This literature study examines the application of sustainable production systems in community empowerment, particularly focusing on industrial engineering implementation in local communities. Using a qualitative approach through document analysis, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews, the research identifies three critical findings. First, community-based production system models that integrate contextual analysis, participatory design, and continuous monitoring significantly improve productivity and income of local communities, as demonstrated in the weaving community in Sleman, Indonesia. Second, production engineering interventions that combine technological innovation and social empowerment generate sustainable economic impacts, including 11-13% increase in global agricultural commodity production and 43% reduction in worker idle time in the manufacturing sector. Third, an adaptive conceptual framework connecting local wisdom with digital technology strengthens community resilience, as seen in green construction practices based on local materials that reduce costs by up to 20% while improving quality of life. The study strengthens socio-technical systems theory by demonstrating that the success of sustainable production systems depends on synergies between technical, social, and institutional aspects.

In the era of globalization, identity and cultural crises are increasingly prevalent in many societies, including in Indonesia. This is caused by the integration of new cultures and values that obscure the roots of local traditions. Cultural Islamic boarding schools play an important role in responding to this phenomenon by offering a holistic approach that combines religious education with the preservation of local culture. The Ndalem Wongsorogo Cultural Islamic Boarding School in Kendal, Central Java, is a real example in the effort to preserve local traditions and identities. This boarding school not only teaches religious values, but also arts, culture, and practical skills such as barista and fine arts. This approach allows students to develop a more holistic understanding of their identity, combining faith with local wisdom. With routine activities such as gamelan practice, klenengan, and hadroh, this boarding school functions as a center for the preservation of arts and traditions as well as a repository of cultural heritage. This article explores the role of cultural boarding schools in maintaining cultural identity amidst the flow of globalization and offers insights into how this institution can become an adaptive educational model that answers the challenges of modernization without abandoning cultural roots

In the 2024 presidential election, political activity on social media is very intensive, with the aim of attracting people's attention and voting power towards presidential candidates. However, the low literacy level of Indonesian society often triggers negative behavior such as hate speech. This research aims to describe the behavior of hate speech on social media towards the 2024 Presidential candidate of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The research results show that there are still many individuals who use social media to express their dislike of presidential candidates in negative ways, including through hate speech. Many social media users are unaware of the legal implications of their actions. This situation requires public vigilance and wisdom in using social media to avoid negative things. To overcome this problem, digital literacy is not enough to just focus on models such as critical consuming, functional prosuming, and critical prosuming. This research suggests adding a moral values model that includes two main indicators: ethical behavior and motivation skills. Hate speech can appear either in the form of hoaxes or true information, so a moral value-based approach is very necessary to increase people's awareness and responsibility in interacting in cyberspace. This research emphasizes the importance of more comprehensive digital literacy education to combat the spread of hate speech on social media during the 2024 presidential election.

Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) has become a significant psychosocial and spiritual concern among congregants whose daily rhythms are shaped by social media visibility, comparison, and constant connectivity. This article examines FoMO as an object of pastoral counseling, not merely as excessive screen use but as a relational and affective pattern in which digital platforms intensify unmet needs for belonging, identity, autonomy, and meaningful participation. The study aims to construct a pastoral counseling approach for congregants who experience anxiety, compulsive checking, social comparison, diminished self-worth, and spiritual distraction because of social media. Methodologically, the article uses a constructive-integrative literature review, synthesizing peer-reviewed research on FoMO, problematic social media use, social comparison, self-determination theory, and spiritually integrated counseling alongside major works in pastoral care and practical theology. The synthesis indicates that FoMO is best understood as a need-frustration cycle that is amplified by passive browsing, online comparison, and algorithmic immediacy. Pastoral counseling can respond constructively through careful assessment, theological reframing of identity and belonging, digital habit formation, communal practices, and referral pathways when psychological risk is present. The article concludes that pastoral counseling is uniquely positioned to transform FoMO from anxious digital vigilance into discernment, embodied community, and spiritually grounded digital wisdom.

Qira'at is a field that studies how to fulfill the sentences of the Koran and the differences based on a person's origin. While a Muqri' is a person who is skilled in qiroat by narrating it by speaking, a person who is an expert in qiroat and has memorized the Qur'an should not be called a Muqri' if he does not speak sequentially about these matters. However, novice readers, also referred to as al-Qari' al-Mubtadi', are people who can explain one to three of the existing qira'at. Apart from that, the seven letters that comprise the Arabic language are Quraish, Huzail, Saqif, Hawazin, Kinanah, Tamim, and Yemen, each of which contains the meaning of the Al-Qur'an. Umar, Abu Bakr, and the Prophet Muhammad read these seven letters. After that, when Mushab Usman was created, the reading of the Koran only consisted of one letter, namely the Quraysh language. According to Ustam, reading the Qur'an with seven letters was only to eliminate the hardships and hardships that existed in the early days, and the need for it has disappeared. By aggregating and homogenizing the population around one letter or one language, the motivation is strong to eliminate elements that differentiate reading. Usman's friends did not agree with this policy. With this agreement, Ijma' occurred, and Usman had carried out great wisdom by publishing the Usmani Al-Qur'an, which united and reassured the people.
