Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. The position of learning in achieving progress in various aspects of life, such as social, political, cultural and economic, cannot be questioned. This research is carried out using qualitative methods, namely research that is carried out through observation and seeking information directly in research positions or in other words it can be said as field research. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research

The basis of this research is that, despite advances in the world, including the development of technology and artificial intelligence at SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, educators are unable to use these tools and often deliver content in traditional ways. To improve the quality of education for students, teachers, and SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, the school must keep up with the development of technology and artificial intelligence. This is a challenge for SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi to develop, so it is very important for schools to apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching and learning process. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. Moral education is an effort to mature humans who have an identity as actual human. School order is often used as an indication of the success of mental development and student behavior. The reality is that in schools there are stillmany violations of regulations school order. This condition gives rise to various problems and problems regarding implementation of moral education. This research uses Max Weber's social action theory with qualitative research methods and Schutz's phenomenological approach. Selection technique research subjects used purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are the practice of school rules as a means of moral education at SMKN 3 Payakumbuh using a points system per semester recorded in the disciplinary book. Sanctions are educational in nature, especially for instilling students moral education. Enforcement of school rules at SMKN 3 Payakumbuh uses steps – steps in the form of installation in strategic places, socialization of school rules and regulations, and daily control of students as well as the involvement of teachers and leadership elements in maintaining social balance in the school environment. The obstacles faced in enforcing school rules are: lack of consistency of teachers in enforcing school rules. Efforts to overcome violations of school rules, namely preventive, curative and repressive measures.

This research aims to investigate the impact of Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning strategies on the character formation of Islamic students in boarding schools. Boarding schools play a significant role in character education and the promotion of Islamic values among their students. The Ta'lim Muta'allim book, as a classical text commonly used in boarding schools, is considered to have significant potential in shaping the character of students. The research employed a qualitative case study approach at Al-Ihsan Boarding School, located in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants included students and instructors at the boarding school. The findings of the research indicate that the utilization of learning strategies centered around the Ta'lim Muta'allim book significantly contributes to character formation among the students. Students engaged in deep and reflective learning about the contents of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book displayed a substantial improvement in their understanding of Islamic values, ethics, and morality. Furthermore, these learning strategies also played a role in fostering discipline, patience, and perseverance among the students. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of incorporating the Ta'lim Muta'allim book into the boarding school curriculum and employing appropriate learning strategies to achieve character development objectives. These findings can serve as a guide for other boarding schools in their efforts to enhance character education effectiveness in the face of evolving contemporary challenges.

This research discusses the preparation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ihsan Palembang in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The Merdeka curriculum is an innovative approach to education aimed at providing autonomy to students in their learning. The objective of this research is to understand the methods and approaches used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ihsan in preparing itself to introduce the Merdeka curriculum. We employed a qualitative method in this research. The first step in qualitative research methodology involves observation, interviews, and data collection. Research findings indicate that MI Al-Ihsan has started preparing itself to implement the Merdeka curriculum. This preparation includes teacher training, developing learning materials in line with the curriculum, creating adaptable lesson plans, and discussing difficulties and challenges faced when implementing the Merdeka curriculum, as well as its benefits and drawbacks compared to the previous curriculum. The importance of careful planning before implementing the Merdeka curriculum at MI Al-Ihsan is also emphasized in this article. With thorough planning, this curriculum will maximize the benefits of students' self-development in the future.

Based on these aspects of early childhood development, a children's game media is needed to stimulate children's development and growth. One of the children's game media that can be developed is Educational Game Tools (APE). In this PKM activity, the PKM Team tries to provide training in making APE including number wheels, summing bottle caps, and sliding number boards.

This research discusses the role of character education management in shaping the morals of students at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. The research background highlights the urgent need for character formation amidst the complexity of global challenges. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of character education management on the moral development of students. The research method uses a qualitative approach and library research involving researchers as key instruments. Data was collected through interviews and content analysis, with research carried out at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. It is hoped that the research findings will provide in-depth insight into the implementation of character education management in the school. The implications of this research include recommendations for expanding data collection methods, involving the perspectives of parents and students, and detailing the steps of the character education management model. It is hoped that the research results can provide a concrete basis for developing a more effective character education program at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu.

