Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

Drug abuse occurs because of promiscuity and lack of education about the dangers of drug use. The increasing cases of drug abuse that occur in the community make it quite difficult for the government to overcome this. Therefore, the existence of a drug-free or shining program will certainly have an effectiveness that aims to provide education to the community, especially the younger generation about the dangers and impacts of drug abuse. The method used in this program is through socialization activities using participatory methods, lectures and discussions. The process of this socialization activity was in the form of delivering material from the sources of the City National Narcotics Agency and continued with discussion activities. The results of this program are useful for making the younger generation as pioneers of the nation's successor to be clean from drugs.

The involvement of citizens in creating a harmonious society is important in this era of globalization. However, in reality, social and religious problems are still the background to the occurrence of conflicts to this day. Citizens' concern for interacting and maintaining communication between people is expected to be able to reduce the conflict axes that exist in society and this can be done by citizens, one of which is through religious dialogue. The purpose of this study is to find out how citizen involvement through religious dialogue is able to maintain community harmony. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach where data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, documentation studies and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that interfaith dialogue carried out by the community through interfaith communities can be said to be successful in efforts to increase citizen involvement to create a harmonious community life in the current era of globalization, seeing that there are still many conflicts in several areas that are motivated by social and religious issues. Interfaith dialogue also provides knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs adopted by the Indonesian people, all of which aim to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation with the existing diversity. Interfaith dialogue can also be used as an alternative in increasing civic engagement by directly involving people of different religions

Measuring the success of the teaching and learning process can be seen from the learning outcomes achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the snowball throwing method was more effective in influencing student responsibility than the conventional method, the effect of the responsibility of students taught by the snowball throwing method on student achievement, and the effectiveness of using the snowball throwing method in improving student achievement. This type of research is quantitative with a True Experimental research design using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Data was collected by means of tests, observations, and documentation. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out so that the average experimental class student responsibility was 3,25 higher than the control class average responsibility of 1,9 so that the snowball throwing method in the experimental class was more effective in influencing student responsibility. Student responsibility is very influential on student achievement of 83,0%. The use of the snowball throwing method was more effective in improving the learning achievement of fifth-graders at SD Kanisius Kurmosari Semarang in Catholic Religious Education subjects by 76,8497 or 76,8%. So, the use of the snowball throwing method is more effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Financial ratio analysis can be classified into various types, some of which are liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. The financial management system at the food market eat and eat Paragon Mall still uses a simple and less effective system (Microsoft Excel) because it still uses excel formulas and logic if using the formula incorrectly will result in errors in recording financial statements. The method used really takes a long time so that it is often not timely and the way to analyze it is only with profit and loss and the profits are written in the table. The financial ratio method is the main tool for conducting financial analysis and has several uses. Financial ratios show a systematic relationship in the form of comparisons between estimates (posts) of financial statements. The share price is the value determined by the strength of the offer to buy and sell shares in a certain market mechanism and is the selling price from one investor to another. Stock price is one indicator of company management. Success in generating profits will provide satisfaction for rational investors. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the variable eps, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 3 periods, namely 2018-2020. Based on the results of the study, it is proven that: Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. Profitability Ratio (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices. Liquidity Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on stock prices. Solvency Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock prices.  

Toddler ageg children are the golden age because the development of toddler-age children, namely 1-3 years old, experiences very rapid growth and development, so that if at this toddler age they experiences obstacles in growth and development, it will have a big impact on the childs life in the future. One the big tasks for toddler is toilet training, so that children are not dependent on using diapers. The aim of this research is to find out the general pictures of the impact of using diapers on toilet training failure of 3 year old children an the Masagena Daycare Centre. The type of research used is non-experimental quantitative research using a cross sectional design, namely by studing the dynamics of the correlation between risk factor dan effect, using an observational approach or collecting data at on time (pont time approac). This research want to know the effect of using diapers (as a riskfactor) on the success of toilet training for children aged 3 years (as an effect, where riskfactors and effect are observed and measured simultaneously at the same time). Based on the research results, diapers are very dominant in influencing the failure of a childs toilet training is compared with the childs own readiness.

Kinerja pegawai pada suatu perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi yang baik dan sesuai, dimana Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi yang ada pada perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta, serta untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dan Verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden dari populasi 153 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Method of Successve Interval (MSI), Program Komputer Microsoft Excel 2010, dan SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa: Budaya Organisasi sebesar 6122 berada pada kriteria Setuju. Kompetensi sebesar 6471 berada pada kriteria setuju. Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 6597 berada pada kriteria setuju. Terdapat Korelasi antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi sebesar 0,512 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang sedang dan searah karena memiliki nilai yang positif. Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,181 atau 18,1% dan terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Kompetensi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,812 atau 81,2%. Dan terdapat pengaruh simultan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta sebesar 0,842 atau 84,2%, adapun sisanya 0,158 atau 15,8% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain (????) yang tidak diteliti.

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.  

