This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study consists of 80 SMEs in Tangkit Baru village, Sungai Gelam district. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis and conducts hypothesis testing using T-tests and F-tests, as well as analyzing the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that Product Innovation (X1) has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage (Y) with a t-value of 2.792, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.665, and a significance value of 0.007, which is less than 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Marketing Strategy (X2) shows a significant effect on Competitive Advantage (Y) with a t-value of 4.972, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.665, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The Halal Label (X3) shows a positive but not significant effect on Competitive Advantage (Y) with a t-value of 0.012, which is less than the t-table value of 1.665, and a significance value of 0.859, which is greater than 0.05. Therefore, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Collectively, (X1), (X2), and (X3) simultaneously affect (Y) with a significance value of less than 0.05 and an f-value much greater than the f-table value.

The number of unemployed in Indonesia reaches 7 million people from the workforce. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage labor and inflation on unemployment in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, using time sequential data for 2014-2023. The test results show that with a 95 percent confidence level the model is significant, indicated by a significance value of F 0.000 < 0.02. Determination coefficient of The R Square for the model obtained a figure of 0.235 which indicates the independent variable. The model is able to explain 95 percent of the variation in endogenous variables well. Meanwhile, the remaining 5 percent is explained by other variables outside these variables model. This means that together the variables are inflation, economic growth and minimum wage workers influence the level of open unemployment. Partially, of the three variables tested by considering the P-value results, there are two Variables that influence the open unemployment rate are inflation and minimum wages worker. Work discipline is considered crucial in improving employee performance, because high discipline is believed to be positively correlated with increased performance. A quantitative approach with explanatory research methods is used in this research to test hypotheses regarding the causal relationship between these variables. Questionnaires that have been proven to be valid and reliable are used to collect data which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research reveal that work discipline does not have a significant impact on employee performance. In contrast, work environmental factors have a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 35.1% to the observed variation in performance.
