This article is a report study on the development of a learning school management model of Lhokseumawe Sukma National School and the promotion of educational standards with the aim of sustainable educational development. The research focuses on the school profile of Sukma Nation students and the achievements and challenges of the program in its implementation. The study is qualitative and uses survey methods. Information gathered through documents and interviews with relevant authorities, including focus group observations. The study also presents various manifestations of Sukma Bangsa school innovations. The results specifically show that institutional leadership is related to the implementation of five main categories of learning schools, which are personal leadership, shared vision, mental models, situated thinking and group learning. The order of applications according to the system can be seen in the changes in the behavior of the individual regarding information management, information sharing, interpretation and information search. In addition, the student and school management model has become an important part of achieving school effectiveness.

This research proposes the use of a decision support system based on the Profile Matching method to determine the thesis supervisor. This method is effective in making decisions that are in accordance with the concentration of the thesis title, functional position, and educational level of the lecturer. This research refers to the concept of a decision support system that offers several alternative choices to assist management in making decisions efficiently. The Profile Matching method is carried out with the stages of variable weighting, factor grouping, and total value calculation. This research also refers to related studies that have been conducted previously to build a more effective and efficient system in determining supervisors. The research method used is Research and Development with a waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The results showed that the use of a decision support system with the Profile Matching method can provide recommendations for supervisors in accordance with the criteria set. Product testing using Aiken's V and ISO/IEC 25010 standards also shows that this system is feasible to use with good validity values and quality that meets standards. In conclusion, the decision support system with the Profile Matching method can help speed up and improve efficiency in determining thesis supervisors in the PTIK study program at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Suggestions for further development are to consider integration with web technology for ease of access and use.

Locomotor movement skills are movement skills that are often or even always performed by a person. During childhood, a child will start their locomotor activities through the family environment and then move on to the school environment through physical education. This study aims to measure the level of locomotor movement skills of students at the elementary school level. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. This study was attended by 46 students from elementary schools with the age of 9-10 years or grade 3 elementary school. The TGMD-2 instrument was used as a test instrument in this study. The results showed that locomotor movement skills were dominated by running skills. This result is proven by the number of students who obtained the maximum score of 31 students. In gallop skills, students experience obstacles with the acquisition of a minimum score of 19 students. Based on these results, students' locomotor movement skills obtained significant results in the run variable. Appropriate interventions still need to be carried out to improve locomotor skills in the gallop variable.

This study explores the use of graphene-based nanofluids in enhancing the performance of solar-powered desalination systems. A laboratory-scale desalination system was developed to simulate the evaporation process, powered by solar energy, with the integration of graphene-based nanofluids to improve thermal efficiency. The experimental setup measured evaporation rates, energy consumption, and temperature profiles under varying solar radiation conditions (400–800 W/m²). Results revealed that the system with nanofluids demonstrated up to a 35% increase in evaporation rates compared to the baseline system without nanofluids, indicating enhanced heat transfer properties. Moreover, energy consumption was reduced by up to 20%, highlighting the improved energy efficiency of the system with nanofluids. The system with nanofluids exhibited higher temperatures in the evaporator, confirming more effective thermal utilization. Statistical analyses, including t-tests and regression analysis, confirmed the significant impact of nanofluids on both evaporation rates and energy consumption. This study demonstrates that graphene-based nanofluids offer a sustainable and energy-efficient solution for solar-powered desalination, particularly in areas with abundant solar radiation. The integration of nanofluids not only enhances the efficiency of the desalination process but also reduces operational costs, making it a promising alternative for addressing water scarcity in a sustainable manner. Further research is needed to optimize nanofluid formulations and assess their long-term feasibility for large-scale applications.

