Perkembangan teknologi di era digital yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan perubahan gaya belajar dari yang dulunya tradisional menjadi gaya belajar modern. Penggunaan aplikasi Google Docs bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran kolaboratif oleh pendidik semua mata pelajaran baik itu umum maupun agama. Memanfaatkan Google Docs sebagai media pembelajaran merupakan langkah tepat yang diambil, sebab aplikasi Google Docs bisa diakses kapan dan di mana saja, sehingga mempermudah koordinasi dan kolaborasi dalam pembuatan tugas kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan atau memaparkan manfaat aplikasi Google Docs sebagai media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang kolaboratif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan beberapa jurnal, arikel, dan buku yang relevan dengan Pemanfaatan Google Docs dalam Diskusi Kolaboratif Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Analisis menggunakan literatur kepustakaan yang dijelaskan dalam teks naratif dan hasil pengamatan dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembaca dapat mengetahui cara memanfaatkan fitur kolaboratif Google Docs, kelebihan dan kekurangan Google Docs sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran, dan mengetahui bahwa aplikasi Google Docs dapat memaksimalkan diskusi kolaboratif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Google Docs cocok digunakan sebagai media untuk berdiskusi kolaboratif pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam secara daring.

Kemampuan literasi yang dimiliki seseorang perlu dikembangkan sejak dini. Siswa sekolah dasar merupakan fase dalam menanamkan pondasi dasar yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai kebiasaan ketika dewasa nanti. Salah satu pondasi dasar yang perlu ditanamkan pada siswa sekolah dasar adalah kemapuan literasi. Banyaknya informasi yang beredar saat ini dan akan lebih banyak dimasa depan, membutuhkan kempuan literasi yang baik. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan implementasi teknologi QR-Code untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Badung. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Materi yang diperkenalkan pada kegiatan ini adalah pengenalan hewan yang ada disekitar siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPAS. Siswa melakukan pemindaian pada Papan QR-Code, yang selanjutnya diarahkan ke website pengenalan hewan baik dalam bentuk teks, gambar, dan video untuk memenuhi gaya belajar siswa. Hal implementasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menggunakan Papan QR-Code secara mandiri baik melakukan pemindaian, akses website, dan membaca informasi baik berupa teks, gambar, maupun video.

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the ability of leadership style and work environment to motivate, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 35 census employees of the Alfa Mabruk Syariah Cooperative in Pasuruan Regency. Empirical evidence shows that directly, neither leadership style nor the work environment are able to encourage increased motivation. However, through the mediation of job satisfaction, these two independent variables are able to encourage increased motivation. This indicates the strong mediating role of job satisfaction, which also directly influences the motivation of employees of the Alfa Mabruk Syariah Cooperative in Pasuruan Regency.

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan bagi daerah yang memiliki lokasi objek wisata dengan mengembangkan potensi pariwisata sebagai salah satu upaya mengoptimalkan pendapatan daerah. Umumnya Kawasan wisata memiliki ciri khas tersendiri sehingga penyediaan sarana dan prasarana maupun hiburan atau wahana wisatanya berkaitan agar dapat dinikmati pada Kawasan tersebut. Untuk atraksi pariwisata masih perlu adanya pengembangan fasilitas penunjang potensi pariwisata pada kawasan ini. Metode penelitian diawali dengan mengumpulkan data lapangan, kemudian melakukan tinjauan Pustaka mengenai daya tarik objek wisata Benteng Kastela. Konsep dasar pada fasilitas ini yang didapatkan adalah “Memoria Heroic dan Nostalgia” dengan konsep pendekatan Memorabilia. Konsep memorabilia diterapkan dengan merencanakan gaya dan karakter visual bangunan. Konsep ini diharapkan dapat memaknai lokasi Benteng Kastela sebagai lokasi yang historical dan potensi daya tarik wisatawan. Adapun penerapan konsep memorabilia dalam pengembangan fasilitas penunjang ini berupa gubahan massa, bentuk aktifitas, dan penonjolan gaya arsitektur beserta ciri dan karakter gaya arsitektur tersebut.

