In today's digital era, operating systems play a crucial role in various technological devices. This paper discusses the optimization and modification of Debian, one of the most stable Linux distributions, to enhance its performance as a real-time operating system (RTOS). The primary objectives of this research are to improve the responsiveness, reliability, and stability of Debian in handling real-time tasks. The study involves modifying the kernel, adjusting scheduling settings, optimizing memory management, and integrating specific real-time software. The results of the tests show that the modified Debian provides lower and more stable task execution latency compared to the standard Debian. Tests were conducted using the cyclictest software to measure system latency and Htop to monitor CPU and memory performance. Additionally, the use of the VLC application as a real-world workload demonstrated that the optimized operating system could handle task priorities more efficiently, allocate resources as needed for real-time demands, and maintain stability under heavy workloads. This research significantly contributes to the development of Debian-based RTOS, which can be applied in fields such as industrial automation, robotics, and IoT devices. The optimizations ensure that the operating system can meet the high-performance and real-time reliability demands of these critical applications.

This research aims to develop an efficient battery monitoring system using the ESP8266 module and INA219 sensor. Monitoring the battery condition effectively is crucial in various applications, especially in portable systems or isolated systems where real-time supervision is required. The method used in this research is the utilization of the ESP8266 module as the main microcontroller connected to the INA219 sensor to monitor the battery voltage, current, and power in real-time. The data obtained by the INA219 sensor is transmitted through the WiFi network managed by ESP8266 to a server or monitoring platform accessible to users via Blynk a web-based application or mobile application. The test results show that the system is capable of providing accurate information about the battery condition, including the charge level, usage current, and potential issues such as overcharge or undercharge. The implementation of this system is expected to be applicable in various applications, including renewable energy systems, portable devices, and electric vehicles, to improve battery performance and safety. The INA219 module as a voltage and current sensor found a voltage reading error percentage with a range of 0%-0.66% and an average of 0.18%. For readings at current with an error range of 0.91%-7.57%. For internal resistance readings which are calculated based on dividing the clamp voltage value by the circuit current, an error range of 0.04% -30.36% is found.

This research focuses on the development of a simple system for detecting road slopes using the Otsu Thresholding method. The primary objective is to create an effective and efficient system capable of identifying different road slope levels accurately. The system utilizes image processing techniques, where the Otsu Thresholding method is applied to differentiate between road surfaces and surrounding environments. By analyzing these images, the system determines the degree of road slope. This study emphasizes the importance of accurate road slope detection for improving road safety and maintenance. The observation method was employed in this research to gather relevant data and evaluate the system's performance. The results demonstrate that the designed system is capable of effectively detecting various road slope levels, providing a valuable tool for transportation infrastructure monitoring.

PT Shoes Bata Tbk is a company engaged in the manufacture of leather shoes, canvas shoes, casual and sports shoes, injection/slop sandals and industrial footwear safety mats. Financial performance is a description of the financial condition of a company which is analyzed using financial analysis tools, usually the measure used is the ratio. Research conducted by the author to analyze the financial performance of PT Shoes Bata Tbk based on profitability ratios and activity ratios. The profitability ratio can be measured by Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Investment. Where Gross Profit Margin and Net Profit Margin are ratios that measure the company's ability to earn profits on sales, Return on Investment is a ratio that measures the company's ability to use all assets owned to generate profits after tax. The activity ratio can be measured by Receivable Turnover, which is a ratio that measures the company's ability to quickly manage the level of accounts receivable turnover. Inventory Turnover is a ratio that shows how quickly inventory turns over in sales activities. And Total Asset Turnover is a ratio that measures a company's ability to create sales using all the assets it owns. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the financial performance of PT SEPATU BATA Tbk during 2016-2021 based on the two ratios. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. The data source used is secondary data in the form of profit/loss financial report data and balance sheet reports. The results of this research indicate that the financial performance of PT Shoes Bata Tbk for the 2016-2021 period based on GPM is considered very good because the company was able to reduce the cost of goods sold, resulting in high sales and high gross profit. NPM is considered not good because the net profit generated is less with quite high sales. ROI is considered very poor because the high total assets are not commensurate with the net profit generated. RT is considered very good because it increases every year. IT is considered very poor due to the decrease in cost of goods sold and increase in average inventory each year. TAT is considered quite good because the company is able to manage its assets well. Financial performance as measured by the profitability ratio and activity ratio can be said to be less efficient, because the components of the profitability ratio and activity ratio are still low and do not reach good company standards.

