Profesionalisme guru adalah seorang yang bertugas untuk menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan, kecakapan kepada peserta didik yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan seluruh aspek pribadi. Masalah yang dihadapi di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali yakni kompetensi profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru itu terhambat karena adanya kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Hal ini yang mendasari dilakukannya penelitian di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali yang memiliki siswa yang prestasi belajarnya cukup baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, dan faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali telah terlaksana dengan baik. Walaupun ada faktor yang tidak dijalankan dengan profesional. Faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran ada 2 faktor yaitu pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya adalah faktor internal guru, kurikulum, dan kepala sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang pendidikan guru dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTTeacher professionalism is a person whose duty is to convey knowledge, skills to students who aim to develop all personal aspects. The problem faced at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali is that the professional competency that must be possessed by a teacher is hampered because of the gap between theory and practice. This is the basis for conducting research at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of professionalism of teachers in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Academic Year 2019/2020, and factors in improving the quality of learning at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Academic Year 2019/2020. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study are the role of teacher professionalism at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali has been well implemented. Although there are factors that are not carried out professionally. There are 2 factors in improving the quality of learning, namely supporting and inhibiting. Supporting factors are internal factors of teachers, curriculum, and school principals. While the inhibiting factors are the educational background of teachers and economics.

Educational activity is a process that is designed in such a way and applied formally and measurably with the hope of achieving maximum and effective goals, especially the goals of national education as stated in article 3 of Law no. 20 of 2003. In achieving this National education goal, this goal was designed by experts in the national capital while the humans who serve as this national goal are in areas with different cultures and intelligences, as well as teachers who carry out the heavy task must be able to describe and interpret Law no. 20 of 2003 must be able to achieve this at the same time, besides the teacher's responsibility to educate the nation's children, teachers also have responsibilities that are no less serious towards their families, both economic and other responsibilities. Unfortunately in the collection of fortopolio there are many loopholes for dishonesty by some unscrupulous teachers where the skills and professionalism of the teacher are not as what the fortopolio explains, because fortopolio can be obtained without strict selection, so teachers who are considered professional by the state and have been given the trust to educating the nation's children and have been rewarded with a professional allowance (which is called a certification allowance) even though not all certified teachers are necessarily professional, because fortopolio is easy to manipulate.

Basically, the principles of Al-Qur'an learning can be carried out using various methods, all of which have the same goal, namely so that children can read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly. The low motivation of students in learning the Qur'an is still one of the reasons for the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read the Qur'an. One of the efforts to increase motivation to learn to Read and Write the Qur'an is the use of online methods during the Covid-pandemic. 19 can be carried out by educators or teachers in the reading and writing subject of the Koran which is the basis of learning in Islam The low motivation of students in learning Al-Qur'an is still one of the reasons for the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read Al-Qur'an. So it can be said that motivation and learning achievement are directly proportional to the learning methods developed. One of the efforts to increase the motivation to learn to read and write al-quran is to use appropriate methods that can be used by educators or teachers in reading and writing al-Qur'an subjects which are the basis of learning in Islam.

The economic growth of Pekalongan Regency, which is getting better, is not followed by awareness of citizens in complying with tax payments in a timely manner and in accordance with their income. This can be seen from the level of taxpayer compliance in reporting annual tax return (SPT) taxes at KPP Pratama Pekalongan which is still lacking. Seeing the vision and mission of Pekalongan Regency, it gives encouragement to the community to continue to increase the potential of existing resources, for example in the fields of agriculture, trade, plantations, even in the field of education. Increased utilization of potential resources will lead to increased economic growth in Pekalongan Regency. Increasing economic growth is related to the awareness and compliance of Pekalongan Regency residents with taxes. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is expected to provide an introduction and encouragement for teachers to introduce and apply the importance of implementing tax compliance, both to fellow teachers, to students, and to the surrounding environment.

Community service activities for Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teachers in Polokarto Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency have been carried out. The background of this activity is the information obtained that the teachers in the school still use books and blackboards especially for subjects related to Science so that students become less creative and innovative thinking. activities carried out in the form of ongoing activities, namely training in the use of props style, motion and energy as many as 10 kits, presentation of the results of the practice of using props and the process of dissemination to students. The results obtained that all participants in understanding the teaching aids that have been trained, seen from the activeness of the participants, the ability of participants in the presentation and the results of dissemination to students in their respective schools

