The report on the career paths of alums from Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya between 2019 and 2022 shows that alums pursuing careers as entrepreneurs are lower than those becoming employees. This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic factors and their simultaneous influence on the interest in entrepreneurship of 12th-grade students in the Culinary  2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya. The research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and examined the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, both individually and simultaneously, on student's entrepreneurial interests. The population of this study consisted of 30 students in the 12th-grade Culinary 2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya. The data was collected using a validated questionnaire comprising 30 items. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results indicated that intrinsic factors did not influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Contrarily, the extrinsic factors did have an influence. Furthermore, intrinsic and extrinsic factors simultaneously influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, students at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya tend to be interested in entrepreneurship due to the encouragement they receive from their environment, including their family, community, and school. Moreover, the student's willingness and interest also played a supporting role. Thus, student's interest in pursuing careers as entrepreneurs can evolve if there is support from all parties.

Coffee shops that use marketing strategies to achieve customer repurchase intention by providing quality service and good taste, namely Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery. The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).    

This academic study aims to improve the learning quality of class XI IPS 1 students for the 2022/2023 academic year. In addition, it is to find out whether cooperative learning using the STAD method can improve Pkn learning achievement for class XI IPS 1 students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The teacher provides a good, fun, and stimulating learning environment so that students can think and develop according to their needs. Cooperative learning encourages students to work together to achieve goals. It is interesting to observe the extent and understanding of students in class XI IPS 1 about Civics after the STAD-type cooperative learning method was implemented in the 2022-2023 school year. Academic achievement is the final result of learning, which can be measured by the grades or scores achieved by students at the end of a given course. This research involved 36 enthusiastic students of class XI IPS 1. The use of observation sheets and test questions can facilitate data collection. The results showed that student participation in cycle II increased to 75.28, a significant value when compared to the value of cycle I 69.03. It is very encouraging to see an increase in student learning outcomes from 61.11% to 86.11% between cycles I and II. The results showed that STAD group learning increased the academic achievement of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 West Malaka.

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum learning which is now being held in several schools, emphasizes the learning process based on the development of students' cognitive activities that are creative and productive. Puskurbuk (retnawati, 2016) argues that the 2013 curriculum is required to be able to produce productive, creative, innovative and affective human resources, through strengthening attitudes, knowledge, and skills competencies. Think creatively so innovations and ideas will emerge including using puzzles, puzzles are a method that is very enjoyable and is able to make class consistency in learning creative, innovative and fun, the puzzle method is also very stable when combined between thinking learning and puzzles which hopefully can become a good collaboration and effect in a lesson. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration of thinking learning and puzzles in increasing the creativity of students at the smpit at taisiriyah sukabumi after using this method. This research method is a qualitative research conducted on October 23, 2022 to October 26, 2022. The place of this research is at the taisiriyah school of Sukabumi. The object of research is class VIII at smpit at taisiriyah Sukabumi. The results of the collaborative thinking learning and puzzles themselves can increase student learning creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of very high indicators of creativity. For students who have advantages or tend to learn more easily by means of audio less portion because this learning character focuses more on pictures or illustrations. The material is appropriate for learning other general subjects. Conclusion Collaborative thinking learning and puzzles can help students better understand various concepts, improve memory, and simply make learning more interesting. It is very beneficial to apply mind mapping to various fields of teaching and study

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. This study aims to explore the effect of innovative mathematics learning in the Merdeka curriculum at MIN Kedungwuni.  Using a literature study and interview approach, this research examines the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders, such as teachers, students and parents, related to the implementation of these innovations.  The findings of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of mathematics learning innovations in increasing students' interest, conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, collaboration, and mathematics achievement.  The results of this study can provide a basis for further development in innovative mathematics learning in elementary schools

There have always been ups and downs in regional governance, with a number of autonomy issues and less-than-perfect institutional working relationships between the Centre and the regions. Instead of being resolved by the 2014 Local Government Law, Law No. 23/2014, these issues have further complicated the relationship between local authorities and the central government. This research aims to analyze the review of the principles of regional government and the implementation of the SOTK. This research uses a normative juridical method that focuses on legal precedents, relevant laws, and regulations. The result of this research is that regional autonomy is based on the idea that autonomous regions have the authority as well as the rights and obligations in managing their own local interests in accordance with the law. In Indonesia, local governance is guided by three basic principles, namely 1) The principle of decentralization. 2) The idea behind de-concentration. 3) Assistance tasks as a concept. There are three parts to the model of how local governments and the federal government work together, namely 1) agency model, 2) the interaction Model, and 3) the relative Autonomy Model The structure of each region will include various interventions. However, the drafting guidelines from the government make the SOTK look uniform, centralized and rigid, so despite the differences, each region's SOTK still has some similarities.

