Hospitals are vital health facilities that aim to improve public health by providing high-quality health services. This study aims to evaluate nurses' compliance in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in hospitals as an effort to prevent nosocomial infections. Through a literature review of various studies between 2021-2024, it was found that nurse compliance was influenced by knowledge, attitudes and availability of PPE. Good knowledge and positive attitudes towards PPE, as well as adequate accessibility of PPE, have been proven to increase nurse compliance. In addition, demographic characteristics such as age, gender, education, and years of service also influence compliance levels. In conclusion, improving compliance requires a multifactorial approach that includes continuing education, adequate facilities, and close supervision. Implementation of this strategy is important to prevent nosocomial infections and improve the quality of health services in hospitals.

A hedonistic lifestyle, which reflects the behavior of seeking unlimited pleasure, is increasingly common among UIN Suska Riau students. This phenomenon indicates a change in values among the younger generation which places more emphasis on personal satisfaction and instant pleasure. Students, as part of a generation that is in transition to adulthood, are vulnerable to the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle. The increasing trend of hedonism among students can influence various aspects of life, including academic, social and emotional. At UIN Suska Riau, the impact of a hedonistic lifestyle may differ based on gender, reflected in the social roles and expectations associated with men and women. This difference can influence the response and achievement of a hedonistic lifestyle between male and female students. This research is important because there has been no comprehensive study on the hedonistic lifestyle among UIN Suska Riau students from a gender perspective. Most of the literature focuses on the general impact of hedonism without breaking down the analysis by gender. However, a deeper understanding of gender differences in this context can provide more comprehensive insights and help in designing appropriate interventions. By investigating differences in perceptions and practices of hedonism between male and female students, this research seeks to provide a broader overview of this phenomenon. Incorporating gender analysis in research on hedonistic lifestyles is expected to provide a deeper understanding and become a guide for the development of targeted intervention programs. This research used a phenomenological method with a descriptive approach, involving 30 UIN Suska Riau students through questionnaires, participatory observation and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns, themes and meanings that emerged from respondents' narratives and observations.

The concept of nusyuz in Islam refers to the behavior of a disobedient or disobedient wife or husband in the context of a marital relationship. Traditionally, nusyuz is often identified as a wife's disobedience to her husband, such as disobeying the husband's legitimate orders, leaving home without the husband's permission, or refusing to have sex without a justified reason. However, in some views, nusyuz can also be applied to husbands who do similar things, such as not providing for themselves or treating their wives unfairly

In this article, the role and leadership of women during the Old Testament period is discussed, especially focusing on the figure of Deborah. Although Middle Eastern culture during this period tended to give priority to men, many women played significant roles in history, including Deborah, Esther, and Vashti. As the first female judge in Israel, Deborah had a very important role in leading her nation against the oppression and challenges it faced. Her leadership shows that women are capable of having a strong and effective influence in bringing change to society, and underlines that leadership is not a gender issue, but rather about influence, courage and loyalty to God's will.

Family is a fundamental component in individual and societal life that builds emotional bonds between its members such as father, mother and children. The family provides a safe and harmonious environment where the roles of parents and children complement each other. However, gender inequality often occurs in families, especially towards women, due to patriarchal culture. Patriarchy is a social system that considers men as the main authority which influences the views and treatment of women in various aspects, including education and the distribution of domestic roles. Women are often thought to not need higher education or work, being assigned more to housework, while men are prioritized in education and decision making. To overcome gender inequality in the family, contextual theological efforts are needed by applying religious and moral values that teach equality, justice and compassion. With religious teachings that emphasize mutual love and respect, families can create a more just and harmonious environment, where roles and responsibilities are divided based on ability, not gender. This approach aims to support equality and justice in the family, so that religious teachings can become an inspiration for positive social change, including overcoming gender inequality.
