Investment is important in helping to increase the growth and development of a country. The total ratio of investors in Indonesia in 2022 is 2.2%, this ratio is still lagging behind when compared to other countries. Students are in the spotlight for the Indonesia Stock Exchange to become young investors in the capital market. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has done several things to increase investment interest in universities by establishing several collaborations and organizing programs such as opening an Investment Gallery. This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment motivation, minimum investment capital and investment return on investment interest in the capital market. The results of this study are that simultaneously investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment motivation, investment return and minimum capital have a positive effect on investment interest. Partially, investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment return and minimum capital have a positive effect on investment interest, while the investment motivation variable has no effect on investment interest. The ability of these 5 variables to influence investment interest is shown in the adjusted R square value of 53% and the rest can be influenced by other variables outside of this study

This research aims to determine the heirs in the żawil arḥȃm group according to Islamic law. And to find out the position of żawil arḥȃm in inheritance from the perspective of Islamic law. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The results of the research show that the heirs in the żawil arḥȃm group are (1) maternal grandfather, (2) every grandfather or grandmother who dies gets an inheritance, (3) grandchildren from the daughter's side, (4) daughters from the brother's side. son, (5) Sister's son, (6) Mother's brother's son, (7) Mother's uncle, (8) Uncle's daughter, (9) Father's aunt (father's sister), ( 10) Maternal uncles and aunts (mother's brothers and sisters). This is explained by Imam Nawawi in the book Raudhatut Thâlibîn, and Wahbah Zuhaili in the book al-Fiqhul Islam wa Adillatuhu. Meanwhile, according to the Malik and Syafi'i schools of thought, dzawil arham does not inherit. If someone dies without leaving dzawil furudh or ashabah, while he has żawil arḥȃm, then tirkah is given to Baitul mal. Because in the verses Mawaris only explains the ashabul furudh and ashabah parts. Allah does not mention the żawil arḥȃm part at all. Meanwhile, Abu Hanifah and Ahmad are of the opinion that żawil arḥȃm was given a will based on the word of Allah SWT, Surah Al-Ahzab verse 6. And the position of żawil arḥȃm in inheritance is as a non-permanent heir (outside of fardhu and ashobah experts), and as a place to resolve inheritance problems when there are no fardhu and ashobah experts. And those who do not make the dzawil arham an irregular heir, then the settlement is through radd to the żawil furudh which takes precedence over the inheritance of the żawil arḥȃm, but they inherit together with the person who does not get the radd, namely husband and wife.    

Abstract Startups are designed to find the right business model to make the business survive. Startups have the possibility to succeed or fail. This is influenced by capabilities in digital transformation and business development in the technology sector. Indonesia has a low number and quality of digital talent and low entrepreneurship (3.1%). Pontianak has the least number of digital startups (0.74%). Every part in the digital ecosystem is very influential on the sustainability of digital startups. The digital ecosystem in Pontianak is the government, accelerators, universities, incubators, students/talent, communities, and digital startups. This research aims to help digital ecosystems overcome difficulties in collaborating for the development of digital startups in Pontianak. The research method is direct surveys and interviews with 6 local digital startups and startup stakeholders in Pontianak. Stakeholder analysis to determine respondents. The results of in-depth interviews were analyzed using design thinking and focus group discussion (FGD) methods. The results of the research are the main factor for overcoming difficulties in collaborative digital startup development in Pontianak: 1) digital ecosystem activation; and 2) digital-sociopreneurship development and competency improvement. The recommended startup development strategy aims to realize these two things.

This article explores the critical role of communication and collaboration technologies, especially Microsoft Lync (now known as Microsoft Teams), in the context of a constantly changing business environment.  This study aims to analyze how Microsoft Lync influences the transformation of business communication and its impact on today’s digital work environment.  The introduction of Microsoft Lync, its evolution to Microsoft Teams, and its critical role in supporting modern business communications are discussed in detail.  This study uses qualitative research methods by analyzing various sources such as scientific journals, books, and indexed trusted websites.  This approach helps in understanding the transformation of communication and collaboration with Microsoft Lync as an intermediary tool.  This article covers the benefits of Microsoft Lync, best practices for using it, and negative impacts to be aware of.  The features of Microsoft Lync, how to use them, and their key role in enhancing communication and collaboration in business environments are emphasized.  This article also provides insight into the history of Microsoft Lync’s evolution to Microsoft Teams, and the challenges that may arise in using it.  By highlighting its important role, this research conveys a better understanding of how technologies such as Microsoft Lync have changed the way communication and collaboration work in the business world.

UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses as regulated in law. The government supports UMKM with programs as an effort to improve community welfare. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program supporting UMKM. The Sindon Bazaar is a forum for Sindon Village UMKM which was formed by the Sindon Gemah Abundant KKN Committee Team (SGM). This bazaar was held according to the needs and potential of the community in Sindon Village. The management of the Sindon Bazaar consists of the SGM KKN Committee Team assisted by the youth of the local Dukuh Youth Organization. In the Sindon Bazaar, there are many UMKM selling various foods, drinks and toys for children. The results of the implementation of the bazaar that have been achieved include increasing the income of the UMKM community who participated in the bazaar, where what was usually empty of consumers became busy with consumers and the level of sales increased, as well as helping the people of Sindon Village to innovate and hone their skills as a new business opportunity

Background: Urinary tract stones are the growth of hard, stone-like masses in the human urinary tract. The prevalence of urinary tract stones (BSK) in Indonesia is still not known for certain, but estimates suggest that there are around 170,000 cases of BSK every year. CT Scan is a radiological examination modality for diagnosing urinary tract stones with a sensitivity level of around 95%-100% and a specificity level of around 96%-98% for detecting urinary tract stones, so CT Scan is considered the gold standard in diagnosing this condition. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the management of CT Scan Urography in clinical urinary tract stones in the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital, Makassar. Method: This research used descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach, the research subjects consisted of 3 radiographers, 1 radiologist, and 1 sending doctor. Data collection was carried out through several stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of research at the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital, Makassar. The procedure for CT Scan Urography examinations in clinical urinary tract stones is that the patient drinks 750 ml of fresh tea until he feels like he wants to urinate, then the examination is carried out. The role and effect of giving plain tea can increase HU (Hounsfield Unit) density and also speed up diuresis, thereby helping to shorten examination time. The excess caffeine content of plain tea can speed up the process of increasing urine volume, thereby shortening the examination time..

This research aims to understand the concept of a wife's income from an Islamic legal perspective. And to find out whether the husband is obliged to increase his wife's income when the price of household necessities is expensive from an Islamic legal perspective. This research was conducted using library research and paying attention to the field (Field). Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The research results show that a wife's maintenance from the perspective of Islamic law is obligatory for husbands who have reached puberty in a virtuous way, namely in a way that is appropriate to their circumstances and abilities, whether they are well off (rich) or not (poor). This maintenance is obligatory on condition that (1) the wife surrenders herself to her husband completely, (2) the wife is an adult and capable of carrying out husband and wife relations, (3) the marriage that takes place includes a valid marriage contract, (4) the husband is not lost in the event of detention The wife is by his side without syar'i permission. The husband is obliged to increase the wife's living when the price of Daruri's needs is expensive from the perspective of Islamic law for a husband who is rich or capable. If the husband is poor, the wife has the right to receive a living just to meet her needs, food and side dishes that are good, and clothes just to meet her needs. If the husband belongs to the mutawasith (middle) group, his income should be looser, and his clothes should also be better. And Daruri's livelihood is (1) living accommodation, even though he is only able to rent a house. The most important thing is that the children and wife do not get hot, don't get caught in the rain, and are protected from the threat of criminals and wild animals. Relating to the wife's right to receive a place to live or the husband's obligation to provide a place to live. And (2) kiswah living means living in the form of clothing or clothing, which includes the costs of physical care for the wife, health care costs, jewelry costs, recreation costs, children's education costs, and other unexpected costs.    

