In competing in the hotel industry, a strong management structure is needed, especially in the human resources (HR) department. The implementation method is carried out through the dedication and assistance method in the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Engineering Administration departments. The results obtained show that the role of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Engineering in the hotel industry is an effort to improve the performance and quality of the performance of its employees because they play an important role in the hospitality industry, which aims to increase the productivity of the company's work, because a company can to develop and progress, of course, not only due to capital factors and a strong business strategy, but also great human resources (HR) and also fixing facilities if something is damaged or has an error.

Radio monitoring is a way of regulating the use of radio frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, this is regulated by the Directorate of Resources and Equipment of Post and Technology Data (Ditjen SDPPI) which is responsible for carrying out the functions of regulating, supervising and controlling the frequency spectrum using radio monitoring to monitor, observe, and control the use of frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Class 1 Medan's Class 1 Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in an effort to regulate radio services. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature, namely describing and explaining the problem according to the facts in the field.

Before people with disability get a job or an expert in their field of work, they have to acquire programs from their school of vocational programs. The vocational program isa program to develop their self-reliance and skills consistent with that of children with disabilities. Skills developed within a child's potential can provide a child with the ability to determine where he or she will continue. Will continue to be a student or will work within the potential of children in high school. The purpose of this study is to identify the situation of disability in the work world where we use qualitative methods. Meanwhile, his data collection techniques are through interviews and observations to one of the professors of the special education study program, slb-c yplb cipaganti and SLB country of cileunyi. In the study found that children with disabilities get their votive activities while in high school and some of those with lightweight categories of inhibitions, they can continue to work within their potential and parental support or assistance.

Street vendors are traders who usually display their wares and sell by utilizing public spaces in the community. Therefore, public space certainly becomes something meaningful for these street vendors. However, unfortunately, as a street vendor who has never officially obtained permission from the government to have the freedom to use this public space as their selling stall, the potential for eviction will continue to exist and threaten their existence and the activities they carry out. Therefore, it is necessary to have concrete solutions prepared, provided and offered by the government so that they can regain their rights as part of society to use and access public spaces or the environment in order to make a living and survive. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.

The purpose of designing Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity is to inform the public, especially those who like to play sports, that in Padang there are the latest photography services in the field of sports. The method applied to the design of Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity uses the 4D design method which stands for Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate to develop the design and uses the SWOT Analysis method which stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to make it easier to find the value of a business and service. The orientation of the development of this Visual Identity design idea includes supporting media Stationery, Social media and Gift/merchandise. It is hoped that the design of this Visual Identity can help create opportunities and public awareness of photography services in the field of sports so that the design results can be right on target, effective, and communicative.

Poverty is one of the major issues currently being faced by the Indonesian nation. The problem of poverty will never end if traced from the root of the problem. Poverty is not only an interesting issue to be discussed at the national level, but at the regional level itself, the poverty of this community seems to spread throughout the country, for example in Tanjungpinang City, where the poverty rate is high, even though Tanjungpinang City is the provincial capital. Various efforts and efforts have been made by related parties to reduce the poverty rate, but what is happening in the field is that the poverty rate is actually increasing. Starting from BLT assistance, PKH to BPNT, the local government has launched it in collaboration with related agencies, namely the Social Service. In this study, the researchers wanted to examine one of the aids, namely Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), which is routinely carried out from 2018-present. Researchers want to know more about how this assistance is implemented, starting from the weaknesses to the advantages that arise from this assistance and what the consequences are for the poverty rate. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with 7 (seven) informants. In this study the techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results of the study are that community participation in the implementation of the circuit court in divorce cases at the Tapaktuan Sharia Court is very high, there are even several special requests from the community for the implementation of the circuit court for several cases, especially divorce cases and the influence of the circuit court in the social life of the community is the emergence of awareness for the community that the termination of a marriage relationship is very important to obtain legal certainty.