This research was conducted to examine the influence between leadership styles on employee work stress levels in several companies. The research method used is a literature review of several previous studies. Used 5 relevant literature that will be reviewed both nationally and internationally with a range of years 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results found that Tokopedia employees felt that the leadership style applied was in accordance with what they expected. They consider that the leader has applied the right style in every work-related condition. The stress level of employees at Tokopedia is relatively low. The analysis that has been done shows a negative significant relationship between leadership style and job stress levels. Employees who feel in accordance with the leadership style of their superiors will have lower stress levels. The results of this study can be a reference for related companies to study other factors that cause job stress.

This research aims to find out what communication styles are used in the Mapala Stacia Umj UKM organization. The communication styles used definitely vary, because it can be seen from members who come from various faculties, of course everyone has a communication style that they use. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the communication style used in the Mapala Stacia UKM organization. The Mapala Stacia organization is a group of nature lovers dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and natural activities. With a focus on climbing, nature research and environmental conservation, Mapala Stacia is committed to forming a generation that is aware of the importance of conserving biodiversity. This research is qualitative research using interview techniques with one of the members of Mapala Stacia, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. Researchers want to know more specifically the communication style used in the Mapala Stacia UKM organization. The results of research conducted by researchers are that the communication style used is a non-formal communication style but remains polite in communicating between leaders and members, or members and members, cultural background does not hinder the communication process within the Mapala Stacia Umj organization in discussing a matter.

Currently, there are many Instagram social media users. Currently, the use of Instagram as a promotional media plays an important role in building a company's business. Especially coffee shop businesses such as Kopilikasi. The research entitled Instagram social media analysis as a Kopilikasi  promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest has a research objective, namely knowing the role of Instagram social media as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest and knowing content that attracts audiences on Instagram social media. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study used interviews and observations. The main theoretical basis in this research is new media. The results of this study are that Instagram plays an important role in attracting Kopilikasi customers' buying interest. Kopilikasi attracts customers' buying interest by creating content on their Instagram. The content is used as a promotional tool that contains information about Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi has a characteristic in its content, namely creating content in a cinematic style. Currently, Instagram plays an important role in the Kopilikasi promotion process and has succeeded in attracting consumer buying interest and the content created has succeeded in attracting the attention of its audience on Instagram.   Keywords: Instagram, Promotion, Content   Abstrak: Saat ini pengguna media sosial instagram sangatlah banyak. Saat ini juga penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi berperan penting dalam membangun bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Khususnya usaha coffee shop seperti Kopilikasi. Penelitian berjudul analisa media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumen memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu  mengetahui peran media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumennya dan mengetahui konten yang menarik audiens di media sosial instagram. Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Landasan teori utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu media baru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah instagram berperan penting dalam menarik minat beli pelanggan Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi menarik minat beli pelanggan dengan membuat konten-konten di instagramnya. Konten tersebut digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang berisi informasi tentang Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi mempunyai ciri khas dalam kontennya yaitu membuat konten dengan gaya sinematik. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Konten yang menarik minat beli konsumen Kopilikasi yaitu konten dengan objek konsumen Kopilikasi karena terbukti berhasil meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikan dari audiens di instagram. Saat ini instagram berperan penting dalam proses promosi Kopilikasi dan berhasil menarik minat beli konsumen dan konten yang dibuat berhasil menarik perhatian audiens nya di instagram

In advertising, icons, symbols, models and texts are identified through language analysis. The aim or intent of advertising is expressed by verbal media, such as language, and non-verbal media, such as images, colors and models. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

