This study proposes an approach for human fall classification utilizing a combination of Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) on the SisFall dataset. Falls among elderly individuals pose a significant public health concern, necessitating effective automated detection systems for timely intervention and assistance. The SisFall dataset, comprising accelerometer data collected during simulated falls and activities of daily living, serves as the basis for training and evaluating the proposed classification system. The proposed method begins by preprocessing accelerometer data using a WMA technique to enhance signal quality and reduce noise. Subsequently, the preprocessed data are fed into a CNN architecture optimized for feature extraction and fall classification. The CNN leverages its ability to automatically learn discriminative features from raw sensor data, enabling robust and accurate classification of fall and non-fall events. Experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed approach in accurately distinguishing between fall and non-fall activities, achieving high classification performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Comparative analysis with existing methods showcases the WMA-CNN hybrid approach's superiority in classification accuracy and robustness. Overall, the proposed methodology presents a promising framework for real-time human fall classification using sensor data, offering potential applications in wearable devices, ambient assisted living systems, and healthcare monitoring technologies to enhance safety and well-being among elderly individuals.

The Indonesian economy is increasing every year, this cannot be separated from the contribution of the capital market (Indonesian Stock Exchange) which is increasingly active in driving Indonesian economic activity. Activity on the Indonesian Stock Exchange is supported by the increasing number of issuers issuing securities, especially share instruments. Improving stock trading conditions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is able to attract the general public to invest their excess funds in the stock market. The aim of this research is to determine the fairness of share prices and find out which companies are most suitable for investment by calculating the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research uses Consumer Goods sector companies that are included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index for the 2015-2016 period. Fundamental Analysis is an analysis that functions to estimate future share prices by estimating the value of company fundamental factors that influence future share prices. These factors include ROE, EPS, DPS, DPR, PER, and PBV. The intrinsic value of the stock will be seen whether the stock is smaller than the market value and is considered expensive (overvalued), the intrinsic value is greater than the market value and is considered cheap (undervalued) or the intrinsic value is the same as the market value meaning it is valued fairly (correctly valued). The results of this research show that 9 out of 16 companies are undervalued and only the companies Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk and Chitose Internasional Tbk whose share prices are undervalued are supported by advanced PER and PBV calculations, the decision that can be taken is to buy these shares.

This research aims to determine the probability of changes in grades from the prerequisite course Mathematical Statistics II using the Markov chain process method. Prerequisite courses are an important component in the higher education curriculum, because they influence student success in advanced courses. In this study, student grade data was collected and analyzed to map the transition between grade categories from one semester to the next. The Markov chain model is applied to predict patterns of value change, with the assumption that the future state of value depends only on the current state. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into the pattern of grade transition, assist in academic decision making, and identify factors that contribute to an increase or decrease in student performance. Thus, this study can contribute to improving learning strategies and more effective academic policies.

. his investigate points to assess the execution of open administrations in Asemrowo Area with a center on accomplishing great administration. Through subjective clear strategies, information is collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Evaluation of employee performance is carried out to ensure service quality meets established standards and achieves good governance. The research results show that public services in Asemrowo District are running well, supported by fast responses and the implementation of an online-based service system. Supporting factors include clear regulations and employee discipline, while inhibiting factors include low human resource competency and limited number of employees. Suggestions for improving public services include increasing awareness of performance evaluation, developing HR competencies, and increasing the number of employees as needed.

Administrative supervision is very necessary to implement social rehabilitation services for victims of drug abuse. In this case, there are several things that must be researched in relation to carrying out administrative supervision, consisting of: 1) recruitment and selection of staff, 2) introduction and placement of staff, 3) work planning, 4 ) work assignment, which consists of a) understanding the assignment criteria, b) considering staff duties, c) type of assignment, d) stimulus, e) suitability of staff background with clients, 5) work delegation, 6) monitoring, reviewing and job evaluation, 6) coordination and 7) communication. This research aims to find out how administrative supervision of social rehabilitation services is in handling drug abuse victims at the Galih Pakuan Bogor Center. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation, determining informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research show that the supporting factors are human resources who can carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures at the Galih Pakuan Center and motivation for staff to be encouraged so that they want to carry out good, effective and efficient administration, the division of work groups into one supporting factors for carrying out staff performance and the existence of e-performance to provide work reports for monitoring. The inhibiting factor is the limited number of multi-service human resources and lack of capability in carrying out tasks, there are still some who do not have priority in distributing each task.

Proper staffing in educational institutions is a key factor in improving organizational productivity and efficiency. Employees' knowledge, skills and attitudes are key considerations in the staffing process. This article discusses the application of staffing to improve the performance of educational institutions, focusing on employee recruitment, training and development. The purpose of this study is to explore the importance of an effective recruitment approach, careful selection of human resources and targeted training in improving the quality of human resources. The results showed that proper staffing has a positive impact on organizational productivity and performance. In conclusion, good staffing requires careful planning, clear identification of needs, and ongoing support to ensure the long-term success of educational institutions.

