Character and moral education of children plays a crucial role in shaping a quality person. This research aims to analyze the role of parents in children's character and moral education in Rotonongo Hamlet, Gerdu, Karangpandan. This hamlet was chosen because its unique social and cultural context can provide in-depth insights into how the local environment influences children's character and moral development. A qualitative approach was used in data collection, through observations and interviews to understand parental behavior, values instilled, and character education strategies in the family environment. The results of the study are expected to provide a better understanding of the relationship between the role of parents and children's character education in Rotonongo Hamlet, as well as its implications for the development of effective character education programs that are appropriate to the local context. The conclusions of this study are expected to provide valuable contributions to efforts to improve the morality of the younger generation through the role of parents in the family environment.

This article explores the effectiveness of industrial relations work implementation at PT. Interline Indonesia. The study aims to investigate and analyze the extent to which the implementation of industrial relations work in the company can contribute to efficiency, productivity, and welfare. Through literature review, research findings, and discussion, factors influencing industrial relations, the role of management in improving effectiveness, and recommendations for improving harmonious industrial relations in the company have been examined. The study found that effective industrial relations work implementation can lead to improved efficiency, productivity, and welfare in the company. The article concludes with recommendations for companies to improve their industrial relations work implementation to achieve better outcomes.

The purpose of this paper is to find out about the hadiths about faith and the immoral actions of believers. The method used in this research is Content Analysis, with data collection techniques using library research. So far, many people have assumed that faith lies in the realm of theology alone. Whereas on the other hand the individual and sociological domains have an important role as a form of implementation of faith. If we examine more deeply about the Qur'an and Hadith, there are many verses and texts that state that faith is closely related to charity and morals. Morals can of course be seen from the way or attitudes of  humans in their daily lives, not only attitudes but can also be seen and become the human character itself. Having clear and strong faith means that our lives are directed towards one rule that we believe in and implement in life.                                                      

Universities certainly have a lot of important documents stored. Documents stored include scientific works in the form of journals. The journal that is kept has an identity so that if needed it will make it easier for people to find it. A library is a place to store scientific work, both in the form of journals and for storing other documents. The problem currently occurring is that there are so many documents or journals stored that it takes a long time for people who want to find information related to journals. The aim of this research is to provide a solution to make it easier for people who want to find information about many journals. The method proposed in this research is to use the information extraction method. Information extraction is the search for structured information such as entities and attributes. The stages carried out start from collecting the dataset which is then carried out preprocessing where this stage takes the form of converting documents with PDF extensions to documents with HTML extension. Apart from that, at this stage data cleaning is also carried out, meaning that at this stage it will be possible to create new paragraphs. Therefore, the new paragraph needs to be removed. Then the next stage is rule-based information extraction based on keywords and rules. The results of this research are that none of the 50 journal abstract documents failed so that the accuracy obtained was 100%. So the information extraction in this research can be used to search for information from journal abstracts.

 Problem solving skills are one of the skills that a student really needs to survive in the 21st century. In order to have problem solving skills, of course a child must be taught and accustomed to practicing them from an early age starting from school. This research aims to determine the characteristics of the test instruments used to measure students' problem solving abilities based on item response theory analysis. This research uses a mix method with a sequential exploratory research design. This research used instruments that had been prepared by researchers which were then validated by experts and then tested on 130 students who had studied material on pressure in substances. The data obtained were analyzed using item response theory analysis, the GRM model (Graded Response Model). This research shows that the instrument prepared by the researcher is suitable for measuring students' problem solving abilities by having a validity value (0.89) and a b value or difficulty level in the range -2 to 2 which means good and can be used.