For the purpose of developing hypotheses and variables between roles that will be used in research that will be carried out in the future, within the scope of Human Resource Management knowledge. Abstrak. Artificial intelligence (AI) adalah istilah dari industrial society yang merupakan sebuah "program komputer, pembelajaran mesin, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak". Artificial intelligence ini menggunakan sebuah ilmu dari perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang terinspirasi oleh rekayasa terbalik dari pola neokognitron yang bekerja diotak manusia. Produk industri ini banyak digunakan dalam pengembangan dan aplikasi sehari-hari di berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperjelas peran artificial intelligence dalam pendidikan, dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode media informasi, seperti poster yang pasang di majalah dinding sekolah. poster tersebut ini mengenai edukasi pentingnya artificial intelligence dalam membantu dan membuat profil pembelajaran untuk setiap siswa dan memungkinkan materi pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan, gaya belajar, dan pengalaman setiap siswa. Amidst a progressively intricate and constantly evolving corporate landscape, the performance of employees holds significant significance in attaining organisational triumph. The correlation between leadership style and the degree of motivation in the work environment has a substantial impact on the quality and productivity of employees. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of leadership style and motivation on employee performance in the workplace. For this study, we employed a thorough literature review as our research methodology, gathering pertinent and current information from relevant scholarly articles, journals, and books. Empirical evidence demonstrates that the manner in which leaders lead and the level of motivation present in the work setting exert a substantial impact on enhancing employee performance. This knowledge provides a valuable foundation for the development of more efficient leadership methods and motivating programs that can be implemented in the workplace.

The method of writing this article is the Literature Review method, sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. Based on the results of the research, leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a significant influence on performance (Y).

Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) merupakan deformitas kaki komplek pada bayi baru lahir, memiliki ciri-ciri kelainan bentuk tungkai pada cavus, adduct, varus dan equinus. Kondisi ini ditandai dengan keterbatasan LGS pada ankle, kontraktur jaringan pada sisi medial kaki, otot-otot eversi di sisi lateral kaki tidak seimbang, otot-otot betis tidak berkembang. Di Indonesia CTEV terjadi berkisar antara 0,76 hingga 3,49 kasus per 1000 kelahiran hidup 4,8 juta bayi per tahun 3.648 to 16.752 kasus baru Clubfoot di Indonesia per tahun. Pada anak dengan CTEV memiliki penyimpangan saat berjalan dan keseimbangan pada anak CTEV juga terganggu sehingga memperngaruhi gaya berjaan fungsional. Pengabdian masayarakat di Posyandu Angrek Bulan Joyosuran diikuti sebanyak 30 peserta, diberikan penyuluhan tentang Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) bertujuan agar masyarakat mampu mengenali tanda-tanda kaki pengkor/Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) pad anak dan apabila terdapat masyarakat yang memiliki anak dengan tanda-tanda kaki pengkor/Conginetal Talipes Equinovarus (CTEV) dan memberi latihan untuk menunjang keterbatasan anak dan mampu mencari pertolongan agar anak tidak semakin memburuk kondisinya. Adanya peningkatan wawasan dengan dibuktikannya peserta mampu menjawab post-test setalah di berikan materi oleh pemateri yang awalnya tidak mampu menjawab pre-tes. Dengan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan yang diberikan oleh pemateri dapat mengalami peningkatan dan menambah wawasan pengetahuan orangtua balita peserta Posyandu Anggrek Bulan Joyosuran

Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Know and analyze work discipline on employee performance. Knowing and analyzing motivation for employee performance. Knowing and analyzing employee incentives on employee performance. The population in this study were all cutting employees of PT. Garmindo District Success Core. Semarang. The research was carried out by sampling, using probability sampling techniques, obtaining a sample of 92 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Advances in science and technology are faced with a number of challenges, one of which is preserving the environment which is faced with the use of synthetic materials. Synthetic materials are basically materials that cannot be decomposed naturally and pollute the environment. Therefore, a number of research and developments have been carried out in utilizing more environmentally friendly materials through the manufacture of biocomposites. However, the use of biocomposites has not been able to replace the use of synthetic materials as a whole, due to the weak bonding of the fiber-matrix interface (adhesion between fiber and matrix) in biocomposites. One effort that can be made to increase fiber-matrix interfacial bonding in biocomposites is through modification of natural fibers using NaOH. A number of studies have been carried out using NaOH to modify the fiber-matrix surface. The results obtained through a number of studies state that each natural fiber has a different response to NaOH concentration, so that each natural fiber requires a certain concentration to increase the bond between the fiber-matrix interface in biocomposites.
