The availability of electrical energy is one of the important factors during learning activities. However, because the electrical system can be said to be very complicated, starting from the generator center all the way to the consumer, there will most likely be a disruption that causes the flow of power to the consumer to be cut off. One of the factors that affect includes environmental factors, maintenance and other factors, so that the learning process is slightly hampered. The purpose of this research is to maintain electricity supply by automatically switching sources and utilizing renewable energy as a reserve for lighting students' practice rooms. Therefore, a system is needed that automatically regulates the switching of primary sources to backup sources. Automatic Transfer Switch or ATS is a device that automatically switches the main power source from PLN to a backup source such as solar panels by setting the time using Time Delay Relay (TDR). TDR functions to regulate the duration of the power source change operation to meet load needs, especially on small loads such as student practice rooms with a voltage of 220 Volts in one language. The advantage of this system is that it is able to automatically switch electricity supply between PLN and Solar Panels with a controlled time lag. The research method involves the installation of electrical panels and Solar Panels using Solar Charger Controller or SCC, Inverter devices. At the time of the study, the adjustment of the TDR setting to set the time lag on the ATS. SCC settings are carried out to obtain Inputs and Outputs in the optimal battery charging process where the measurement results show that When the load of the incandescent lamp is increased from 50Watt to 300Watt, the current increases from 4.47A to 25.2A, while the voltage decreases from 11.7V to 9.8V. In conclusion, the greater the load, the solar panel voltage decreases and the current increases. The results of the study show that the implementation of the automatic transfer switch system is able to automatically switch the electricity supply between PLN and Solar Panels with a controlled time lag.

Introducion The performance of nurses is a critical determinant of hospital service quality, influenced by multiple factors such as workload, competence, and supervision. This study aimed to analyze the effect of workload and nurse competence on nurse performance with supervision as a moderating variable at X  Hospital. Methods The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal survey design. Data were collected using structured questionnaires distributed to 176 nurses and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Result The findings revealed that both workload and competence significantly influenced nurse performance, with competence showing a strong positive effect. Workload was also found to have a significant effect on supervision, and nurse competence significantly enhanced supervision quality. However, supervision did not function as a moderating factor in the relationship between workload and nurse performance, nor between competence and nurse performance. Similarly, supervision itself was not significantly associated with nurse performance. The coefficient of determination showed that workload, competence, and supervision jointly explained 60% of nurse performance, while the remaining 40% was influenced by other unmeasured factors. Conclusion, workload and competence are proven to be direct determinants of nurse performance, whereas supervision in its current form does not enhance these effects. Hospital management should therefore focus on optimizing workload distribution, strengthening nurse competencies through continuous training, and reformulating supervision methods to be more participatory and supportive. These strategies are expected to improve the quality and effectiveness of nursing services and ensure sustainable improvements in hospital performance outcomes.

Colitis is an inflammatory characterized by thickening of the mucosal wall of the colon. The Colon In Loop examination is one of the diagnostic procedures for colitis, utilizing contrast media to assess the functional condition of the colon. At the Radiology Installation of RSUD (Regional General Hospital) Banyumas, the radiological procedure for Colon In Loop was performed on post-colostomy patients, thus differs from previous studies. This study aims to identify the examination procedure of Colon In Loop at RSUD Banyumas, the rationale for using Anteroposterior (AP) and Lateral projections, and the reason for not performing evacuation before the administration of negative contrast media. This qualitative descriptive study employed a case. The subjects included three radiographers, one radiology nurse, and one radiology specialist. The object of study was the Colon In Loop Post Colostomy examination procedure in colitis cases. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis involved data reduction and data presentation. confirmed with theory, and narrative presentation leading to conclusions. Result shows contrast media consisting of 250 grams of barium sulfate dissolved in 1000 ml of water (25% w/v). The examination is performed in stages followed by AP and Lateral projection imaging to evaluate contrast distribution in the colon. Negative contrast media administration is performed without prior evacuation to enhance patient comfort and reduce examination time. When administering negative contrast media, evacuation is not performed before air is introduced. This is done based on the patient's condition, to shorten the examination time, and due to considerations regarding the quality of barium sulfate; thus, evacuation could impair barium adherence to the colon mucosa. In conclusion, AP and lateral projections are considered adequate for establishing a diagnosis of colitis. The omission of evacuation is based on patient condition, time efficiency, and the suboptimal quality of barium. It is recommended to perform evacuation and increase barium concentration to improve adherence to the colon mucosal wall.

This study aims to analyze and identify the use of language styles in the song "Kuyamu to Kaite Mirai." Language style refers to the technique of utilizing the richness of language, both in written works and oral communication, to create deeper aesthetic and communicative effects. In song lyrics, the use of language style becomes a crucial element that can strengthen the meaning and artistic appeal of a literary work. This research employs Gorys Keraf's language style theory as the theoretical foundation for classifying and identifying language styles. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative research method with primary data sources consisting of the lyrics of "Kuyamu to Kaite Mirai." The qualitative approach was chosen to enable in-depth analysis of figurative language usage within the song lyrics. The research findings reveal the presence of five types of language styles employed in the lyrics of "Kuyamu to Kaite Mirai." The identified language styles include asyndeton, assonance, erotesis, metaphor, and simile. Asyndeton was found in the use of word sequences without conjunctions to create dramatic effects. Assonance was identified through the repetition of vowel sounds that create sound harmony. The esoteric figurative language style emerges in the use of the particle の at the end of sentences, indicating that this verse constitutes an interrogative sentence. Metaphors and similes are employed to create comparisons that strengthen the song's emotional meaning. The utilization of language styles in the lyrics of "Kuyamu to Kaite Mirai" functions not merely as aesthetic ornamentation, but also as a means to convey messages and emotions more effectively to listeners. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of language style usage in popular music works and serve as a reference for similar studies in the future.
