In the digital era, social interactions have undergone significant changes. The influence of technology has changed the way people communicate and interact with each other. Social interactions are no longer limited by time and space. People can connect and interact from anywhere and at any time. Social interaction in the digital era has the potential to improve the quality of human life. However, it is important to use technology wisely so that it does not cause negative impacts. The aim of this research is to determine the basic needs and aspirations of humans that arise amidst technological developments. This journal is presented using a descriptive method accompanied by a literature review as a comparative study of similar publications in previous relevant scientific papers.

The implementation of the Job Creation Law (UU Job Creation) in Indonesia presents significant changes in employment regulations, especially regarding Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT). This article evaluates the impact of the Job Creation Law on PKWT by analyzing changes in legal provisions that affect worker characteristics, rights and protection. The Job Creation Law introduces flexibility during the PKWT period, providing leeway for entrepreneurs to adapt working conditions to their business needs. However, this also raises concerns regarding the protection of workers' rights in certain time-based employment relationships. Efforts to clarify wage standards, benefits and social protection for workers in PKWT are the main highlight of this change. The importance of strict monitoring of the implementation of the Job Creation Law in the PKWT is crucial to ensure a balance between the interests of employers and workers' rights. Discussion and collaboration between the government, trade unions, employers and other stakeholders are essential to formulate fair and sustainable regulations for workers and equitable economic growth.

Diabetes is a non-communicable disease. Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world and is characterized by increased levels of glucose in the body. This metabolic disease occurs as a result of insufficient insulin secretion. Considering that every person has the right to have, to live a healthy, sustainable and prosperous life. The main target of this activity is the Lateri Village community. Socialization activities are carried out using 1 method, which is power point presentation of material. The specific objectives of implementing socialization to prevent diabetes with Tropicana Slim include increasing awareness of safe, healthy and sustainable living, as well as bringing positive changes in sustainable lifestyle behavior patterns by consuming Tropicana Slim products to stabilize sugar levels in the body.

Research on public services in Batam City has been carried out with various focuses and approaches. Research conducted at the Batam City Public Service Mall aims to analyze the level of satisfaction with public services with changes to the business licensing regulatory system. The research results show that the majority of people express satisfaction with the services provided by the Batam City Public Service Mall, however there are improvements that need to be made, especially regarding understanding the procedures for processing business permits. Apart from that, other research highlights the influence of service quality and facilities on Batam City Government customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls. The results of this research provide an understanding of the importance of service quality and facilities in influencing customer satisfaction Apart from that, the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batam City is also the focus of research. This research highlights the challenges in running public services according to the minimum standards that apply during the pandemic. The research results show that the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic is still not running effectively and efficiently From these various studies, it can be concluded that public services in Batam City are an important topic to evaluate and improve, especially in terms of customer satisfaction, the influence of service quality and facilities, as well as challenges in providing public services during pandemic conditions.

Problems regarding the status of Village-Owned Enterprises (often called BUMDes) which were originally business entities changed to legal entities after the enactment of the Job Creation Law, but in fact there are still many BUMDes that have not been registered as legal entities due to a lack of knowledge from the village government itself or there is no desire to do so. BUMDes is a legal entity. The aim of this research was to analyze problems regarding BUMDes regulations which state they are legal entities and the legal consequences if BUMDes is not registered as a legal entity. The method used in this research is normative juridical, using a statutory and conceptual approach.

School-aged children have a habit of paying less attention to hand washing behavior, especially in the school environment. Although simple and effective, promoting hand washing for disease prevention is still a challenge. The habit of washing hands with soap is still a global concern because people still forget the habit of washing their hands. The focus of the activity is school-aged children who will become "Agents of Change" in the future. This activity was attended by students aged 7-12 years who attended Ai Limung State Elementary School and totaled 54 children. After following this counseling, it is hoped that students will always be able to maintain cleanliness, especially hand hygiene by diligently washing their hands with soap to prevent them from infectious diseases. The level of knowledge of the students after this counseling increased, this can be seen from their fluency in practicing how to wash their hands with soap and answering the questions given properly and correctly. It is hoped that this activity can increase knowledge and increase awareness of Ai Limung State Elementary School students about how important it is to wash your hands with soap to always maintain cleanliness to avoid germs