Background: Looking at developments in vocational schools, vocational schools in profile are education at the secondary level which has the aim of developing the skills possessed by female students. Basically, in this vocational school, skills are still obtained as a result of the direct learning process every day at the school. Then graduating students can immediately enter industry. The aim of this research is training in making joint techniques for wall lock kapstok products for vocational school students and female students. Training method for making joint techniques on wall lock kapstok products for vocational school students and students. First of all, through the preparation of reference images, the drawing process, the design process and the capstock making process (hemming process, forming process, engraving, finishing materials. There were 15 vocational school students participating. The research results show that the Pancasila student profile values ​​have been implemented intensively, namely 1) The profile of faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble morals is realized through JUBAH (Juma'at Worship) activities which are carried out every Friday morning and carrying out congregational prayers. 2) The global diversity profile is implemented through discussion and study of various foreign cultures. 3) The mutual cooperation profile is realized through community service activities, group discussions, and the preparation of OSIS work programs. 4) An independent profile is realized through completing daily tasks, taking exams, as well as returning and fixing books in the library. 5) The creative profile is realized by encouraging students to create new things, carrying out activities to recycle waste into useful items in the P5 program. 6) Critical reasoning is carried out through activities to get students used to asking questions in class, discussing, giving arguments to the problems raised, criticizing and respecting differences of opinion. The results of this research can be used as a model in implementing the Pancasila student profile in high school.

Based on the results of interviews and observations carried out by the community service team, it is known that various problems exist within the Pondok Rajeg Residence PKK, that so far, Pondok Rajeg Residence PKK members are still experiencing difficulties in carrying out innovations in entrepreneurship. Pondok Rajeg Residence PKK members are still doing it manually to view profiles. and menus for sale. Therefore, the team proposing community service considers it necessary to provide understanding in the introduction and use of Radio Frequency and Near Field Communication in order to make it easier for administrators and members to provide entrepreneurial services to the PKK Pondok Rajeg Residence.

The title of this thesis is Profile of Study Habits of Class VII A Students of SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The problems in this study are: 1) What is the profile of study habits of grade VIIA students of SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 academic year? 2) What are the implications of the study habit profile of grade VIIA students of SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 academic year for the tutoring program? The purpose of the study was to find out: 1) Profile of study habits of grade VIIA students of SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 academic year, 2) Implications of the profile of study habits of grade VIIA students of SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 academic year, for the tutoring program. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires of student study habits. The population and sample of this study are 26 students of grade VII A SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data analysis technique used is central trend analysis. The results of the analysis of research data showed that the average study habits of 140.9730 students were in the range of 120-155 scores, classified as high. It can be interpreted that grade VII A students of SMPK Sancta Familia Kupang for the 2022/2023 academic year have good study habits. This can be seen through student attitudes, namely making study schedules and their implementation, reading and taking notes, completing assignments, how to follow lessons, how to study groups, how to study independently at home. Based on the results of this study, researchers provide advice to: 1) Head Schools are expected to maintain and improve cooperation with BK teachers, facilitate and support all tutoring program designs in schools to be carried out properly in order to maintain good student learning habits. 2) Guidance Teachers Guidance counselors are expected to design and develop tutoring programs to maintain good student study habits. 3) Students are expected to actively utilize tutoring activities carried out by BK teachers to maintain good student study habits.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of assessing banking soundness levels using the PT RGEC method. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk in 2018-2020. In this research, researchers used several research variables which include Risk Profile (NPL and LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO) and Capital (CAR). Based on research on the effectiveness of assessing the level of banking health at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, using the RGEC method, shows that the bank's health status is in accordance with the standards set by Bank Indonesia regulations. For the 2018 period it can be concluded that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk received a composite rating of 1, namely "Very Healthy" with a composite score of 90%, for the 2019 period it can be concluded that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk received a composite rating of 1, namely "Very Healthy" with a composite score of 92.5%, for the 2020 period it can be concluded that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk received a composite rating of 1, namely "Very Healthy" with a composite score of 90%. As well as the bank's health level in terms of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, earnings and Capital indicators at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for 2018-2020 is "Very Healthy". It is hoped that future researchers will be more careful in carrying out calculations, can use better methods than this research and can add ratios so that the results of the research are more robust.