One of the business sectors that is now starting to be controlled by many Indonesians is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The main factor in boosting Indonesia's economy is estimated to be the micro, small and medium enterprises sector. However, many MSMEs still struggle to use their accounting skills in their daily business activities. This happens because of a lack of understanding and knowledge about accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, especially SAK EMKM, and business actors still think that the preparation of financial statements is not needed to run their business.. In order for MSME owners to prepare financial statements at the end of each recording period, support is provided to MSMEs in the form of assistance to prepare financial statements based on SAK EMKM. This activity not only helps in making financial statements but also provides knowledge about the importance of accounting, especially those related to making financial statements for business activities. The results of this activity show that MSME owners are interested in trying to apply accounting science in their business activities.

The development of society during the colonial period experienced many difficulties for the Indonesian people. Where, during the colonial period the Indonesian people were very miserable where at the time of colonization there was colonialism and imperialism led by Europeans in the archipelago. Apart from the Europeans, there were also the Japanese who colonized Indonesia.In historical records, there are several countries that have occupied Indonesia, namely the Netherlands and Japan. These countries have systems or efforts to achieve their goals, such as during the Dutch colonial period the Dutch carried out a monopoly on the spice trade because Indonesia's natural resource wealth was so abundant and also the location of the Indonesian state was on the path of world trade which made European nations are interested in coming to Indonesia. Meanwhile, during the Japanese period, people were made into forced laborers. This forced labor made many Indonesian people sick and even died from malnutrition. Indonesian society is very influential on the social development of its people, with that there are stages of the formation of a society such as 1. There is a group of people 2. Having a permanent residence in an area or place that has a long term 3. With a long period of time it produces a culture such as values, knowledge and mutual understanding of other cultures.This research uses library research, which is useful for analyzing, studying, and finding things related to research. What is known as library research. Library Research is where someone uses the library to find data that will be examined. The purpose of this research is to find out more about the social development of society during the colonial period.

The company is an organized institution with the aim of obtaining profits in the development of companies in the capital market and providing opportunities for the public to invest in the short, medium and long term, while it is easier for companies to obtain funds from the public investors (investors) by issuing securities both equity or debt. The purpose of this research is to find out how bonds are regulated in the Indonesian capital market from legal protection and corporate responsibility that defaults on bond investors. This study uses a normative legal research method that focuses on the study of legal perspectives and/or perspectives that explain a set of legal principles, legal norms, and legal regulations both formally and materially. The approach used in research is a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) where by examining through legislation and theories. Based on the research results, it is known that bond investors protect capital from the risk of company default, namely periodic reports and transparency of information, as well as guarantees (collateral) included in the issuance of bonds and the existence of sinking funds (reserve funds). Preventive legal protection for investors after a default occurs, the company continues to pay bond principal and interest (coupons) to investors in accordance with the bond agreement agreement. Companies can also be subject to civil witness administrative sanctions and even criminal sanctions.

This research uses three (three) different approach models, namely statutory approach, case method, and conceptual approach. Social Study learning will show satisfactory results, if the teacher is able to choose the right media in teaching.  So that students have an interest and have high activity to ask in accordance with the expectations of students and teachers, one of which is in the process of delivering social studies lessons using animated film media to improve student learning.  Social animated film media is one of social studies teaching media that is used to explain some natural and other phenomena.  With this media students know more and are clear about the concepts of social studies learning and its content.  Likewise students in the teaching-learning process need to get the learning process so that their learning achievement increases.  This study describes social animated films and students' activeness in social studies learning.  The results of this study through observation, interviews with fourth grade teachers and fourth grade students at SDI Borisallo, Gowa Regency resulted that students liked learning by using social animated films rather than not using them.  They also have a high curiosity about new things and find it interesting after carrying out learning with the help of social animated films.  Students also rarely use learning media in social studies lessons, so that if the teacher uses media in learning, students will feel happy and more enthusiastic and active in the teaching and learning process.  

This type of research is an explanatory study, with a population of around 100 respondents who are interested in buying a house in Bale Agung Pemalang Housing. The sample collection uses non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used purposive. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using correlation, regression, using the SPSS application. This study concludes that price, promotion and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and stimulantly, the price variable has a greater influence than the promotion variable.

