In accordance with article 15 UUSPN no. 20 of 2003 states that Vocational Schools are a type of formal education that aims to ensure that students are ready to enter the world of work and are able to prepare for life with independence. One of the efforts is to organize production unit management, namely combining business and academics. The aim of this research is to determine the management of the production unit for the salary student program at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. The result is the Payroll Student program. The aim is not to exploit students, but rather to train and improve students' abilities in accepting sewing orders from outside such as trousers, mukena bottoms, robes and negligees. The advantage of this salary student program is that you can increase your skills in sewing without having to buy fabric, and you can get a salary or wages from the orders the students get. Meanwhile, the downside is that students find it a little difficult to catch up on subjects they didn't follow when completing orders. However, there are teachers who do not force students to catch up.

Mother's milk is an important intake for the growth and development and health of babies. The causes of irregular breast milk production include reduced breast milk production on the first day after giving birth due to decreased stimulation of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin which play a role in smooth breast milk production. Therefore, non-pharmacological efforts are needed in the form of breast care. Breast care is useful for facilitating the expulsion reflex and increasing the smooth production of breast milk. The objectives of the research was to determine the effectiveness of Breast Care in smoothing breast milk production in post partum mothers at the Saras Ibnu Sina Sukowati General Hospital, Sragen. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease caused by excessive levels of sugar in the blood due to a lack of the hormone insulin. DM screening is done because there are some residents who have the disease. This examination is specifically for the elderly because they also have the potential to be infected without being detected. The activity was carried out using two methods, namely socialization and followed by blood pressure and random blood sugar checks which were carried out in two hamlets, namely Slangak and Semek hamlets. The results of the screening showed that 14.29% of the participants had sugar levels > 200 mg/dl, which means that there is a DM factor, so it is necessary to do short-term prevention to control DM disease.

Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet is one of the hamlets of Plintahan Village, Pandaan District, which has great potential in the agricultural sector. However, global climate change has caused problems that Ngadilegi Utara farmers, especially the Madulegi Farmer Group, must face in cultivating crops. The impact of global climate change can trigger the emergence of plant pest organisms (OPT) which can affect the achievement of quality to meet market demand (consumers). Meanwhile, farmers in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet still carry out crop cultivation activities on open land which is very potential for pest and disease attacks, and can be disrupted by environmental stress. Cultivation innovation using a screenhouse is one solution to overcome the problem in order to increase plant productivity. The screenhouse was built with a size of 6 x 8 meters using a hollow and galvanized C frame. The roof uses UV plastic with a thickness of 200 microns, the walls use insect net with a density of 50 mesh, and the base is covered using tarpaulin. The construction of the screenhouse in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet is considered to reduce the attack of plant pest organisms (OPT) and environmental stress factors, so that farmer groups in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet can increase crop productivity well.
