The aim of this research is to find out the public's perception of night market activities and the impact they have on road access in Bukit Pariaman Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The type of data analysis carried out was using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. This research was carried out through interviews, field observations and document analysis. Parking money is channeled to the village treasury, but there has been no concrete solution from the market management and village government. This creates a feeling of discomfort felt by the community. Therefore, better management is needed, including providing parking lots, improving infrastructure and fair regulations. The community hopes that the village government will immediately provide a solution to reduce congestion and increase comfort. The research results recommend providing adequate parking, infrastructure improvements, more effective traffic management, transparency in financial management, and collaboration with the community to improve night market management in Bukit Pariaman Village.

This study explores the effect of Islamic microfinance on empowering rural communities through environmentally sustainable business practices. Rural areas often face significant financial exclusion, with limited access to ethical financial services, particularly for eco-friendly enterprises. Islamic microfinance, grounded in Sharia principles such as risk-sharing, ethical investment, and the prohibition of interest (riba), offers an alternative financing model that can potentially foster both economic and environmental sustainability. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of Islamic microfinance on rural communities, focusing on income growth, the adoption of environmentally sustainable business practices, and social empowerment. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines field surveys and interviews with beneficiaries of Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFIs) in rural areas. Data collection tools included questionnaires, focus group discussions, and institutional reports. Key findings reveal that participants in Islamic microfinance programs experienced significant income growth, an increase in environmentally friendly entrepreneurship (e.g., organic farming and recycling businesses), and enhanced community participation and self-reliance. The discussion highlights how Sharia principles encourage ethical investment and sustainable practices, contributing to a triple-bottom-line impact—economic, social, and environmental. However, challenges such as limited awareness, lack of green finance literacy, and regulatory constraints were identified. A comparison between Islamic and conventional microfinance outcomes showed that Islamic microfinance offers a distinct advantage by integrating moral, social, and ecological responsibilities. The study concludes that Islamic microfinance can serve as a transformative tool for rural development, offering solutions to both economic and environmental challenges. The research underscores the need for supportive policy frameworks and further investigation into the long-term impacts of green Islamic finance.

Starting a home bakery and donut business is an attractive option for many individuals who have skills in cooking or baking, as well as an interest in the food industry. By taking advantage of time flexibility and lower initial costs than opening a physical store, this business offers the potential to generate additional income or even become a main source of income. Supporting quality and innovative food products on the menu can win the hearts of local customers and support the community economy. Although there are challenges in terms of licensing, operational management, and adapting to market changes, strategic steps in market research, business planning, product development, marketing, and inventory management can help build a successful and sustainable business in this sector. In conclusion, starting a bakery and donut business at home is not only about cooking skills, but also about creativity, effective business management, and commitment to providing added value to customers and the community as a whole.

In 1819, the vanilla plant became known in Indonesia thanks to the Dutch. Finally, around the 1960s, Java became an area with rapid development in vanilla production. This has resulted in the emergence of many vanilla production centers, making Indonesia the fourth largest vanilla producing country in the world. Rapid urbanization in Mojokerto has created economic challenges for its residents, especially in dense areas such as Sooko Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. Cultivation of high-value crops such as vanilla is emerging as a potential solution to increase household income in the region. The author conducted community service in the form of outreach activities on the potential for cultivating vanilla plants (Vanilla planifolia) in polybags in densely populated urban areas as additional income for urban communities in Sooko Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. The aim is for people to understand how to easily cultivate vanilla in polybags and provide additional income for residents. This activity went smoothly and well according to plan. The community hopes that there will be similar activities or other variations in the future.

Innovation is a research, development and engineering activity carried out with the aim of developing practical applications of new scientific values and contexts or by applying existing science and technology in products or processes. Village-Owned Enterprises are institutions formed by the village government and the community manages these institutions based on the needs and economy of the village. The lack of optimal development of BUMDes business units causes quite large losses, partly due to the lack of cooperation carried out by the Village Government and BUMDes which then results in many tourist units being abandoned. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The informants in this research were 7 people, data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. Data management/data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing or drawing conclusions. In the interview results from the BUMDes Director, there was a decline in income, but not every year. The aim of this research is that it is hoped that BUMDes will have a big influence and be able to help develop the community's economy through the BUMDes business unit "Putra Mandiri" in Panggang Village so that it runs optimally. The results of the evaluation require training for BUMDes managers and their communities so that the development of BUMDes business units can run optimally.

In connection with the need for a financial information system, the Karangawen II Demak Community Health Center is a research object that requires such an information system. This is because in carrying out its operational activities, the Karangawen II Demak Community Health Center has not used an adequate financial information system so that track records of income receipts, shopping expenditures and financial balances have not been recorded properly. This of course has an impact on the smooth operational activities of the Karangawen II Demak Health Center and also has an impact on the assessment of current assets owned by the Karangawen II Demak Health Center. To overcome this problem, this financial information system will be developed on a web basis so that it is hoped that it can help the operational activities of the health center.