Many madrasahs are in the spotlight of the community regarding the quality of human resources of educators and education personnel, especially in madrasahs, this is because in addition to the very large number, the quality of management of educators and education personnel so far has not been able to be on par with other general education. However, madrasah institutions need to carry out strategies, one of which is the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling educators and education personnel continuously. The focus of this research is Human Empowerment Management in Educators and Education Personnel applied in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, in this case includes: Recruitment planning personal approach and selection that is not relevant to educational background. Organizing with placements that are directly arranged by the Head of the Foundation and the Head of Madrasah. Physical and non-physical movements through training are carried out periodically and control with the application of good discipline and dismissal is carried out if violations of discipline repeatedly. This research uses qualitative research with a case study design. Data and documents were collected and collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies The purpose of this study is to compare human empowerment management among educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman. The comparison aspects include the comparison of management of Educator Recruitment Planning, Organizing educators and education personnel. The most important subjects in the study were the head of the madrassa, the teachers, the madrasah committees of the two schools. Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, has many similarities and differences in several aspects, therefore it is mandatory to improve the quality of the madrasah and is expected to be a treasure and input for the madrasah.

The purpose of this research is to uncover the conceptual and epistimological foundations of a scientific discipline. Through the philosophy of science approach, research findings can include a deep understanding of the philosophical aspects of a discipline. This can involve identifying and analyzing basic concepts, epistimological assumptions, as well as ontological considerations that form the scientific basis. The findings can illustrate how these concepts influence the formation of knowledge and practice in a field of research. These implications involve impact in understanding the epistimological and ontological underpinnings of a discipline of science. This has significant consequences for our understanding of the nature of scientific knowledge and the way research is conducted. This study aims to discuss qualitative research methods of literature study. The method used is library research, collecting data by finding sources and reconstructing from various sources such as books, journals, and existing researches.

Layla's Majnun by Sheikh Nizami was one of the classics. This book is interesting because it describes the poignant and tragic love story between qays and layla. The study aims to quantify the results of the main character's personality analysis (qays) in literature. The problem that was raised was how qays was in layla majnun's novel. The methods used approach literary psychology. Results have shown that the novel contains a number of relevant psychological aspects to analyze on male figures (qays), such as id, ego, superego, and erotomania.

In this research, a machine learning approach, especially a decision tree model, is implemented to improve the analysis and visualization of weighbridge data in Indonesia. The evaluation results show that the decision tree model provides better insight in predicting the carrying capacity, dimensions and loading procedures of vehicles. The advantage of this model lies in its combination of low Mean Squared Error (MSE) and high R-squared, indicating its effectiveness in capturing data variance and providing accurate predictions. The use of decision tree models can be a valuable tool in improving the visualization of bridge weighing data, allowing users to gain additional insights and understand the complex dynamics within the data. In addition, the model's adaptability to various types of data makes it a versatile analysis tool. The positive implications of using this model open up opportunities to understand more deeply the logic of predictions and make more informed decisions. As a suggestion, increasing the number and quality of weighing equipment, wider application of information and communication technology, human resource training, and cross-sector collaboration can further strengthen weighbridge management in Indonesia.

Religious Courts in Indonesia have unique, complex and interesting aspects, reflecting the diversity of religions and cultures in society. This uniqueness includes the legal basis, the role of religious courts in resolving religion-based conflicts, as well as the various challenges faced in ensuring justice. Religious Courts also present unique and interesting dynamics in the state justice system. The uniqueness of Religious Courts lies in the harmonization of religious law and national positive law, creating a unique and often complex legal framework. This article aims to describe and analyze the unique aspects of religious justice in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of these challenges, efforts can be directed towards improving and developing the religious justice system so that it remains relevant and effective in handling legal conflicts related to religious aspects in Indonesian society. This research examines the implementation of unique aspects in the religious justice system in Indonesia. The religious justice system in Indonesia has unique characteristics that reflect various cultural, religious and social dimensions in a country with a diverse population. As a country with a majority Muslim population, religious courts play an important role in enforcing family and marriage laws based on Islamic law. This study underlines the importance of understanding the unique aspects of religious justice in Indonesia in the context of a legal state based on the supremacy of law. Ensuring a balance between local values, religion, and national positive law is a complex task, but essential to achieving justice in Indonesia’s rapidly evolving religious justice system.