This research aims to find out whether companies fall into the muzakki category in Islamic law. And to find out the basis of the company's zakat obligations according to Islamic law. The results of the research show that companies are included in the muzakki category in Islamic law, from the perspective of wealth that must be paid zakat, either as shakhshiyyah i'tibariyyah or as a substitute (representative) for shareholders. This is in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 1999 concerning Zakat Management, Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. And including the decision of the Third Indonesian Fatwa Commission Ijtima' Ulama in 2009. Wahbah Zuhaili is of the opinion that factories and exploration buildings do not have zakat. The zakat is only on annual profits if it reaches the nishab syar'i and completes one year. And from the point of view of the group that is obliged to pay zakat. Namely Muslim, independent, fully owned, sufficient haul, sufficient nisab. So, a company is not a bukallaf that is burdened with various obligations, including zakat obligations. That the basis for company zakat obligations according to Islamic law is qiyas. Because in general, in corporate zakat there are similarities between activities carried out by companies and commerce, namely by selling or trading the products of a company. And because a company is essentially a business unit whose activity is trading which can take the form of a firm, trading company, CV, cooperative, PT and so on. because it is seen as based on trading or commerce activities. This research aims to determine the method of determining lineage in Islamic law. And to find out the perspective of Islamic law and sharia maqoshid on DNA testing as a determinant of nasab. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The research results show that the method for determining lineage in Islamic law is (1) by legal marriage or Fasid marriage, based on the hadith: الوَلَدُ لَلْفِرَاشِ with the meaning of the word firasy being a wife who has been married, (2) method of recognizing lineage or descent, (3) method proof (bayyinah), namely the testimony of two men, or a man and two women. Thus, determining lineage by evidence is stronger than just by confession, because evidence to date is the strongest reason to determine and decide a case, (4) and the tasammu' method. According to Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhaili, determining lineages is permitted through tasammu' as in the law of marriage or wedding night, mendukhul wife, radha', birth and death. And this was agreed upon by the imams of the four schools of thought. That the perspective of Islamic law and maqoshid sharia regarding DNA testing as a determinant of lineage is hifz nasal (protecting offspring). Because the DNA test serves to free him from the accusations leveled against him, and he ensures that the accusations are not true, and proves his child's lineage to his father and this is the child's right, and reassures the husband's soul and erases the doubts in his heart. And a wife who doesn't want to do a DNA test even though her husband urges her is to cover up a certain disgrace, and the maqashid of sharia is hifdul irdh (maintaining self-respect). This is in accordance with the word of Allah SWT in Surah An-Nur verse 19 which shows the recommendation to cover up one's own and other people's disgrace, and to make sure to keep disgrace a secret, as explained by Yusuf Qardawi.

This disorder cannot be completely cured, but it can be helped with glasses, contact lenses, or lasik surgery. The urgency of this research is driven by the increasing duration of gadget use among Ma Chung University students in June 2023  and its impact on eye refractive errors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the duration of gadget use on refractive errors in students. The targeted output is empirical data on the relationship between the duration of gadget use and the incidence of refractive errors, which can be the basis for eye health interventions among students.

The goal of this volunteer project is to develop a unified strategy for preventing and treating pregnancy-related back pain by educating the public about the issue. Implementation in community service activities on October 3, 2023 at 09:00 - 12:00 WIB has been followed by pregnant women totaling 10 pregnant women, with the average results of knowledge before counseling amounting to 52.5 and after counseling amounting to 89.0 it is concluded that overall counseling participants with good knowledge. It is hoped that by raising awareness of pregnancy exercises, particularly among pregnant women, this event will help to reduce the number of back pain complaints in the community. Health Education is a topic that is explored in both theory and practice during these events. With this program, it is hoped that pregnant women can do pregnancy exercises so that complaints of back pain and other complaints can be reduced. One of the efforts carried out by PT. PLN Indonesia Power Cilegon PGU as a company whose operational area is close to Pulo Panjang Village is planting mangroves on the beach to help prevent erosion or abrasion disasters and other natural disasters that may occur in Pulo Panjang Village

Learning pattern is a process or sequence in learning that can help children understand a topic. Children's learning patterns are different because children have different learning characteristics. This study aims to determine the learning patterns of children of cigarette factory workers in parental guidance based on structural and functional studies. This study uses a case study qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a research technique that provides descriptive information in the form of speech or writing and observed individual behavior. Case studies are an appropriate strategy for research where how or why research questions are used, the researcher has little time to control the events being studied, and the focus of the research is on current phenomena that follow current events. The data collection technique was carried out by means of literature study, recording, interviews, recording and documentation. In this study also used an interactive model with steps that include data collection, presentation and drawing conclusions in analyzing data. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the learning pattern applied by children whose parents work in factories is an independent learning pattern where children study at home independently and are also caged with the help of their older siblings and parents. From this research, there are implications, namely children whose parents are factory workers already have good preparation for learning before starting learning. Making school lesson schedules, taking notes on subject matter. However, noting the subject matter has not been fully implemented properly, because there are children who want to learn when given homework. In addition, there are also children who are able to complete their own homework and are sometimes assisted by their siblings.

By utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller technology as the control center, the YL-69 sensor measures soil moisture values ​​and also relays as a replacement for manual switches. The implementation of this community service involves this Partner Village located in Randutatah Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. This group has various businesses, processed seafood. Technology development in the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in business and marketing. E-commerce is one form of technology utilization that is growing rapidly, providing new opportunities for business actors, including farmers and fishermen in Randutatah Paiton Village. However, obstacles such as limited internet access, lack of e-commerce knowledge, low marketing networks, and intense competition on e-commerce platforms are the main challenges.To overcome these obstacles, a training program on e-commerce utilization was conducted.  This training program involves business owners and workers, with an implementation method that includes planning, implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of the implementation of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various MSME products in Randutatah Village with the intention of introducing and increasing their sales turnover, while the method used is to use participatory methods, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are that with the help of training and e-commerce applications, it can reduce the sales turnover of MSME products in Randutatah Village.

The research purposed to increase students motivation and used variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery materials of students. It causes problems faced today, teachers spend too much time in front of classroom without give a chance students to explore new things besides in the class. Another programs is the low critical thinking ability of students which can be seen from the questions and students answer during the learning process. This is accordance with the results shown by Program for International Study Assesment (PISA) in 2015, Indonesia position as one the lowest ranked in quality, Education is ranked 62nd out of 70. Inquiry learning model is one of the way solves this problem. From the facts obtained, the writters tried to provide solutions of these problem is the right to do the development of teaching inquiry learning model. The design of this study using basic research. By using the inquiry learning model, the things obtained is inquiry training requires insvetigative activities, either observation or experiment, which or part of scientific performance. Inquiry involves process skill based on a scientific atittude so that activity can help students to gain a deeper understanding of the environment.

This research aims to find out about the adaptation experiences experienced by students from Kebumen studying at the University of Jember. The aim of this research is to find out how students from Kebumen adapt and deal with culture shock while living in Jember. In adapting, students from Kebumen were assisted by the Kebumen Student Association (PERHIMAK), which is a family-based association that helps students from Kebumen adapt while living in Jember. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach as a constructivist paradigm and in-depth interviews as a data collection technique. Interviews were conducted with students from Kebumen who studied and migrated to the University of Jember who were adapting to the culture shock and what difficulties they experienced while in Jember. The results of this research describe the underlying motives for students from Kebumen to migrate and study at Jember University, the adaptation experiences they have had, and how they overcome culture shock and homesickness during the ongoing adaptation process.    

During pregnancy, pregnant women experience changes that occur physiologically, one of which is changes in the cardiovascular system which results in a blood volume greater than the growth of blood cells, then hemodilution or blood thinning occurs, causing a decrease in hemoglobin levels which results in pregnant women being anemic. World Health Organization (WHO) 4.5%? 10,000 Maternal Deaths worldwide are caused by anemia. The general research objective of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of giving red dragon fruit on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women at Sambau Health Center, Batam City. This type of research is Pre-Experimental with one group Pre-test Post-test design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 15 pregnant women respondents, each respondent was given the same treatment by giving dragon fruit as much as 100 grams per day on the first day. Measurements were carried out 2 times once during 7 days of treatment and the last measurement was on day 14. The results of the analysis using the Paired sample t-test analysis showed that the data was fig (2-tailed 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means there is The effect of giving dragon fruit to pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin. It is recommended that health workers be able to pay attention and recommend the consumption of fruit rich in iron, one of which is giving red dragon fruit to help increase hemoglobin levels.

The purpose of  implementing the  dedication  to  PT  Atmi Duta Engineering is to increase knowledge and insight so that the marketing division sales can use Zoho Form sales for online forms. Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.
