This study aims to identify effective methods that parents can use to help young children develop reading skills. Through a literature review and case studies, this research presents various strategies for parents, such as selecting books that match the child’s interests, creating an enjoyable reading environment, and providing positive feedback. The findings are intended to serve as a guide for parents in creating an optimal learning environment for their children. Reading ability is a crucial foundation for cognitive development in children. This study examines the critical role of parents in facilitating the development of reading skills in young children. By reviewing literature, the study highlights various activities that parents can engage in, such as reading together, providing engaging books, and creating a supportive environment for fostering a child’s interest in reading. The findings indicate that active parental involvement in reading activities from an early age has a significant positive impact on improving reading skills, comprehension, and a child's love for books.

Children have rights, both materially and immaterially, as well as the right to protection of honor. The honor of children is a must, especially for girls, if the honor of a child is carried, then the development of the child can be disrupted, because of his unforgettable past. The honor of children who are snatched away by rape makes the writer interested in studying the crime of rape in the city of Semarang. based on the judge's consideration in making a decision against the perpetrators of the crime of raping underage children in the Semarang District Court. This study uses a normative juridical method. The results of the study showed that the judge's basic considerations in deciding the crime of raping minors, the judge considered from three aspects, namely aspects of legal facts, juridical aspects and sociological aspects and considered four things, namely, legal reviews on the basis of legal facts considerations, legal reviews of based on juridical considerations, legal reviews on the basis of sociological considerations and legal reviews on the basis of philosophical considerations, from this study it can be concluded that judges make decisions based on three aspects and 4 things, this is done to achieve justice as stated in the Pancasila ideology of the fifth principle, namely social justice for all Indonesian people.   Keywords: the basis of judge's consideration, perpetrators of the crime of raping minors  

This research is descriptive research which aims to determine students' interest in participating in extracurricular activities at Nusawungu State Vocational School students. The design used in this research is associative research with descriptive analysis methods. The population is all Class 2 students of Nusawungu State Vocational School, the total population is 279 people. Samples were taken using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique, namely a tiered random sampling method taken from 10% of the total population. So the sample used could be as many as 30 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of descriptive data, percentage analysis using a computer application through the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of validity and reliability tests, all data is declared reliable because the correlation value (Cronbach's Alpha) on average 0.830 is considered good for use. Normality test The data was also declared normal with an Asymp value = 0.974 (p>0.05). Thus, the results obtained can be concluded that students' interest in taking extracurricular sports lessons at the Nusawungu State Vocational School shows the high category with the results obtained being 78.53%.

Immunization is one of intervention to give immune for the baby/child with the procedure input vaccine into the body so the body could make antibody against  to disease spesificly. Immunization services for baby/child at tatinang have not yet reached Universal Child Immunization. It was mean more than 90%  had achieved. They are BCG (50%), DPT (40%), Hepatitis B (20%), Polio (60%) and Campak (10%).  The aim of this research to know sttitude related  to mother’s effort for giving immunization in children at tatinang. This research is analysis description with cross sectional study. All of mothers who have child 12-23 month at tatinang, as respondent have taken by total sampling (30 respondent) and used chi-square with significant level ?=0,055. Result of research has showed that there was relationship between attitude p=0,000. For respondent to more interesting in giving immunization for children base on their ages to protection from some disease

Cervical cancer is a malignancy in the cervix or cervical uterus. Efforts made to detect cervical cancer include cervical cancer screening with Inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced the interest in visiting the inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) Inspection by Productive age women in Sipahutar Health Center in 2019. The type of this study was the Cross Sectional method. The population in the study was productive age women in Sipahutar Public Health Center. The eligible women were 4408 women and 96 women were taken as sample . The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between age and interest in visiting; education; knowledge; access to information; health services; support of health and socio-cultural personnel with p value <0.05. The variable that most influenceing was the interest in IVA examination visits is access to information with a value of Rp. 95,615. It is hoped that productive age women will increase its knowledge about the dangers of cervical cancer and participate in the early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method at the health care facility.

Reducing the variability of their income by diversifying outside of traditional lending activities into non-interest income sources. We influence the COVID-19 pandemic on the relationship between the use of non-interest income and bank profits and risks in Indonesian banks. The economic effects of the pandemic have resulted in tightening of credit standards and reduced demand for various types of loans. We find that non-interest income sources are positively related to performance but inversely related to risk. These results are consistent with the beneficial diversification effect during the pandemic of banks expanding outside of traditional loan revenue sources.  Keywords: covid-19, profitability, bank, risk

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.  

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

The Influence of Prices and Lifestyle on People's Purchase Intention in Traditional Markets An Understood During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and lifestyle on people's buying interest in understanding traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative associative research and its location is in the traditional market An understand, Bima City. In this study, the sample consisted of 55 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination; f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and classical assumption test. The results showed that by means of the t test (partial test) it is known that the price variable does not have a significant effect on the purchase intention variable while the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Then by means of the f test (simultaneous test) it is known that the variable price and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention variable.

