The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements. The disadvantage that often arises from the Smart Credit Application is the dissemination of personal data carried out by the Smart Credit Application because the Debtor does not make payments on time, so the debt Collector uses techniques to use the dissemination of personal data to pressure the Debtor to immediately make payments, Juridical Responsibility The Kredit Pintar application for actions committed for defamation can be held civil liability through a Tort Lawsuit as stipulated in article” 1365 of the Civil Code filed by Customers who feel aggrieved because their identity is used in the misuse of personal data.   Keywords : Online Loans, Smart Credit Applications.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

This study aims to compile a Lecture Schedule at the Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics Natural and Earth Sciences Manado State University using the Welch-Powell Algorithm. The scheduling of lectures at the Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Manado State University often collides because several lecturers have different numbers of courses and credit rights. This it can be seen that the method of preparing lectures used is still not effective and efficient. Preparation of a course schedule is an action taken so that time can be managed as effectively and efficiently as possible. The preparation of this lecture schedule will use a simple graph with input data, namely the number of lecturers, number of courses, credits for each course, days used in the week, time slots and number of classes used. After getting the input data, point coloring is carried out in coloring on the graph using the Welch-Powell Algorithm assisted by MATLAB software to get an effective and efficient class schedule. Lecture Schedule Arrangement in the Mathematics Education Study Program, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural and Earth Sciences, Manado State University using the Welch-Powell Algorithm produces a schedule that does not collide, so that the Welch-Powell Algorithm can help prepare an effective and efficient class schedule .

This article aims to discuss the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature review, where data is obtained by reviewing literature sources. The literature study conducted included the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The results of this literature study indicate that educational supervision in schools must continue to improve so that school accreditation is even better. We recommend that educational supervision should be carried out properly so as to increase the achievement of school accreditation.

This research has two purpose. First purpose to identify any kind of risk that appeared from bank activity on PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung. Second purpose to know appliance of risk management for minimizing Non Performing Loan– NPL on one of their product, Kredit of Bank Lampung. The result of identifying the risk show that the risk which appeared from bank activity PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung are credit risk, operational risk, and reputation risk. Credit risk are focus of this research. Risk credit appear on the form No Performing Loan that caused by several factor, that is internal, external, and other factor. To minimiz ecredit risk, PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung has applying good risk management and provesuccesfully minimizing Non Performing Loan. The success of PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung can be proven from NPL ratio that not exceed Bank Indonesia’s regulation no more than 5% and Bank Lampung Central Office’sregulation, no morethan 3%.

One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need assistance from professional staff. Elderly people are an age group that is vulnerable to falls. The aim of implementing this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance with balance exercises as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to an unintentional loss of balance which results in failure of postural stability, or an unexpected and sudden change which results in the position landing on the floor . Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, weak or active state), existing diseases (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, strength muscle, visual disturbances, etc.). The output targets to be achieved include publication of accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued by providing balance training, so that elderly people who are at risk of falling can be identified as early as possible so that providing balance training can maintain and improve the elderly's body balance.

Hospitals in guaranteeing good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Hospital Accreditation is a way of monitoring the implementation of measuring hospital performance indicators. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the importance of improving the quality of hospitals, especially for hospital structures and health workers. The method in this scientific article is to compare cases from several hospital studies that apply the accreditation process and the literature collected at the editing (re-examination) stage. The data is then processed and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The findings from the study of the application of hospitals in the importance of holding accreditation are to improve the quality of hospital services, improve hospital patient safety, increase protection for patients, the public, human resources for hospitals and hospitals as institutions and support government programs in the health sector. It can be concluded that the importance of hospitals carrying out accreditation is to ensure good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Suggestions made for hospital agencies, namely hospitals that have obtained national accreditation status are required to make strategic improvement plans in accordance with the surveyor's recommendations to meet hospital service standards that have not been achieved.

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

This study aims to determine the quality assurance of education and comparative school accreditation. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative and literature study. The results showed that: 1) The measure of the quality of education in schools refers to the degree of excellence of each component, is relative, and always exists in comparison. 2) Steps to improve quality, namely; a) needs analysis, b) vision, mission, and objectives, c) resources for educators and education personnel, d) the process of achieving quality assurance in education, 3) quality management orientation in education, 4) Steps for implementing quality management, namely a) quality planning education, b) implementation of quality-based programs, and c) quality control, and 5) Comparative accreditation of Public Madrasah Aliyah and Private Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru shows that 4 MAN received accreditation A, 2 MAS received accreditation A, 5 MAS obtained accreditation B and 1 MAS obtained C accreditation.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. Patient-focused services or commonly called Patient Centered Care (PCC) have become the main focus in providing health care today. The PCC concept was first introduced by Picker in 1988 through the Picker Institute Europe in England. Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. M Haulussy Ambon is a hospital that has been accredited and is required to be able to implement PCC in its services. Purpose this study was to determine the ability of nurses to apply PCC at RSUD dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The research design used is descriptive quantitative using observational. The population in this study were nurses at RSUD Dr. M Haulussy Ambon as many as 302 nurses. The number of samples is 113 respondents. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Results: Most of the nurses' ability to apply PCC showed good results but there were still a number of PCC dimensions that had sufficient results. The PCC dimensions that get good results are respecting patient choices and assessments, physical comfort, information and education, service coordination, and involving family and friends. It can be concluded that most nurses are capable of implementing PCC.

