is the main factor to help the company achieve its goals. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work discipline. The indicators of this compensation are incentives and salary. While the indicators of work discipline are punctuality, high responsibility, obedience to office rules. By knowing this relationship, the LPK-RI Kediri can estimate how the employee's response regarding the compensation and work discipline provided, so as to have maximum employee performance results.This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 50 employees as respondents. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.
