The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

The WISN and ABK-Kes methods can be used to calculate the workload and staff requirements in the medical record unit. Medical record workers often catch several jobs without calculating the workload, so they feel a high workload. The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for medical personnel using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all medical record officers. With eight medical record officers as samples. The results showed that based on calculations using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods, ten medical record officers were needed. So the proposed solution is to add expert medical record officers who are competent in their fields according to the calculation of the need for medical personnel according to the ABK-Kes method. This makes the medical record unit more reliable and ideal, because it is in accordance with PMK No. 33 of 2015 the addition of SDMK.

The journey of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in the constitution is considered to still not compensate for the dynamics of proliferation of legislation. The reason is that the function of the DPD with the DPR in the field of legislation has been tugging and there has been intense competition in the formation of legislation, on the one hand the existence of the DPR as an institution holding a legislative function born earlier is considered to dominate the formation of legislation. On the other hand, the existence of the DPD as a new institution that is also given a legislative function, its authority is considered to be too small when compared to the authority of the DPR in the process of establishing legislation. Even the DPD is considered to add to the problem of over regulation in Indonesian legislation. Borrowing the term Richard Susskind mentions that hyper regulations or obesity are legal and over regulation. This situation led to the implementation of the DPD's legislative function not being optimal because it tends to be half-hearted. In other words, the existence of the DPD as the holder of legislative power is still under the shadow of the DPR, so it has not been taken into account in the process of establishing legislation in Indonesia, even though it has been corrected by the Constitutional Court through Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92/PUU-X/2012 and Decision Constitutional Court Number 15/ PUU-XIII/2015, but the decision was ignored.

The purpose of this writing is to find suitability of breast-feeding rights regulated in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. This writing is a writing normative laws. This writing is done by means of literature study to obtain secondary data in the field of law. From the result of study it can be concluded that first, in general provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour was already conformed the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. Second, in specifically provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Article 83 of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour still has not been entirely conformed with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights, because it has not guaranteed full rights to female workers who breastfeed their babies.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This can be evidenced from the results of the training that was attended by 27 people already able to be a mentor of 21 people.Keywords: Counseling, Guidance learn to overcome learning difficulties, teachers and parents.

Therefore, in the implementation of the attendance process it is very necessary accuracy in its implementation so as not to hamper the company's performance.This final project designs an employee attendance system at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. One of the biggest state revenue to support the country's life is taxes. Tax compliance is one of the factors that affect the size of a state income tax. This study aimed to examine the effect of tax knowledge, tax awareness, quality of service tax authorities, tax rates, and tax penalties on tax compliance SMEs.The population in this study is the taxpayer SMEs in Gayamsari, Semarang City as much as 80 SMEs that are in 7 villages namely, Gayamari, Tambakrejo, Kaligawe, large rice fields, Siwalan, Tendean Lamper, Sambirejo. The sampling method is done by census sampling method, the number of taxpayers SME population in Sub Gayamsari entirely used as a sample in the study. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that knowledge of tax significant positive effect on the SME tax compliance, tax awareness significant positive effect on the SME tax compliance, service quality fiskus significant positive effect on the SME tax compliance, tax rates significant positive effect on the taxpayer kepatuhaan SMEs, and tax penalties significant positive effect on the SME. Maladministration in BPJS Kesehatan services at government hospitals remains a persistent challenge that undermines the principles of good governance in Indonesia. This study examines violations of the General Principles of Good Governance (Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik/AUPB) in the context of BPJS Kesehatan services at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Makassar, South Sulawesi. This research employs a normative-empirical legal method, combining statutory analysis with field data obtained through interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that maladministrative practices—including procedural delays, discriminatory treatment of BPJS patients, inadequate information disclosure, and arbitrary administrative decisions violate several AUPB principles enshrined in Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration. These violations contravene the principles of legal certainty, impartiality, proportionality, and accountability. The study concludes that institutional reforms, strengthened supervisory mechanisms through the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, and enhanced legal literacy among healthcare workers are necessary to reduce maladministration. This research contributes to the development of administrative law enforcement in the Indonesian public health sector.