The method used really takes a long time so that it is often not timely and the way to analyze it is only with profit and loss and the profits are written in the table. The financial ratio method is the main tool for conducting financial analysis and has several uses. Financial ratios show a systematic relationship in the form of comparisons between estimates (posts) of financial statements. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kredit macet dan dampak penyelesaiannya.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada bagian lapangan dan manajer Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea dan Nasabah yang pernah mengalami Kredit macet. Populasi yang diambil yaitu Kesuluruhan Nasabah yang mengalami kredit macet tahun 2012 dan sampel 3 nasabah yang mengalami kredit macet,pada dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa sudah berbagai antisipasi dilakukan oleh pihak  Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea kredit macet selalu ada setiap tahun. Faktor penyebab terjadinya macet meliputi karakter nasabah, masalah ekonomi nasabah. Oleh sebab itu, kredit macet harus dicegah sejak dini agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian. Salah satu bentuk strategi yang dilakukan oleh pihak Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea 1) jika penyebabnya karena karakter debitur hal yang dilakukan adalah Pengintensifan kunjungan ketempat tinggal dan usaha debitur, melakukan pendekatan persuasif, memberikan tenggang waktu kepada nasabah. 2) jika penyebabnya karena masalah ekonomi pihak Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea  akan melakukan rescheduling (penjadwalan kembali) dengan dasar kesepakatan bersama, dan yang terakhir melakukan eksekusi jaminan. Kinerja Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya strategi dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas berdasarkan ketetapan indikator adalah kurang efisien dan efektif, sehingga dapat dikatakan dampak terhadap kinerja keuangan kurang baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Tingkat Suku Bunga Kredit Terhadap Pertumbuhan Nasabah Pada Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk membahas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh keuangan perusahaan . Analisis data dijelaskan dengan mengunakan hasil beberapa analisis sub-data yang linear mengenai tingkat suku bunga kredit terhadap pertumbuhan nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang negatif antara tingkat suku bunga kredit dan pertumbuhan nasabah pada Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sebesar -0,544 sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan rendah. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y= 86,088 – 4,476X  yang menunjukkan pengaruh tingkat suku bunga kredit terhadap pertumbuhan nasabah pada Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea Kabupaten Tapanuli. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak (tidak Signifikan) kebenarannya, dimana t hitung -1,123 < 3,18245 yang berarti pertumbuhan nasabah belum tentu bertambah sebesar koefisien regresi / slop (-4,476) apabila variabel tingkat suku bunga kredit ditambah dengan satu satuan. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa tingkat suku bunga kredit hanya berperan sebesar 29,6% terhadap pertumbuhan nasabah pada Credit Union (CU) Tani Sehat Sipeapea Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dan sisanya sebesar 70,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian.

Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pendampingan praktek magang pada CU Kasih Sejahtera Cabang Betun. Dengan tujuan memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk menerapkan teori dan pengetahuan selama perkuliahan dengan kenyataan praktik di dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada CU Kasih Sejahtera Cabang Betun. Pendampingan dilaksanakan pada 5 orang mahasiswa dengan masa efektif 50 hari kerja. Adapun hasil dari praktek kerja magang yaitu peserta magang dapat memperlajari secara langsung melayani anggota yang konsultasi dan pencairan dana usaha, pengarsipan berkas anggotan baru kedalam filling kalbinet dan melakukan transaksi.    

This study aims to analyze how the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data were obtained using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study state that there is a dual function in the billing section and the accounting department. The credit sales accounting information system document at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug Grobogan Regency is in accordance with the theory. The company has utilized information technology so that credit sales processing is computerized. Accounting records at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug need to be repaired by making warehouse cards, inventory cards, accounts receivable cards. While the procedure network that forms the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug needs to be improved, namely by having the procedure for recording the cost of goods sold and the procedure for recording receivables.

The lack of public awareness in implementing Health protocols in the prevention and handling of Covid-19 is the reason for providing education or knowledge of citizens on the importance of maintaining health protocols. The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.

Yamaha is one of the largest and most excellent automotive companies, especially in Indonesia. In the current uncertain economic situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, this has resulted in sluggishness in motorcycle sales. So that before marketing their products, companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior first. Because consumer behavior will be the target for purchasing products to be marketed. The purpose of the study was to analyze consumer behavior in deciding to purchase a Yamaha motorcycle at CV Tjahaja Baru Lubuk Buaya Padang. This study uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective motorcycle consumers in buying a motorcycle take a lot of considerations to get the motorcycle they want, what are the advantages of a motorcycle, an affordable price, if purchased on credit with low interest and so on.
