Language has four skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The lack of advanced writing skills in high grades in MI/SD is due to the lack of use of innovative learning methods which are still not optimal. So in this case the teacher must change the learning situation so that it is more active by choosing the right method. This study aims to determine; (1) What are the problems that affect low advanced writing skills in high grades, (2) What are the methods to improve aspects of advanced writing skills in high grades. The research uses the library research method, namely by examining scientific sources such as related books and journals. The research results are; (1) Knowing what are the problems that affect low advanced writing skills in high grades (2) Knowing the methods used by teachers to improve aspects of advanced writing skills in high grades.

Every citizen has the right to civil registration in the sense that he has the right to request an authentic deed from a state official. It is still rare for residents to realize how important a deed is for them in sustaining their life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the policy for implementing population administration in the possession of death certificates for the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to identify obstacles in implementing the policy for implementing population administration in making death certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service for Kuantan Regency Singingi. Qualitative research as a research method that starts from assumptions, interpretive/theoretical lenses, and studies of research problems that look at how individuals or groups interpret social or humanitarian problems. The results of the research that the researchers conducted regarding the implementation of population administration administration policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency (a case study of death certificates), namely, the policy of implementing population administration regarding death certificates had not been properly implemented by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this was obtained from several factors, namely Policy standards and targets/measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementor communication, attitude and position of executors, social, economic and political environment. The second obstacle is the lack of socialization related to population administration. The third obstacle is the lack of public awareness.

The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study.Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room.Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.  

. In an educational organization or school, it cannot be separated from its relationship with learning media or commonly called facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure aim as a place to carry out learning activities and increase student learning motivation. Therefore, facilities and infrastructure are very important to advance and develop the productivity of educational institutions. In addition, the management of infrastructure is one of the things that must be considered so that it can help encourage student achievement and achieve the goals of educational organizations. Facilities and infrastructure have a very important urgency to increase student learning productivity. However, the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in schools does not always go well. There are problems or obstacles that need to be resolved and overcome so as not to interfere with the learning process. Factors that hinder the management of facilities and infrastructure in schools usually arise from internal and external factors. Therefore, school management needs to make various efforts to overcome these obstacles. This study aims to determine the efforts of school management in overcoming barriers to educational infrastructure. From the method used, namely the qualitative method with literature study techniques, it produces an elaboration which shows that school management efforts in overcoming obstacles to facilities and infrastructure are planning, organizing, procuring, inventorying, distributing, maintaining, eliminating, and monitoring and evaluating.    

This study aims to find out the parties who are related and responsible according to Law Number 38 of 2004 concerning roads (Road Law), for various damage to road infrastructure in the city of Bandar Lampung and their handling and government accountability to parties who are disadvantaged in problems this (273 Law Number 22 of 2009). This study uses normative juridical research with data sources consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary data, analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. Data that can be obtained from written materials such as laws, books and documents. And also by using empirical legal research, by using a statutory approach and a case approach, data collection was carried out by means of literature studies and interviews, the data collected was descriptive. (113) Law enforcement for traffic accidents caused by damaged roads, especially in the city of Bandar Lampung, is not only a form of public service, but is a responsibility mandated by law, which if not implemented can lead to serious legal consequences. This study aims to determine law enforcement against traffic accidents caused by damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung and what factors become obstacles to law enforcement against traffic accidents caused by damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung. The results of research on traffic accident law enforcement due to damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung show the weak handling of the traffic police and the Bandar Lampung city government in implementing Law number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, especially article 273. This research is to find out the difficulties faced by students in preparing research proposals for Indonesian language and literature education. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects being students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that many have difficulty defining problems in writing research proposals and formulating the benefits of a research. In some cases the activity proposal text is rejected because the content and objectives in the text are unclear and unconvincing (could be due to structure or written language) which seems not optimal) so that the authorities hesitate to accept it. Student difficulties as illustrated by the results of the questionnaire indicate that students still need to be given more information.

Drug abuse in adolescents is a serious problem that requires a holistic approach to addressing it. Community education, early detection, and brief counseling are the three main activities that can help prevent and overcome drug abuse in adolescents. Community outreach activities aim to increase youth's understanding of the dangers and negative consequences associated with drug abuse. Community service activities were carried out at one of the high schools (SMA) in Duri Kosambi which included 178 teenagers. Based on the results of the Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST) questionnaire, it was found that 166 (93.3%) respondents had a scale of 1-5 points. All participants underwent brief counseling and it was found that there were no teenagers with indications of drug abuse. Overall, community outreach activities, early detection, and brief counseling are a comprehensive approach in preventing and overcoming drug abuse in adolescents. Through this approach, it is hoped that adolescents can gain a better understanding of the dangers of drugs, as well as get the necessary support and assistance to overcome these problems. Collaborative efforts between schools, families and medical personnel are key in achieving positive results in dealing with the challenges of drug abuse in adolescents.personnel are key in achieving positive results in dealing with the challenges of drug abuse in adolescents.

