This Community Service activity is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs, especially among teenagers, which is closely related to the desire to always exist in all things, which sometimes has a negative impact on the development of attitudes and behavior in life. Without considering and realizing that their abilities do not match their parents' abilities, this gives rise to an insecure attitude, always wanting to be fashionable or follow trends, even though this does not necessarily suit their character. Generation Z's lifestyle is that they don't want to be left behind by developments in social media information. This phenomenon is known as FOMO where teenagers who are affected by it always want to appear updated and don't want to be left behind with developments, whether it's fashion or trending styles. Fomo is an abbreviation of Fear Of Missing Out. Generally, teenagers feel Fomo when they miss a trend in their social life. Fomo has a negative impact because affected individuals or teenagers try to satisfy themselves with the development of social media. Fomo will become a syndrome where teenagers lose their identity due to low self-identity, if they don't follow the trend, they will feel confused and give rise to an attitude of feeling ostracized.

Advances in digital technology have changed the way of living and interacting in modern society. Although it provides many conveniences, technology also has the potential to disrupt the balance of life and cause alienation from the spiritual dimension. This research explores multidisciplinary approaches that can be applied to integrate spiritual values into digital lifestyles holistically and contextually. Through a literature review, several main approaches can be identified, namely digital theology, digital psychology, digital sociology, technology ethics, and integrative multidisciplinary approaches. The digital theology approach emphasizes the importance of presenting spirituality in a format relevant to the digital generation. Digital psychology examines the impact of technology on mental health and offers spiritual activity as a solution. Digital sociology looks at changes in community structure and opportunities for building virtual spiritual communities. Technology ethics considers the moral and spiritual implications of technological development. Lastly, an integrative multidisciplinary approach combines multiple perspectives to offer a comprehensive solution. By combining these approaches, this study seeks to find a balance between advances in digital technology and the appreciation of spiritual values in an online-connected society.

Cholesterol is a type of fat naturally found in the body and plays a vital role in biological functions such as cell membrane formation and hormone production. However, elevated cholesterol levels can lead to plaque buildup in arterial walls, which is a major risk factor for peripheral artery disease. This condition is characterized by the narrowing of arteries that impedes blood flow, particularly to the extremities. A cholesterol screening program is conducted to detect elevated cholesterol levels early and to provide education about healthy lifestyle habits to adults. This program employs the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, which includes planning, implementing education and screenings, evaluating effectiveness, and taking follow-up actions based on the results. The total cholesterol screenings revealed an average level of 181.81 with a standard deviation (SD) of 34.18. While this average is within the normal range, it approaches the upper limit, warranting caution to prevent further increases that could affect cardiovascular health in the future. Regular cholesterol screening can help minimize the risk of peripheral artery disease, thereby maintaining the quality of life for adults.

Uric acid is the end product of purine metabolism which can cause hyperuricemia if levels increase. Hyperuricemia, if left untreated, can cause joint inflammation, pain, and various other health problems. This study aims to evaluate Halu Oleo University students' understanding of gout and its impact on health. Using a quantitative approach and analytical descriptive design, this research involved 50 randomly selected respondents. Examination of uric acid levels is carried out by taking blood samples using the Nesco Multi Check device. The results showed that 70% of respondents had uric acid levels within normal limits, while 30% experienced hyperuricemia, which indicates a potential risk of developing gout. These findings suggest that unbalanced eating patterns, lack of physical activity, and inadequate fluid intake contribute to increased uric acid levels among college students. Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) has now become one of the most practical products dominating the market, offering a variety of advantages and benefits. The fierce competition among PDW producers drives consumers to be increasingly discerning and selective in making purchasing decisions. Consumer choices are often influenced by pressing needs, which have recently shifted toward a preference for more natural food and beverage products. However, amidst the fast-paced modern lifestyle, instant products remain a favored solution due to the convenience they offer. By leveraging store atmosphere strategies, this business has successfully stayed competitive and maintained its presence in the market. The relationship between store atmosphere and consumer purchase interest is significant, as first impressions often serve as a critical factor in consumer evaluations of a store. Elements such as exterior design, overall interior, store layout, and interior displays play a vital role in creating that appeal. This study aims to analyze the extent to which store atmosphere influences purchase interest in the Club brand bottled water. The research methodology involves distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as the primary data source.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become the leading cause of death in Indonesia, particularly among young adults, with an increasing incidence rate. Technological advancements, lifestyle changes, and environmental factors have contributed to the rising prevalence of NCDs, especially among the younger generation. In light of this, it is essential to implement prevention through health screening and education on healthy lifestyles, particularly among young adults. This community service activity was conducted on December 20 and 21, 2024, with the aim of raising awareness among young adults in West Jakarta about the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle through health screenings and the promotion of an active lifestyle, including education on nutrition status, physical activity, quality sleep, and the dangers of smoking, especially the use of e-cigarettes. The results of the activity showed that the majority of participants experienced sleep difficulties, and most did not smoke, although some used e-cigarettes. The results of nutrition status measurements also indicated that most participants fell into the obese category. Participants' physical activity levels were relatively low, with many engaging in less than 30 minutes of exercise per session and struggling to find time for regular physical activity. Education and promotion of healthy lifestyles need to be continuously improved to prevent NCDs among young adults, with a focus on improving eating habits, increasing physical activity, and managing stress.

Early detection through body composition assessments is essential to prevent health complications in individuals with normal weight but imbalanced body composition. Activities include health education, body composition assessments, and the implementation of preventive measures through healthy lifestyle changes. Assessment results indicate that some individuals have a high body fat proportion despite having a normal weight range. The education provided enhances participants' understanding of NWO risks and the importance of balanced body composition to maintain metabolic health. Body composition assessments in the productive age group enable early detection of body component imbalances not visible through weight alone. Preventive measures such as balanced nutrition and regular physical activity play a significant role in maintaining a healthy body composition and reducing the risk of NWO. Body composition assessment is an effective preventive strategy to detect NWO and promote a healthy lifestyle in the productive age group.

Based on the study's findings, children's purchasing habits are strongly influenced by their parents' level of education, and more educated parents often have a greater awareness of the importance of controlling consumption and how it affects children's lifestyles. Children's consumption levels can also be influenced by the economic circumstances of their families; families with higher incomes are more likely to meet their children's consumption needs, while families with lower incomes usually have tighter spending controls. Therefore, it is hoped that the government and society will pay more attention to improving the quality of education and the economic conditions of families in order to create a generation that is wiser in managing consumption and their needs. This research concludes that the two factors, namely the level of parental education and the family's economic conditions, have a significant influence on children's consumer behavior.