In every situation and condition, faith is an attitude of heart and faithful obedience to God's Word. This article explores the dimensions of believers' faith when facing life's challenges and struggles, both internal and external. The focus is on how they can face it calmly, relying on God, so that they ultimately rise from these challenges and struggles, achieving victory with Him. Through serious strengthening of faith, every believer will be able to live each day without fear, worry and anxiety, facing all life's challenges with confidence and courage. This writing method uses a deductive method.

At this time, one of the electronic mass media that’s still loved by the majority people in the world is television, when other mass media such as radio and newspapers are starting to be abandoned and losing their popularity amidst the crazy impact of globalization and modernization, television is still showing it’s existence, through the variety shows by various national broadcasting institutions. In this case, children and teenagers occupy the top rank as the largest number of television viewers in Indonesia. Children and teenagers are a group of people who have a fairly fast learning ability, they can easily follow and learn what they see, hear and through what they experience, so in this case it can be concluded that television is an electronic audio visuals media make a significant contribution to children's learning and growth. But, what if the majority of television shows are not child-friendly, such as the many scenes of pornography, sexuality, physical and mental violence that are still freely shown, not in accordance with the age rating and standard broadcast hours set by the KPI? This research uses a qualitative research method with an approach using a literature review method, which means this research is guided by research journals and several books that have similar discussions, to find out the role of broadcasting law in protecting children against violent and pornographic content on television.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

Like the definition of "culture" above, "religion" also has different meanings, both from the point of view of its adherents and from the point of view of the sciences that study it (Sena Adiningrat, 2010). All three have a very strong bond and correlation as the core of society, so that even in the craziest and sane times, they are never broken. Because where there is an association or community or society, there is a habitus, then lived and continues to exist, then it becomes a culture. Meanwhile, religion is a belief in one's conscience, which essentially has an inner connection with feelings and the desire to embrace something and believe in it. So religion requires faith or belief. So believing in something important in religion is called faith.

Leviticus 23:1-5 provides clear guidelines regarding the timing, purpose, and importance of observing these events within the Jewish religious life, offering insights into their underlying religious values.

Originating from the word "Katekese," this term is derived from the Greek language, namely "Katecho." When translated into Indonesian, it consists of "Kat," meaning downward/square/wide, and "Echo," which signifies proclaiming/teaching. Consequently, "katekese" in Indonesian means religious teaching or education, particularly for baptismal candidates, explaining catechism lessons to children, and the general public. In this context, katekese will be discussed in more detail, specifically focusing on "Family Catechesis," which forms the foundation of human faith.

It includes things such as local democracy, people’s welfare and the protection of human rights in our country. The research method used in this research uses the library research method. Literature study is the first step in the information gathering method. From the research conducted, it appears that the Special Autonomy regulations, which are supposed to be responsive in their implementation, are still experiencing many problems. The use and continuation of the Special Autonomy Law still needs to be explained better so that it remins the same and is in line with achieving social happiness.

This research examines the simultaneous and partial effects of tunneling incentives, thin capitalization, financial distress, and earnings management on tax aggressiveness in Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Purposive sampling was conducted on a sample population of 213 manufacturing companies to obtain 420 observations. Eviews 12 software was utilized for the panel data regression analysis. The analysis of this research reveals that tax aggressiveness is simultaneously influenced by tunneling incentives, thin capitalization, financial distress, and earnings management. Partially, thin capitalization, financial distress, and earnings management have a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, but tunneling incentives have no effect.

This research aims to describe the application of the academic supervision model to supervisors in developing Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok Jambi City Faith Islamic Boarding School and Jambi City As'ad Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the supervisor, chairman Madrasah, teachers and students at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City and As'ad, Jambi City. Data collection The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Processing technique and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal.Conclusion The research results show that the implementation of academic supervision supervisor of the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City From a planning aspect, a monitoring program has been included because The supervisor has carried out planning before carrying out supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel who will be supervised so that they prepare themselves. However, that is The teacher development aspect has not gone well, so have many aspects of assessment. These are the results of the implementation of the supervisor's academic supervision on development of Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok The Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City are not yet optimal so they still need to be done improved, especially in the development and assessment aspects