Community empowerment in Pearung Village through preserving the Sipinsur Geosite is part of tourism development efforts. This research uses a literature detective method and the author reveals that the search for economic and social potential resulting from the management of natural resources and the tourism sector in an area. Indonesia as a country rich in natural resources has great potential to improve its economy and regional growth through tourism development. Pearung Village in Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra, is a clear example of how the use of the Sipinsur Geosite is an initiative in tourism  development. This not only creates an attraction for visitors but also empowers local communities. The government has an important role in supporting community empowerment through education, training and infrastructure improvement programs. The impact can be seen in economic growth, improving the quality of life, and infrastructure development in Pearung Village. Tourism development not only increases the number of tourists, but also brings significant changes in the daily lives of residents, such as improving the agricultural sector and improving infrastructure.

Technology-based learning has become a focal point in modern education, presenting both challenges and opportunities for educators. This study explores the dynamic landscape of planning pedagogy within the realm of technology-enhanced teaching. The research delves into the obstacles faced by educators when integrating technology into lesson planning, examining the associated opportunities for innovative pedagogical practices. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this study investigates the experiences of Aviva Hanum Siregar, Rahayu, and Safran, students in the PGMI program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The findings highlight the diverse challenges encountered in adopting technology in lesson planning, such as technological barriers, resistance to change, and the need for continuous professional development. On the flip side, the study sheds light on the promising opportunities that arise from incorporating technology into teaching strategies. The authors discuss the potential for enhanced student engagement, personalized learning experiences, and the development of 21st-century skills. In conclusion, this research offers valuable insights into the multifaceted landscape of technology-based learning in the context of lesson planning. This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational policies at MTs PAB 2 Sampali as an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of secondary education. Qualitative methods were used with interviews, observation and document analysis. Madrasa heads were the main respondents, ensuring an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of policy implementation. 1) Policy planning begins with identifying needs and challenges involving analysis of student achievement, facilities and curriculum development. Consultation and participation of stakeholders, including teachers, parents and students, is the next step. Goals and objectives are set with a focus on improving achievement, strengthening the curriculum, and student participation. 2) The implementation process begins with careful planning, communication and socialization of policies to stakeholders, training and professional development for teachers, full implementation of policies, and ongoing evaluation. Positive impacts can be seen in increasing student achievement, student participation in extracurricular activities, and parental involvement. However, limited resources and resistance to change are challenges that need to be overcome. 3) This research provides a positive picture of MTs PAB 2 Sampali's efforts to improve the quality of education through policy planning, implementation and evaluation. Even though challenges exist, a commitment to continuous improvement can make this institution an inspiring example in planning education policies that have a positive impact.

Yogyakarta Special Region is widely known as a student, tourist, and cultural city. These conditions triggered Yogyakarta's development and growth to be very rapid. So environmental problems arise, which, if not immediately addressed, will worsen environmental conditions. The type of research carried out was descriptive-qualitative through observation and interviews. The research results showed that many developments violated legal and environmental rules. The environmental impacts that occur include a reduction in the amount of green open land, a reduction in water catchment areas, sanitation problems, groundwater availability, and river pollution. Disaster risks arising from development include landslides on river borders due to development, flooding, and land shifts. Efforts that need to be implemented to manage and prevent environmental damage include the implementation of environmental and social management systems, the implementation of institutional functions, and efforts to develop community capacity through training and community education. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to reduce disaster risk through physical mitigation, biological mitigation, and the mitigation of social, economic, and cultural impacts.

Education involves a complex process consisting of interactions between teachers, students, and the learning environment. The ability to complete learning is an important indicator of the success of the education system in conveying understanding and skills to students. This research is intended to investigate the factors that influence students' ability to complete learning well. The research method applied involves secondary data analysis from several related studies, surveys, and interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that elements such as teaching methods, student motivation, parental support, and availability of learning resources have a central role in the ability to complete learning. The use of innovative and student-focused teaching methods has proven successful in increasing students' understanding and interest in learning. Student motivation, whether it originates from the student or is stimulated by the teacher, has a positive impact on student learning efforts. Parental support and the availability of adequate learning resources also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment. In addition to these factors, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning, where students' emotional, social and psychological aspects are considered in a balanced manner. Therefore, the ability to complete learning includes not only academic achievement, but also the development of relevant life skills. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of how to improve the education system to be more effective in helping students achieve optimal learning completion abilities. Practical implications of this research involve expanding innovative teaching approaches, increasing parental support, and increasing access to learning resources. Thus, learning is not only a process, but also an achievement that has a positive impact on students' lives in the long term.

It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.
