Mantras in some traditions and cultures are closely related to the values of spirituality and religiosity. Mantras can be used as a vehicle to pray and desire in the hope that they can be granted by God. Asihan becomes one type of mantra that has the function of getting the affection of the intended person. Asihan has magical powers that are suggestive that make spell pronunciation have charisma and the power to attract the attention of others. This article aims to describe the structure, context of speech, creation process, and function of the asihan. The method used in this article is descriptive-qualitative by placing text analysis as the object of research. In addition, it is also analyzed the context of mantra speech related to the practice that is a condition of obtaining the power of the mantra. The results showed that the structure of the mantra of asihan from the use of language, compounds, and themes with isotopic analysis has a relationship with the form of belief in God. Meanwhile, the context of speech and the process of creation describes the process of pronouncing mantras and practices that must be fulfilled by spell pronunciation, while the function shows the functional usefulness of mantras by spell pronunciation. 

Main Objective: This study checks the different intersections of film and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and trial and error is needed to re-check the state of “new media” (NM). This study’s purpose is to identify of subversion of the creator duty, the media and instrument of creative activities, and the aesthetics subsequent from the identity of the developing Artificial Intelligence film. Background problem: AI is composed to take the film industry by the cyclone, its application helps streamline production practices, and its increasing work in film scripting and visuals convolutes the notion and function of creations and the aesthetics of NM. Novelty: By analyzing how three films were co-written with Artificial Intelligence arranged with “Foucault's theory” of the duty of the creator or producer, and the aesthetics and state of current NM, this research establishes an identity for the cinema form of Artificial Intelligence films. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative exploratory methodology to combine various perspectives that are developing on new media streams where this research is crossing 2 major areas in Film & Media, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Finding/Result: Patterns discovered as curated data sets reveal trends in cinematic narratives, opening the door for a more creative agency. Artificial Intelligence films transcend the boundaries of technological convergence, offering a more essential way to recognize the special behavior and opportunity of NM forms as self-reflective and demonstrating the versatility of film. Conclusion: This research makes Artificial Intelligence films an emerging media with a different tendency from the media and is directly related to its contribution. By involving the theorization of NM technology and its developmental tuff simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence films are presented as an inventive design of film in phrases of digital production, virtual placement, historical preoccupation, and producer duty.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The fashion made in this final project is evening party dress with a cut above the knee and a spiral variation that adds to the beauty of the outfit. This spiral variation gives a unique impression, simple but still elegant and beautiful when used. The spiral variation is made by cutting the fabric such as insect repellent. The purpose of making this final project is to determine the process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations. The method used in the process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations includes: library methods, observation methods, documentation methods and data analysis. The result of the process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations in the making of this final project is the creation of evening party dresses according to the design made by the author. The process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations is a series of activities which include: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting, gluing tricots, meradering, sewing, finishing. The party outfit tonight has two pieces of clothing, namely: a dress and a robe. This evening party dress has a spiral variation that adds to the impression of a unique outfit, simple but still elegant and beautiful when worn.

MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Islands Province experienced several obstacles in developing their MSMEs. Data for 2018 shows that the number of MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Kepulauang Province has decreased dramatically. The decreasing number of MSMEs from active to inactive, because these MSMEs are less able to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, so only MSMEs that survive are MSMEs that have creations and innovations according to needs of community Weak dimensions in the big five personality reflecting the unpreparedness of SMEs to compete and synergize. This study wants to see how the objective conditions dimensions big five personality SMEs in City of Pangkalpinang. The sample of study was Pangkal Pinang City SMEs practitioners with quantitative research methods processed from results of questionnaires. results of study showed that Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, and Agreeablenss, had a positive and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City, while Neuroticm had a negative and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City.

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy, Tbk by using the EVA method, in order achieve magnitude of the creation economic value added and to see level of return desired by investors. Research method used in this study is a qualitative method and is descriptive with a quantitative approach where there are no samples or populations, because researchers are looking for problems that exist in PT. Adaro Energy, Tbk for the period of 2011 - 2017 using the method of Economic Value added (EVA) where in searching for WACC uses the CAPM approach. The results of the study are as follows: value of EVA experienced fluctuations, in 2011 showed a positive that is equal to 577,480 in 2012 showed a negative (470,427) in 2013 experienced a positive amount of 840,781 in 2014 had a negative of (1,426,963) in 2015 increased 1,983 .884 and in 2016 decreased (900,080) and in 2017 amounted to (1,348,304), this shows presumption that EVA in 2011, 2013 and 2015 occurred a value-added process for companies that could mean that there was more economic value, after company is able to pay all obligations funders or creditors according to their expectations, but in 2012,2014 and 2017 EVA shows that there is no value added process which means that company is unable to pay obligations to funders or creditors as expected value is not achieved.