The 5.0 era is marked by rapid technological advances and social changes, affecting various aspects of life, including the field of education. Christian religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation. But in reality, the lack of emphasis on developing soft skills can be a problem, because the teacher's ability to interact empathetically, have creativity, leadership, and adaptability becomes very important in guiding students in a spiritual, moral, and emotional context. In addition, an excessive focus on hard skills, such as understanding theology and religious practice, can ignore the importance of developing soft skills in dealing with the changes faced in the 5.0 era. In this study, the authors used a literature study, therefore to achieve the objectives of this study, superior teacher quality was needed, which had a balance between software and hardware. The purpose of this study is to present software and hardware in improving the quality of Christian religious education teachers in the 5.0 era. Soft skills include interpersonal, communication, leadership, empathy, and adaptability skills, which support teachers in interacting with students, colleagues, and a changing environment. While hard skills include specific knowledge, information technology, teaching methodology, as well as expertise in the field of Christianity.

The Mobile Community Oke Service Program (LOMAK) is an innovation from the Rumbai District Head in the field of public services which aims to make it easier for people in Rumbai District to get various public services. The LOMAK program itself is a form of integrated sub-district administrative service (PATEN) which is deployed to serve administration in the middle of community settlements or can be said to be an integrated sub-district administrative service around. However, in its implementation the LOMAK Program did not run well. In 4 years the LOMAK Program was only implemented 3 times, while the LOMAK Program should have been implemented once a month. This research aims to evaluate the Mobile Community OK Service Program and the factors that hinder its implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and uses policy evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn which consists of several indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of this research are that the LOMAK Program is a very good program. Of the 6 indicators above, only 1 indicator was not met, namely efficiency in terms of time. The inhibiting factors in implementing the LOMAK Program are natural disasters and the managerial abilities of implementers. Researchers provide suggestions so that implementers can find a backup plan in the event of a natural disaster and increase outreach so that the LOMAK Program can reach all levels of society.

Education in elementary schools is the initial momentum for students to improve all the abilities inherent in children. Starting at the time of learning in early childhood (kindergarten ) and then continued and strengthened in elementary school. Habits that children carry out every day, both in the home, community and school environment, are important in forming natural potential, especially in the field of children's language. Language skills that are expected to be assisted, grown, and used as development material for elementary school teachers include listening or listening skills, speaking, reading, and writing. These four skills are so important to be given at the elementary school level as a form of teaching Indonesian according to the current education curriculum. Learning activities in schools are also expected to be able to integrate this unified language in all intra- and extra-curricular activity programs so that their benefits are increasingly visible and meaningful in harmony with the social life of students.

Organic fertilizers are materials derived from plant residues, and animal waste, both those that have undergone decomposition and those that are undergoing a decomposition process that functions to add nutrients. Substantially organic fertilizers are composed of humus and non-humus materials so that they can improve marginal soils and sand-dominated soils. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various organic fertilizers on sand planting media, and to determine the growth response of pakcoy on various types of organic fertilizers. The research was conducted at the Field Laboratory I Experimental Garden and Agrotechnology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, the research took place from September to November 2020. This study was arranged in a randomized group design (RAK) with the treatment of various organic fertilizers, which were divided into; no organic fertilizer/control (B0), cow manure (B1), chicken manure (B2), comba-sheep green manure (B3), calopogonium green manure (B4). Each treatment was repeated four times as a group, resulting in 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of six polybags, resulting in a total of 120 polybags of pakcoy plants. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants. The results showed that organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on all observed growth variables of pakcoy plants. Cow manure treatment in the first and second week plant height variables showed the highest value (5.04 cm, and 6.71 cm). But in general, in the third to fifth week, the average chicken manure gave the highest growth response on the variable of plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants.

