This research is a normative research, so this data is carried out by conducting a literature study on the verdict. Data sources are obtained from primary legal materials, namely: laws and regulations and court decisions, secondary obtained from literature and literature studies, tertiary legal materials obtained from the internet, dictionaries, and encyclopedias. The results of the research obtained from analyzing the verdict show that (1). The basis for the judge's consideration in imposing criminal sanctions against distributors of pharmaceutical preparations without expertise and authority by looking at the Judge's Juridical Considerations and Non-Juridical Considerations of the judge is appropriate and uses an Article that meets the elements of the perpetrator's violation in accordance with the Health Law, but the imposition of criminal sanctions is very light and far from the provisions of the Article. (2). The suitability of the imposition of criminal sanctions in Decision Number 150/Pi.Sus/2021/PN Kupang with the Health Law given by the Judge to the defendant is so light that it cannot guarantee that the defendant will feel frustrated and will not repeat his actions again. This makes the sense of justice, usefulness and legal certainty not fulfilled properly. The author's suggestion that the criminal sanctions imposed by the Panel of Judges against the defendant should not only consider the behavior and actions of the defendant but also look at the consequences of the defendant's actions that can have a bad impact on the health of consumers/patients who take the hard drug.

Law is a guideline and rules related to the concept of living in society and will always be in accordance with the conditions of society. Law is a demand to be able to provide justice, meaning that law is always faced with the question of whether law can realize justice. Related to the concept of law, legal politics is interpreted as an activity that determines the pattern and method of forming law, supervising the operation of law, and updating law for the purpose of the State. Therefore, law is a determinant of politics, and is also related to democracy in the sense that political activities are regulated and must be subject to legal rules. Law is viewed from the perspective of das sollen (necessity), viewing that law must be guided by relations between members of society. While those who view it from the perspective of das sein (reality), empiricists see that law is greatly influenced by politics not only in the process of making it, but also in its empirical realities. So that law is influenced by politics and even now legal autonomy in Indonesia is often intervened by politics, not only in terms of its making, but also in its application, both in terms of law enforcement. This study aims to determine the impact of the development of legal politics in the law enforcement system in Indonesia and the existence of legal politics in the law enforcement system in Indonesia. This research explores the role of social media in shaping collective identity among users in contemporary society. By employing a qualitative methodology that includes in-depth interviews and content analysis, the study investigates how individuals create and share content that reinforces their group affiliations and fosters a sense of belonging. The findings reveal that social media platforms serve as vital spaces for community building, where users share personal narratives and visual content, and engage in discussions that highlight shared values and experiences.  Key themes identified include the impact of different content types on identity formation, the influence of community leaders and influencers, and the significance of intersectionality in shaping collective identities. While positive interactions on social media can strengthen group cohesion, negative experiences and the prevalence of echo chambers can lead to fragmentation and exclusion. This research underscores the dual nature of social media as both a tool for connection and a potential source of division. Ultimately, the study contributes valuable insights into the complexities of identity formation in the digital age and emphasizes the need for inclusive and supportive online environments. As social media continues to evolve, understanding these dynamics is essential for fostering social cohesion and empowering communities in an increasingly interconnected world.

In education, efforts to improve student character must be made. One of the activities that follows the independent curriculum is the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5).  In this P5 activity, students are given training that can stimulate the emergence of soft skills, namely a sense of responsibility, discipline, independence, caring, and a feeling of love for the country. It is hoped that the young generation whose love for Indonesia has emerged will have a high enthusiasm to improve their quality, by studying harder, so that they can participate in efforts to defend this country to increase the prosperity of the nation and the Indonesian state. It is recommended that activities such as P5 or LDKS be carried out periodically, with material programs arranged systematically to achieve the goals. To achieve the objectives effectively and efficiently, an activity program must be prepared such as a Training Program Outline and Learning Process Plan with a gradual and continuous implementation system.