Quality management is a means that allows it to be used as a basis for improving the education system. One of the problems faced by MI Al Azhar Tuban is the decline in student academic achievement recently. So that it has an impact on the management of madrasah management. However, this problem can still be resolved through quality management which is implemented in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah. The applied management standards must be based on the National Education System. One of the successes of quality management in improving academic achievement is the increasing quality of student learning. Therefore the application of quality management is very important and helpful for educational institutions that have decreased student academic achievement in order to achieve graduates who are superior in the field of academic achievement. The focus of research in this study is (1) How is the application of quality management in improving academic achievement at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Quality Management at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung? The research objectives in this thesis are (1) To determine how the application of quality management in improving academic achievement at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung (2) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of quality management at MI Al Azhar Tuban Badung. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Al Azhar Tuban Badung with data collection techniques in this study include: observation, interviews, documentation, while the data validity test was carried out by triangulation techniques, as long as the research was analyzed with data reduction steps. presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. In this thesis results: (1) the application of quality management in improving academic achievement includes quality planning, quality improvement, quality control and quality assurance (2) The factors that support and hinder the implementation of quality management are internal and external factors.

 Financial performance is a description of the temptation or success of the company's program implementation in realizing the company's vision and mission. This study aims to examine the effect of performance on the company's financial value at PT. Andhika's lamp. This study used three stages of data analysis, namely descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study prove that the variables of liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. While the solvency variable has no significant effect on firm value.  

A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

Background: Pregnancy is something that naturally happens to productive women. During pregnancy, changes occur in the mother, both physical and psychological. In general, the physical changes during pregnancy are, no menstruation, enlargement of the breasts, changes in the shape of the uterus, changes in the working system of the body's organs, enlargement of the stomach, weight gain, weakening of the relaxation of the muscles of the digestive tract, sensitivity to the senses, and the feet and hands begin to enlarge. The psychological changes in mothers in the first trimester are estimated to be 80%, resulting in feelings of disappointment, rejection, anxiety and sadness. In the second trimester, the mother's psychological life appears calmer and begins to adapt, and in the third trimester, changes in the mother's psychology seem more complex and increase again compared to the previous trimester, and this is none other than because the condition of the pregnancy is getting bigger. Psychological impacts on pregnant women include being sensitive, tending to be lazy, asking for more attention, easily jealous, and anxiety. Pregnant women will be more open to themselves and like to share their experiences with other people. Pregnant women will reflect on all their dreams, dreams, fantasies about objects, events or abstract concepts, such as death, life, success and happiness during pregnancy.Objective: Knowing how the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester is related to the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Method There is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester and the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Advice is given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

Nursing mothers usually fail to breastfeed or stop breastfeeding early because they do not know breastfeeding techniques. This can cause interference in the breastfeeding process. To achieve successful breastfeeding requires knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques by providing information in the form of breastfeeding techniques through health education. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a cross-sectional approach with a total of 25 postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. Results: research using the chi Square statistical test, obtained a p-value = 0.003, which means it is smaller than the value α = 0.05. (OR 16.5; 95%; CI 2.246-121.228). there is a relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022.  

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia through the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media. The problem in this research is the low mathematics ability of students in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method (PTK). The subjects in this research were all 27 class I students at SD Cordova Indonesia. The indicator of success in implementing the action is that students achieve a minimum of 70% completeness with an average learning outcome score of at least 70 from the total number of students. Based on data processing from research results, the average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 54.44, then after the first cycle actions were carried out it increased to 63.70. The first cycle action was then continued to the second cycle action and obtained an average score of 71.85 with student completion reaching 74.10% of the total students who took the learning outcomes test. Based on the results in cycle II, it shows that the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia.

The objective of this study was to determine the effects if cooperative programs, human resource capabilities and member participation on the success of Sharia savings and loan cooperatives BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri Pasuruan. The study conducted on cooperative members who minimum has been a member for 2 years.

The Social Dilemma is a documentary film that premiered on September 9, 2020. Directed by Jeff Orlowski, the documentary film The Social Dilemma tells about the negative impact of using social media on society. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the guide in the film The Social Dilemma. The method used in this study is qualitative, namely analyzing the signs in the film using Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory and Computer-Mediated Communication. The results of the study illustrate that The Social Dilemma contains many signs in it. Every scene in the film successfully explains how social media can have a negative impactif used excessively. With an analysis carried out using Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory and Computer-Mediated Communication, the film The Social Dilemma is considered to have been well-packaged.

To be successful in the financial world, you must know how the public disclosure of business information affects stock prices. Specifically for Pakistan, this research will help us better understand the relationship between corporate governance, disclosure quality, and equity cost The Sys-GMM model has been employed by 167 non-financial enterprises listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since 2017. (PSX). Research shows it was in use between 2018 and 2020. The Sys-GMM technique for estimating may be used to account for endogeneity in corporate governance problems. We discovered that GMM projections failed to account for endogeneity, resulting in inaccurate conclusions, using pooled OLS and fixed-effect estimates. According to the research, the cost of equality and financial transparency are mutually incompatible. All of these factors contribute to the PSE's stock price decline, including board size, concentrated ownership, and CEO duality. The research es-tablishes a relationship between independent audit committees and high-quality audits and reduced equity expenses. Independent directors and competent auditors command a premium on the PSX. The duration of the approval process for financial statements has no bearing on the board's independence. Due to the scarcity of information disclosed in annual reports, investors anticipate a higher rate of return. The conclu-sions of the research may be beneficial to Pakistan's corporate govern-ance authorities and investors.