The transition of the learning process in schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of the learning process. Learning that is carried out online is again carried out offline. This has several obstacles faced by teachers and students, one of which is the use of teaching materials in the learning process. Digital teaching materials are one of the things that teachers should continue to develop in facing learning challenges in the post-pandemic period. This training activity on making digital teaching materials with the Kvisoft application is a solution to these challenges. Service activities are carried out in several stages, namely observation, training, and evaluation. The research was conducted using a qualitative research method with a field research approach. The research approach was carried out with a case study approach on the object of research of teachers at SDN 01 Kemuning. From the results of the research, it was found that teachers at SDN 01 Kemuning had not mastered technology in making digital teaching materials. Then, after going through the training stages, significant results were obtained in increasing teacher competence in making digital teaching materials through the Kvisoft application

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. The position of learning in achieving progress in various aspects of life, such as social, political, cultural and economic, cannot be questioned. This research is carried out using qualitative methods, namely research that is carried out through observation and seeking information directly in research positions or in other words it can be said as field research. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. Christian idealism has a striking and identical nature in terms of its radicalism when associated with religion, especially Christianity. It can be clearly seen that idealism is one of the ideologies that if associated with religion provides a program or method that is different from the usual in the sense of providing a deep appreciation of religious understanding. Although it is a difficult thing to change in general, idealism seeks to proclaim renewal to find the right solution to the case study factors in human life that will continue progressively, to find the eternity of the real truth of religion itself. The combination of the nature of Christianity with idealism can certainly complement each other if each other balances and harmonizes in the teaching of the living and true truth of the absolute truth of God's word, so that it will have a major positive impact on mankind.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of waste management in Oesapa Village in terms of Kupang City Regional Regulation No. 4/2011 on the implementation of reducing household waste and similar household waste. This research is an empirical juridical research where this research was conducted in Oesapa Village, Kelapa Lima Sub-district, Kupang City. This research uses interview guidelines for fifteen resource persons. The data was analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. Based on the results of the study that the reduction of household waste and similar household waste requires legal certainty, clarity of authority and responsibility of the government, as well as the participation of the community and business actors, so that the implementation of waste reduction can bring economic benefits, healthy for the community, and can change people's behavior that operationally, Article 9 of Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management gives the authority to implement waste reduction to the Kupang City Government, especially Kelapa Lima District The implementation of reducing household waste and similar household waste in Kupang City is not in accordance with the methods and techniques for implementing environmentally sound waste reduction, resulting in negative impacts on public health and the environment.

This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. This research offers promise for criminal justice by providing findings that can help create a more effective and balanced approach to addressing criminal behavior. Combining traditional criminal law with a formal legal system can lead to a better and more efficient system for handling criminal activity.

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The sample used in this study is the UMKM actor Father Tedi Sumantri Almargono, S.Pd. This research examines the regulation of remuneration for Foundation executives in Indonesia, focusing on legal aspects and its implementation. As Foundations evolve to support social, religious, and humanitarian objectives, cases of misappropriation of Foundation funds have emerged, highlighting the need for tighter oversight. Through a normative juridical approach and descriptive analysis, this study details the issues surrounding remuneration regulations, emphasizes instances of financial misconduct, and discusses the importance of establishing an external supervisory body or regulatory changes. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Good Cooperative Governance principles within the Foundation context is also explored. This research responds to the need for integrity, transparency, and accountability in Foundation management to achieve the humanitarian goals they undertake. The conclusion underscores the necessity for further action, including the establishment of an external supervisory body or regulatory strengthening.

Accounting for foreign currency transactions is an important aspect in the scope of corporate finance, especially in the context of business globalization. PSAK 10 (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) regulates this aspect and provides guidelines on how companies should account for transactions in foreign currencies as well as related financial reporting. This research explores the implementation of PSAK 10 in preparing financial reports, with a focus on foreign currency transactions. In PSAK 10, companies are directed to use the foreign currency exchange rate on the transaction date to measure transactions in foreign currency. In addition, significant changes in foreign currency exchange rates after the transaction date are also taken into account and recognized as exchange gain or loss. A deep understanding of the application of these provisions is crucial so that financial reports accurately reflect the company's financial position. Through literature research and analysis of accounting practices, this article investigates how companies effectively manage foreign currency risks and present relevant and reliable information in their financial reports. A comparison between the methods used by companies in implementing PSAK 10 and best practices in the industry is explained to provide a comprehensive picture. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the challenges, opportunities and best policies in dealing with foreign currency transactions based on PSAK 10. The practical implications of compliance with this standard, as well as the potential impact on corporate financial decisions, will also be reviewed. With a better understanding of foreign currency transaction accounting, companies are expected to improve the quality and credibility of their financial reports in an ever-expanding global market.