Ketosari Bener Purworejo Village is geographically one of the villages with narrow roads, with steep inclines and descents. Under these conditions, of course every vehicle, whether car or motorbike, that passes this road must be in good condition. A good engine condition is not enough if it is not supported by a good braking system. The condition of the engine and the performance of the brake system must be ensured that there is no interference or damage. This service activity aims to provide knowledge and information as well as practical or light skills to overcome problems and damage to motorbike brakes to the community. Service activities begin with preparation, implementation and reflection on activities. The training activities were carried out in the form of workshops, material presentations and questions and answers. The evaluation results obtained were: 1) Implementation of activities at 90%, 2) Mastery of resource material with a score of 95%, 3) Usefulness of the material or program with a score of 92%, and 4) Participant satisfaction with a score of 89%.

Medical record is a document that contains patient identity data, treatment, examination, action, and other services that have been given to patients. In order for medical records to be maintained, supervision is needed in medical records. The purpose of this study was to find out how the oversight of the medical record alignment system with the Standard Operating Procedures at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. This research method uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis, conducting observations and interviews that aim to provide an overview and see directly a state of the supervision process during the alignment of medical records in the filing room of the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. This research was conducted in a storage room with 5 informants. The results of the study showed that the supervisory process was aligned with the supervisory element, namely determining the size of the implementation, there was a deficiency, namely there was no mention of tasks in the job description in controlling medical records. In measuring the actual implementation, there are inappropriate implementations such as misfiles and there are several tracers that are still hanging. In measuring behavior, officers do not yet have definite standards or tools to measure officer performance behavior. Obstacles in the alignment of medical records through the 5M factor, namely, the lack of number of officers in the filing room, the occurrence of misfiles and staff errors in writing unclear numbers. Materials namely, there are a lot of maps that are too thick. Machines, that is, there are still many tracers hanging on storage racks whose time limit has passed the stipulation. Methods, that is, the Hospital does not yet have an SOP for alignment supervision and there is only a Medical Record alignment system in the SOP for storing and returning Medical Records.

Businesses, regardless of size, must continuously adjust to fast-paced technological advancements to remain competitive, particularly in the hotel industry. The Room Division plays a vital role as the heart of the hotel business, serving as the frontliner. A significant number of hotels have implemented technological advancements inside their operational room divisions, particularly in the front office and housekeeping departments. However, there are only a limited number of apps that can provide automation for analyzing the effectiveness of room attendants using delegation systems. A prototype of the hotel room division application based on the Intelligent Planning System (IPS). The IPS module provides automated analysis with rapid and precise outcomes, minimizing human involvement and reducing the likelihood of human mistakes. The research is conducted by applying the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model, which includes planning, development, testing, and implementation stages. The prototype's anticipated outcome is to serve as a viable solution, with innovative features potentially benefiting the hotel's operational room division.

In this thesis the author examines research on the BAZNAS Strategy in Optimizing Zakat Maal Payments. In Kembang Paseban Village, Mersam District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely describing a situation with words based on visible facts. The data used in this research uses primary data and secondary data. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the strategy used in optimizing the payment of zakat maal, namely by using planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, is optimal and effective, but in its implementation there are still things that need to be done. evaluated. Then the obstacles to society preferring to pay zakat directly to mustahiq rather than to amil zakat bodies are due to the lack of public understanding regarding BAZNAS, lack of public trust because BAZNAS's performance has not been seen to help the people around them, they do not know government regulations, then the location of BAZNAS is quite far from their location. stay.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of the Depok City Government in 2021-2023 based on value for money, namely in terms of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. The qualitative descriptive analysis method was used to carry out the analysis in this research. The performance of the Depok City Government is a source of output used to calculate efficiency values. The calculation compares input and output. While the output is the performance that has been achieved by the Depok City Government, the input is the economic value that has been obtained and the calculation of the effectiveness value is based on a comparison between the outcome and the output. Research findings show that the Depok City Government operated very economically from 2021 to 2023 based on its financial performance. The research findings indicate that the financial performance of the Depok City Government in terms of economic and effectiveness for the fiscal years 2021-2023 demonstrate stability, with an average achievement of 85.53% and 103.21% respectively. However, in terms of efficiency, the financial performance of the Depok City Government shows instability, with an average achievement of 84.44%. Therefore, the Depok City Government needs to make improvements to ensure that the efficiency level remains within a stable range.