The role of teachers in Islam is very important. So the teacher is also called ustadz because it has a high commitment in carrying out its duties so that the quality of the work process can lead to the attitude of the continuous development of students. Besides, teachers are also referred to as mualim. He as a life sources in charge of transferring science both theoretical and practical. Teachers can also be referred to as murabbiy who prepare his students as creatures, because of the creativity that, he will be able to prepare himself well, so that the results of his creation does not cause damage to himself, others, and the environment. Also, the teacher as a murshid, he must be a role model, as a role model must certainly place himself properly and full. As a model the teacher can set an example for his or her students. In many ways the teacher is also placed in a position as mudarris, who acts as a dispenser of science and eraser of ignorance. In this perspective the teacher's sensitivity must always grow when he sees the reality of his students as it is with different kinds of differences. But from the fact it is realized also, that all students are believed to have the potential of each, so the teacher must be able to develop each potential that existed in the student. The last teacher as muaddib, this very important task a teacher is required to prepare children to be educated to be responsible people, so the quality of human civilization the better in the future. Because of the important role of teachers in Islam, the integral qualifications of the teaching profession can not be ignored either qualitatively or quantitatively so that the challenges of the times are always well answered.   Peran guru dalam Islam adalah sangat penting. Atas dasar itu setiap guru perlu berbekal kompetensi dengan imaji kreativitas. Sehingga guru juga disebut seorang serbabisa, multitalent. Wajar kemudian mendapat berbagai julukan, seperti disebut sebagai ustadz karena mempunyai komitmen tinggi dalam menjalankan tugasnya agar mutu proses kerjanya  mampu membuahkan sikap pengembangan anak didiknya yang terus menerus. Selain itu guru juga disebut sebagai mualim. Ia sebagai kamus kehidupan yang bertugas menstransfer ilmu pengetahuan baik bersifat teoritis dan praktis. Guru dapat juga disebut sebagai murabbiy yang menyiapkan anak didiknya sebagai makhluk kreator, karena dari hasil kreativitasnya itu, ia dapat menyiapkan dirinya dengan baik, agar dari hasil kreasinya tersebut tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada dirinya, orang lain, dan lingkungannya. Juga, guru sebagai mursyid, ia menjadi panutan, sebagai panutan tentu harus menempatkan dirinya dengan tepat dan purna. Sebagai model guru dapat memberikan teladan bagi para anak didiknya. Dalam berbagai hal guru juga ditempatkan pada posisi sebagai mudarris, yang berperan sebagai penebar ilmu pengetahuan dan penghapus kebodohan. Dalam perspektif ini kepekaan guru mesti selalu tumbuh pada saat menyaksikan realitas para muridnya seperti adanya dengan berbagai macam perbedaan. Namun dari kenyataan tersebut perlu disadari juga, bahwa semua murid tersebut diyakini mempunyai potensi masing-masing, sehingga guru pasti mampu mengembangkan masing-masing potensi yang ada pada muridnya tersebut. Yang  terakhir guru sebagai muaddib, tugas yang sangat penting ini seorang guru dituntut untuk menyiapkan anak dididiknya menjadi orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab, sehingga kualitas peradaban manusia semakin baik pada masa mendatang. Karena pentingnya peran guru dalam Islam itu, maka kualifikasi integral profesi guru tidak dapat diabaikan  baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatifnya sehingga berbagai tantangan zaman selalu terjawab dengan baik.

They are the easiest, fastest, and most efficient way to produce images, extract data sets, and assist in decision making. One special function is to assist in manipulating other kinds of data about the spatial or locational aspects of areas in the world that are the subjects of interpretation and decision making. The bulk of the data in such systems have in common a geographical significance, that is, they are tied to definite locations on the Earth. In this sense, they are similar to or actually make up what has become a powerful tool in decision making and management. The Image-Based Information System (IBIS) was developed in 1975 at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and is designed to be a comprehensive geographic information system that performs operations on raster image, tabular, and graphics format data, using the Video Image Communication And Retrieval (VICAR) image processing system. This was accomplished by the creation of a new VICAR-based file format for tabulating raster format geographic information over multiple data planes.