Active learning strategies are considered one of the most effective approaches in creating meaningful, participatory learning processes that enhance students’ intrinsic motivation. In the context of Fiqh learning, the implementation of active learning strategies plays a crucial role because Fiqh not only requires cognitive understanding but also involves strengthening attitudes and internalizing religious values. Traditional teacher-centered learning methods often lead to passive participation, boredom, and a lack of motivation among students. Therefore, the use of active learning strategies—such as group discussions, simulations, problem-solving activities, and experiential learning—can encourage students to participate more actively, think critically, and develop a stronger motivation to achieve better learning outcomes. This study aims to describe how active learning strategies can improve students’ motivation in Fiqh subjects. The analysis shows that engaging students directly in learning activities increases their attention, interest, and sense of responsibility in understanding the material. Additionally, two-way interactions between teachers and students create a more dynamic and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Thus, active learning strategies serve as a relevant and effective approach to enhancing learning motivation and improving the overall quality of Fiqh education.

Fear of crime is closely linked to various factors such as education, income, race, age, and especially gender. Many studies have shown that women tend to experience higher levels of anxiety than men, thus limiting their participation in utilizing urban outdoor spaces. This condition emphasizes the need for crime prevention efforts to be integrated into urban planning, emphasizing the fulfillment of a sense of security not only physically but also psychologically. If the city fails to provide an adequate sense of security, it will lead to increased anxiety, discomfort, and ultimately limit community involvement in the use of public spaces. This study aims to identify design factors that influence women's sense of security and psychological safety in downtown areas. The research paradigm used is post-positivism with a quantitative approach, reinforced by walkthrough analysis techniques to produce more accurate findings. The results show that control factors are the most dominant aspect in influencing women's psychological security and safety, while sub-factors such as lighting, diversity of activities, availability of open spaces, and road conditions have also been shown to play a significant role in reducing women's anxiety when accessing public spaces. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of city center design that is not only oriented towards physical function alone, but also pays attention to psychological aspects in order to create a safe, inclusive, and gender-friendly urban environment so that women can feel more protected and free to participate in urban life.

This study explores the role of peer mentoring as a strategy to reduce student dropout rates and strengthen social support networks in universities. Using a mixed-methods approach that combined quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the research examined students’ sense of belonging, academic motivation, persistence intention, and access to emotional and academic support. The findings indicate that peer mentoring significantly enhances students’ sense of community, increases their academic motivation, and strengthens their commitment to continue their studies. Compared to other retention strategies such as academic counseling or financial support, peer mentoring provides unique advantages by fostering ongoing peer-to-peer relationships and expanding social networks. Moreover, the study found that mentor–mentee interactions create a safe space for students to share academic challenges, personal concerns, and coping strategies, which contributes to improved well-being and greater confidence in navigating university life. Peer mentoring also offers opportunities for skill development, including communication, collaboration, and self-regulation, making it beneficial not only for mentees but also for mentors. These results suggest that peer mentoring not only mitigates dropout risks but also contributes to building long-term resilience and a supportive learning environment for students. Therefore, universities are encouraged to integrate structured peer mentoring programs into their retention initiatives to promote student success and holistic development.

This study investigates the effectiveness of green-space–based interventions in reducing eco-anxiety among urban adolescents, a population increasingly vulnerable to climate-related psychological distress. Eco-anxiety, characterized by persistent worry, cognitive overload, and emotional tension in response to environmental change, has emerged as a significant mental-health challenge. The intervention examined in this research involved structured exposure to natural environments combined with guided reflective activities over multiple sessions. Quantitative results showed a substantial reduction in eco-anxiety symptoms, with participants experiencing approximately a 30% decrease in climate-related worry after the intervention. Improvements were also observed in emotional resilience, including enhanced self-regulation, greater cognitive clarity, and improved coping capacity. Qualitative findings reinforced these outcomes, revealing that participants reported deeper emotional calm, stronger feelings of agency, and an increased sense of connectedness with nature. They described green spaces as restorative environments that helped reduce overthinking, clear mental fatigue, and create psychological grounding. These experiences appear to activate mental-restoration processes consistent with environmental psychology, suggesting that nature engagement can serve as both a preventive and therapeutic mental-health strategy. A comparison with conventional counseling approaches indicated that while standard psychological support aids emotional regulation, it often fails to address the specific ecological concerns driving eco-anxiety. In contrast, green-space exposure offers a more targeted and holistic benefit, combining physiological relaxation with meaningful emotional reassurance. The study concludes that expanding access to green spaces, incorporating nature-based therapeutic elements into public-health programs, and promoting balanced climate literacy may enhance adolescent well-being in a time of intensifying environmental challenges.