The existence of organizations such as Islamic financial institutions that help improve the welfare of society according to their function, namely saving money and providing loan assistance for business capital and comsumtions. There are various types of LKM, one of which is cooperatives. This study aims to determine the..influence of social factors and./personal factors on people’s decisions to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, either partially or simultaneously. This Study used a quantitative method using 50 samples taken by purposive sampling method from the KSU Surya Muhammadiyah customer population. Data collection technique were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentations. Then, the questionnaires were tested with validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy of the questionnaires. Furthermore, classical asumption tests and hypothesis tests were carried out including multiple,,linearregression tests, the coefficient of determination (R2), t-tes, .and F-test. The results of this study are as.follows: (1) social factors have effect on people’s decitions to use services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, with a t .count of 2,254 while .t table of 2,012 or t count < t table..and a significance level of 0,026 > 0,05. (2) personal factors influence people’s decitions to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, with a t count of 3,093 while t table is 2,012 or tcount > t table and asignificance level of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) social and personal factors simultaneously influence the community’s decition to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah. Where the sigvalue is 0,000 < 0,005 and F count is 79,385 > F table 3,20. It can be concluded fromthe test results, namely: (1) H1 is accepted,,and H0 is rejected, (2) H2 is a accepted and H0 isrejected, (3) H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This research is motivated by the existence of an initial phenomenon in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. In Pasaman, there are still teenagers who drop out of school at school age. Temporary assumptions are caused by internal and external factors that prevent children from acquiring knowledge. Based on the problems stated above, the purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause adolescents dropping out of school in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. Passover. So the authors are interested in doing this research. Research on the Causes of Teenagers Dropping Out of School in Jorong Setia, Dua Koto District, Pasaman Regency, the type of research that the author uses is field research, namely collecting data directly from research locations to support the success of a case using relevant methods. The method used by the authors in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by describing the factors of youth dropping out of school in the view of Islamic education, as key informants are adolescents who have dropped out of school in Jorong Setia, Dua Koto District. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and documentation. The results of research in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. Pasaman is the cause of teenagers dropping out of school from internal factors and external factors, first: from internal factors, namely children just want to play compared to school. Second: school is considered unattractive because of the tasks and rules at school that they cannot follow. Third: the inability to follow lessons because the child feels that the lessons given by the teacher at school are very difficult for him and the child also does not like the way the teacher explains the lesson. Fourth: from external factors, namely the low economic status of parents so that they cannot afford to send their children to school. Fifth: lack of parental attention, namely parents are too busy with work and pay less attention to and control their children. Keenan: the playing environment, namely most children are not good at adjusting to their friends, causing children to be affected by negative things.

The purpose and benefits of this research are to find out the production process of the Citraloka program in building the image of DAAI TV Medan and I hope this research can be useful for readers. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The theoretical description in this study uses mass communication, communication processes, agenda setting theory, and program production processes. The results of this study are the production process carried out by DAAI TV Medan in making news regularly from pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage here begins with a projection meeting by gathering ideas according to the vision and mission, and related to inspirational values. Production activities, namely a reporter doing live coverage of the field. Then in post-production the process of editing and merging the coverage results into one news package. The Citraloka program has an inspiring value as a means of education for the community. Its consistency as a broadcasting media broadcasting useful news is quite good. DAAI TV Medan has carried out its social responsibility so that it has a good image in the community, and does not look at the ratings that have been achieved, but looks at how useful the broadcasts are.

The purpose of this study is to examine the closed proportional system discourse which is suitable to be reapplied in the 2024 General Election from a democratic perspective. The research methodology used is a normative juridical approach. Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

This research is motivated by the changing welfare conditions of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari (MGL) in Sukabumi Regency over time. The changes in the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari have had some positive impacts, notably in meeting the household needs of factory workers' families. Furthermore, the changes in workers' welfare can transform their family's lifestyles. This study aims to examine, analyze, and describe the welfare, lifestyle changes, and the influence of welfare on the lifestyle of workers' families at PT Muara Griya Lestari in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari, in general, has changed. Two aspects that have experienced noticeable changes are income and household consumption or expenditure, shifting from the moderate category to the high category. This has had an impact on the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families, which can be seen in three dimensions: activities, interests, and opinions. However, the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families at PT MGL have not reached a consumptive lifestyle and remain within reasonable conditions. Meanwhile, welfare has only a small influence on the changes in the lifestyle of workers' families. Lifestyle changes are influenced by the social and environmental conditions in which the workers reside. Therefore, lifestyle changes are a process that occurs as a result of the interaction between the members of the workers' families and their environment.    

This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

Sampang Regency has tourism potential, one of which is the Klampis Reservoir in Kedundung Village. Reservoir with an area of ​​approximately 1 hectare is a catchment area that has not been properly optimized by the community. This condition is exacerbated by the presence of wild plants that disturb the view. So that this research provides an innovation in the form of a source boad suggestion. To support the facilities, an analysis of the factors of tourist interest in visiting is carried out in order to synchronize the needs of the community with the invasion given. The method used is SPSS to improve quality and improve the quality of a variable. This method uses analysis of questionnaire data. This study uses 30 questionnaire samples to strengthen the results of the analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that most influence the sustainability of the tourist village area through the means of bounty boad. The results of the research on factors that can influence are the availability of facilities and infrastructure with an average total value of 500.