This study seeks to examine the impact of the work environment, leadership, and work discipline on the performance of PT personnel. Mount Merbabu Semarang Branch Office operates partially and simultaneously. This is a quantitative study that collects primary data from respondents via questionnaires, yielding 62 data points. This study's data analysis methods include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The study's findings indicate that PT staff' performance is influenced by their work environment, leadership, and work discipline. SAK EMKM is expected to assist entities in transitioning from cash-based financial reporting to accrual-based financial reporting. The issuance of SAK EMKM is expected to serve as one of the drivers of financial literacy for MSMEs in Indonesia, thus widening their access to financing from the banking industry. Financial statements are records of financial information of a company during an accounting period that explain a company's performance. The purpose of financial statements according to PSAK 1 (Revised 2009) is to provide information about the financial position, financial performance, and cash flows of an entity to assist most users of the financial statements in making economic decisions. SAK-EMKM contains simpler accounting regulations than SAK-ETAP because MSMEs conduct transactions with calculations and measurements that purely use historical costs. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Describing the current financial condition of MSME players. As well as conducting a simple financial statement preparation analysis for MSME players. This study produces financial statements for Pentol Kabul MSMEs that comply with SAK-EMKM standards, including balance sheets, income statements, and notes to the financial statements.

Land transportation as a means of inter-city transportation has the advantage of being able to distribute people and goods with a larger capacity and relatively cheaper costs. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of onion transportation, performance, distribution time and the purpose of distributing the onion harvest in Enrekang Regency. This research used a quantitative method, which was carried out for 1 month, namely in September-October 2022 in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi, using SPSS analysis. The results of the research show that the characteristics of the 240 respondents were all men, with the most widely used vehicle brand being the Mitsubishi 4-wheeled type (medium truck), the most frequent distribution time range was between 10-15 times a month with an average speed of 50- 60 km/hour, departure time between 10:00 – 15:00 WITA, and arriving around 15:00 – 18:00 WITA, distance over 100 Km, and the longest loading time is over 120 minutes, with the aim of distribution most often to exporters with a percentage of 57.08%, while for distribution areas outside Enrekang Regency the most frequently is Parepare City with a percentage of 46.25%.

Computer networks are an important part of modern life, enabling the efficient exchange of information and resources between devices. One type of network topology that is commonly used is a bus topology. The bus topology has a simple structure and is easy to implement, making it an attractive choice for a variety of applications. The main finding of this research is that the bus topology has several advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of bus topology include low cost, ease of installation, and scalability. Disadvantages of bus topology include limited performance, low reliability, and the potential for data collisions.

This article reviews the factors that influence the performance of sharia auditors, namely work experience, audit tenure and audit fees. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The research methods used are qualitative methods and library research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) work experience influences the performance of sharia auditors; 2) audit tenure has no effect on the performance of sharia auditors; and 3) audit fees influence the performance of Sharia auditors. From the results of this research, it is hoped that future researchers can add variables that are considered to influence the performance of Sharia auditors.

Public service is a series of activities in the form of goods, services, and or administrative services carried out by public service providers. As the organizer and implementer of public services, the state is obliged to provide public services properly and optimally. Evaluation is needed as a form of improvement in improving the performance of public service providers so that public satisfaction occurs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of public service delivery in the District. This research uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The data used in this research is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews with the community and staff in Sawahan Subdistrict and direct observation in the field, while secondary data is collected from various sources. The results of this study found that in improving the performance of public service delivery in Sawahan Sub-district, a Community Satisfaction Survey and a Public Consultation Forum were carried out in increasing community satisfaction.

Workload often causes problems faced by employees in various agencies. Employee performance becomes ineffective and inefficient because the workload is too low or too high. The aim of this research is to conduct an analysis of the fatigue and workload of employees in the E-Government Administration Department. Analyzing workload is an important part of efforts to improve bureaucratic reform in government. The application of workload analysis helps determine the number of working hours required to complete a task, or in other words calculate the amount of work, responsibility or workload that must be borne by a person. Less than optimal application of workload analysis can affect employee performance, such as uneven distribution of employees, accumulation of employees in one unit, or an unbalanced number of employees. Therefore, a workload analysis application is needed to help manage job workload.

The implementation of Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 1 of 2020 regarding Guidelines for Job Analysis and Workload Analysis has been carried out. In Indonesia, workload analysis is important for determining the number of employees needed by the Surabaya Education Office so that the organizational structure can be efficient in carrying out its tasks. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Workload Analysis Application (ABK) on employee performance at the Surabaya Education Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using documentation, observation, and interviews. The ABK application is used to determine the needs of employees at the Surabaya Education Office. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and interviews. The results show that the procedure for using the Workload Analysis Application is in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ministerial Regulation. Human resources and infrastructure are quite good because socialization has been conducted to employees. Although the implementation is going well, there are still obstacles related to understanding the ABK filling format by some human resources and the need for additional computer facilities and improvements to an unstable network.
