: Financial distress is a condition where a company experiences a decline in financial condition which is usually temporary, but will develop worse if the condition is not quickly overcome and can cause the company to go bankrupt. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and institutional ownership on financial distress. The population is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the financial statements for the 2016-2021 period. Samples were determined by purposive sampling techniques with certain criteria and obtained samples of 36 companies. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS Version 22 program. The results of this study show that profitability as measured by return on equity has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, liquidity as measured by curre ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, while company size does not affect financial distress, institutional ownership positively affects financial distress

The trust of the congregation in the mosque management is greatly influenced by the quality of a transparent and accountable management system. Manual recording systems that are still widely used are often less effective in providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible data, especially related to cash flow information and mosque activity programs. This condition can cause unclear information that has an impact on the low active participation of pilgrims. This research offers a solution in the form of building a website-based mosque administration system that is adaptive and easy to use. System development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, feature design, application implementation, and functional testing. The system built provides several main services, including managing worship schedules, recording income and expenditure in a structured manner, and reporting mosque activities in detail and real-time. Through the web platform, financial information and activity programs can be accessed more openly, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in mosque management. The results of the development show that this system is able to simplify the administrative process, speed up the presentation of information, and support the supervision of funds by pilgrims and administrators. Thus, a website-based administration system can be an effective solution to increase the trust of worshippers and encourage more active participation in mosque activities.

Children are national assets who have the right to grow and develop optimally. Living on the streets is very dangerous for children. The aim of the research is to determine the application of the principle of regional autonomy in developing social welfare for neglected children and the obstacles in overcoming the problems of abandoned children in Serang City. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. This research concludes that the Regional Government of Serang City, in implementing the principle of regional autonomy for the welfare of neglected children based on Law Number 23 of 2014, has the authority to make regional policies that have an impact on prosperity and general welfare in its region. The Serang City Government is responsible for providing social services to neglected children by providing children's rights and protecting them from the risks and threats of life on the streets. The obstacle to handling the problem of abandoned children is the mindset of abandoned children and families which are still oriented towards financial conditions as the main reference, thereby ignoring risks and other threats of danger. Problems with the level of education, habits of abandoned children and limited budgets provided also become obstacles to the implementation of handling abandoned children..

Financial distress is a condition whene the company are in a state financial difficultes. Every company must have an early an early warning system to detect the potential for financial distress in order to avoid bankruptcky. The Purpose of this is to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect profitability (ROA), as a moderating between liquidity (CR), leverage (DAR), sales gowth (SG), in predicting financial distress (Altman Z-Score). The population in this purpose were retail companies on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period, with a sample of 19 companies studied for 5 years so that 95 samples were obtained, using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data in the form of information from the company’s financial statements. The data analysis technique used logistic regression and moderating regretion analysis (MRA). The rsults prove that the variables of liquidity, sales growth and profitability are able to predict financial distress, while leverage cannot predict financial distress, the profitability variable strengthens the influence of liquidity and sales growth in predicting financial distress but weakens leverage in predicting financial distress. The advince given is expected thet the company can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in managing assets and can increase sales so that the profit received by the company increases so that the company can avoid financial distress.

This study aims to find out how the financial condition happened in the case of the IPDN project at the company Pt. Hutama Karya. In this case, the project case is reviewed by analyzing the financial problems that occur in it. The research method used is quantitative by taking a comparative calculation approach between 2021 and 2022, which type of research uses a secondary data approach obtained from annual financial reports for a period of 1 year, namely 2021-2022, books, journals, and other sources. other. The results of the research can be concluded that the company PT. Hutama Karya experienced a decrease in profitability in 2022 where the performance of financial companies in the 2022 period decreased, from the results of the gross profit margin analysis it can be seen that the proportion of company revenue decreased by a difference of 1% and from the results of the profitability analysis using the ratio of return on assets decreased reached 0.08% above the profit from managing the company's resources and assets.

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.