Pada saat pembelajaran tematik PKn dalam konsep bangga sebagai anak Indonesia banyak sekali siswa kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Blora yang mendapatkan nilai yang kurang optimal. Dari hasil observasi, guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif sehingga kurang menunjang keaktifan siswa dan kurang fokus terhadap materi pelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran, dengan menggunakan model problem based learning diharapkan membantu siswa dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Adapun tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi langkah-langkah dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran tematik PKn. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Blora dengan jumlah siswa 35. Hasil penelitian ini banyak mengalami peningkatan pada aktivitas dan hasil belajar.dari hasil obeservasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I yaitu 57%, dengan kategori cukup dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 84%, dengan kategori Amat baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus 36, siklus I 75,2, dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 92, Sehingga dari hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada pembelajaran tematik PKn pada konsep bangga telah berhasil dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Rekomendasi kepada guru sebagai acuan untuk menyusun RPP dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesional dalam mengajarkan materi PKn bagi siswa di kelasnya, serta memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran problem based learning, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, PKNABSTRACTAt the time of thematic civic learning in the concept of being proud as Indonesian children, there were many grade III students at SD Muhammadiyah Blora who received suboptimal grades. From the observations, the teacher uses learning methods that are less varied so that they do not support student activity and are less focused on subject matter. Therefore, to improve the learning process, using a problem based learning model is expected to help students improve and improve their learning outcomes. The specific purpose of this research is to identify the steps and improve student learning outcomes through the problem based learning model in the thematic learning of Civics. This type of research used was Classroom Action Research conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Blora with a total of 35 students. The results of this study experienced an increase in activity and learning outcomes. From the results of observation of student activity in the first cycle that was 57%, with enough categories and had increased in the second cycle to 84%, with a very good category. While the average value of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle 36, cycle I 75.2, and cycle II increased to 92, so that from the results it can be concluded that learning using the problem-based learning model of learning in the Civics thematic learning on the concept of pride has been successful with increasing student learning outcomes. Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

Community service activities carried out in Babakan Village,  Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are community service activities that become the annual agenda of the Immanuel College of Health Sciences in Bandung. In 2018, the Nursing D3 study program focuses community service activities at Babakan III Elementary School. The target of these community service activities is for students in grades 1 through 6. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of SD Babakan III students about personal hygiene, and to know the optimization of personal hygiene. Method: This activity was carried out in SD Babakan III using a community empowerment approach. The intended community is  elementary school students in Babakan III, Ciparay Subdistrict, especially classes 3 and 4, as many as 85 students were trained for 2 days. The form of training provided is through the provision of material with lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pre-test and posttest, there was an increase in students' knowledge, from 60% to 90%. This training also provides enrichment about personal hygiene for class teachers in SD Babakan III, Ciparay District. Conclusion: This training was conducted at SDN Babakan III with a total of 85 students, with a good level of knowledge (90%) after 2 days of training. It is hoped that the training that has been carried out will be able to become the foundation for behavior change in the school environment and at home by applying the principles of healthy living. 

This study aims to find out and understand the extent of the role of Catholic religious teachers in providing motivation in order to help students to improve their learning motivation about Catholic religious education so that students will increasingly understand the faith they believe in in the future. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study use observation, interviews and documentation. The speakers used in this study were 3 Catholic religious teachers and 8 students. The data analysis technique of this study uses the Miles and Huberman analysis technique which is divided into three stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Disply and Conclusion / verification.

Teacher profession requires certain expertise and skills, where expertise and skills can be obtained from an education or special education training. The reality is that there are still many teachers who have met the qualifications and certified of educators, but their competence is still far from being expected to be able to produce students who have integrative abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, soft skills and spiritual quotient on teacher professionalismat SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The study was conducted at SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The study population was all teachers, 63 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The results of the t statistic test were found to be 2,727greater than the T-table of 1. 999 with a p value of 0.007 smaller than 0. 05. The results of the t-statistic test were 3,629, greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 000 less than 0. 05. The t-test results obtained by 3,629greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 039smaller than 0. 05. The demands of teacher professionalism in the modern era must be balanced with the provision of good competencies through various workshops, competency development and also trainings that are followed on an ongoing basis

Current technological developments make many children choose to play with their gadget. This makes them sometimes lazy to read a book. But that can be tricked by story bookspictorial. The picture book itself has several advantages besides drawings that attract children's attention. Like an easy story to understand, contain meaning or stories of life learning, enhance imagination, and the existence of pictures in the story book will give a picture of imagination and fantasy in children. Therefore children are advised to be fond of reading book. Picture books have many variations on the theme the story, like about friendship or other fable stories. And for children who don't like books, can start with this picture book. Can be started by looking at the pictures, then just learning to read contents of the story of the book. In kindergarten HARAPAN MASA itself reading activities the book is still lacking. Most teachers read later students mimic. This is still considered inefficient because not all children will pay attention to. By holding the book reading activity, children are expected TK HOPE MASA can more smoothly read a book In collecting data, the method used by the author is by using interview research methods, surveys, literature studies. For making it using the CorelDRAW X7 program, Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Manga Studio 5. The existence of this picture book is expected to increase children's interest in reading books.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.

This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.
