The manufacturing industry faces major challenges in maintaining consistent product quality amidst the dynamics of technology and global competition. This study aims to develop an effective Business Intelligence (BI) implementation model to support data-based quality control. The method used is a conceptual design approach through integrated system simulation, including MySQL database, PHP backend, Power BI visualization, Google Cloud AutoML predictive analytics, and initial processing using Microsoft Excel. Historical production data for 12 months is used for model training and defect trend visualization. The simulation results show that the implementation of BI can reduce product defect rates, accelerate system response, and increase inspection process efficiency. Technical validation proves the model's prediction accuracy is above 90%, while field validation shows positive acceptance from users regarding the ease of use of the dashboard. This system not only supports early detection of quality deviations but also contributes to real-time strategic decision making. With an integrated technology approach, BI enables medium-sized manufacturing companies to adopt an adaptive and sustainable digital quality system, in line with the concept of Quality 4.0.

Islamic economics emerged as an alternative system based on Islamic principles to overcome inequality and social injustice in the conventional economic system. This article aims to examine the role of Islamic economics in achieving social justice through four main pillars: digitization of Islamic finance, empowerment of Sharia-based MSMEs, strengthening Islamic microfinance institutions, and optimizing ZISWAF (zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf). This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach using national and international journals published since 2021. The results of the study show that Islamic economics has great potential in building a fair, inclusive, and sustainable economic system if supported by technological innovation, integrative policies, and improving public literacy. This research emphasizes the need for synergy between the government, Islamic financial institutions, business actors, and the community to strengthen the role of the Islamic economy in national development. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen regulations and cross-sector collaboration so that the implementation of the Islamic economy can run optimally in various lines of life. Since the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015, all economic actors—including SMEs and microenterprises—are expected to improve and adapt in order to enhance the quality of both goods and services. Failure to do so may result in Indonesia becoming a "soft target" market for other ASEAN countries, given its status as the most populous country in the region with over 270 million people. SMEs and microenterprises, which represent the embodiment of people-based economic democracy, would be particularly vulnerable if goods and services from various ASEAN countries continue to flood the Indonesian market. Recognizing this situation, empowering SMEs and microenterprises is not only necessary but inevitable to help the nation discover its identity through the development of comparative and competitive advantages. This activity began by identifying existing problems, followed by determining suitable solutions. The method used involves training and mentoring. The outcome of this initiative is the improved capability of the traditional cake microenterprise to optimize its sales by using locally sourced raw materials. As a result, the "Puji Lestari" Traditional Cake Microenterprise has successfully enhanced its production capacity and business management.Financial reporting is also a crucial aspect of business development. A well-maintained financial report reflects the progress of the business, particularly through the net profits it generates. These outcomes serve as indicators of increased empowerment and the strengthening of the enterprise.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which Sharia principles can stabilize the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) market through the framework of Islamic demand and supply theory. In conventional economic systems, price fluctuations and market instability are common challenges for MSMEs. In contrast, Islamic economics offers a value-based approach that emphasizes honesty, justice, the prohibition of exploitation, and the concept of fair pricing (tsaman al-mitsli). This research employs a library research method by reviewing primary and secondary sources, including scholarly journals, classical Islamic economic texts, and recent empirical studies. The findings indicate that implementing Sharia principles fosters market stability through the reinforcement of business ethics, transparent information, and the utilization of Islamic instruments such as zakat, infaq, and profit-sharing-based financing. Furthermore, the concept of barakah (blessing) in transactions strengthens consumer loyalty and business resilience. This study concludes that Sharia principles are not only normative but also practical and strategic in addressing the challenges of market instability in the MSME sector. However, this research is limited to theoretical analysis and lacks empirical field data; therefore, future research employing quantitative or case study approaches is strongly recommended.

The National Health Insurance (JKN) program, managed by BPJS Kesehatan, has formed strategic partnerships with micro and small enterprises (MSEs) to support the national healthcare service ecosystem. However, the accumulation of unsettled receivables from BPJS to its MSE partners has created significant challenges to the financial stability of this sector. Based on 2023 data, over 449,000 micro and small businesses were recorded as having outstanding receivables, with a total value exceeding IDR 2 trillion. This study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach to examine the impact of these receivables on the liquidity, solvency, and productivity of MSEs. The findings reveal that although most receivables are classified as “current,” payment delays continue to disrupt cash flow, reduce production capacity, and increase the risk of default. The analysis is grounded in the theoretical frameworks of receivables management, cash flow theory, institutional economics, and the strategic contribution of MSEs to national GDP. The results highlight the urgent need for payment system reform within BPJS, the provision of short-term financial facilities, and the implementation of delay compensation policies to ensure the sustainability of Indonesia’s micro and small enterprise sector.

The results show that the business yields an NPV of IDR 779,241,805, an IRR of 20.82%, and a Net B/C of 78.92. These indicators demonstrate that the GMO-based tempeh business at Annisa Tempe MSME is highly feasible from a financial perspective. The study also identifies key challenges such as competition in traditional markets and highlights opportunities through direct distribution and stable raw material supply.