The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to visitors, with a sample of 100 respondents using quantitative techniques. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting satisfaction and there is a significant influence of location on visiting satisfaction, then there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting decisions and there is a significant influence of location on visiting decisions, then there is a significant influence of visiting satisfaction on decisions Visiting and visiting satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of attractiveness on visiting decisions, while visiting satisfaction can mediate the influence of location on visiting decisions.Analysis of Variant (R2) can be seen that the R-square value for the visiting decision variable is 0.788 which can be interpreted that the magnitude of the influence of the attractiveness, location and visiting satisfaction variable on the visiting decision is 78.8% while the remaining 21.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this study. Then the R-square value for the visiting satisfaction variable is 0.634, which means that 63.4% of the visiting satisfaction variable is influenced by attractiveness and location variables, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Developing children's interests and talents in a religious context is crucial to shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. This study aims to explore the various methods used in religious activities in Heram District, Waena Kel. Jayapura City, and to measure their impact on the development of children's interests and talents. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, data was collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Results show that religious activities not only increase children's interest in spiritual aspects, but also contribute to their social and emotional development.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Background: Anemia is a condition in which the concentration of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is lower than the normal value. Anemia that occurs due to iron deficiency so that the formation of red blood cells and other functions in the body is disrupted is iron nutritional anemia. Based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of anemia was 48.9% in the 15-24 year age group. According to WHO, adolescents are residents in the age range of 10-19 years, young women have a higher risk, this is because young women experience menstruation (menstruation) every month. The impact of the incidence of anemia in adolescents can reduce concentration and learning achievement, as well as affect productivity among youth. Based on this background, the author is interested in carrying out community service activities for the prevention of anemia in young women during the new normal period of Covid-19 at Panca Atma Jaya Vocational School, Klungkung. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is as a form of implementation of Tri Dharma Stikes Panca Atma Jaya Klungkung. Methods: Participants who took part in this activity were 67 students using the pretest and posttest methods. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the pretest score (before being given education) which was 69.41% to 89.42% in the posttest result (after being given education). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between posttest scores, which increases after education is held, so anemia prevention education needs to be given and improved to improve anemia prevention behavior in adolescent girls.

In order to achieve targets, companies need healthy funds to improve their performance. Companies can find out the availability of funds through the company's cash flow reports. This study aims to analyze PT KAI's cash flow ratio during 2014-2019. The research is descriptive quantitative by calculating the cash flow ratios. The cash flow ratio used is the cash liquidity ratio, which includes the operational cash flow ratio (AKO), the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKP), the capital expenditure ratio (PM) and the total debt ratio (TH). After calculating the ratio, do a growth ratio analysis during 2014-2019. The data used is PT KAI's audited financial statements for the 2014-2019 period. The results of the study show that PT KAI's cash flow ratio as a whole is still in a bad condition. The four ratios of operating cash flows used in this study, there are three ratios have a value of less than 1, namely the ratio of cash sweeps to current debt (AKO), the ratio of capital expenditure (PM) and the ratio amount of debt (TH). Meanwhile, one other ratio, namely the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKB), is worth more than 1.

This study aims to design and develop an effective learning media and become a media to assist in studying Physics in depth at SMK Mataram Semarang, especially in the Impulse and Momentum material. Physics becomes a boring subject for students, because many students think that Physics is a lesson that is difficult to understand, less interesting and feels monotonous. This has an impact on decreasing students' interest and value in studying Physics.The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with six stages, namely Research and Information Collecting (Research and Information Gathering), Planning (planning), Develop Premliminary Form of Product (Product Design Making), Premliminary Field Testing (Product Design Validation) , Main Product Revision (Design Revision), Main Field Testing (Product Testing of Products in the Field by Prospective Users). Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on design validation by experts and product trials to students using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The development of multimedia-based learning devices can develop devices that have been used so far, from conventional devices to become more interesting learning media. The application of multimedia-based learning media can help support the teaching and learning process to make it easier to explain or deliver material to students. In addition, it can help students to understand more deeply so that students' scores can be increased more than without using learning media.

The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way.   Keywords : assimilation, Correctional Institution, convict .

The spread of narcotics in Semarang City in 2019-2020 is possible to increase, especially in the West Semarang area. It was proven that in 2017 it was revealed 198 cases then in 2018 it became 287 cases. The author is interested in examining the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area and the public reaction to the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area. Research in this writing uses Sociological Juridical type with descriptive-analytical research specifications through primary and secondary data sources. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area can be divided into two major factors, namely internal factors and external factors which can be analyzed using the analysis of Criminal Sociology Theory such as Ecological Theory, Cultural Conflict Theory, Economic Theory, Differential Association Theory. ), and Anomic Theory, while the public reaction regarding the distribution of narcotics can be seen from two views, namely from the community and law enforcement officials. Law enforcement within the TNI is carried out jointly in a military criminal justice system, which involves several elements, including: Investigators, Ankum, Prosecutors and Papera. Papera/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by TNI regulations. The desire and hope of a Papera/unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. The aim of this research is to show that superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum)/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by regulations within the TNI. The desire and hope of a unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that in the ongoing legal process, superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum) and Papera have 2 (two) paths in an effort to defend their service members from being punished or dishonorably dismissed (fired) due to considerations of military interests. with several considerations such as the TNI soldier having abilities that are really needed by the unit, the TNI soldier being assessed for good behavior on a daily basis or other considerations, so that Ankum can try through these 2 (two) paths, namely providing recommendations to be retained as a TNI soldier and submitting efforts law according to statutory regulations.