The first Covid-19 virus in Indonesia occurred in March 2020. With the virus, it had an impact on the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine whether there are significant differences in the financial performance of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of 2019 and 2020 annual reports. 2019 financial statements for conditions before the COVID-19 pandemic and 2020 annual reports for conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research variables used are Return On Equity (ROE), Quick Ratio (QR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO). The results showed that there were significant differences in Return On Equity (ROE) and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO). Meanwhile, for Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) there is no significant difference. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life, including a shock effect for the banking industry. The decline in bank credit growth in mid-2020 is evidence of the shock effect. To anticipate various effects, the central bank supports the government by issuing various policies. BPR is growing rapidly in both urban and rural areas. BPR is seen as able to directly touch the community and small business owners with various financial activities. However, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, OJK recorded a very high credit restructuring value. Similar conditions were also experienced by BPRs in the Residency of Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference (which is a shock effect) in the financial performance of BPR before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample obtained by purposive sampling method is as many as 62 BPR located in the Residency of Semarang. This study uses secondary data in the form of quarterly BPR financial reports. Financial performance analysis was carried out using the CAMEL method. As a result, financial performance in terms of the capital ratio (CAR) and liquidity ratio (LDR) was proven to be affected by the shock effect of the COVID-19 pandemic because there were significant differences between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial performance in terms of asset quality, management ratios and income, each of which is measured by the ratio of NPL, ROA and BOPO, it is proven that there is no difference between before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Bankruptcy is a condition of the company that shows the company's inability to operate properly due to severe financial difficulties. The purpose of this research is to know and measure the financial health condition of PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk using Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, Springate and Grover methods. The population is 13 years with the period 2007-2019 and the sample is 10 years with the period 2010-2019. This type of research is descriptive research using bankruptcy method and one sample t-test. The result of the study is altman Z-Score method, Springate and Grover predict PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk does not have the potential to go into bankruptcy while Zmijewski's method predicts PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk has the potential to go into bankruptcy. Based on the results of one sample t-test test calculation and the amount of standard deviation value obtained Zmijewski method is a relevant and accurate method to predict bankruptcy at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk.

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

In order to achieve targets, companies need healthy funds to improve their performance. Companies can find out the availability of funds through the company's cash flow reports. This study aims to analyze PT KAI's cash flow ratio during 2014-2019. The research is descriptive quantitative by calculating the cash flow ratios. The cash flow ratio used is the cash liquidity ratio, which includes the operational cash flow ratio (AKO), the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKP), the capital expenditure ratio (PM) and the total debt ratio (TH). After calculating the ratio, do a growth ratio analysis during 2014-2019. The data used is PT KAI's audited financial statements for the 2014-2019 period. The results of the study show that PT KAI's cash flow ratio as a whole is still in a bad condition. The four ratios of operating cash flows used in this study, there are three ratios have a value of less than 1, namely the ratio of cash sweeps to current debt (AKO), the ratio of capital expenditure (PM) and the ratio amount of debt (TH). Meanwhile, one other ratio, namely the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKB), is worth more than 1.

The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. Increasing technological developments require many parties to always adjust to all kinds of changes that will occur in the future, both economic conditions, government regulations, consumer conditions, and conditions of competitors. The way companies communicate with their investors has also changed, as a result of the rapid development of the internet. The internet that companies use to report financial information to investors is called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Today, IFR has been put forward by most countries because it can minimize the negative effects of information asymmetry, reduce agency costs, reduce capital costs, and increase firm value. Companies in achieving their goals are faced with uncertain conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences between IFR and ERM in commercial banks in Indonesia with high and low market capitalization values. This research is a non-static analytical descriptive study. The sample used is only two commercial banks to be compared. The results of the comparative analysis carried out showed that there was no significant difference in the implementation of IFR, but in the implementation of ERM there were significant differences.

