Mental health in Indonesia has so far been relatively neglected, even though the decline in productivity due to mental health disorders has been proven to have a real impact on the economy. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Promotion of Community Mental Health Using an Interpersonal Communication Approach". Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, In essence, interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective for changing human attitudes, opinions or behavior due to a dialogical process. This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. The national spirit of Pancasila truly becomes an inclusive social virtue, inspiring, uniting, and liberating all social groups, ethnicities, religions, languages, and aspirations. The spiritual values contained in Pancasila are divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice. These values are aligned with the universal values of all religions. Taking Pancasila as a liberating spirituality can help integrate the diversity-also known as kebhinekaan-that characterizes Indonesia around the world. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the national spirit and liberating spirituality of Pancasila values are essential to anticipate and deal with such a crisis. The incarnation of the spirit of Pancasila can be seen in the benefits of national life, such as harmony, tolerance, solidarity, compassion, gotong royong, equality of the dignity of every Indonesian before the law, freedom of expression responsibly, and social solidarity. The sense of nationality reminds us how important it is for every Indonesian son and daughter to stick to the basic principles of national life, namely the love of the homeland, language, and one nation, Indonesia. Loyalty is not limited to religion, culture or geographical region. Basic human values can serve as benchmarks for a country's political, legal and economic systems, so that the spiritual values of Pancasila can liberate and liberate every citizen.

The public perspective of chemistry, considered to be something that has always been associated with B3 or Toxic and Dangerous Substances, in fact this is not entirely true. Instead, our lives are surrounded by various kinds of chemicals. Both the molecules of the elements and the compounds, their existence is very close to ourselves. Inappropriate knowledge and attitudes toward the term chemicals are found in our society. But chemicals are not something that must be avoided, but used with careful rules. In reality, chemicals are very helpful in the various activities of life. Based on this, there should be an education such as socialization to people that chemicals are not always dangerous substances. The data was collected with qualitative techniques, through unstructured interviews related to the understanding of chemicals in the family sphere with some basic questions related to household chemicals as well as socialization activities concerning chemical substances in households to people of RT 05 RW 02 Cirejag Village, Karawang. The interview was conducted to obtain an explanation about how far they understand about the chemical in the household so that the socialization activities held are expected to help correct misperceptions and improve their understanding related to domestic chemicals.                                                                                                                 

This article is constructed around the discoveries made during the research, where it was found that the character of love for one's country is not yet fully implied in the souls of students. There are still many students who lack discipline in doing and submitting assignments, not only that, there are also many students who speak inappropriately and are impolite to their classmates and those above them, and never care about friends who are experiencing difficulties. The role of learning media is very crucial in helping students understand learning material. To develop learning materials, of course learning media is needed as a supporting tool when learning takes place, with learning media being able to develop material on cultural diversity to increase love for the country, especially focused on class students.

Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

This research uses library research methods, wich use data sources collected from books information technology-based financing services will be very helpful in increasing public  services,access to information has become faster and easier and can accesed anytime and anywhere.

The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the duties and authorities of the Village Government in the provision of clean water in Lusilame Village and Nuba Atalojo Village, Atadei Sub-district, Lembata Regency as viewed from Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The research method used in this research is Empirical research. The location of this research was Lusilame Village and Nuba Atalojo Village, Atadei District, Lembata Regency. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. The data used in the research based on the relevance of the source data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by interview, observation, and literature/documentation studies. Data processing techniques in this study include editing, coding, and tabulation. The result of this research is that the implementation of the duties and authority of the Lusilame Village government in implementing development related to the provision of clean water is still less than optimal. As for Nuba Atalojo Village, in carrying out its duties and authorities, the government has tried its best so that the community can be helped by the existence of boreholes even though it is still difficult during the dry season. In terms of Law No. 6/2014 on Villages, the governments of Lusilame Village and Nuba Atalojo Village have also been effective in planning, implementing and monitoring because they include the village community, although only some people have the willingness to be involved. There are 3 main factors that inhibit the duties and authority of the village government in providing clean water, namely, the first is the availability of funds, human resources, and community participation.

This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. This research offers promise for criminal justice by providing findings that can help create a more effective and balanced approach to addressing criminal behavior. Combining traditional criminal law with a formal legal system can lead to a better and more efficient system for handling criminal activity.

The data source for this research is the novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani with 408 pages published by Coconut Books, first printed in 2019. Based on the study and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that the characters Ana and Alister are protagonists who have id, ego and superego personality aspects. The most prominent personality aspect of Ana's character is the superego aspect, so that Ana's character has a patient attitude and is more concerned with other people's feelings than her own. Meanwhile, the most prominent personality aspect of the character Alister is the id aspect, so Alister has a personality that tends to be difficult to control himself and easily influences situations. The novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani is suitable to be used as literature teaching material in high school, it can clearly help and support as a means of supporting the enrichment of students' reading in addition to certain novels which are used as learning material by literature teachers. It can be seen from the perspective of language, mental maturity (psychology) of students, and cultural background.

This Research deals with the effect of exposure to Instagram social media advertising, Electronic world of Mouth on buying interest in TehPucuk Harum products. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence between the variables studied such as social media instagram, Electronic world of Mouth, and purchase intention. This research was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population was 125 respondents and the research sample used was 125 respondents. The selected population is an Instagram social media user who is a follower of @pucukharumid, as well as a minimum age of 18 years which by law has been declared as the age of legal capacity, and respondents must have seen advertising content for the Teh Pucuk Harum product on Instagram social media. Then sampling using convenience sampling. The techniques in quantitative analysis used in this study are t test, F test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Instagram social media on buying interest, Electronic World of Mouth, has a positive influence with buying interest. The results of this study are expected to help advertisers to find out some of the factors that influence buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products on Instagram social media, so that Instagram social media users can have buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products.

The aim of this research isnto assess the implementation of Internasional Financial Reporting Standars (IFRS) at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, especially inte accounting aspect of business combinations. This research method is quantitative and uses analysis through a literatur study approach. The data used was obtained from the financial report of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk for 2011, 2015,  daj 2018, taken from official company sources. Research findings show that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk has succesfully implemented the PSAK 22 business merger accounting standard (revised 2011, 2015, dan 2018) which as been adapted to IFRS with efficiency in preparing financial reports. The impact of this research is to provide a significant contribution in helping shreholders and other related partiesnij evaluating the extent to which companies comply with applicable financial reporting regulations.

The purpose of this article is to determine the forms of leadership in the elderly. The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.

To improve the quality of education for students, teachers, and SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, the school must keep up with the development of technology and artificial intelligence. This is a challenge for SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi to develop, so it is very important for schools to apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching and learning process. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. To improve education standards successfully and efficiently, education workers are finding that technological advancements and artificial intelligence are helpful in the teaching and learning process.