This study aims to describe the oral communication language model used by students who frequently play online games. Analyze student communication behavior while playing online games by examining it based on the values of Islamic Religious Education. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of field research, namely research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects thoroughly through descriptions in the form of words in natural conditions. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Depapre, Jayapura Regency with a focus on knowing student communication behavior, use of study time, learning motivation, and the ability to control emotions while playing online games reviewed from the values of Islamic Religious Education. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with researchers. Data analysis techniques used an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, students of SMP N.1 Depapre are very fond of playing online games so that they spend more time playing than studying and socializing. This has an impact on their behavior, such as using harsh language, not respecting time, low learning motivation, and difficulty controlling emotions, which are not in accordance with the values of Islamic Religious Education. Solutions to overcome negative behavior due to online games require cooperation between parents, schools, and the community. Parents limit playing time, schools provide supervision and education, and communities provide positive activities so that children do not become too dependent on online games.

This research aims to investigate the integration of ethical business practices and AI-driven marketing strategies for product branding within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and content analysis. A purposive sampling technique will be employed to select participants from diverse MSMEs. Data will be analyzed thematically to identify patterns and insights regarding the implementation and impact of ethical practices and AI-driven marketing on branding strategies. The findings are expected to provide nuanced understandings of the challenges, opportunities, and outcomes associated with integrating ethical principles and AI technologies in MSMEs' branding endeavors, offering valuable insights for both practitioners and scholars in the field of marketing and business ethics.

The purpose of this study is to explore various aspects of Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan in the context of the modern logistics industry. This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

In accordance with the title of this community service program "Utilization of Information Technology to Increase Student Creativity". Skills training activities are supported by lectures, questions and answers and of course direct practice in the computer laboratory. Training modules will be provided to participants as a tool for practical activities in the laboratory. The aim of implementing this community service program is to improve students' skills in using the internet and the benefits and activities that can be carried out using the internet, so that it can increase students' creativity in using the internet, especially to have a positive impact on internet use for students. This form of training is a very effective form of providing refreshment and additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology outside of the learning process received at each school.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of research methodology learning with students' understanding in thesis writing. Research methodology plays an important role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, conduct and analyze research effectively. However, challenges in understanding the concepts of research methodology can affect students' ability to write quality thesis. Therefore, this study identified the challenges faced by students in learning research methodology and presented solutions that could be applied to increase learning effectiveness. The research method used was literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review which included research articles, textbooks and other related sources of information. Data analysis was carried out by identifying common challenges in learning research methodology and recommendations that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of research methodology has a positive impact on student thesis writing. Students who have a good understanding of research methodology tend to plan their research well, collect valid data, carry out appropriate data analysis, use relevant reference sources, and construct strong arguments in their thesis. However, there are challenges such as material complexity, limited resources, lack of practical experience, time constraints, and low motivation that need to be overcome. Recommendations to improve research methodology learning include developing a good curriculum, training lecturers, providing adequate resources and facilities, use of technology in learning, intensive individual guidance, and further research on the effectiveness of research methodology learning. By implementing these recommendations, students are expected to gain a better understanding of research methodology and apply it well in their thesis writing. This increased understanding will have an impact on the quality of thesis writing, a more significant contribution in the field of study, and better preparation for future academic or professional careers.

The main problem in this study is the exemplary pattern of PAI teachers who have not been able to shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, especially religious teachers where students always resist and even presumptuously to refute the teacher, as happened at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, so that through the example of PAI teachers this should shape the character of these students,  Somehow now, that's why from this thesis the author describes everything. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the author's expectations about the exemplary pattern of PAI teachers could shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. This research is classified as a type of field research and includes pure research or Ipure research. Data collection techniques use observation and interview methods, while data analysis techniques used are collecting, sorting, clarifying, synthesizing, making an overview, and making an index. This study used triangulation of data sources. Based on the results of qualitative research conducted, the end of this study shows that from the above problems now the pattern of example of PAI teachers has been able to shape the character of students even though there are still few students who are not willing to emulate PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, so it can be concluded that the pattern of example of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara is good enough.