  Fixed assets are tangible assets that are owned for use in the production or supply of goods or services, for rent to other parties, or for administrative purposes and are expected to be used for more than one period. Due to its high value, relatively long use and being the company's main tool to generate revenue, investment in fixed assets (Capital Budgeting) must be carefully calculated. In addition, depreciation or depreciation is the allocation of the cost of a fixed asset which is the effect of the decline in the value of the fixed asset. The reason why many companies apply the straight line method of depreciation (Straight Line Method) is because there are relatively stable maintenance and repair costs in each period, and the costs are not affected by productivity or are not affected by deviations. Therefore, the assets owned must continue to be managed properly so that companies and individuals can benefit from the existence of these assets, especially fixed assets. But this is not the case with KSP Mandiri Sejahtera Semarang where fixed assets have not been well managed. This results in inconsistencies and calculation errors, incomplete data, which results in inappropriate decision making and the value of the company's fixed assets has not been recorded properly and accurately. With a new structured management system where the calculation and reporting of depreciation of fixed assets using the straight-line depreciation method helps the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets owned by the company, besides that it also provides information about the detailed condition of each fixed asset owned by the company so that it helps the company manage its fixed assets , as well as helping to present accurate and accurate reports for the benefit of the company's internal financial reports and taxation.

In achieving this National education goal, this goal was designed by experts in the national capital while the humans who serve as this national goal are in areas with different cultures and intelligences, as well as teachers who carry out the heavy task must be able to describe and interpret Law no. 20 of 2003 must be able to achieve this at the same time, besides the teacher's responsibility to educate the nation's children, teachers also have responsibilities that are no less serious towards their families, both economic and other responsibilities. It is very wise for the government to pay more attention to teachers with a policy of providing additional financial income from the professionalism of teachers, namely a professional allowance of 100% of the basic salary, teacher professionalism is a condition for obtaining this allowance and to be recognized as a professional teacher, teachers must meet various requirements. as evidenced by the portfolio collected. Unfortunately in the collection of fortopolio there are many loopholes for dishonesty by some unscrupulous teachers where the skills and professionalism of the teacher are not as what the fortopolio explains, because fortopolio can be obtained without strict selection, so teachers who are considered professional by the state and have been given the trust to educating the nation's children and have been rewarded with a professional allowance (which is called a certification allowance) even though not all certified teachers are necessarily professional, because fortopolio is easy to manipulate.

Financial distress is a financial condition of a company that is in a state of crisis. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, profitability, and firm growth on financial distress. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018 with the sampling technique using porposive sampling or criteria. Based on the technique, obtained sample of 112 companies. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and profitability has a significant effect on the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Meanwhile, leverage, operating capacity, and firm growth have no effect on the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

The authority of the Government in collecting taxes and levies from the community and renovating it is not only owned by the Central Government but also falls under the authority of the City Government and Provincial Governments. This is in accordance with the principles of decentralization and the implementation of regional autonomy based on Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance Between Central and Regional Governments, and Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Retribution Regions, Semarang City Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Settings. In the context of managing the market environment in the form of legal services to the community in the market environment, especially traders, the Semarang City Government has issued Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies. This study raises the problems, namely: 1) How is the management of regional levies by the Semarang City government, 2) What is the Semarang City policy towards the renovation of the Peterongan Market, 3) What is the Semarang City policy towards the regulation of the Semarang City Peterongan market trader after renovation. The purpose of writing this thesis is 1) To know and explain the management of local levies by the Semarang City Government, 2) To find out and explain Semarang City policies towards the renovation of Peterongan Market, 3) To find out and explain the arrangements for the Peterongan market traders in Semarang City after renovation. This research is a qualitative study with a normative juridical approach to determine the realization of the implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations for market traders. This research was conducted in Peterongan Market, Semarang City, located on Jalan MT. Haryono. The results showed that the Semarang City Government towards market traders was in accordance with the Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Charges and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations, with several things that are still a note to the Semarang City government for pay more attention to sustainability for the welfare of traditional market traders, physical conditions and market environment.   Keywords : Policy, Traditional Market Management

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).

This study aims to describe the financial performance of banks based on the results of banking financial ratio analysis. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research type using a quantitative approach. The results of banking financial ratio analysis on liquidity ratio analysis shows the condition of financial performance of PT. Bukopin (Persero), Tbk period 2014-2015 can be said good. The average CR of 17.57%, RR 539,239 LDR of 85.12%, LAR of 68.97% has met the standards set by Bank Indonesia and has also exceeded the average of the Commercial Bank of the Company (BUP). The results of solvency ratio analysis, financial performance condition of PT Bukopin (Persero) Tbk in 2014-2015 can be said good because the average CAR of 13.88%, LDAR of 2.39%, DER of 1057.92%, the value has been meet the requirements of Bank Indonesia.
