Adolescent reproductive health is an important aspect that requires special attention, especially regarding the problem of dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain. Dysmenorrhea is often considered normal, even though it can reduce the quality of life and disrupt the learning activities of young women. One factor that influences dysmenorrhea is nutritional status and diet. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of young women about preventing dysmenorrhea through health promotion using posters with an anti-inflammatory diet approach based on "Healing Through Nutrition". The activity was carried out at the UPT SMA 9 Bulukumba on May 6, 2025, targeting 20 young women. The activity method included the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, with a pre-test and post-test to assess the level of knowledge of participants. The results showed a significant increase in adolescent knowledge about preventing dysmenorrhea. Before the activity, 50% of respondents had poor knowledge, 40% had sufficient knowledge, and only 10% had good knowledge. After the intervention, 80% of respondents had good knowledge and 20% had sufficient knowledge, with no category of poor. These results indicate that poster media is effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge about dysmenorrhea and the importance of an anti-inflammatory diet as a non-pharmacological effort to prevent it.

Community service with the theme of Socialization and Education of Legal Products for MSME and Creative Economy Actors in Temberan Village, Pangkalpinang City, is based on field conditions, where many MSME actors in the region do not have legal legality for the businesses they run and lack basic knowledge regarding product packaging and brand creation that have high marketability. As a result, their businesses are not developing to strengthen the creative economy and enhance the capacity of actors. The model used in this program is a direct dialogue method with the MSME actors. The discussion results showed that of the 26 participants, only 1 MSME actor had received guidance and had an NIB (Business Identification Number), but lacked a halal certificate and patent rights for their product brands. The other 25 participants were briefed for the first time regarding the importance of legal legitimacy for their business. Therefore, it can be concluded that these 25 MSME actors do not have legal legitimacy for their businesses. The team provided assistance to help register their businesses by collaborating with relevant agencies. Regarding product branding, it was found that all participants had not optimized their product branding, as most MSME actors in Temberan Village packaged their products simply without attractive branding, packaging, colors, or packaging materials. Many even used plastic wrapping without a brand. The team intervened intensively by providing further assistance to MSME actors in Temberan Village, utilizing information and communication technology to help determine product brands for those without one and to select packaging materials that follow current trends, shapes, colors, and materials to make the product more attractive and increase branding and consumer interest.

This research seeks to examine the influence of taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers in Boyolali Regency. Motor vehicle tax constitutes a significant component of regional original revenue; however, the level of revenue realization has not yet fully met the established targets, indicating the presence of compliance-related challenges. The study adopts a quantitative explanatory design. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 motor vehicle taxpayers registered at the Boyolali Samsat Office, with respondents selected through accidental sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, following preliminary tests of validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The findings demonstrate that taxpayer knowledge and taxpayer awareness exert a positive and statistically significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. In addition, tax sanctions are also shown to have a positive and significant impact and represent the most dominant factor influencing compliance. These results are consistent with Attribution Theory and the Theory of Planned Behavior, which highlight the importance of both internal and external determinants in shaping taxpayer compliance behavior. This study is expected to provide empirical support for research on regional tax compliance and offer practical insights for local governments in developing strategies to improve motor vehicle tax compliance.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) remains a major global health issue that requires serious attention. Based on the Indonesian Health Survey (Survei Kesehatan Indonesia/SKI), Indonesia’s MMR in 2022 was recorded at 195 per 100,000 live births and decreased to 189 per 100,000 live births in 2023. Although this decline indicates some progress, the figure remains far from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target of fewer than 70 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births by 2030. Therefore, various promotive and preventive efforts are needed to reduce MMR, one of which is by improving pregnant women’s compliance in attending antenatal classes. This study aimed to examine the relationship between pregnant women’s knowledge and family support and their compliance in attending antenatal classes in the working area of Sinaboi Public Health Center. This research employed a quantitative analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The total number of respondents was 136 pregnant women. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 78 respondents (57.4%) had good knowledge, 74 respondents (54.9%) received family support, and 106 respondents (78.0%) were compliant in attending antenatal classes. The Chi-square test results indicated a significant relationship between pregnant women’s knowledge and compliance in attending antenatal classes (p-value = 0.03), as well as a significant relationship between family support and pregnant women’s compliance in attending antenatal classes (p-value = 0.02). This study is expected to serve as a reference for health workers and future researchers in enhancing education and family involvement to encourage active and regular participation of pregnant women in antenatal classes.

Background: The postpartum period is a critical phase requiring optimal nutritional intake for maternal recovery and ensuring the quality of breast milk. In densely populated urban areas such as Semampir District, dietary quality is often influenced by the level of nutrition knowledge and household economic conditions. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutrition knowledge and household food security with dietary quality among postpartum mothers in Semampir District, Surabaya. Methods: This was an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design. A total of 340 postpartum mothers were selected using simple random sampling. Nutrition knowledge was measured through a structured questionnaire, food security was assessed using the Household Food Insecurity Access Scale (HFIAS), and dietary quality was measured using the 3-level Balanced Diet Index derived from 24-hour food recall data. Data were analyzed descriptively and through the Chi-Square correlation test. Results: The findings indicated that the majority of respondents possessed a good level of nutrition knowledge (average correct answers >75%), with the highest score in anemia prevention (81.2%) and the lowest in the functional role of Vitamin A (75.9%). Dietary quality assessment revealed that most respondents were in the [Select: Moderate/Poor] category based on IGS scores. Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship (p < 0.05) between both nutrition knowledge and household food security with the dietary quality of postpartum mothers. Conclusion: Good nutrition knowledge and stable food security contribute positively to the dietary quality of postpartum mothers. Targeted nutritional education regarding micronutrients and strengthening food access at the household level are essential to optimize maternal health during the postpartum period in urban settings.
