This paper discusses Christ wanting His church to have firm trust/faith in Him. A church that has true knowledge of Him, remains true to the truth of the Bible, and grows in love for God and fellow human beings. A church that increasingly increases its personal relationship with God and is brave in assuming responsibility and church service. This paper analyzes how the existence of cell groups greatly contributes and influences a person's spiritual growth, especially in terms of maturing congregation members to participate in ministry. In cell groups there is two-way communication, there is interaction in it, which is different from sermons which are only one-way. In a group, all members of the congregation have more opportunities to study the Bible than in worship on Sundays which only involve listening. At the discussion stage, in the cell group there is two-way communication, there is interaction in it, which is different from sermons which are only one-way. In a group, all members of the congregation have more opportunities to study the Bible than in worship on Sundays which only involve listening.

Human development is a development process with the aim of being able to have more choices, through a Human Development Index it can be used as a benchmark, especially in income, health and education. The aim of this research is to find out how the Human Development Index (HDI) has developed in South Sumatra in 2012-2022 and to analyze how big the influence of education, poverty and economic growth has been on the Human Development Index (HDI) in case studies in the province of South Sumatra. The table shows that the development of HDI has increased with the medium or medium HDI category during the 2018-2022 period until it was able to achieve the HDI target set by the government. Economic growth has a positive and significant effect on HDI, while education and poverty have a significant negative effect on HDI. The conclusion is that HDI development has increased during 2012-2022, poverty and education have a negative effect, while economic growth has a positive effect on the Human Development Index. Through this research, it is recommended that in government planning policies not only look at achieving the target of increasing economic growth but also the target of increasing human development because economic growth alone is not sufficient to improve the quality of human resources, especially in the aspects of education, health and people's income.

This research aims to uncover the challenges and dynamics faced by Street Vendors in the Jember City Square in the context of globalization. Through the analysis of the final theory of capitalism, it was found that street vendors in Jember experienced characteristics such as superficiality, weakening of affection, loss of history, and the presence of new technology that affected the way they operated. This study uses a qualitative approach with realist ethnographic methods, collecting data through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results of the study show that street vendors face economic instability due to unbalanced competition with large companies, negative social stigma, and less supportive government policies. To overcome this problem, the government is advised to provide special areas that are organized, clean, and environmentally friendly and provide training and improve facilities so that street vendors can compete more effectively. Proper support is expected to maintain the existence of street vendors as an important part of the local economy in the era of globalization that continues to grow.

Pertanian modern menghadapi tantangan meningkatkan produktivitas tanpa merusak lingkungan.

Economic growth is essentially the most important aspect in a country. An increase in the quality of life of the community that occurs in an area can mean that the area has continued economic growth. Economic growth can be reflected in changes in GRDP in a region. This research uses eviews analysis 10. Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), human development index and poverty are among the Human Resource factors that contribute to the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) which can encourage Economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the level of labor force participation and poverty as seen from the human development index on economic growth in the province of West Papua in 2014-2022. The data used in this research uses time series data for the period 2014-2022, using quantitative descriptive methods with the eviews 10 analysis tool. Independent variables consist of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) as X1, human development index (HDI) as X2 and poverty (k) as X3 and Economic Growth as (Y). The unemployment situation in West Java remains a serious concern, particularly due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, technological changes, and industrial restructuring. During the transition period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in West Java Province decreased, indicating a potential relationship between unemployment rates and economic growth. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of unemployment on economic growth in West Java using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with a multiple linear regression approach. Statistical analysis results show the regression equation Y = 6.170 – 0.088X1 – 0.771X2 + e. This means that if the variables unemployment (X1) and COVID (X2) are zero, economic growth (Y) remains constant at 6.170. Each 1% increase in unemployment reduces economic growth by 0.088%, while each 1% increase in COVID cases reduces economic growth by 0.771%. The F-test simultaneously, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicates that the percentage of unemployment and the COVID dummy variable significantly affect economic growth in West Java. With an F value of 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, indicating that unemployment and COVID variables significantly influence economic growth.

This research was studied to analyze the factors that influence economic growth in the area. This research will focus on analyzing the relationship between the open unemployment rate, population and poverty on the island of Sumatra. The aim of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence economic growth on the island of Sumatra. Poverty is a problem that covers many aspects because it is related to low income, illiteracy, low health status and inequality between genders and a poor living environment (Word Bank, 2004). Overcoming the problem of poverty cannot be done separately from the problems of poverty, education, health and other problems that are explicitly closely related to the problem of poverty. Poverty is one of the problems faced by developing countries, including Indonesia.

Economics is an inseparable thing in human life, especially when it comes to human needs themselves. One aspect of the economy is related to the economic sectors involved. The home industry of flavored food snacks is one of the economic sectors, where this business aims to fulfill consumer tastes. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach because it is hoped that it will be able to examine in more detail individual experiences related to the business being run. Through this research, it is hoped that we will be able to describe the growth and development of economic businesses and the social networks involved in them. Through motivation that is in accordance with McClelland's motivation theory with the concept of the need for achievement, where efforts are made to achieve development, efforts are made that are based on personal achievement, not achievement.

This research aims to analyze the influence of exchange rates and inflation on Indonesia's economic growth in the 2014-2023 period. Economic growth data is measured using the Economic Growth Percentage (GDP), while the exchange rate is measured by the Value of USD 1 in Rupiah, and inflation is measured by the Inflation Percentage (General). In this research, the author uses statistical analysis methods to examine the relationship between exchange rates, inflation and economic growth. The data used comes from trusted sources, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The research results show that there is a relationship between the exchange rate and Indonesia's economic growth. A high exchange rate tends to have a negative impact on economic growth, because it can cause a decrease in net exports and a decrease in production levels. Apart from that, inflation also has an influence on economic growth. A high level of inflation can cause economic instability and have a negative impact on people's real income. Apart from that, this research also shows that both the exchange rate and inflation have a significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth. This second factor needs to be considered in efforts to advance the economy and achieve optimal economic stability. This research provides a better understanding of the factors that influence Indonesia's economic growth. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for the government and economic actors in taking appropriate policies to accelerate economic growth and maintain economic stability.