Sustainable agriculture faces a major challenge in maintaining the availability and efficient use of fertilizers. Information technology, particularly web applications, has the potential to optimize fertilizer stock management, improve productivity, and enhance household food security for farmers. This study aims to analyze how web technology can improve the efficiency of fertilizer stock management in sustainable agricultural practices. Through literature review and interviews with stakeholders, this research identifies the benefits of web technology in fertilizer stock management, such as improved accuracy in demand forecasting, minimized stock losses, and increased timeliness in fertilizer distribution. The results show that web-based information systems can integrate production data, stock, and fertilizer needs, facilitating decision-making and supporting real-time fertilizer distribution. The implementation of this technology provides significant benefits for farmers, web technology developers, and policymakers, and contributes to efficient and environmentally friendly sustainable agricultural practices.

The flood management program at the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex is an effort and method to overcome flood disasters when water overflows and the inability of the embankments and the Angke river sheet pile to accommodate water deliveries from Bogor, West Java. The flow of the Kali Angke River which is right at the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex is the flow and end point of the Kali Angke Channel. So all the problems with the flow of the Kali Angke river are centered on the Bukit Sawangan Indah housing complex because the position of the housing complex is an estuary. The aim of this research is to determine the level of community participation in overcoming flood disasters in the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex, Duren Mekar Village, Bojong Sari District, Depok City, from all sides and how to deal with it. The steps in efforts to overcome flood disasters are starting to seek aspirations and attracting community sympathy in protecting and preserving the surrounding environment, increasing community awareness, then instilling the values of deliberation and consensus, fostering the values of mutual cooperation and cooperation, mingling and helping fellow local residents to maintain one condition and another. In realizing community participation in overcoming the threat of flooding in the Bukit Sawangan Indah Housing Complex, Duren Mekar District, Depok City, the author used descriptive qualitative research. Even though this research has obstacles in its efforts to overcome, efforts are being made immediately to preserve the environment in the future. With awareness of the challenges and commitment to continuous improvement, the collaboration of all parties, namely the Bukit Sawangan Indah housing community itself, RT/RW management, youth organization management, firefighters and the Tagana team has the potential to create a more efficient and responsive environment in the improvement process for dealing with flood disasters.

Faculty The Faculty of HOLS Hospitality School faces challenges in manual administration, such as accumulating registration data, difficulty in data retrieval, risk of data loss, administrative inaccuracies, and time-consuming registration and attendance processes, increasing the risk of administrative errors. To address these issues, researchers designed a web-based information system using the waterfall model and PHP programming language. This system allows students to mark attendance using a QR code within a 5-meter radius, mentors to reschedule classes quickly and easily, and administrators to control administrative data accurately and efficiently. The result of this research is an information system product that facilitates academic administration management at HOLS Hospitality School, supports e-learning facilities, and simplifies coordination between students, mentors, and administrators.

Grouping is a process or activity to develop a system that is more organized and easy to understand, making it easier to analyze, identify or manage data and can also be used to explore information so that it becomes new knowledge for anyone who wants to obtain it. and in this case the information we want to explore is about MSME data in Binjai City. Namely, it is difficult to know how to identify existing business development patterns, whether they are not yet developed, less developed, already developed, and very developed. Offline and online promotions have not been optimal in increasing the growth and change of a business from time to time. And most MSMEs still don't understand how to market their products and services effectively and efficiently. MSMEs are one of the most numerous community business groups in Binjai City. To obtain this information, one solution that can be implemented is by utilizing data mining using input data in the form of Binjai City MSME data. This data will be processed using the clustering method with the k-means algorithm using MSME business type variables, sales type variables and development pattern variables. .Based on the results of grouping Binjai City MSMEs using the K-Means Clustering Method from 20 grouped data, 3 clusters and 2 iterations were obtained where cluster 1 contained 4 data and was located in the MSME business type group, namely the businesses included in this cluster were businesses in the field of Fashion, for the sales type group, uses online and offline types, and for business development patterns, it has a development pattern that has developed. cluster 2 has 11 and is located in the MSME business type group, namely the businesses included in this cluster are businesses in the culinary sector, for the sales type group the offline type is used, and for the business development pattern it has a development pattern that has developed. and cluster 3 has 5 data and is located in the MSME business type group, namely the businesses included in this cluster are businesses in the culinary sector, for the sales type group it is using the offline type, and for the business development pattern it has a less developed development pattern. so it can be concluded that the pattern of business development of Binjai City MSMEs produces relevant data so as to produce designs that can be used for this research.

