Creativity if poorly developed from an early age can adversely affect future life. A child who cannot develop his creativity will lose confidence in him in the future because he feels in him there is nothing to be encouraged about. Promoting a child's creativity requires stimulus using a teaching strategy or method. The need for creativity to be developed at an early age is because at this age the child-children have the ability to respond to everything from the outside quickly. In addition to clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) in the school ward are conscious efforts of students and teachers to prevent disease, freeing a healthy environment from illness. The stages of brain development in preteens occupy the fastest possible position of up to 80% of brain development. The goal of devotion is to foster creativity and deliver health education in children of an early age. Public service activities have been conducted in the temple of hosana pineng district of minahasa sulawesi north on April 26, 2022. The development of children's creativity and PHBS application, through education and simulations. Applying the method of playing "slime" was one of the educational forms of preserving optimum development or growth of children ata very early age through creative, interactive and integrated play that jugan "slime" was a tool the teacher could observe and observe. Learners are also taught to do simple things as a child's routine of daily activities as an effort to maintain good health (washing hands and brushing teeth).The result of this PKM activity on the development of early childhood creativity in the creativity attainment indicator is that 16 children have a high level of creativity that shows the results are beginning to grow (MB) and 4 children show the undeveloped results (bb). As for PHBS children-a very early age children were especially conscious when teaching them how to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

Jembrak Village has very diverse potentials that can be used as capital in developing as a Tourism Village. The following are the problems encountered in Jembrak Village, such as: (1) the need to form a Community-Based Local Management Agency to manage the tourism village potential in Jembrak Village; (2) it is necessary to train and increase the ability of community human resources to become the main actors in the management of Tourism Villages in Jembrak Village; (3) it is necessary to explore the unique tourism potentials of Jembrak Village to be presented to tourists as a local tourist attraction; (4) the participation of the Jembrak Village community in the framework of environmental management for the realization of sustainable tourism. The author succeeded in realizing programs to support the development of Jembrak Village as a Tourism Village. These programs are the Establishment of Jembrak Village Tourism Village Managers, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Trekking Routes, Producing and Packaging Local Culinary for Jembrak Village, Making Jembrak Village Tourism Profile Books, Making Local Souvenirs.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a health problem that is quite complex and continues to increase in Indonesia. The number of HIV infections in Indonesia from 2005 to 2017 has reached 280,623. The highest percentage of AIDS cases is in the 20 – 29 year age group. Adolescents aged 15-24 years are a group that is vulnerable to HIV infection. The aim of PkM is that it is hoped that universities can participate in developing youth knowledge about HIV/AIDS at Bawakaraeng High School. Community service activities were carried out at Bawakareang High School on Thursday, April 20 2022 with 44 students participating using the counseling method. The results of the service had a positive impact on the participants in the pretest, there were 14 students (31.8%) who had good knowledge, and 26 (59.1%) who had sufficient knowledge, while 4 students (9.1%) had poor knowledge. This was followed by a 45 minute presentation of HIV/AIDS material and a 15 minute question and answer session. After that, the activity ended by working on posttest questions with the results showing that there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge, namely 36 students (82%) had good knowledge and 8 students (18%) had sufficient knowledge, while 0% had less knowledge. Further collaboration can be carried out by giving counseling to teenagers. which is on the same topic.

The number of women of childbearing age in Indonesia is the largest number of WUS in Southeast Asia. However, Indonesia is the largest user of contraception. The Covid-19 outbreak also affects the use of contraception. This outbreak was declared a global health emergency, requiring restrictions on physical and social activities and contacts, up to large-scale quarantine. This causes major changes in the social structure, which usually changes activities outside the home to activities at home. Apart from that, the pandemic has also increased sexual contact, thereby allowing an increase in the number of pregnancies. So it is necessary to strengthen knowledge on the use of contraception. The aim of this activity is to assist PUS in choosing the type of contraception during the Covid-19 pandemic in maintaining reproductive health using counseling methods on contraceptive selection. This community service activity has been successfully implemented. WUS in the Maccini Health Center area of Makassar City have also received information about contraception, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Judging from the EFA response, this activity was welcomed and considered to have provided positive benefits during the pandemic.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.

Qualitative research setting by collecting data through observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and filling out questionnaires. The results of this activity show that assistance in the Member Loyalty Period activity is very effective in strengthening awareness of good attitudes in life. The specific positive impact of this activity was an increase in understanding of the culture of healthy living and the importance of organizing. A follow-up mentoring program is needed so that activity alumni can further develop their mindset and organizational spirit.    

Appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Adolescents usually have poor fiber intake patterns, such as not consuming enough vegetables and fruit, which results in functional obstruction of the appendix and increases germ growth. This is what can cause appendicitis. Facing a situation like this, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of appendicitis among teenagers. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to teenagers regarding efforts to prevent appendicitis. The method used in carrying out this community service is by providing counseling through lectures and providing leaflets containing counseling material at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School with the address Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The targets for implementing the activities are students at Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have had a positive impact on the parties involved, especially for students at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge regarding Efforts to Prevent Appendicitis in Adolescents. Apart from that, students can also improve their skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume foods that contain fiber such as vegetables and fruit to avoid appendicitis.

Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.  

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

The Map is a picture of the earth's surface that is displayed on a flat plane with a certain scale and the depiction of the earth's surface is reduced to a certain scale in the form of symbols that are selective in a certain projection system that is represented in two dimensions from a three-dimensional space. Various types of data can be described and explained in maps and provide information on the correlation of data to the geographical conditions (geospatial information) of an area which can then be used as a tool in policy formulation, in this case the customary area of ​​the Ayapo village in the East Sentani District. This research was conducted using a mapping method using spatial data based on satellite imagery from Google Earth Pro and community participation through field surveys through interviews. The data was then processed using ESRI ArcGIS software. The research was conducted in the Ayapo traditional village, Jayapura Regency, Papua Province. From the results of the information depiction carried out, it was obtained a map of the Ayapo village, a mapping of the distribution of indigenous peoples which included traditional leaders and tribal chiefs as well as a map of the structure of the customary space. Mapping also obtained the development of the ayapo village for 3 years, namely 2002, 2014, and 2021 which showed the growth of the village spread out along the coast of Lake Sentani in a linear form. This customary mapping becomes a source of information for the development of traditional traditional villages in Jayapura district.

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.

The author focuses research questions on (1) directive illocutionary speech acts; and (2) expressive illocutionary speech acts. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This method is used because the author describes the results of the analysis by describing. After conducting the analysis, the writer concludes that directive illocutionary speech acts and expressive illocutionary speech acts found in the dialogue of the film are based on several factors that support the validity of directive illocutionary speech acts and expressive illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue, namely the existence of other meanings from the actors' utterances. as well as the influence that arises from the speaker to the interlocutor.

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental anak, termasuk faktor eksternal dan internal.Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah.Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional pada 65 responden. Teknik sampling probability sampling.Instrumen penelitian ini mengguakan kuesioner, analisa yang digunakan dengan uji chie -square.Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah (nilai p 0,001 < 0,005).Kesimpulan:.Jumlah Responden penelitian sebanyak 65 orang siswa SDN Karangwuni dengan usia 7-8 tahun sebanyak 21 orang (32,3%), usia 9-10 tahun sebanyak 24 orang (37.0%)., usia 11-12 tahun sebanyak 20 orang (30,7%)2. perkembangan sosial dengan ketegori cukup sebanyak 37 responden (56.9%) dan kategori baik sebanyak 28 responden (43.1%)3. Untuk kesehatan mental menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental dengan kategori normal sebanyak 42 responden (64.5%) dan kategori tidak normal sebanyak 23 responden (35.4%). Maka terdapat hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah menggunakan Uji Chi-square dengan didapatkan bahwa nilai p- value 0.01.

This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management. The fifth is a detailed discussion of examples of the implementation of quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industry in the manufacture of electric motorcycle products GESITS. And at the end of the discussion, we will provide conclusions about the challenges and strategic issues contained in quality management to answer every challenge in the times

Background: As is known, cervical cancer is a cancer with the 2nd highest incidence rate in Indonesia after breast cancer. With the high cases of cervical cancer in the community, the question arises, how much is the understanding of Village Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) cadres in efforts to prevent cervical cancer in their area, especially teenagers about cervical cancer. Objective: To find out how the efforts of PKK cadres, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District in preventing cervical cancer by implementing the Kertas Menampik innovation (Karanggetas Preventing Cervical Cancer). PKM (Community Service) is held at the Kuwu Office, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency from April 18-23 2022 every 10.00 WIB - 14.00 WIB for 6 (six) days. The participants came from the Pokja IV TP PKK Village management and the Posyandu Cadre of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency as many as 34 people. The materials needed in the meeting with Pokja IV TP PKK cadres, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua Subdistrict, namely: posters, leaflets and a description sheet of the Kertas Menampik innovation. This material was donated to TP PKK Desa, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa Karanggetas Subdistrict so that PKK cadres can use it in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) about cervical cancer prevention. The results of the activity: PKK cadres are very happy and welcome this innovation and will disseminate information about cervical cancer prevention to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District. Conclusion: the kertas menampik innovation has been applied to the next PKK cadres, the PKK cadres are planning to socialize this effort to the community, both during posyandu and outside posyandu activities. Suggestion: The implementation of this innovation should involve all components including: academia, business, community, government and media.  

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.

This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.