The results of this research show the success of learning the Pancasila student profila which strengthens the character of students in accordance with national education goals. So if the Pancasila syudent profile is optimized in its implementation, the Pancasila character of students will be formed.

This research discusses the use of life insurance in mudharabah financing at BPRS Gebu Prima Medan. The introduction explains the background to the importance of using life insurance in the context of sharia financing, especially in minimizing credit risk and providing financial protection for customers. The literature review outlines theories related to sharia financing and the role of life insurance in risk management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the majority of BPRS Gebu Prima Medan customers who take advantage of mudharabah financing also take out life insurance protection. The profile of customers who tend to use life insurance are those who have a significant risk of death, such as micro and small entrepreneurs with large family responsibilities. However, there is still a small number of customers who have not utilized life insurance products, so further research is needed to understand the factors that influence customer decisions and strategies that can be implemented to increase the adoption of life insurance products among customers.

Currently, education is facing various challenges due to significant changes in times. The extensive use of technology has influenced education to a large extent. Where education has an important role in answering and preparing the current and future generations. The Independent Curriculum is present as a solution to this problem, namely as a solution to give the right to learn independently. Through the impartial implementation of the P5 Curriculum, it is hoped that students will develop their talents more freely and creatively, even as people who are more objective and able to make brilliant contributions to society. This research method uses descriptive methods. This research aims to describe and analyze the educational management of the P5 program in the independent learning curriculum which will provide enjoyable learning. Efforts to strengthen the Pancasila student profile still need to be evaluated through teachers according to the needs and characteristics of each scholar. Therefore, teachers want to increase the potential for organizing and managing special memories so that they can be understood according to the wishes and interests of each student. Teachers need to have very good information about Pancasila values ​​and be able to integrate them into daily coaching. The conclusion of this article is that the independent learning program has brought many positive changes to the world of education in Indonesia. This article invites readers to understand more about the independent curriculum as a new curriculum and its advantages and benefits for educational units as well as for students.

One form of Islamic banking financing is mudarabah, which is a profit and loss sharing contract between an Islamic bank and a mudarib. This type of contract requires a mutually open attitude between both parties to the advantages and disadvantages of the project undertaken. Therefore, banks should implement a system of monitoring and assessment of project criteria well to avoid risks that may cause bank losses as sahib al-mal. This research uses a mixed method of research, with data collection methods as interviews, questionnaire, observation and document analysis. Which is then analyzed qualitatively by analysis from interviews and observations. For quantitative analysis, factor analysis, regression and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) are conducted. The results of this research are the criteria of projects that need to be supervised by Islamic banking, which are Project Profiles, Payment Guarantee, Project Management, and Prospect project. If the assessment of project criteria is tightened and implemented correctly, mudarabah financing issues can be reduced and resolved.

Neonatal mortality is a major issue in developing countries, particularly in Indonesia. Data reveals that Neonatal Mortality Rate (NMR) contributes to 59% of infant deaths in Indonesia. Infant mortality rates remain high in Indonesia, at 20 per 1,000 live births. West Java has recorded a significant decline in neonatal mortality rates, dropping from 9.9 per 1,000 live births in 2019 to 9 per 1,000 in 2021. Factors influencing neonatal mortality have been extensively studied, including through the Mixed Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) method. The MGWR model combines local and global models, generating parameter estimators that are both local and global according to the observation locations. This research uses secondary data from the health profile of West Java, with the dependent variable being the number of neonatal deaths in 27 districts/cities in the year 2020. MGWR analysis results indicate that congenital anomalies have a local impact, while low birth weight and complete neonatal visits affect the entire West Java region globally. This study offers vital insights into the factors contributing to neonatal mortality in West Java and can serve as a foundation for targeted policy improvements and healthcare interventions