CV. XYZ is a manufacturing company whose main product is lightweight concrete bricks made in various sizes. Lightweight concrete brick with a thickness of 10 cm is the product that produces the highest defects compared to other products. The resulting defects have an average of 5% where this value exceeds the company's tolerance limit of 3-4%. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to determine the level of defects of lightweight concrete bricks and to provide suggestions for improvements to reduce defects. The research was conducted using the Seven Tools method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the defect level of Lightweight Concrete Bricks from the highest to the lowest were chipped, cracked, uncut, and dimensional defects respectively. In addition, it can be seen that the Gompal failure mode with the cause of the disassembly or sorting process is too hard to produce the highest RPN score of 245, so that the recommendations for improvement need to be prioritized first.

This research aims to examine the problems that occur in the crime of murder and premeditated murder in the charges that will be filed against the perpetrators of these crimes. At the beginning, the background will be about how a criminal law in Indonesia develops and in carrying out its function as a legal rule that contains provisions, prohibitions, and criminal threats for those who commit a criminal case. This research will emphasize the problems that occur with the obstacles experienced by law enforcement in identifying a legal event that occurs in the case of murder with premeditated murder in finding an element of fulfillment, especially against the elements of the offense of premeditated murder. Then after that, the research will continue on legal reconstruction and legal discovery at the court hearing which aims to facilitate the disclosure of a legal event that occurs in order to find the material truth so that the judge can determine the sentence for the perpetrator.

This study uses a theological analytical discourse methodology to analyze the role of catechism as a medium for building faith. Catechesis is a means used by the Church to communicate the teachings of faith to the people. Through catechesis, the Church can provide effective accompaniment of faith to young people. This study focuses on the problems faced by young people today. They are the next generation of the Church who need special attention because they are very vulnerable to being influenced by the fast and swift currents of modernity. Therefore, an effective assistance effort is needed for them. The research findings show that young people, who are in a period of searching for identity, tend to get bored easily and are quickly satisfied. In this context, catechesis as a form of faith formation is an effective choice and responsive to the lifestyle of today's youth. Through catechesis, young people can gain a deeper understanding of the teachings of the faith, strengthen their relationship with God and develop a strong Christian identity. Digital catechesis, which combines technology with messages of faith, can be a relevant and attractive medium for young people. In conclusion, digital catechesis has a significant role in developing the faith of young Christians. In facing the challenges of modern times, the Church needs to use catechesis as an effective strategy to assist young people in strengthening their faith. By utilizing technology and adapting the right content, digital catechism can be an effective tool in forming a young generation who are firm in their faith and ready to face the changing times.

The company always strives to provide fast and accurate service, but customers spend quite a long time waiting because the car service process is relatively long. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. Anemia is a health problem throughout the world, especially in developing countries where an estimated 30% of the world's population suffers from anemia. In Indonesia, one of the problems faced by adolescents is the problem of micronutrient nutrition, namely around 12% of male adolescents and 23% of female adolescents experience anemia, which is mostly due to iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemia. Anemia in adolescents specifically experienced by female adolescents will have a more serious impact, considering they are prospective mothers who will become pregnant and give birth to a baby, thus increasing the risk of maternal death, premature birth and low birth weight babies (LBW).The government has a routine program related to the distribution of iron tablets for women of childbearing age (WUS ), including adolescents and pregnant women. To support this program requires a good understanding for young women regarding anemia and the importance of blood-supplementing tablets, one of which is providing counseling to students at MTs N 1 Sumbawa with the aim of increasing knowledge about the dangers of anemia and the importance of taking tablets added blood. This community service activity was carried out on May 26 with the result that the knowledge and understanding of students about anemia was getting better, students also knew that taking iron tablets was important. Students are also motivated to meet their nutritional needs and increase adherence in taking iron tablets regularly.

In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.

Waste problems that have not been resolved so far have also been experienced in the Tanjung Market area, Jember Regency. The waste problems at Tanjung Market are an ineffective management system, the accumulation of waste that is not sorted into one, and the absence of a special party assigned by the market manager to handle and control hygiene problems and waste in the market which causes a lot of waste to be scattered around the market. everywhere. Not only from the traders side but this is also caused by the visitors or buyers at the market, most of them do not have the sensitivity and awareness to be able to dispose of waste in its place. So we need an environmentally sound waste management system with 3R techniques such as converting waste into useful materials efficiently and economically with minimal environmental impact.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

In today's modernization era, it is very important for an institution to combine the values of Pancasila and the dimensions of Islamic education. Through this article we can find out the form of the critical paradigm of Pancasila and the factors that influence the crisis of Pancasila in the dimension of Islamic education and provide solutions to problems that may arise. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods with a descriptive approach. Research informants consisted of three responders, namely students of Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, the community around campus A UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, and finally students of other universities. Data were collected through observation and direct interviews. Data analysis is collected through qualitative descriptive, so that deep and accurate conclusions are obtained on the problems studied. The results of this study are first, That is the form or form of the Pancasila crisis paradigm which can be described as the Pancasila philosophy. Describe it as the philosophy of pancasila itself. Second, the factors that influence the critical paradigm of pancasila in the dimension of Islamic education are 1) The theme of evic educational democracy, 2) Multicultural culture, 3) Economy, 4) Mindset, 5) Pancasila values, 6) Education, 7) Social, and 8) Educational environment. Finally, the solution to maintain the sovereignty of the critical paradigm of Pancasila in the dimension of Islamic education, among others: improving the quality of efficiency of Islamic education, cultural approaches, internalizing education, implementing behaviors contained in the values of Pancasila.