The importance of branding, advertising and selling (BAS) for both tourist attractions and government agencies, one of which is to be able to improve the image and reputation of a tourist attraction or agency so that it can be known by the wider community. Likewise in the tourism sector, the existence of the BAS concept in addition to being able to change and improve the image of the region, advertising activities will have a great impact on the tourism sector such as being able to attract tourists, investors, be known by the public, and increase the number of tourist visits. In the context of tourism marketing, BAS strategy, especially in terms of advertising, plays a decisive role in achieving the goal, namely the accuracy of marketing promotion actions to reach the specified market segment. This can be seen, among other things, from the increase in the number of tourists who buy tourism products or visit marketed destinations. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive approach because in accordance with the purpose of the research, namely wanting to obtain and describe in depth and thoroughly the BAS promotion strategy in terms of advertising in the development of the tourism industry in Talun District, Cirebon Regency as a tourist destination. Advertising/Advertising in tourist destinations carried out by the Talun District government through social media is very effective and efficient in saving marketing budgets. In the digital era, efficient office administration management is crucial to supporting organizational productivity and transparency. This article discusses the development of a webbased incoming and outgoing mail application designed to automate the mail management process in government institutions or companies. This application was developed using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and uses a MySQL database for data storage. The research method used is the Waterfall software development model which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The conclusion of this research is that the development of web-based incoming and outgoing mail applications can make a significant contribution to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of mail administration in organizations.

Efficient data management is essential for organizations, especially in the face of large volumes of data. Digitization of archives through document collection, scanning, and manipulation can improve operational efficiency, reduce the risk of data loss, and facilitate information access. operational efficiency, reduce the risk of data loss, and facilitate access to information. This research focuses on implementation of a document classification system in BKPSDM Nabire using VBA and Microsoft Excel to improve efficiency of data processing. The method used is the waterfall model, which includes the needs analysis stage, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of the analysis show that manual document management has many weaknesses, such as difficulty in conveying information and lack of supporting applications. Solution The proposed solution is a Visual Basic and Excel-based system, which enables automatic document processing, improve data accuracy and consistency, as well as facilitate search and decision making. System testing using the black-box method shows valid results, ensuring that the system runs according to the expected functional specifications. functional specifications. This research aims to develop and implement a web application for incoming and outgoing mail management at SMK Negeri 4. Efficient mail management is a critical aspect of school administration, but it is often constrained by manual systems that are prone to errors and inefficiencies. The development methodology uses the Waterfall model, including the stage of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application is designed with key features including digital record-keeping, archiving, searching, and mail status tracking. The test results show that this application is able to significantly improve the efficiency of mail management, reduce the risk of document loss, and speed up the mail search process. The implementation of this application results in improved school administration performance, with faster mail processing times and higher management accuracy. This research contributes to the modernization of the school administration system and can be a model for similar implementation in other educational institutions.

Radar is a tool that functions to determine the whereabouts of objects in the surroundings. A military defense system requires a system for monitoring and handling certain areas (land, sea, air) effectively and efficiently to prevent unwanted presence from entering private areas. This design is expected to increase the defense system's capabilities to make it easier to automatically track and destroy enemies. The laser gun is an actuator that is integrated to shoot enemies detected by radar. The servo motor drives the ultrasonic sensor and the diode laser which moves from 00 to 1800, the ultrasonic sensor is integrated into the servo motor which functions to detect objects by reflecting ultrasonic waves on the object and receiving them back when the waves hit the object, then the 5V diode laser is used as a weapon. will emit a laser beam when directed at an object detected by the servo motor. Processing3 software is used as a graphic programming tool that can display object detection read by the ultrasonic sensor. The results of this research are that the ultrasonic sensor is capable of detecting objects in the range 0-40cm and the servo motor is capable of reaching angles from 00 to 1800. And this system can work effectively during shooting so that it can meet defense needs in dealing with enemies and can work quickly and precisely.

The rapid development of technology demands solutions to optimise heat management for electronic components. Through this study, the researchers evaluated the effectiveness of various types of coolants in a liquid cooling system for electrical equipment, especially CPUs. Using design simulations conducted through SolidWorks software, this research aims to optimise the flow rate and selection of coolant type to achieve maximum thermal efficiency and reduce production and operational costs. The simulation results show that water is the most efficient coolant with significant temperature reduction compared to Ethylene Glycol (EG), Propylene Glycol (PG), and silicone oil. Water shows a temperature drop of 11.76°C, while EG and PG show a temperature drop of 8.82°C and 7.35°C respectively and silicone oil shows a temperature drop of 4.9°C. It can be seen from the simulation that water shows the most effective temperature reduction compared to EG, PG, and Silicone Oil.

Training "Dynamic Routing and Virtual LAN Simulation for Networks Using Cisco Packet Tracer" at PT. The Pangranggo Data Bridge (JDP) East Lombok aims to increase the knowledge and skills of apprentice students in the field of computer networks. In this training, participants from the Computer and Network Engineering department were introduced to the basics of networking, dynamic routing, and VLANs using Cisco Packet Tracer as a simulation tool. Through a learning method that includes preparation, implementation and evaluation for seven days, this training succeeded in strengthening theoretical understanding and increasing participants' practical abilities in network configuration. Evaluation results show significant improvements in mastery of dynamic routing and VLAN concepts, preparing participants for challenges in the world of work with relevant practical skills. This training also contributes to the development of a more efficient and integrated network infrastructure