Financial literacy is one of the needs for everyone in order to manage their personal finance.Person's ability to read, analyze, manage financial condition in making financial decisions can be made ​​to avoid financial problems. This study aims to determine whether factors such as gender, faculty, and grade point average (GPA) effect on student financial literacy. This research surveys 333 college students of Economics and Business Faculty also Science and Mathematics Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) to examine their personal financial literacy based on gender, faculty and Grade Point Average (GPA).Binary logistic used to analyze the data.Results of this study indicate that financial literacy is influenced by faculty, whereas gender and GPA does not affect financial literacy. This study is expected to support the science of personal finance is still relatively rare compared to research in the field of corporate finance and capital markets.. Lama studi dari mahasiswa ini sangatlah penting bagi mahasiswa, program studi serta perguruan tinggi. Permasalahan lama studi setiap mahasiswa bisa disebabkan atau dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Hal tersebut telah dibuktikan dengan beberapa penelitian pada permasalahan tersebut yang mendapati sejumlah faktor yang berpengatuh terhadap lama studi mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik data mining khususnya klasifikasi untuk prediksi dengan algoritma naive bayes dapat dilakukan prediksi terhadap ketepatan waktu studi dari mahasiswa berdasarkan data training yang ada. Data training dan testing yang digunakan diambil secara random pada tabel data master yang digunakan. Algoritma naive bayes, menghitung perbandingan peluang antara jumlah dari masing-masng kriteria nilai fields terhadap nilai hasil prediksi sesunggunya. Fungsi untuk prediksi dibuat menggunakan Query pada MySql dalam bentuk function(fbayesian). Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh tingkat kesalahan prediksi berkisar 20% sampai dengan 50% dengan data training dan testing yang diambil secara random. Namun rata-rata tingkat kesalahan berkisar 20 % hingga 34%. Tinggi rendahnya tingkat kesalahan dapat disebabkan oleh jumlah record data dan tingkat konsistensi dari data training yang dgunakan. Sedangkan hasil prediksi dari ketepatan lama studi dari mahasiswa angkatan 2008 adalah sebesar 254 mahasiswa diprediksi ”Tepat Waktu” dan sisanya yaitu 4 orang diprediksi ”Tidak Tepat Waktu”.   Kata Kunci : Prediksi, Lama Studi, Data Mining, Naive bayes, MySql

Dalam sistem informasi akademik, operator sistem adalah pengguna yang tidak mempunyai latar belakang pengetahuan query yang cukup. Sehingga kebutuhan pengguna adalah kemudahan memperoleh informasi akademik dengan menggunakan bahasa alami yaitu bahasa Indonesia. Program aplikasi pengolah bahasa alami untuk query basisdata akademik dengan format data XML adalah program aplikasi berbasis NLP (Natural Language Processing). Digunakan oleh staf administrasi akademik untuk membantu pekerjaan pencarian data dalam format XML yang berkaitan dengan data akademik mahasiswa dalam basisdata akademik tanpa harus menggunakan bahasa SQL, tetapi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Masukan program aplikasi ini berupa sebuah kalimat tanya atau kalimat perintah dalam bahasa Indonesia yang sesuai dengan aturan produksi. Kalimat yang dimasukkan, akan dipilah kata yang bermakna (token) dan kata yang tidak bermakna. Token akan dibandingkan dengan aturan produksi, daftar atribut dan kondisi, untuk mendapatkan field yang dimaksudkan dalam kalimat. Dari kumpulan token akan dikonstruksikan sesuai dengan aturan produksi pembentuk kalimat untuk diterjemahkan dalam XQuery pengakses basisdata XML, sehingga menghasilkan keluaran tabel yang sesuai dengan pertanyaan atau perintah. Dari sistem yang dihasilkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi dengan berbasis Natural Language Processing dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam merancang sebuah sistem pengakses basisdata, tetapi tidak dengan menggunakan bahasa SQL. Keunggulan dari aplikasi pengolah bahasa alami ini adalah mampu menjawab query bahasa Indonesia dari implementasi 7 aturan produksi yang telah ditetapkan dengan tampilan berbentuk tabel.   Kata kunci : natural language processing, query bahasa Indonesia, token, XML, XQuery, aturan produksi

Academic data increases every year in line with the increase of students. Abundant data store is alsoan abundance of information. Data mining technology is a tool for extracting information on largedatabases and has been widely used in many domains. Predicting student performance (study evaluation) isan activity to determine a future state based on existing data. Data in the field of academic research hasbeen done with various methods and algorithms, but the use of algorithm SLIQ (Supervised Learning InQuest) has not been done.SLIQ is an algorithm developed by the IBM's Quest project team in 1996 for mining large datasets.SLIQ algorithm classify and predict the students performance, beginning with the data cleaning, conductedelection training and testing data. By calculating gini index of each attribute and then selecting thesmallest gini index data table is split according to the criteria until find the same class. From the results ofthe calculation process can produce a set of rules that can be used to predict student performance.From the experiment it can be concluded that the algorithm SLIQ with decision tree technique canbe used as an alternative in designing a system datamining applications. Tests conducted system showedthat the constructed model can be used to predict the performance of new students. The resulting accuracyof the model system in fact has a lower score than the accuracy of other applications that are used as acomparison of Tanagra. Advantages of the proposed system is in its design does not need complexcalculations in obtaining the gini index attributes.
